"What is a Hero?" A voice asks as a flicker lights up inside a dark room where a projector is turning on, shining light onto a blink white wall

"Is it someone who wears a suit and cape, flying around a city and watching over those below?" Another voice speaks as footage begin showing various people, all in various colorful outfits
"Is it someone who has special abilities/gifts and uses them to do good?" Another voice asks, with this one sounding similar to the first two as the projector viewed footage of several people wielding incredible powers such as super strength, giantification, water manipulation, super speed, and other incredible abilities.
"Is it someone who upholds the law?" Another voice asks, again sounding similar to the first one as footage displayed these superpowers begin enforcing the law on criminals
"Is it someone who goes out of their way to deliver justice to those who break them?"
"Or, is it someone who goes out of their way, with their body moving on it, and protects those who can't? With or without special powers?" Another voice asks, with the footage showing a boy with green hair running toward a villain that was made of slime as buildings around were ablaze
"The answer is simply…it's all of them." One last voice says but instead of sounding like the first four, it sounds feminine as the footage cuts back and the dark room returns to its previous darkness
"A Hero is someone who doesn't let fear take over when faced with immediate danger." The first voice spoke as a light flickered and a new brand of footage began to display on the screen, with a clip of someone looking at a hulking figure that stood on top of a part of a collapsed building while the person, didn't look at all frightened, in fact, they looked determined at the challenge ahead as their cape swayed along the wind
"A Hero is someone who does the right things in a moment. Even if that moment is not one for the faint of hearts…" One of the voices says with the footage showing someone who looked like he had to do what was right, even if it broke his moral code as he fired a blast of energy toward his opponent who was caught by it and destroyed by it as the hero floats in the air, looking destroyed at what he had done
"For those who are in need." One of the voices says as footage was shown, displaying various clips of Heroes protecting or rescuing people in need such as one clip showing a person in a spacesuit destroying a piece of debris with their power
"A Hero is someone who sacrifices it all, to save one." A clip of footage was displaying two people. A man, and a woman in similar outfits protecting unarmed civilians from a towering, hulking figure who had this deranged smirk as this figure brought up their large fist in the air, above the man and woman who pushed a civilian out of the way with their power as the figure brings down to the two and the clip cuts to black

"But not all heroes are the same." The feminine-sounding voice speaks as the projector flickers back to life
"Each having their own differences." One of the voices spoke
"Their own drives…" Another one of the similar-sounding voices spoke
"Goals." Another one of the similar-sounding voices spoke
"And reasons why they chose to be a Hero, can all be reasons." One of the voices spoke
"But in some cases, some find that they have the same reason as to why they want to be heroes." One of the first voices spoke as the footage showed brief headshots of one individual, a green-haired, emerald-eyed, freckled face boy who was smiling brightly to the camera, the headshot changed to 6 different shots, the first five were for this boy but he wore different outfits in the shots, few had he in three different hoodies with one of those shots, his hair was different as it had blue highlights in it, one of the shots where he didn't wear a hoodie, he wore an outfit that resembled that of a ninja of the old era would wear as this image of the boy, he had a scar over his right eye and the last shot wasn't of him, no it was of a girl who looked a lot like the boy.
"A Hero…can be someone who has no powers." A clip of a blue bur was running across green grassy plains where there were various-sized hills, cliffs, and loops across this grassy plain
"A group of people." The footage displayed four figures flying over a building, all four figures looking the same, except they had on different colored masks over their eyes and each had different weapons
"Or someone who doesn't wear a cape or a mask." The feminine voice spoke as a clip was shown of someone standing on a ledge of a skyscraper, looking down to a city as rain was pouring down from the heavens.
"A Hero…is everyone, with the right mindset, and the right drive." One of the voices speaks as a clip is shown of a large man standing by a bright yellow light, with his hands on his hips and smiling as five hands were reaching for this man
"Because…that's what a Hero is." Again, one of the voices spoke as five different symbols flashed on the screen. One was of a green hourglass, one was two red stars, one was a symbol of a flower that resembled a kikkyo, another was for a red monster face, and one of two large white eyes and a mouth of razor shape teeth and a long tongue
"And we strive for that." Two of the voices speak
"Regardless of why…" Two more of the voices speak
"Or how we do it." The feminine voice speaks
"Because we're Heroes." All of the voices spoke in unity as the projector flickers to life one last time
"And right now, this universe…is in need of some..." One of the voices says as an image was shown of five individuals looking at a futuristic city, that looked like it was run by a tyrant…
