Hi Readers: What are you guys thinking of the story so far? I hope that you guys are liking it. Now, I have decided to do something a bit different. Normally, I would be doing a flashback chapter based on the way I ended the last chapter. But not this time. Instead, I am going to be skipping 48 hours to something quite nice for Matt and Alex. Hope you guys like where this story is headed.

Chapter Seventeen
Florida Keys

December 3, 2012 – Summerland Keys, Florida
There were only three people (other than them) who knew where they and their two little terriers were today. Where they were currently taking a nice honeymoon with each other, just days after tying the knot at the courthouse in Chicago. And those people were: her parents, Matt's sister Christie (whom Matt put in charge of the company for a bit), and Matt's PA who was put in charge of rescheduling all of his meetings until the new year. The reason? Well, he doesn't exactly know when he's coming back to the office. Yes, you heard that right; Matt Casey doesn't know when he's coming back to the office, which was completely out of character for the CEO. Then again, there was a reason for such an out of character move; and it was for love, the love that he has for the most beautiful woman in the entire world. His sexy, lingerie model wife; Ms. Alexandra Marie Casey. The woman he loves and wants to spend some quality sexy time with, which is precisely what Matt was in the midst of doing as he laid down in bed with her this morning.

As he leaned over his beautiful wife, while taking things nice and slow with the woman of his dreams. The woman he loves and craves more each and every day that he's with her, and especially since they got married three days earlier. God, three days. It seems like a lifetime ago that they got married, because that's how long Matt has felt married to this gorgeous, naked woman he was currently holding close to him as they woke up in the comfort of their bed this morning; the bed that has an amazing view of the ocean. Not that Matt was really enjoying the view they have of the ocean right now, not when he has a much better view; a view of the gorgeous woman who was currently naked in their bed. The woman he loves more than anything in the entire world and is incredibly proud to call his wife. The woman he's more than ready to get undressed so that he can give her what they were too tired to do last night, and what would be to make love to her. But right now, that doesn't seem to be what Alex wants; rather, she just wants what she's getting.

And what she's getting right now is pure paradise, as she was getting all of her husband's love and attention as they started their honeymoon right where she wants to be right now; naked as they take things nice and slow with each other. She just wished that Matt would've taken her in his arms when he had the chance, as that wasn't what he had anymore as their two little pups just ran into the room. "No, no. Not now." Laughing as she put her hands on Matt's face, Alex stared up into his eyes and smiled as she leaned in and kissed her husband softly. "What did I tell you, they were going to come sooner rather than later; yet, you said that we had time to make love to each other." Matt laughed as he heard Alex say that, well aware that he said that as he moved his hand under the covers and put his hand on her leg. After which, he stroked it with his thumb and just smiled as he looked down into her eyes. And damn does Alex love the feeling of Matt's strong hands all over her body. "God, I love this feeling." Matt agreed with Alex, smiling at her.

After all, he loves this feeling too. The feeling of his beautiful wife under him, as they take things nice and slow with each other; all the while, celebrating their love for each other. A love that will never be broken as they are going to make their marriage last. That's something which Matt is determined to do. This is it for him. "Believe me when I say this, I love this feeling too; and I'm not just talking about the feeling of the two of us naked in bed with each other." Alex agreed with Matt as she put her hand on his face, before leaning up and kissing him softly once more. "Oh, that's a nice feeling; isn't it?" Matt agreed, but that wasn't the feeling that he was specifically talking about. "I'm actually talking about the feeling of us being married and just starting our life together, here in paradise." Alex smirked as he said that. "Believe me baby, I'm in paradise wherever I can have you naked and in bed with me." Smiling, Matt agreed with his wife as he bent down and kissed her softly; after all, he feels the same way when it comes to that.

The feeling of the two of them being naked in bed with each other is pure paradise, and he wouldn't trade anything for it. "I am so glad that we decided to do this. After all the drama we've had to deal with, I think that this is exactly what we need right now." Alex agreed with Matt as he said that, smiling due to the fact that this truly is paradise; then again, she's always in paradise when she's alone with her husband. "Just being alone with you in bed makes me feel like I'm in paradise." Matt agreed with Alex as she said that, well aware that was the case as he kissed her once more only to hear the dogs bark once more, which led to him letting out a sigh, as he just knew that it meant that his time being naked in bed with Alex has to come to an end. "I'm sorry about this." Shaking her head, Alex smiled at the man of her dreams. "Lay down on your back." Matt agreed with Alex, doing just that for the woman he loves; after which, she rolled over too and laid down on his chest while cuddling up to him. And damn did Matt love this feeling that he has.

The feeling of his beautiful wife laying down on his chest, while he wrapped his arm around her back and held her close to him; a sentiment that Alex shared as well due to the fact that she absolutely loves the feeling of the man of her dreams holding her in bed like this. And that was something that Matt didn't need to be told, as he already knew it. He knew that Alex was happy when it came to how he was holding her right now, which is why he was doing so, while also turning his head and kissing her forehead softly. "I love cuddling up to you like this." Alex agreed with Matt, as she felt the same way about cuddling up to her hunk of a husband like this. With nothing but the sheets on top of the two of them, shortly after making love to each other in the comfort of their bed. The bed that they love sleeping in whenever they get a chance, regardless of what home they're in. All that matters is that they're holding each other close in the comfort of one of their many beds around the United States. And right now, they're in the Florida Keys.

More specifically, Summerland Keys; because that most certainly is exactly what this place is, the land of summer. It's always warm here, which is why Alex wanted to come here; so that she and her new husband could be all sexy with each other in the warm Florida weather. Weather that they both enjoy, as much as they hate the humidity; but Matt likes it for another reason, and it's due to the fact that it means he gets a chance to see his sexy wife wearing a hot bikini for him. "So, am I going to get a chance to see you in a hot bikini today?" Alex laughed as Matt asked her that question, while turning her head and looking at the man of her dreams; after which, she leaned in and kissed him softly. "Yes, you will. I promise." Matt smiled as he heard Alex say that, while running his hand up and down her back. "You know, I am so glad that we decided to get away. We really need this for the start of our marriage." Alex was confused as she heard Matt say that, so she pushed herself up off his chest and looked down at him to get answers.

Or more specifically, some clarification as to what he means. "Ok. Not sure what you mean by that." Matt smiled as he looked at Alex. "In Chicago, people are going to judge us for what we did. And what happened to me with the whole Hallie thing. Here, we can just be husband and wife, and nothing more; people don't need to know about our backstories, they can just know us as Mr. and Ms. Casey." Alex smiled as she heard Matt say that, as she absolutely loved the sound of that. The sound of them just being Mr. and Ms. Casey here in the Florida Keys, without a backstory needed. "I have to say that I really like that idea too." Leaning over Matt, Alex smirked as she kissed him softly; meanwhile, he put his hand on the side of her face as they both started to take things nice and slow with each other. After which, Alex pushed herself away as she needed to go do something; but that didn't mean that Matt was happy that she did that. "Hey, where are you going." Getting up out of bed, Alex smirked as she grabbed her robe. "The dogs need to go out."

Matt agreed with his wife as she told him that the dogs need to go out, well aware that was the case; however, he also had a proposal for her. "What if we take a walk down the beach with the dogs rather than just let them out? We can get some exercise." Alex smiled as she grabbed her underwear from the ground and agreed with her amazing husband, especially since that sounds like a great idea. "I actually really like that idea." Matt agreed with Alex, well aware that she likes that idea based solely on the way she was smiling at him right now. "I hope you know that I didn't like the way you pushed me away." Alex agreed with Matt, before smirking as she walked away to her bags. "Remind me to unpack our bags. I mean, unless this is just a weeklong thing; do you know how long we're staying?" Bending down to grab his boxers that he was wearing the night before, Matt put them on once more before tugging them up; after which, he turned around and looked at the woman he loves while putting his hands on her hips. "The truth is, I'm not sure yet."

Turning around, Alex looked at her husband. "Really?" Matt nodded as Alex as him whether he truly meant it when he said that he doesn't know how long he wants to stay, because he does; he really doesn't know how long he wants to be on vacation with her. All he knows is that he wants to take his time and just relax with the woman he loves. The woman he's very happy to be spending the rest of his life with. "All I know is this…" Walking over to Alex in his boxers, Matt smirked as he wrapped his arms around her and then held her close to his chest; meanwhile, she wrapped her arms around his back and smirked as she looked up at the man of her dreams. "All I know is that I want to enjoy some time with my wife, time where we don't have to worry about anything but each other. You're the only thing I want to concentrate on right now, as we start our life as husband and wife." Alex smiled as she heard Matt say that, as she absolutely loves the idea of them just concentrating on starting their life with each other. "I love the sound of that." Matt agreed.

After which, he moved his hands to her neck and smirked as he took things nice and slow with the woman he adores. "I love it too. Now listen, are you coming downstairs with me so that you can help me put the dogs out?" Alex bit her lip. "I was thinking of going to take a shower." Matt smirked as Alex said that, as he wants to join her. "Then how about this? You stay here, let me take the dogs out. Then, I'll come back up and we can hop in the shower together." Alex smirked. "Or, I can get in the shower without you as you put the dogs out and I'll wait for you, so I'll be all sexy and wet when you come upstairs." Smirking as Alex said that, Matt wrapped his arms around her before leaning in and kissing his gorgeous wife softly. "Oh, now that sounds like a plan." Nodding, Alex smiled as she kissed Matt once more; but rather than have it be a quick kiss, she made sure to linger for a bit as a way to please her husband. "I love you." Matt agreed with Alex as she told him that, as he loves her too. "I love you too." Alex agreed smiling at Matt as she walked away.

Matt's POV:
As I watched Alex walk away to the washroom where we're going to be taking a shower together just as soon as I come back from taking the dogs out, I couldn't help but smile over the fact that I truly believe I am the luckiest man in the entire world. Alex is very sexy, extremely sweet, and truly gorgeous; and every better, she just understands me in a way that nobody else ever has. I truly feel like I've met my match in Alex and that's why I am just so grateful what we're in this life together. She's my dream come true, and I can't wait to see what life has in store for us, hopefully some kids. But I can wait for that, because all that matters to me right now is starting this amazing life that I already have with Alex. A life that I can only see getting better as the years go along, because we already love each other so much; and I can only see us falling more and more in love as time goes on. And I have no doubt in my mind that Alex feels the same way about that based on the way that she always stares at me with love in her eyes. God, she's so adorable.

And I truly mean that, she's the most adorable thing in the entire world; and she always looks like a love-sick puppy. Then again, I'm that way too. I'm just so in love with her, that there are times where I don't think straight simply due to the fact that I have her own my mind all the time. She's just that sexy and it makes me want to touch her all the time. But for now, I'm more than okay with taking a quick breather so that I can take the dogs out, ahead of me joining that gorgeous wife of mine in the shower; in the shower where I'm going to run my hands all over her body as I wash her on the first full day of our honeymoon. God, I still can't believe I can say that. Our honeymoon, something that I can only say due to the fact that Alex is my wife. And so far, I am loving our life as a married couple it's a life that I never imagined that I'd have, as I didn't think that I'd ever get a chance to be married to Alex; but now that we're married, I do not plan on ever letting that gorgeous woman go. She's just so damn sexy and I love her more than anything.

Compared to Chicago, it always takes a lot longer to take the dogs out here at their home in the keys due to the fact that there isn't as much grass as he would like; so they're always stuck with taking the dogs out front, which requires them to take a leach. And that's why Matt was oh so grateful that he put some boxers on, because he had to tie the dogs up on their ropes. Yes, you heard that right, their ropes. I mean, be honest here; do you really expect Matt to walk out onto the front lawn while just wearing his boxers? He wouldn't be caught dead doing that, nor would he like Alex to do the same if she didn't have a robe. So, he did the easy thing and tied the dogs on their ropes while he fed them; and luckily for him, they only went pee rather than shit. It meant that he was able to stay inside and made things a hell of a lot easier when he had to bring them inside. And now that they were inside, it mean that Matt could do something that he wanted to do really bad; and that would be join his gorgeous wife in the shower. And now, that's precisely what Matt was ready to do. Get in the shower with that sexy, naked wife of his. And boy does he mean sexy, as she looks great.

Hell, she always looks great when she's in the shower; but there's just this way that she looks now that she's his wife that turns him on even more, probably due to the fact that Matt knows that gorgeous woman is his for the rest of his life. And that's something that he loves to say. She's his for the rest of his life, as they're married. She's his wife, and he loves that fact. But now, it's time for this husband to join his wife in the shower so that he can run his hands all over her wet body and as he shows her love this morning; the first morning of their Floridian honeymoon at their home in the Florida Keys. And that's precisely why he just took off his towel and opened the door to the shower, while also taking another moment to just admire the gorgeous woman he has the honor of calling his wife. "Damn, I am such a lucky man." Turning her head as she heard Matt say that, Alex smiled due to the fact that he most certainly is a lucky man. "Oh, yes you are mister." Matt smirked as he heard Alex say that while hanging up his towel next to her robe. After which, he stepped into the shower so that he could get close to the woman of his dreams, his beautiful wife Alexandra Marie Casey.

Placing her hands on his muscular chest as he did that, Alex smiled as she loved the fact that she and Matt were now in the shower with each other, as this is something that she always loves to do; it's how she always likes to start her day, especially when they're taking a nice hot shower with each other that may involve sex. She just doesn't yet know whether this shower will involve sex, or whether it'll just be a shower where they wash each other. But regardless of whether or not they have sex, all that matters to her is that they start off their life as husband and wife in the best way possible, which is by being madly in love with each other. Kissing her husband softly, Alex smiled as this is always a lot of fun; them holding each other close as they take things nice and slow with each other. Whether it be here in the shower, or in the comfort of their bed; just the feeling of Matt being close to her and kissing her is always a lot of fun. And that's precisely why she's really enjoying this feeling that she has right now. "God, I love you so much." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife as she said that, smiling as he loves her too. "I love you too. Always have and always will."

Alex smiled as she heard Matt tell her that, well aware that was the case as she took things nice and slow with her amazing husband; after which, she wrapped her arms around his muscular body as a way to just hold him close to her as they start their day together. "God, I am such a lucky woman to have you by my side like this." Matt agreed with his gorgeous wife as she said that, smiling as he felt the same way about her. He feels like he's a lucky man who truly has the best life in the entire world simply due to the fact that he has her in his life. "I feel the same way simply due to the fact that I have such a beautiful wife whom I love, and will always love more than anything in the entire world for the rest of my life." Alex smirked as she heard Matt tell her that, while continuing to take things nice and slow with her man; the man she craves more than anything, and will always be proud to call her man. "I hope you know just how happy I am. Happy to be here in your arms, as we hold each other close and just take it easy with each other." Matt agreed, as he most certainly was aware of how much she loves this life that they have with each other. "Believe me, I already know it babe." Alex agreed.

I mean, how could she not agree when they have such a great life with each other? They've only been married for such a short amount of time, but they're already so happy simply due to the fact that this is the life that they've always wanted to have with each other. "I'm just glad that we finally did it. We finally got married and we're here with each other right now." Matt agreed, as he could disagree with Alex when he comes to that. He's so happy that they finally married the woman he loves, who just so happens to also be the only woman he could ever see himself married to. And now, that's precisely what he is. He's married to this beautiful woman whom he loves with all his heart. The most beautiful woman in his world, Ms. Alexandra Marie Casey. "I hope you know that I will always want you to be my wife. This is a dream come true for me and that will never change. I promise." Alex agreed with Matt as he told her that, well aware that was the case as she leaned in and kissed the man of her dreams nice and slowly. "Believe me, you have nothing to worry about when it comes to that as I already know that babe." Matt smirked as he agreed with his wife.'

While at the same time, he decided to (finally) pick her up in his arms and wrap her legs around his waist; after which, he moved to push her against the wall of their shower as a way of teasing his gorgeous wife. "Damn, I love you so much when you do that." Matt smirked as he heard Alex say that, while leaning in and kissing the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world. "Let me guess, it turns you on Ms. Casey?" Alex agreed with Matt as it most certainly does turn her on. Hell, it'll always turn her on due to the fact that her husband is very sexy; he always turns her on and just always makes her happy, simply by being who he is. He's the best husband in the entire world, and he's also the love of her life. He's the man who puts a smile on her face, and who always pleases her whenever they share a nice kiss with each other. Hell, all she needs to be pleased is to share a nice kiss with her husband; but when she gets a chance to have more than just a kiss with her husband, then you better believe that she'll take whatever chance she can to get just that. To get the feeling of her husband's incredible love and hands all over her naked body. And god, she wants it all day.

So much so, that she decided to ask Matt what they were doing today. "Do we have any plans for today?" Smirking, Matt moved his lips to her neck as he kissed it as a way to tease his wife. "Well, I do have some plans." Groaning, Alex grabbed the back of his head; while also continuing to cuddle up to her amazing husband and moaning as he sucked on her neck. After which, she listened to what his plans are. "I was thinking that we could go and have breakfast out in town, a nice breakfast just me and my wife. Or maybe the dogs." Leaning back, Alex smiled as she thought about that and agreed due to the fact that she can definitely get on board with that idea. "I like that idea." Matt smirked as he kissed Alex softly. "Plus, we need to walk the dogs and just get outside. I know what you want, but we both know it's not what's best for us and the dogs." Alex agreed with Matt, smirking at her incredible husband. After all, he's just the best; and she's going to keep saying it until it isn't true (not like that's ever going to happen because it will always be the truth). Her husband is the best man she's ever met, and she's very proud to have the right to call him her husband for life.

Fresh out of the sexy shower that he took with his beautiful wife, Matt smiled as he stood at the counter in his towel while shaving this morning; shaving ahead of the walk that he and Alex are going to take with each other. But what Matt didn't know, is that Alex has plans on wearing a very sexy bikini for him as they take a walk; something that he only found out while taking a peek at our outfit that she chose to wear while looking out the door. "Wow, now that looks like a sexy bikini." Turning around to look at her husband, Alex smiled and agreed with him as she noticed that he was shaving. "Oh, make sure that you get that spot that's always hard to reach." Matt smirked. "Want to make sure that I get it by helping me out?" Alex agreed with Matt, as that was something that she most certainly could do for the man she loves; especially since she already knows the real reason he wants her to help him. He wants her to help him as it means that she'll be close to him in her bikini, while he's just wearing his towel; a towel that will stay on due to the fact that he already got his morning round of sex while they were in the shower with each other. "So, that for underneath your clothes?"

Well aware that Matt was referring to her bikini, Alex nodded as that was exactly why she was wearing her bikini; as she wanted to wear it under her clothes. "I'm wearing it in case we head to the beach." Matt agreed with Alex. "I thought that we'd take a walk down the beach with the dogs before it gets warm. If we want to take a swim, then we can go out again later and just take it easy with each other without having to worry about the dogs at the same time." Alex agreed with Matt as he told her that, as that was a good idea; something that she planned on telling him as she moved in between him and the counter. Meanwhile, Matt set his razor down and proceeded to pick her up in his arms and set her down on the edge of the counter. "So, you want me to go put some boxers on before you help me shave? Or are you confident in my ability to stay in front of you in a towel, with you keeping it on me?" Alex smiled as she put her hands on his face, before kissing the man she loves softly. "Oh, do you not trust me to keep your towel on?" Matt smirked. "Well, you do tend to prefer when I'm not wearing a towel when I'm naked underneath it." Alex agreed with her husband, smirking.

After which, she leaned in and kissed him once more. "And you do the same thing when I'm just wearing a towel or a bathrobe, so shut up and stop judging yourself mister." Matt agreed with his wife as she said that, smiling as he kissed her softly. After which, he bent down and left a soft kiss on her neck. "I love you." Placing her hand on the side of his face, Alex agreed with her loving husband and smiled as they both took things nice and slow with each other. "God, I love you so much and you are such a turn on." Matt smirked as he heard Alex say that, well aware that was the case as he watched her shave for him. "Thanks for shaving for me." Alex agreed with her husband as he said that, more than okay with shaving on his behalf. "It's my pleasure babe. Now, just stay still so that I don't cut you." Matt agreed with his wife as she said that, smiling as he watched her shave him. This morning. An action that was very sexy due to the fact that he just loves the way he gets to stare into her eyes as they hold each other close here in the privacy of their washroom.

Finally putting his boxers on after shaving, Matt smiled as he walked out to see Alex setting some of his clothes down on their bed. "Last time I checked, we weren't going to sleep; so why exactly are you grabbing some of my clothes to put on?" Turning her head, Alex smiled as she saw the man she loves walk out of the washroom in his tight boxers. After which, he made his way over to her and smirked due to the fact that he doesn't really care what Alex wears since she's very sexy when she wears his clothes; a fact that he plans on telling her right now. "Not that I care, you look sexy in my clothes whenever you wear them. So, go ahead if you want." Alex smiled. "Oh, I just wanted you to wear something that was clean. You wore those other shorts you like on the plane, and I want you to wear these." Looking at the shorts she picked for him, Matt smiled as he carried his towel over to the hook he has on his side of the bed before hanging it up again this morning; after which, he got close to his gorgeous wife. The woman he loves more than anything. "So, you picked the purple outfit?" Turning around in Matt's arms, Alex agreed as she looked up at him.

After which, she stepped close to him as she wrapped her arms around his waist. "Is that you complaining that I'm making you wear the purple outfit?" Matt shook his head, as it most certainly was not him complaining; he would never complain about wearing purple clothes after all, as they are regal colours. "I would never complain about that babe." Leaning in, Matt smirked as he took things nice and slow with the woman he loves. The woman he craves more than anything in the entire world, and whom he wouldn't be opposed of taking in his arms one more time ahead of the two of them heading to the beach. But, he had to give up on that dream when she walked away to go get dressed. "I know what you're thinking and it's not going to happen." Snapping his fingers, Matt sighed. "And to think, I thought that I might be able to get you in bed one last time before we leave." Alex shook her head, as that wasn't happening. "Get dressed." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife as she said that, smiling as he went to grab his shorts to put them on this morning.

After which, he looked up at Alex. "So, are you and I going out to breakfast? Or am I making breakfast here?" Alex smiled as Matt asked her that question. "I like the idea of us going out on a breakfast date, especially since we haven't been on a real date in a while." Matt agreed with Alex as he did up his shorts, before grabbing his shirt and going to put it on. "And that's my fault. But now, we're going on a date. Our first date as husband and wife." Alex smiled as she heard Matt say that, while watching as the man of her dreams made his way over to her at their bed again; wrapping his arms around her afterwards, Matt smiled as he looked down at his wife before bending down and kissing her softly. "I love you." Alex agreed with her husband as he told her that he loves her, well aware that he loves her based on the way that he always looks at her. "I know that, and I am so glad that we're married. I love this life." Matt agreed with Alex, kissing her once more. "So, breakfast here or out on the beach?" Alex bit her lip. "I bought those fresh bagels at the market at the airport. We should eat those first." Alex agreed. "By the way, no swimming?" Matt smiled. "Later, in the pool."

Alex agreed with Matt, liking that idea more. "Much sexier." Matt smirked. "If we get pregnant, I want it to happen here." Alex was surprised as she heard Matt say that. "Are we already thinking about that? I thought we were waiting after what you just went through." Matt sighed as he walked up to Alex and wrapped his arms around her, while she put her hands on his arms. "Let's just see what happens. I believe in faith, and you are my destiny. If we get pregnant, then it happens." Alex agreed with Matt, loving the sound of that; but not as much as she loves the feeling of her amazing husband bending down and kissing her softly, which is precisely what he just did. "I love you." Alex agreed with Matt. "I love you too. Now, go make breakfast please." Matt agreed with Alex as she said that, smirking as he walked away to go make them some breakfast. Meanwhile, Alex went ahead and finished getting ready for the day. The first day of their honeymoon. God, she loves saying that. Their honeymoon. Why? Well, because it means she and Matt are married; which is her favorite thing in the entire world. The fact that she's married to Mr. Matthew James Casey. The love of her life.
