The Vks was in Remedial Goodness 101 with the rest of the Vks. They wore outfits that match up with their Vk color
The class was caught my the Fariy Godmother and I was taking notes but last night events were still on my mind.
"If someone hands a crying baby do you (A.) Cruse it, (B.) Lock it a tower, (C.) gave it a bottle or (D.) Crave out its heart?" Fairy Godmother asked us.
Then Evie raised her hand up to answer the question and the Fairy Godmother pointed at her."Evie."
"What was the second one again?" Evie asked.
"Oh ok anyone else ?" The Fairy Godmother asked.
I was drawing a picture of the wand.
"Mal?" The Fairy Godmother called me.
"C. Gave it a bottle." Mal answered.
"Correct again." The Fairy Godmother said with a smile.
"You are on fire girl." Carlos commented.
"I just chose the one that doesn't sound like any fun." Mal said as The Vks nodded in agreement.
Then a girl with brown hair and in a blue dress came she was scurried pass us as she headed towards the Fairy Godmother.
"Hello dear one." Fairy Godmother greeted the girl."
"Hi, you need to sign off an early dismissal for the coronation." She said as she hands The Fairy Godmother a clipboard.
"Everyone remembers my daughter Jane?" Fairy Godmother asked.
"Mom!" Jane hissed as she stare at us.
"Its okay Jane this is everyone. " The Fairy Godmother said as she handed her the clipboard and guided her forward.
Jane stepped forward hesitantly "Hi don't mind me as you were."
Jane soon left as Mal had a plan in mine as Fairy Godmother continues the lesson.
"You find a vial of poison do you? (A.) Put it in the king's wine, (B.) Paint on an apple, or (C.) Turn it over to the proper authorities?" The Fairy Godmother asked.
Both Jay and Carlos both raise their hands and Jay puts Carlos's hand done as Fairy Godmother picks Jay.
"C. You turned it in over to the proper authorities." Jay answered as he smirked triumphantly.
"I was gonna say that." Carlos scowled.
"Oh but I said it first." Jay said in a mocking voice.
Mal was just disappointed at their behavior acting like children as Evie looking at her makeup with her magic mirror
"Boys!" The Fairy Godmother yelled as they froze and they looked at her.
"I would encourage you to use that energy on the Tourney Field." She explained as Carlos shook his head.
"That's okay whatever that is we'll pass." Carlos said.
Then the scene changed to the Tourney Field as Jay and Carlos were in Tourney gear as the coach blew his whistle.
Okay Jay, Ben, your on offense Chad your defense Taylor your shooter." The coach blew his whistle for practice to began.
Then Ben and Jay as they fight over the Ball with Jay then knocking Ben down as he manages to dodge the arrows .
"Jay, it's me Carlos." Carlos pleaded but he didn't hear him.
He soon threw his sick at Jay but he blocked it as Carlos curled into a ball as Jay stepped over him and made the goal and he celebrated
"You get over here." The coach yells as the cheerleaders were still cheering as Audrey was in disbelief.
"What do you two call that?" The Coach asked as Jay looked where he was pointing.
"I call that raw talent come find me later I'll show you something you never seen before it's called a rule book welcome to the team son." The Coach said he patted Jay on the back.
Then the coach looked at Carlos.
"You ever thought about Band?" The coach asked as Carlos gave him a deadpan look.
"I'll work with him coach." Ben said as the coach nodded.
"Alright let's run that again." The coach said as he blew his whistle.
Jay soon turned around as Chad glared at him.
Mal's Pov.
I was heading to my next class which was Etiquette and Decorum which will teach students to be "pretty pink princesses" and what Evie calls "perfect princes." I could already tell that I am going to hate this class as I entered the room I spotted the only open seat which was a next to Vlad in a dress in all black with the exception of the his jacket which is red and black and wearing a white bow tie.
I took the seat next to him as the teacher entered the room and he whispered in my ear. "Well this is a surprising turn of events, the teacher is my mother."
Indeed the teacher was Mrs.Harker, Vlad's mother and he was clearly embarrassed to have his own mother be one of his teachers I felt sorry for him because I would feel the same if my mother was my teacher back in Dragon Hall.
Then I turned my attention back to Mrs.Harker as she took her place in front of the class.
"Hello, class I am Mrs.Harker some of you know me as Vladislav's mother so now let us begin the first part of etiquette and decorum is being able to play an instrument such as the piano or a violin who would like to come to show their skill?" She asked.
She looked at Vlad and motions him to come up and demonstrate as he sighed and walked to the center of the classroom and picked up a violin and started playing it.
Vlad's skill with the violin was very impressive and I somewhat enjoyed his performance as he soon finished his performance and retook his seat as the bell ring for the next class.
No One's Pov
There was soon laughter coming from Chad and Audrey then Chad stopped and got Ben's attention as he pointed at the Vks.
"Those kids are trouble." Chad stated.
Mal and Evie exchange goodbyes as Ben replied."Come on Chad give them a chance.
Mal watched as Audrey grabbed Ben's hands.
"No offense Benny Bear, but you're just too trusting. I know that your mom fell in love with a big nasty beast that turned out to be a prince, but with my mom the evil fairy is just the evil fairy that girl's mother and Vlad and those two boys are very strange I mean Ethan goes to bed wearing a straight jacket and in a strap chair and I heard Vlad sleeps in a coffin and Thutramses looks like the mummy of Thutramses that was stolen from the museum and their be sightings of some huge creature in the woods." Audrey replied.
"Well I think you're wrong about them I'll see you around." Ben said.
Then Ben came up to Mal and smiled as he leaned against the locker."Hey."
"Hey." Mal replied back as she shut her locker door.
"How was your first day?" Ben inquired.
Mal leaned against the locker and put on a fake smile. "Super."
Ben looked at Mal's locker and saw the artwork of Maleficent with 'Long live Evil on it.'
"You should really think about taking this talent off the lockers and into art class I could sign you up." Ben suggested.
Mal watched Jane scurry past into the girl's restroom before turning her attention to Ben.
"Way to take the fun out of it." As Mal soon took her leave and entered the girl's restroom.
Mal saw Jane looking at the mirror.
"Hi it's Jane right? I always loved that name Jane." Mal smiled as she looked at Jane who had a look of fear on her face.
"That's cool." Jane replied as she moved towards the door.
"Don't go! I guess I was hoping to make a friend but I bet you already have all the friends you want." Mal explained.
Jane sighed."Hardly."
"Really?" Mal questioned ."I mean with your mom being Fairy Godmother and Headmistress not to mention your own, um own, personality."
Mal gave a fake laugh as Jane sighed again."I'd rather be pretty, you got great hair."
A plan soon formed in Mal's head as she pulled out her spell book "You know what I have just the thing for you."
Mal flipped through her spell book and waved her finger in the air once she found the spell."Beware for swear, replace the old with brand new hair."
Mal cast the spell and Jane's hair grew. She now had long dark brown hair with curls which she admired in the mirror in awe.
"Wow." Mal complimented."You don't even notice your...other features anymore. "
Jane turned towards her excitedly tapping on her nose. "Do my nose."
Mal sighed. "Oh I can't. I wish I could, I have been practicing but you know I can't do big magic. Not like your mom! With her wand! I mean one swoosh from that thing and you could probably have whatever features you wanted."
Jane frowned."She doesn't use the wand anymore. She believes that real magic is in the books and not the spell books, regular books with history and stuff."
Mal laughed. "What a rip."
"Yeah." Jane sighed.
"You know she used the wand on Cinderella who wasn't her real daughter." Mal reminded her. "Doesn't she even love you?"
Jane nodded solemnly. "Of course she does. It's just, you know, tough love, work on the inside not the outside.You know that sorta thing."
Jane had a sad longing expression on her face and Mal pointed it out excitedly. "That's the face! Yeah! and then just look as if your heart is about to break. Oh mother, I just don't understand why you can make me beautiful too?"
Jane broke into a grin. "Do you think it will work?"
Mal nodded. "Yeah I mean that's what old Cindy did and your mother bibbty bobbity boo the living daylights out of her! Oh hey if your mom does to break out the old wand invite me I just think it would be inspirational."
Jane smiled excitedly. "If I can convince mom you're so in."
Then Jane picked up her purse and they exchanged good byes as Jane then left the girl's restroom.
As Mal was about to leave something caught her eyes a book on the sink counter.
She picked up the book and read out the title and open it .
"Dracula." Mal said as she then realized that Vlad's last name was same asthe title of the book but backwards. She soon took her leave taking the book with her.
It was chemistry class and Evie and Doug were sitting next to each other while Evie was staring at Chad dreamily.
Evie turned to Doug and sighed."Any chance he's in line for a throne? Anywhere in line?"
Doug gave her a deadpan look. "Chad Prince Charming Junior, Cinderella's son. Chad inherited the charm but not there, there you know what I mean?" Doug asked.
Evie ignored him as she continued to stare at Chad. "Looks like there, there to me."
The teacher, Mr. Delay, noticed her inattentive. "Evie perhaps this is just a review for you. So tell me what is the average atomic weight of silver?" Mr Delay asked.
Evie twirled her hair and looked around."Atomic weight? Well I mean it's an atom right?"
Everyone chuckled but Mr. Delay was not impressed and addressed her to go to the board. Evie got up and grabbed her magic mirror before walking up to the board with the chalk in hand as she repeated the question out loud. "How do I find the average atomic weight of silver?"
Evie glanced down at her mirror as it showed her the answer."That would be 106.905 .5200 108.905 .4800 which Mr. Delay would give us 107.6 amu."
Mr. Delay sighed."I forgot always to mistake to underestimate--"
"A Villain? Don't make it again." Evie finished for him as he tossed him the chalk.
She soon headed back to her seat and Chad handed her a note asking her to meet him behind the bleachers as she looked at him and smiled.
Meanwhile Carlos and Ben were on the Tourney field where Ben could work with Carlos. "We are going to do some sprints ok?" Ben asked Carlos as he nodded readying himself into position.
When Dude reached Carlos, he started barking excitedly obviously wanting to play with him. Carlos screamed in terror and took off running.
"Sweet!" Ben cried. When Carlos didn't stop at the end of the field and continued towards the woods, Ben shouted startled, "Carlos? Carlos!"
He started running after Carlos.
Carlos ran straight for the biggest tree he could find clamoring up it like a squirrel. "No stop!" he cried reached the bottom of the tree.
"Carlos!" Ben shouted as he got close.
"Ben? Ben!" Carlos cried terrified. "Ben help me!" Dude backed away from the tree confused himself as Ben reached Carlos.
"This thing is a killer! He is gonna chase me down and rip out my throat! This is a vicious rabid pack animal!" Carlos cried.
"Hey who told, you that?" Ben asked.
"My mother," Carlos replied. Ben frowned.
"Cruella?" Ben asked.
"She's a dog expert a dog whisper a dog yeller," Carlos said as Ben was still holding dude "Why are you holding him he is going to attack you!"
"You have never actually had a dog have you?" Ben asked.
"Of course not," Carlos said.
"Dude meet Carlos, Carlos thisisDudehe's the campus mutt" Ben said as Carlos stayed where he was.
"He doesn't look like a vicious rapid pack animal," Carlos said slowly as Ben grinned.
"I guess you guys have it pretty rough on the island," Ben said softly.
"Yea, let's just say we don't get a lot of belly rubs," Carlos said as he stroked Ace. The puppy really was cute he would admit.
"Well I will give you two sometime then you can come see me later," Ben said after a long pause. He walked away leaving Carlos and Dude together.
Soon they started hearing music being played Carlos walked towards the source of the music with Dude in his arms and saw Jacob Frankenstein playing a recorder.
Jacob stopped playing it then turned around and saw Carlos and Dude together and he soon stood up and smiled but Carlos screamed in terror and ran away leaving Jacob with a frown on his face.
At three Evie went to meet Chad under the bleachers. It was mostly quiet as the brown-haired prince walked under the bleachers.
"Is everyone at home as pretty as you?" Chad asked. Evie gave a girly giggle.
"I like to think I am the fairest of them all," Evie said giggling. "How many rooms in your castle?" she asked.
"Too many to count," Chad said grinning at Evie. Evie went in for a kiss when Chad turned like he was trying to think of something and said, "You really nailed that Chemistry problem today. You're going to have all the nerds in love with you," he continued. Doug who was up above, and had followed Evie, listening and technically spying tried not to groan. Evie laughed again.
"I am not that smart," she said.
"Oh, come on," Chad said.
"No really I am not. But I am really good at sewing and cooking and cleaning. You know like your mother Cinderella without the ratty dress," Evie said giggling.
"See this?" she asked pulling out the magic mirror. "If I ask it where something is it will tell me where it is," Evie said showing the mirror to Chad.
"Are you kidding me?" Chad asked suddenly interested.
"No," Evie said grinning.
"Where's my cell phone?" Chad asked the mirror holding it up to his ear when it didn't do anything.
"It wouldn't work for you silly," Evie said.
"No biggy my dad will just buy me a new one," Chad said smiling.
"Prince Charming," Evie said the smile still on her face. Oh, how pleased mother will be.
Doug watched as Chad dumped his homework onto Evie then she discovered a book on the bleachers and found a book.
"Frankenstein." Evie read the title and remember the exhibit of the museum and the monstrous boy she met there could there be a connection?
Thutramses/ Ardeth Bayek's Pov
I was thinking of my wife Hebe my heart was full of hate and rage Heba was innocent in all of this I soon headed to my next class as then I soon bump into someone.
I looked at her she looked like Hebe but dress in a middle eastern blue outfit.
A thousand pardons my lady I am Ardeth Bayek." I introduced myself.
"It's okay I'm Nura daughter of Aladdin and Jasmine." The girl introduced herself.
"Forgive me Nura but I feel like we have we met before because I felt we have already met before." I explained.
"I don't know if we did but feel that we may have so bye." Nura said taking her leave.
I soon headed to my class trying to figure out if Nura is Heba reincarnated.
No One's Pov
Ethan was tapping his pencil while finishing his school work as he was extremely nervous knowing that tonight is the night of the full moon as Rosaleen looked at Ethan as she was wondering what he was so nervous about.
Mal's Pov
I was in my bed drawing while Evie was making a new dress for herself.
Then Jane came in and informed us of her failed attempt to get her mom to use the wand to make her beautiful.
"Mom said 'if a boy can't see the beauty within then he is not worth it.' Can you believe it? What world does she live in?" Jane groaned.
"Auradon." I signed.
"Mal do you like ?" Evie asked as she was showing me the dress.
"Yeah it's cute, brings out your eyes." I replied, before going back to my sketching.
Evie smiled as she admired her work."I know."
Jane sighed deeply falling on the bed."I'll never get a boyfriend."
"Boyfriends are overrated." I huffed as I rolled my eyes.
Evie looked up from her sewing and stared at me."And how would you know Mal? You never had one."
"That's because I don't need one E." I shot back before turning to Jane."They're a huge waste of time."
Evie gasped as she shot up from her desk and rushed over to a brown backpack I have never seen before."I forgot to do Chad's homework."
"See what I mean but That new studen." I replied to Jane gesturing to Evie.
"I understand but one of the new students the one with the cape seems to have a crush on you I think he's Mrs.Harker's son Vlad." Jane said and I dismissed it.
Then we heard a knock on our open door and a girl with black hair and pink top dress with a light blue skirt came in.
"Hi guys I'm Lonnie." She introduced herself. "My mom's Mulan."
I just stared at her blankly and she waved her hand dismissively."Anyway I love what you did with Jane's hair and know you hate us and well your evil but you think you do mine?" Lonnie asked.
"Why would I do that for you?" I asked not bothering to look up from my sketch.
"I got fifty dollars." Lonnie replied as he pulled out her money.
Evie grabbed the money and started to explain what she would do but Lonnie cut her off."Actually I want it cool like Mal."
Evie rolls her eyes."Really, the split ends too?"
I gave her a deadpan look as I grabbed my spell book. "Beware forswear, replace the old with cool hair." I said as I wave my finger casting the spell.
Lonnie's hair grew out and she walked to the mirror and looked at herself studying it closely. Evie soon walked over and placed hands on Lonnie's shoulders. "I know, I know it looks like a mop on your head. You know what let's cut it off layer it-" Evie said before Lonnie cut her off.
"No I love it." Lonnie said.
"You do?" Evie asked in surprise.
"It's just..." Lonnie's voice trailed off as she ripped the end of her skirt. "Now I'm cool."
"Like Ice." I replied.
Jane walked over to the mirror and she ripped the end of her skirt as well when she realized what she did she covered her mouth in shock."What did I just do Mom's gonna kill me!"
No One's Pov
Vks soon regroup with each other in Mal and Evie's dorm as Mal was flipping through her spell book as Evie was doing Chad's homework and Carlos was petting Dude the campus mutt.
Then Jay came in and showed them his new jersey as the Vks congrats him as he walked to Mal.
"So did your plan with Jane work your gonna see the wand?" Jay asked.
Mal huffed and slammed her spell book on the bed. "Do you think that I would be going through every spell in this book if I didn't completely strike out?"
"Someone is in a mood." Carlos muttered.
Then Mal sent him a warning glare."My Mom's counting on me and I can't let her down."
"We can do this." Jay said as they looked at him."If we stick together."
Mal nodded. "And we can't go back until we do because we're Rotten--."
"To the core." The Vks finished for her.
Evie sighed."Oh yeah I found out that Fairy Godmother blesses Ben with the wand at Coronation and we all get to go. I have nothing to wear of course."
Mal just stare at her and Evie stare back in confusion."What?"
Then there was a knock on the door. "Hold that thought." Mal said as he got up to open the door.
Mal opened the door and it was Ben on the other side.
"Hey Mal I didn't see you guys today I was wondering if you had any questions that you needed ?" Ben asked.
"No not that I know of." Mal answered.
Ben nodded. "Okay alright well uh anything you need just-"
"Oh wait." Mal blurted out cutting Ben off."Is it ture we all get to go to your Coronation?"
"Yeah the whole school goes." Ben answered.
"Wow that is beyond exciting." Mal responded enthusiastically. "Do you think that its possible that the four of us could stand in the front row next to the Fairy Godmother just so we can soak up all that goodness?"
Ben's expression fell."I wish I could but up front is just me, my folks and my girlfriend, Vlad, his mother and a guest of his choice."
"Vlad and a guest of his choice. " Mal asked just to clarify what Ben just said.
"I'm sorry it could be his girlfriend but I don't think he has one ." Ben replied solemnly.
"Okay thanks bye." Mal replied before shutting the door on Ben.
Then she turned to The Vks with a evil plan to use Vlad's crush on her to her advantage .
"I think its time that Vlad Dracule to get himself a girlfriend, I need a love spell." She said.
Carlos tossed her the spell book and Mal grinned as she flipped through the pages for the love spell.
It was midnight and The Vks were in the kitchen preparing the love spell.
