[Location: Orario, Hestia Familia's Residence.]

Entering through the doors of the old church that she considered 'home', was the Goddess of the Heart Hestia, who had finished her night shift at the Miach Family pharmacy.

The goddess had a very busy day, first she was almost fired for breaking a vase in an antique store, then she found out that Link, one of her children had challenged one of the goddess which she hated's children and worst of all, that person was the girl who wanted to take his Bell away from her.

The goddess was honestly surprised to see the combat between both swordsmen. She didn't expect Link to be the winner, especially when he was only a level 3 adventurer.

No one had ever been able to defeat Ais Wallenstein in a duel, everyone who tried was defeated very easily, she was practically invincible, or so everyone thought until today.

She remembered how everyone began to question how one of the best adventurers in Orario who belonged to the Loki Familia had lost against a simple boy in green clothes. The goddess remembered how Loki questioned her about where she had found someone like Link before her, and even offered him to leave his family and join hers instead, Hestia maliciously remembers what she told Loki after saying that.

"The chances of me giving you Link are the same chances of your breasts growing, which are: none."

As she walked towards her room, Hestia thought she heard strange noises coming from Link's room. Before she could even wonder what those noises were, she heard screams of agony and despair coming from the basement, those screams belonged to Link.

The goddess hurried downstairs and flung open the door to the Hylian's room where she found Link flailing his arms and legs desperately, as if he was struggling with something that was holding his arms and legs.

Apparently Link was completely asleep but Hestia, seeing how he screamed, gasped and cried, deduced that the boy was suffering from a sleep terror and from what she could see it was a very intense one.

"….Please leave them….please…LEAVE THEM ALONE!!…" The Hylian pleaded as he held his head even though he was asleep.

'Leave them alone?' Hestia wondered who he was talking about, especially who he was pleading with?

"…*sniffle*…P-Please…leave them alone….Please….stop it…*sniffle*…d-don't make me see them suffer again…PLEASE S-STOP IT!!"

Hestia didn't know what kind of nightmare her child was having, but she couldn't keep seeing him like this. Little by little the goddess walked towards the sofa where Link was lying, while she walked towards the sofa Link continued talking between his cries.

"…*Sniff*…Pamela…..Romani….Anju….Kafei…*Sniff*…Dampé…Romani….Cremia….*Sniff*….Mikau….Darmani….Bukko….Please…LEAVE THEM ALONE!!"

Link began to struggle violently, it seemed the sleep terror was getting worse. Hestia was in front of Link and tried to pet the Hylian's head, as an attempt to calm her child, but instead she only made it worse.

At that moment the cries became louder and more desperate.

"NO!! NOT THEM!! PLEASE NO MORE!!" The hero shouted as he struggled with more intensity. "Ruto…Darunia….Saria…*Whimper*….Malon….Skull Kid….Tael….Tatl….Navi….*Whimper*….P-Please leave them…p-please leave them….do whatever you want to me...but please leave them...I can't...I-I don't want to see them suffer again...*Sob*."

Before Hestia could do anything, she began to hear a voice singing. Hestia looked for the source of that voice, but there was no one in the room. At that moment the goddess realized something, Link's sword began to emit a sky blue light which emitted an aura of celestial magic, that blade shone in rhythm.

She noticed that the melody and that soft and almost imperceptible voice seemed to come from the weapon.

That song was sung by the angelic voice of the sword, the voice made that strange ballad sound like a lullaby. Hestia could not understand the meaning of the song's lyrics or how it was possible that a sword could emit such a song.

At that moment Link's cries stopped completely, it seemed that whatever that sword did, it had managed to calm the teenager, who lay peacefully asleep, as if that horrible nightmare had been destroyed by the song of the sword.

Hestia sat on the floor next to the couch where Link was sleeping and began to gently caress the hero's head, as if she were a mother with her child.

"What kind of life did you have Link?..." The goddess asked as she continued stroking the Hylian's golden hair.

"….That child was a victim of the evil and ambition of two true monsters…that childhood innocence…was destroyed…by the terrible threads of destiny…a child who saved the world, but who could not save his happiness…"

A male voice echoed in the room, Hestia could feel something or someone looking at her and judging her. The goddess could feel a monstrous dark power behind that voice, but as soon as it was present, that voice and dark energy suddenly disappeared.

The goddess of the heart looked everywhere but she did not find anyone in the room, she was confused, worried and a little scared by the sudden presence of that dark power.

'What... what was that?...' She asked herself mentally as she turned her gaze towards Link. Hestia gave a sigh and rose from the floor, kissing the sleeping Hylian goodbye on his forehead and closing the bedroom door behind her.

After the goddess left, the spectral figure of a 7 meter young adult manifested in front of the sofa where the Hylian lay and looked at him with a face that reflected anger and sadness through his bright white eyes.

"You've been through so much…but even after what you have accomplished…you're still just a child….and I feel bad for you…." Said that presence before disappearing like a cloud of dust.

1-I just edited the previous chapter of this Fic, since I wanted to make the combat between Ais and Link a little longer and more coherent.

2- Bukko is the name I gave to the spirit of the butler Deku's son when I was 10 years old, and I wanted to include it in this Fic.

3-Sorry for taking so long to upload chapters, but the university has not given me time to write, so I ask you to be patient.
