Nooroo looked at Gabriel. He was making plans about his next moves.
Hawk Moth's fans had been forming a group for six months. He knew it and hadn't done anything until a few days before.
With Paralyze, Hawk Moth had fallen low, he had surpassed the limit he had set for himself. He thought about it for a while and, in the end, he decided that he would take advantage of them.
Over time, it had been forming a kind of sect, which met secretly and had gotten tattoos. Several had approached one of the akumas and communicated their willingness to be an akuma. Hawk Moth was surprised that there were people like that. But he had mainly found out about the sect on the Internet, on social networks.
They started to appear around the time he sponsored the anti Triple Super campaign. He had made many people in the country hate them, even when they were saving them.
Hawk Moth knew that the media was capable of manipulating people's opinions, but he did not know the extent to which they could reach. People wanted to help him.
Their hatred of Triple Super led them to want to be akumas, to admire him. Many of them wished to be akumatized for power and for trying to do things they couldn't otherwise. But everyone hated them.
He didn't care about their motivations, just that they fulfilled his promise. He had already crossed his limit.
Nathalie made the statement in one of those Internet groups. He would akumatize them. And from there, they began to go out into the streets, to the public.
Nooroo looked at Hawk Moth. There was going to be a lot of damage and he couldn't help but participate in it.
