"So father Donelley, he slips Possible A fifty with the handshake… and Possible?, she looks at it like her hand's got A disease. Then she throws the fifty in the padre's face. Gives the squad A two-hour lecture. Puts Schell on probation. I'm telling you Gill. He's just not fitting in" Agent Will Du said.
"I had such hopes for that girl." Commissioner Gilliant Loeb said.
"I could get the boys together – soften her up." Agent Will Du said.
"No. Not while I'm in town. There's enough heat on me as it is. No. You'll absolutely have to wait until I'm at the conference in Washington… two weeks, Du." Commissioner Gilliant Loeb said.

The Middleton space center:
For the last 5 years the Middleton space center has been closed and shut down because the government stopped giving them money, facilities, and resources. Everyone that worked there lost their jobs. Most who could afford to leave went to find jobs outside of the try-state area or the government offered them jobs in other states and facilities.
A few weeks ago Ron purchased the land and everything that was left behind. Started to make contracts with suppliers and government contracts in order to set up A holding company that he can own and operate.
Ron did not want to help save the try-state area just by fighting crime as A vigilante. Ron new that with all his money he can help people as Ron just like Kim always wanted. So it makes since that he should name his company in her name.
Ron was behind some bushes wearing A black blazer with the team Possible symbol, grey trousers, white polo shirt, and black dress shoes. Ron is getting ready to talk to the media that have been gathering. Two days ago Ron sent A message to all of the local and international media companies that something big was going to be announced at the Middleton space center.
Getting ready to face the cameras Ron went to the podium.

Possible house:
Kim and Andrea were both in the kitchen eating breakfast and watching the local tv morning news. "Are news correspondent reporter bring you live to the old Middleton space center where someone has purchased the facility." Summer Gleeson said.
The camera was now showing the podium. What caught Kim and her mom's attention was who was standing at the podium. "Ron." Both Kim and Andrea both said.

Middleton space center:
Ron cleared his throat in order to get everyone's attention. Cameras are flashing from the photographers trying to get pictures of him.
"Good morning everyone and thank you for coming. My name is Ron Stoppable. I've just became A Billionaire. But I don't believe any one person should have so much when so many have so little. So I'm giving it away. I've decided to use it to establish one of the world's largest, self-sustaining purely philanthropic foundations. And, while there will be some programs helping in targeted areas elsewhere in the world, the bulk of this wealth will go directly into the try-state area. To begin, our foundation aims to work with the city to ensure no one is living on the streets by this time next month. Ron said.
"Mr. Stoppable, A lot of those people have problems beyond homelessness?" Summer Gleeson asked. "Yes." Ron said. "So why start there?" Summer Gleeson asked. Ron lowered his head like he was thinking on how to answer the question. Raising his head and having A serious look on his face Ron gave his answer. "Simple. Because it's getting colder." Ron said.
"But that's just the first phase. I've seen money used for enforcement. I've seen the poorest and most vulnerable blamed and punished rather than assisted. I want to try something different. I want to help. Desperate people do desperate things. And powerful people have preyed on those less fortunate and profited from them in this city. We aim to make those people obsolete. To many good people have fallen in the try-state area. It's time we caught them. Today, we begin working on public and affordable housing, access to employment, prisoner rehabilitation, public transport, health care, and A guarantee living wage. Today, we begin A program aimed at completely ending poverty in this city. Today I announced the Team Possible foundation." Ron said.
"The Team Possible foundation is set up as the holding company to promote affordable housing, community centers, funds scientific research and helps people with research by providing facilities and training, one of the conditions of the grants are that Ron Stoppable gets the final decision of how the new invention and gadgets are used for. If the scientists is against it all funding will be cut off the the project is terminated with zero tolerance. Ron douse not want to build weapons, provide relief to the needy as well as to handle any casualties incurred during battles involving Batman, addresses social problems encouraging crime and assists victims in A way his batman persona cannot, but the arrangement also provides A large network of connections in the world of charities. He finds out about the newest trends, and at the same time maintain connections to the streets through the soup kitchens and social services groups, which augments his crime fighting efforts, the foundation gives annual awards for medical breakthroughs and lifelong commitment, similar to the Nobel foundation. Is also responsible for funding the Team Possible clinic in Park Row. The try-state area infamous Crime Alley. The foundation funds and runs dozens of clinics in the try-state area. Ron Stoppable's surrogate mother Dr. Andrea Possible, Runs the memorial clinic in Crime Alley and governed the other clinics, it invests millions into worthy causes, such as its renovation to Park Row and events such as the Team Possible half marathon, and other philanthropic gestures.
There will also be A renewal program set up with A annual budget of $1,000,000,000.00 one billion dollars A year to help the city and it's citizen to bypass bureaucratic measures which often hampered these efforts. It is meant as the city's "safety net". Basically an emergency fund that's meant to expedite public works without having to go through all the usual political red tape. Bad example let's say the Middleton Medical Center wants to expand, instead of having to go through the city and ask for money for the project, boom renewal fund will take care of it. Or let's say your average joe gets laid off at work and finds themselves fallen on some hard times, renewal will help joe out until he's back on his feet.
The foundation's membership is primarily comprised of executives, accountants, and lawyers. The Five corporate executives on the board of directors are Gansley the vice-president of business strategy who is responsible for the administrative and operations management of the organization, Adrian Randolph Crump the third accountant and chief financial officer who oversaw the foundation finances, Johnson expert lawyer and the chief legal officer for the foundation, Nezbitt an engineer and the chief technical officer at the foundation who oversaw the foundation research and development activities. He is in charge of technical engineering, and the finale member is Leichter the vice chairman of the board. Ron of corset is the chairman, CEO, and president of the foundation." Ron said.
Finished with his speech Ron left the podium and went to hide behind the bushes.

Andrea and Kim both had their jaw dropped. They both could not believe that Ron finally came home. "I can't believe Ron's home and never told me." Ron said. "He's home, my son has finally come home. I can't wait to see him." Andrea said.
"Mom, he never thought about telling us." Kim said. "Now Kimmie, don't you think we should give him the chance to give us his side of the story." Andrea said. Deciding to defend her surrogate son. "It better be one heck of A explanation mom." Kim said. crossing her arms under her breast.

'Ok Rufus looks like everyone now knows that I'm back in town. Kim is going to kill me huh." Ron said. "Yep, dead man." Rufus said. Taking off the suit and changing into his regular outfit. Going to the computer Ron went to the search engine and looked himself. Finding the 24 hour news site he watched what they are saying about himself.
"Are top story today Ron Stoppable former sidekick to teen hero Kim Possibleannounced today that he is reopening the Middleton Space Center and turning it into A foundation. We went around the city asking what everyone thinks about this." Summer Gleeson said.
"I think that Mr. Stoppable is finally doing something to help the city because are elective officials are not. So I can't wait to see the results." A random person said. "I have known Ron Stoppable since pre-school and I know that he is A honest man that you can count on. Way to go Ronnie and welcome back." Tara Mankey said. "Yap Ron is A great guy. We are not really friends but I also have known him since pre-school so we both know him pretty well. He's going to do great things." Josh Mankey said.
"Ron is my best friend and I met him in high school. His word is as good as gold. He's an honest man you can count on him. Way to go Ronman" Felix Renton said. "I used to date Ron Stoppable back in high school so I know that the he is going to save the city and make it better. Welcome back Ron." Zeta Flores said.
"Ron Stoppable is just another rich guy who wants to get some tax right off. It's always the same the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. He's A schmuck and he's full of crock." Another random person said. "I remember Ron from pre-school. I always thought of him as A looser and the one person that was at the bottom of the food chain. But now he's hot with all of those muscle. Broad shoulders, and that shin. Ha are children will be absolutely gorgeous." Bonnie Rockwaller said.
"We remember Ron Stoppable. He saved us from that monster back in high school. I think we can trust him." Hope said. "Ya Ron's A hero he can save the city just like he did with Kim Possible." Marcella said. "Ron has been my best friend. I met him at A comic book con when I was 10 years old. When I needed his help to find one of my devices that was stolen Ron did not hesitate. Kim and Ron not only found the bad guy but helped save the world. So in order to thank him I decided to become the team's information guy. Finshing watching the news Ron turned off the computer. "So Rufus looks like a lot of are old friends think that what we are doing is great. Don't worry we will not let them down. Now what am I going to tell kim." Ron said.
