Chapter Two

A few hours had passed since the team was working on this case trying to find their main suspect Becca Johnson so the only thing they got so far was her name and what she drives, Everyone was working hard on finding out where she was at.

Why Erin was in Voight's office talking to him about the case why Soifon was looking things up on where the suspect would go or hang out and she hadn't found anything yet, until something popped up on her computer leaning forward in her chair to see a closer look it was information on Becca. The raven-haired woman took out a pen and paper and started to write down the address of the bar that she went to she figured she could go check out why Erin talked to their boss.

She looked around to see everyone else working on their computers her blue eyes spotted Jay who was talking to Adam about the case so she figured she could tell him that she was going to head out and let him know that she might have found a lead and she was going to check it out.

" I hope we catch this bitch!" Adam replied as he sat on the edge of Jay's desk fiddling with a pen in his hand, Jay was about to reply to the other man's rant when Soifon walked over to them" Hey, Soifon!" The dirty blond man greeted her with a kind smile" Hey!" the young woman nodded as she turned her attention to Jay" I have found a lead and I'm going to go check it out!" She said giving both men to look impressed.

Jay shook his head before speaking" That's, good. What did you find?" He asked leaning toward his desk to listen to Soifon why Erin walked out of her foster father's office and over to Soifon, Jay, and Adam to see if they found anything yet which it looked like with the looks Jay and Adam were giving they might have.

" Did you guys find something?" The brunette asked Soifon nodded with a grin " Yes!" Soifon exclaimed.

" Anyway, I've been looking everything up! And I found that she goes to a bar called Barb and Bees, that's all I got but I was gonna go there and check it out!" Soifon explained she noticed that everyone had gathered around to listen which made her happy and anxious at the same time she didn't think anyone would believe a newbie but she saw the look on Erin's face.

For a while, Soifon tried to read her friend's expression but she shook it off when she didn't find any. Seeing Voight walk out of his office" Go ahead and go check it." The leader of the team told her" But be careful and message Erin or Jay. Let us know what you find out."

Soifon looked at the older man with a nod" Alright!" She said she headed back to her desk to get ready to leave" I'm going to go check on Mouse and see how he is doing!" Jay said heading out of the bullpen, Erin followed Soifon over to her desk.

" Is anything wrong, Erin?" Soifon asked grabbing her jacket and keys once she reached her desk" No." The other woman said shaking her head" Message me when you get the information. And please be careful!" Pulling Soifon into a hug" And after everything is done and we catch this woman we're gonna go out and get something to eat so we can catch up on things." and with that Erin let Soifon go after hugging the raven-haired woman.

Soifon looked at Erin once she had let her go of the hug which made Soifon tense but she ended up hugging back " I will be careful!" She promised as she headed out of the bullpen" And okay I'm fine with going out and getting something to eat after this!" Soifon agreed over her shoulder.

Erin's P.O.V*

Erin watched her friend walk out of the bullpen with a sigh she hoped that Soifon would be fine on her own she knew she was new but she knew better than worrying too much because Soifon could take care of herself. The brunette was glad that her friend agreed to get something to eat after they were done with this case, she had told her they needed to catch up and she wondered what happened that Soifon had come back to Chicago.

" Erin, we have to keep looking for other leads on Becca!" Antonio's voice broke Erin out of her thoughts turning to the second in demand the woman nodded and she walked over to him.

Antonio looked up from his desk once Erin walked over to his desk" Is everything okay?" He asked setting down a pen that he had in his hand" It could be, I just can't stop worrying about Soifon! It's her first case and all." Erin sighed as she shared her worries with her friend.

Erin couldn't help but share her worries with the second in demand who listened without interrupting her til she stopped speaking, Erin let out a sigh as Antonio leaned in his chair" I'm sure Soifon would do just fine on her own!" The man began looking into Erin's green eyes" She may be new Erin, but she seemed to be able to take care of herself, so I wouldn't worry too much!" Patting Erin on the arm.

The brunette listened to Antonio and nodded she knew he was right she knew Soifon would do just fine because she knew her friend was able to keep herself safe, so why was she worried? Could it be that they haven't seen each other for over four years or so?

Erin shook her thoughts away and went to her desk to look for any leads on Becca to keep her mind from worrying. She took a drink of her coffee as she looked up Becca Johnson's information.

Soifon's P.O.V*

After forty minutes of driving Soifon finally made it to the Bar, she hoped that she was able to get any information that they needed.

Stepping into the bar after she had found a parking spot, her blue orbs scanned her surroundings once she was inside the bar. She adjusted her jacket and shook off her nervousness.

The young raven-haired woman hated bars and everything that had to deal with alcohol for multiple reasons, but she knew she had to deal with it when she was getting information. She let out a breath trying not to breath in the rink of alcohol.

The young detective walked over to the bartender that stood behind the counter serving drinks ignoring the looks she was giving by a group of guys. " Can I help you?" The bartender asked once he had finished giving the last customer their drink, Soifon looked at him trying not to make a face when he leaned on the counter to get a closer look at her face.

Soifon looked at his scared face for a bit before clearing her throat with a cough" Yes, I was wondering if you know this woman?" She began taking out a photo from her pocket and slid it across the counter for the man to see.

" I don't think I do, if I knew her I wouldn't let her out of my sight." The bartender answered a smirk on his face as he took his gaze off of the picture and back to Soifon" Have you seen her? Or know anyone that might know something." Soifon asked as she took the picture away" Why? Is she your sister or something?" A female voice spoke making Soifon to turn her head to see a dark blond woman walking over.

Soifon shook her head" No!" she said as the woman stopped at the counter to stand beside her " Then why are you looking for her?" Causing the dectective narrow her blue eyes she moved her hand to show the woman her badge that was on her hip" I am looking for her because she shot an eight year old girl. And I need to know where she might be or what's her next move."

The dark blond woman let out a huff" I might be able to help, if you got the money!" She wasn't going to give anything for free. Soifon took out a twenty and handed it to the woman" Now will you tell me?!" The raven-haired woman sounded annoyed but the blond ignored her.

The woman slipped the money in her pocket" Alright. If you really want to know. She comes here to this bar every Friday around five pm and she stays at a hotel across the street. Is that all you need dectective?" The blond asked in a smug tone Soifon had to restrain herself from snapping at this woman.

" Yes, thank you." Soifon said and turned to head out of the bar " If you got time on your hands babe, why don't you stop by here and get a drink!" The bar tender yelled to her causing Soifon to clench her hand at her side before heading outside shaking the uneasiness off. She got into her truck and headed back to Headquarters to inform the rest of the team as she started the vehicle a hand had reached into the window to rest on hers causing her to jump.

" Your not going to go so soon now darling, now are you?!" A raspy voice made Soifon tense as she looked to see a man about in his early thirties and he had a rough jacket on as well.
