TECHNOLOGY OF TITANOMACHY – COMPILATION DOC #1

NEW MECHS OF THE FRONTIER WAR

Though the Militia and IMC were allowed swelled ranks of humans in their forces due to the escalation of the war, it was this same escalation that resulted in shortage of manpower both as boots on the ground and aboard starships. For the first time, both side's manpower could not keep up with the demand.

The solution was bitter to the Militia, obvious to the IMC. What followed was a near renaissance to the field of combat cybernetics, spearheaded by both sides in their goal to create the best killing machines possible. And while the venerable and tried Spectres were upgraded and churned out of factories by the thousands, and the fearsome Reapers still saw production, the two sides soon saw themselves populated with engines of death that would redefine mech combat in the Frontier for years to come.

MOBILE ASSAULT AND PURSUIT PLATFORM - MANDRILL

The Mandrill Walker came as a by-product of Titan technology, thanks to advances in motor and locomotion systems. It utilizes a more aggressive and animalistic AI compared to Spectres and Reapers, based on the brain patterns of Prowlers and Crusher Primates encountered in Leviathan, allowing the machine to operate more independently from battle groups, though it is possible to slave the machine to a main control unit such as a T.E.C Rig or central mission control. It can even be ridden on its back thanks to strategically-placed handles, but the Mandrill' AI is not programmed to account for passengers, making such an action ill-advised without proper modification to its programming.

The Mandrill' armor is rated for vehicle level, allowing it to shrug off most infantry-grade firepower and even a few hits from anti-vehicle and anti-Titan weapons. Its prodigious agility and strength are its greatest trait, however, allowing the mech to run, jump, climb and leap great distances, aided by the powerful pneumatic grips of its hands and feet. Indeed, stress tests show that a Mandrill mech is more than capable of inflicting damage to a Titan if left free, and even splitting a fully armored human in two with grip strength alone. To round out its armament, two 7.62mm machine gun turrets, one multi-purpose missile pod and one spinal-mounted mortar launcher allow the mech to rain death at its opposition.

It is said that the electronic roar of a Mandrill Walker is one of the few things capable of inflicting fear in a Pilot. And if a Pilot fears it... Then others also should.

INFILTRATION STEALTH/ASSASSINATION QUADRUPEDAL CYBERNETIC PLATFORM - HUNTER

Sometimes, pure firepower isn't the necessary path. A Kraber AP round through the skull of a dignitary is too conspicuous, and a bomb planted in a crime lord's car has a chance to not kill the target.

Sometimes a stealthy, undercover approach is the best solution.

Sometimes... You need a Hunter mech.

With a body modeled after the fearsome Prowler, the Hunter is the first mech produced by Wonyeon Defense solely with in-house resources and technologies, and it soon proved how absurdly fearsome it could be.

The Hunter unit is programmed with an AI system based around military dogs, thus it easily obey hundreds of verbal and non-verbal commands, with the capability to program further commands, while also being more than capable of decision making in situations of any kind. Its servos are equipped with the latest in sound-muffling technology while allowing for perfect organic movements, and the lightweight metal/carbon-fiber construction guarantees speed and agility surpassing any bipedal platform. Most importantly, however, are its two chief advertised features: an integrated, long-duration and Pilot-grade cloak system, and its two universal interface/manipulator units, located both in the "tongue" and in the "tail". These manipulators can be used to grasp objects and even operate analogue machinery, though its chief use is to allow ease of access to any electronics the Hunter encounters, allowing hacking and infiltration of systems.

Of course, sometimes stealth fails, in which case combat is called upon. For self-defense, the mono-filament fangs of the Hunter can rend flesh and armor equally, causing grievous injuries that more often then not are fatal or cause loss of limbs. An optional back-mounted turret allows for the mounting of twin Prowler Burst PDW, a Hemlok BF-R or a manipulator arm wielding a heat blade. Its fore legs possess cylinders with Arc Star/Firestar/Gravity Star launchers, each holding 5 units, with optional replacement for an electro-net deployer. All of these features combined make the Hunter a very expensive machine, however, meaning it is reserved only for incredibly wealthy individuals and groups, or Special Ops units in the military. Nevertheless, Wonyeon Defense was soon swamped with orders, and both civilians and military came to learn...

The night hides many things. It hides predators... And it'll hide your demise.

CARRIER/TRANSPORT SUPPLY DELIVERY ALL-TERRAIN MECH - BUCEPHALUS

"Leave your burdens to one made to carry them."

That was the chosen tagline for the Bucephalus, Hammond Robotics' brand new product for ease of transport. Standing at twice the height of a human, the Bucephalus has a very simplistic construction: a head unit, small torso and pelvis and legs. Its posture and attitude control software are on par with that of Titans, and its similarly Titan-grade legs allow the mech to brave and traverse any terrain it is deployed, while also being able to carry a full metric ton of supplies upon its many hardpoints. Be it crates, bags or even nets, the Bucephalus has many different attachment options to allow its cargo safe travels.

Of course, being a courier in an active war zone necessitates good protection, and the vehicle-grade plating mounted on the Bucephalus guarantees that to take it down will be an effort unlike no other.

HEAVY LABOR MECH - MOOSE

If the MRVN is the main workhorse to replace human labor, and the Spectre is the robotic solution in warzones, the Moose is what you need when a Journeyman isn't available. Essentially a super-sized Marvin, the Moose utilizes a similar program type, only with additional precepts for handling heavier loads, which were easily lifted by the Titan-like manipulators mounted on the machine. For handling smaller loads, two smaller manipulators could fold out from the pelvis, and two cranes mounted on the Moose's "shoulders" allowed it to tow around things too big for even the Moose to carry. A boon to both the Militia and the IMC, the Moose won their hearts both metaphorically with its sheer utility... And literally, when some work crews discovered how puppy-like the large mech could be.

NEW WARSHIPS OF THE FRONTIER WAR

LIBERTY-CLASS CARRIER

Only the third design created by the newly-formed Militia Inter-System Army, the Liberty nevertheless was still a feat of accomplishment that proved the people of the Frontier were ready to truly rise against the IMC and the Core Worlds. Serving as a mobile command center for several of the Militia's fleets spread across the galaxy, this carrier-type vessel brought with it dozens of fighter wings and dropships that were to be used both to invade or defend contested territories amongst the war theater. Lightly armed, but heavily armored, the Liberty was built atop the Militia's Annapolis-class Heavy Tankers, each carrier is a commitment of time and resources that make the loss of any Liberty a heavy blow to the fleets they are attached to. But the sight alone of one of these mighty vessels can galvanize freedom fighters, and lay dread on the heart of any IMC troops that this vessel casts a shadow over.

GLADIUS-CLASS CRUISER

While fleet engagements were still rare, even later in the Frontier Wars, the need for a true medium-weight warship to replace retrofitted civilian vessels was something that plagued Militia Command for many years. To their luck, Kodai Industries was quick to offer a potential design that could be both well-armed and mobile enough to become their mainline light vessel for their fleets. Thus, the Gladius-class was born. Bristling with many weapons and given enough engine and jump-drive power to allow for quick mobilization, the warship proved itself reliable and efficient in the hands of the expanded Militia fleets, and allowed many victories in their favor. Its only downside is the lack of fighter capability, and its generally modest troops and Titan capacity. The fact Kodai Industries was being paid handsome amounts for monopoly in the construction and maintenance of the Gladius certainly helped to keep their allegiance to the Militia.

GRAVES-CLASS BATTLECRUISER

While James MacAllan would be immortalized for his sacrifice in the Battle of Demeter by the naming of the MacAllan-class carrier ships, Marcus Graves, his successor, would have his name carried by the second Militia-designed and produced warship. Heavily armed and armored, the Graves-class became the mainline warship of the Militia's fleet, widely produced and deployed. It also carries a sizeable deployment force, including several dropships, Titans and ground units, and for fast deployments it is equipped with orbital insertion pods. The Graves-class was also responsible for pioneering the first warship-scale energy shields and warship-scale directed-energy weapons that have become standard in the Frontier War, and though highly controversial, it can even be equipped with nuclear warheads should the need arise. The last point was heatedly debated but conceded during the designing of the ship, arguing that "Marcus Graves was a man of few extremes. But should the need have arisen, he would have accepted this"

TRIDENT-CLASS RAILCANNON CRUISER

The maneuverability awarded by the jump-drives installed on ships meant that the usual super-long distance engagements between warships was made more difficult: if your enemy jumps away from your first salvo, and with space being a three-dimensional combat arena, your best option would be to jump to a space right beside your enemy, and fire away with your weapons while their on-board computer was stuck calculating a jump while being close to a high-mass object. But the IMC decided to change the battle plan: to have a ship with a gun so powerful and so fast, one shot would be enough. For that, they hired Wonyeon Defense to develop a weapon that would fit the criteria.

The result was the creation of the Mark VII Hyper-conductor Anti-Ship Rail Cannon, and around the weapon the Trident-class was born.

Nicknamed "The Big Gun", a Trident is very much so deserving of that description. Minimal crew, armor and secondary armaments, with a singular hangar built as small as possible, this cruiser dedicates itself entirely to firing its primary weapon. Revolutionary cooling systems and a sophisticated fire-control system ensures a Trident can and will hits its target even at BVR engagements.

But in the end, the IMC's greed would cost them dearly. After Wonyeon delivered the weapon and plans for the ship, the IMC seized production plants and most personnel, leaving the contracted corporation with just scant funds as "reward", and no contract for future production. Infuriated, the director's board of Wonyeon Defense decided to have revenge the best way they could think: leak the plans and data of the Trident-class to the Militia, and surrender a few of their Frontier-based factories to be "taken over" in "unexpected military operations".

In the end, the IMC discovered that a weapon that powerful could indeed cause terrible damage. Especially when said damage was inflicted on their interstellar convoys.

DEFENDER-CLASS ASSAULT CARRIER

As the Frontier War dragged on, and battles began piling, the Militia came to a worrying conclusion: they did not possess a mainline starship that could serve as their workhorse. The MacAllan-class and Graves-class did not possess the firepower they wished for to become an effective frontline vessel. And yet again, they turned to their engineers for an answer. Their response was the Defender-class.

A halfway point between a full-fledged battleship and a carrier, the Defender offers a compromise in versatility: carrying a modest tonnage in capital-class weapons, eight small-scale hangars capable of servicing a fair number of aerospace craft, the heaviest armor possible and a powerful shield generator, the assault carrier can be utilized in a number of fronts, from escort to frontline engagements and even as a atmospheric staging ground. The class went on to become a much beloved workhorse of the Militia's many fleets, and remained in service for years.

Amongst the taskforce that raided the IMC's Olympus Shipyards in the theft of the two Domination-class Dreadnoughts were twenty four Defenders, of which sadly only six survived. They went on to be known as the Stalwart Guard, and went on to join the Sentinel Corps' attack on Nibelungen, at the cost of further three ships confirmed destroyed, and the last three missing alongside the entire 9th Fleet. But their legacy lives on in all of the Defenders that continue to bring the fight to the IMC, no matter the odds.

DOMINATION-CLASS COMMAND DREADNOUGHT

The IMC are an arm of the Core Worlds. It is thanks to them that those on Earth and the closest colonies enjoy luxury and bountifulness. But to those on the Frontier, the IMC represents tyranny, ruthlessness, and most importantly, oppression. And no symbol of that is greater than the Domination-class dreadnought.

Fresh from the much-delayed reinforcements coming from the Core Worlds, these gargantuan warships dwarf any other vessel fielded by both sides, and carry both the firepower and manpower to match. It is said a single Domination can defeat an entire fleet of Militia ships with sheer volume of fire from its many laser cannons, railguns, missile launchers and solid-state cannons. The dreadnought also has four separate hangar bays, all loaded with bombers, fighters and dropships ready to unleash unholy fury upon their targets. Top-of-the-line armor and shields guarantee little will come to harm the warship, and its jump drive, the latest generation of such, makes its operational range wide and far-reaching. All of these traits, however, combined to make the Domination-class prohibitively expensive to mass-produce, and instead limited their construction to five such warships for now.

At great cost, the Militia managed to steal two. One was given to their 1st Fleet, the Utopic, and is used as a mobile command center for Militia High Command. The other was kept by the Sentinel Corps, rechristened into the Avalanche, for the sole purpose of allowing them to proceed with the operation to attack Nibelungen, the ARES Division's most closely guarded secret, and the intended goal of Operation VAULTBREAK. The remaining three ships remain tightly in the hands of the IMC, and continue to haunt Militia forces. Woe be the planet that has the shadow of the Domination fall upon them, for it is a sign that their freedom will soon end.

HEPHAESTUS-CLASS FACTORY/FORGE SHIP

Less a warship and more a massive mobile factory, the Hephaestus-class was constructed through the refurbishing of orbital construction stations into vessels, as a result for the need to change the location of such stations in case of attacks by the IMC. With the change to a mobile design, much of the size of these constructs was lost as a result, though still remained quite large: at 3km length total, the Hephaestus dwarfs many dedicated warships, and its sheer mass allows the craft to shrug off weapons fire due to how thick and dense its armor plating is. Combat, however, is not its main goal.

Indeed, with only some anti-air weapons and small ship-to-ship guns for self-defense, the Hephaestus is ill-equipped to deal with any opponent in a firefight (though more than once a few more enthusiastic captains had suggested to simply use the mobile factory's size as an advantage for ramming maneuvers, something which Militia High Command has vehemently and constantly denied), necessitating a constant escort to keep the vessel safe.

However, what it lacks in firepower, the Hephaestus more than compensates in its true service: supplying the armies of the Militia. While the standard configuration for the ship has it geared towards producing arms, ammo, mechs and some vehicles, the Hephaestus can easily be converted into a number of different configurations, such as Titan factories, base builders, even as mobile refineries or shipyards.

One such Hephaestus-class, the Athens, was brought along with the Sentinel Corps as to provide them with supplies for the Nibelungen raid, and was configured for production of ammunition, mechs, Titans and vehicles, sacrificing resource carrying capacity for industrial output. It is thanks to the Athens and its captain, the ex-Pilot Simulacrum ARIES, that the 5th Fleet could muster the necessary military power to battle the overwhelming IMC forces defending Nibelungen, and could reinvigorate their fighting capability after their arrival on this new galaxy far, far away.

PILOT EQUIPMENT

JUMP KIT MARK III

Pilots are versatile assets, combat-certified ones even more so. They can operate in any environment, adapt to any situation, and possess skills that overshadow any regular soldier or mech soldier. To maintain that efficiency, their equipment was made to match, and over the years, was upgraded to keep up with the changing battlefields. Their Jump Kits were no exception.

Rebuilt from the ground up with state-of-the-art technology, the Mark III model possesses far greater fuel efficiency and capacity, allowing a Pilot to execute maneuvers and boosts for double the standard time. Better weight distribution and additional thruster nozzles grant even better agility, and the upgrade to the on-board computer allows a pilot to focus on the firefight while the electronics balance out their maneuvers passively.

However, the biggest additions were the now built-in Pilot Kits: a small rack of six Pulse Blades, held in recharging ports and thus allowing retrieval and reutilization of the blades, and a built-in Grappling Hook unit, giving all Pilots the increased mobility that had once been restricted to a single Kit type.

Thanks to the Mark III Jump Kit, pilots became even deadlier than before. And thus, a battle between Pilots became a plateau that few could hope to match.

TACTICAL ELECTRONIC CONTROL (T.E.C.) KIT

With the increase in the size of force deployments across the systems, Hammond Robotics realized that their robotic forces were not operating at peak capacity. While their upgraded firmware guaranteed optimal combat efficiency in smaller engagements, the limited hardware for the machine soldiers made so that their reactions to certain threats remained sluggish, which only cost the IMC further mechanical troops. Their solution was to create a focal control unit, an equipment that would serve as a mobile hub for mechanized infantry, allowing them more processing power and consequently, better combat capability. With further modifications, said equipment became the Pilot T.E.C. Kits.

The T.E.C. Pilots are focused on electronic warfare and information processing. With the kit active, the Pilot becomes a mobile information hub, gathering intel on the terrain, known enemy forces, intercepting and rerouting communications and more. They can also interface with Spectre, Stalker, Reaper or even Hunter troops, allowing both for the Pilot to directly control the machines linked to them, and to passively upgrade their AIs' capabilities. Due to the kit's focus on support and indirect combat, however, a T.E.C Pilot is more vulnerable to direct engagements with other Pilots equipped with more solo-oriented kits, necessitating either the assistance of other Pilots, or utilization of their information and control capabilities to protect themselves.

CQC PILOT BLADES

A recent addition to a Pilot's arsenal were Combat Blades. Larger than a standard knife or Data Knife, Combat Blades are meant to be used when greater damage is required. Built with a monomolecular edge that sheds away the metal to maintain its sharpness, Combat Blades also serve a practical purpose: since Pilots can find themselves deployed alone for extended periods of time, they can use said blades to procure food, lumber and other materials for shelter, and even as an emergency flint.

In battle, the Combat Blades can slice through the armored weave of soldiers and Pilots, armored alloy of Spectres and Hunters, and even more delicate and fragile components of Titans. However, even these blades require maintenance, and over time will lose their cutting edge. This forces the blade to utilize sheer momentum to cut through intended targets, and thus become significantly less effective.

MECHANICAL AUGMENTATION

"You, better and greater than before."

That was the tagline for Vinson Dynamic's prosthetic and augmentation programs. Be it limb replacements, cybernetic upgrades or even full Simulacrum mental transference, the company had no qualms or limits with their offered services. Even full organ replacements or total bone structure reconstruction are in their catalogues, for when, as several Pilots have put it, "you want your skeleton made of titanium, or your lungs to let you breathe underwater."

Thanks to the constant breakthroughs in the field of medical and cybernetics, augmentations became more and more common amongst the military, be it regular soldiers, Pilots or even officers. It is not uncommon to see ship captains with mechanical limbs or replacement parts, with one famous case being Captain Deanna of the Liberty-class carrier Orpheus, and her prosthetic arms housing magnetic grapples and magnum-chambered, forearm-mounted guns, and cybernetic eyes with a distinct golden glow.

In the case of Pilots, these tend to involve chemical injectors in their bloodstream, medical nanomachines, muscle weave upgrades and others. One standard procedure that can be taken is the amputation and replacement of legs, reducing blood loss to the brain during high-G maneuvers.

A rumor goes that Robert "Barker" Taube has performed four separate liver upgrades, and even earned a lifetime warranty with Vinson Dynamics for constantly pushing the limits of their alcohol-filtering tech. Such rumors are claimed by Barker to be "complete and utter bullshit", though his response when under influence seems to also confirm such claims.

MILITIA SMALL CRAFT

SUPER-FORTRESS ULTRAHEAVY BOMBER

A rare but feared sight, the Super-Fortress Bombers are designed to destroy large armies, and were created in response to the Remnant Fleet's massed wave tactics. The craft is slow, cumbersome and consumes massive amounts of fuel when deployed. However, the sheer amount of firepower it is capable of bringing to bear justifies the cost of its deployment. Its bomb payload is rated as being capable of razing a small city to the ground, and its numerous turrets fill the sky with enough counter-air fire to dissuade most enemies from coming close. It is also capable of mounting jump drives, not unlike dropships, though due to the fuel space being instead reserved to payload capacity, its jump distances are very short and limited to only one travel, thus it is left either as a tool for surprise attacks or tactical withdrawals.

TROJAN HEAVY TRANSPORT

A mainstay of the Core Worlds' military, deployed to the Frontier when the war escalated in size. The Trojan carries large amounts of troops, vehicles or supplies, filling the role of "bulk transport" to the IMC and, thanks to theft and reverse-engineering, the Militia. It is lightly armed and thus requires a fighter escort when deploying into enemy or contested territory, though its jump drive allows at least retreat capability if need be. Though it can carry Titans amongst its cargo hold, the lack of a launch catapult or drop system means they must either jump from the open cargo area to the ground below, or disembark when the transport touches down. With proper modifications, the Trojan can also operate as a mobile command center, allowing a wider area of operations in the battlefield.

CHARIOT TITAN DROPSHIP

A smaller, more easily-produced Titan transport, the Chariot is equipped for rapid deployment of Titan forces, no matter the conditions in space, on the air or ground. With two launch catapults and a hangar capable of holding ten Titans, the Chariot rains heavy support to their allies, and promises death to their enemies. To make sure their payload survives both the Titanfall and deployment, the Chariot is equipped with Titan-grade underslung heavy turrets, missile pods and even forward-facing heavy machineguns for striking enemy aircraft. It may even be equipped with a bodyshield emitter, but this upgrade results in the already slow vessel becoming even more so, though the survivability rate of shield-equipped Chariots more than justifies their inclusion.

MOTHER GOOSE BULK TRANSPORT

An army is made of soldiers, that is an old maxim of war. But soldiers need food, ammo, medical supplies, toilet paper and the occasional bottle of beer to properly fight their battles. Vehicles, mechs and Titans need spare parts and fuel to remain in working order, and bases need raw materials to be properly built. And of course, you need to ship these materials in bulk.

Proudly produced, marketed and sold by Canis Major Trading Company, the MTA-05 Mother Goose (affectionally nicknamed "Santa's Sleigh" by Militia troops) is the go-to solution for such transport needs. With VTOL capability and a spacious cargo hold, the Mother Goose can ships multiple tons of supplies across vast distances, even perform re-entry for orbital drops. And, with proper modifications, the aircraft can be turned into either a dedicated troop transport, or if the situation is truly dire, a gunship/bomber.

Nevertheless, one fact still remains: the Mother Goose is first and foremost a transport vehicle. Thus, while its armor is thick, the craft possesses only two turrets and flares for defense, meaning that either air superiority or a solid fighter escort are necessary to guarantee its survival. In addition, while the modifications are available, they are not enough to allow the Mother Goose to replace specialized vehicles.

Still, it is with cheers and smiles that the Militia Army receives these aircraft whenever they arrive. Especially since more than once, they bring along caskets of Barker's very own moonshine.

UNMANNED MASS DEPLOYMENT AERIAL COMBAT DRONE - TYPHOON

The air is just as important a battlefield as the ground or space. But with the utter failure of their Phantom fighters, the IMC was in dire need for a new aerial superiority machine. To that end, they surrendered the heavens to the machines.

Heavily-armed and quite compact for a fighter craft, the Typhoon nevertheless is a superbly well-rounded machine, with impressive acceleration, top speed and maneuverability. Armed with twin nose-mounted pulse lasers, underslung Charge Cannon and optional equipment mounts that include missile and rocket pods, bombs, and more, this drone aircraft is easily adaptable to any situation it may face. In addition, the Typhoon can be easily disassembled and reassembled, allowing a warship to carry far greater numbers during deployments.

In terms of control capabilities, the Typhoon eschews any direct human contact in favor of an AI-driven artificial brain. This allows for far better fuel capacity, increase in performance all-around and greater carry capacity, due to the removal of systems and parts related to pilot preservation and safety. As a result of this performance increase, the Typhoon is capable of performing maneuvers that organic pilots would not withstand, granting the fighter mobility that defies conventional aero-space combat... Or at least, it theoretically can. This is due to the chosen AI system of the Typhoon: instead of a Spectre-like programming, where squadrons have increased efficiency with increased numbers, the Typhoon's AIs have a baseline programming that dictates their capabilities. They can still communicate and share information on the fly, but their numbers do not correlate to their performance. As such, Typhoon AIs are "taught" by being given flight data of human pilots, and then extrapolating or assimilating that information onto themselves, not unlike teaching a child. As such, the more skilled the pilot being used to "teach" the fighters, the greater they'll perform. In the IMCs case, their chosen "teacher" was the Simmons "The Black Hound" Guadalupe, while the Frontier Army instead sought out Hawk "The King" Tempest.

With all of these features, the Typhoon easily surpassed the Phantom in all points, and now threatens the future of both Hornets and human pilots in the field. Rumor has it, however, that the Militia had already begun drafts for a next-generation manned fighter... One that a certain King has claimed ownership of.

INFILTRATION STEALTH-CAPABLE DROPSHIP – CORVO

CORVO

Fresh from the shipyards of New Typhon, the Soturna-class Proof-of-Concept Long Distance Stealth Infiltrator Ship (nicknamed Corvo by its owner, the Golem Unit) is considered a miracle of modern science: a dropship capable of long-distance jumps, equipped with body-shields, heavy weapons payload and a functioning cloak system. At a size comparable to a Consular-class dropship, the Corvo has a maximum carry capacity of fourteen passengers, twelve Spectres, eight Hunters and one Stalker Mk. II, with enough consumables to last one month. Its weapons compliment consist of seven particle turrets, two dorsal-mounted missile launcher turrets, several flare launchers and one spine-mounted railgun.

The Corvo is equipped with top-of-the-line electronic warfare capabilities, allowing to spoof sensors, radars and any other form of detection used by enemy ships. The hull is lined with a stealth-capable material, and it's cloak system, the first of its kind to be so miniaturized, allows the ship to disappear from the visual spectrum for two hours of uninterrupted use. Finally, the Corvo's engines can propel the ship with speed and mobility comparable to a fighter, or to run completely silent, masking the ship's presence even further.

For now, it remains the only existing Soturna-class in the Militia's arsenal, though with every deployment, data collected by the Corvo allows for tuning and adjustments of the vessel, and plans of limited production are not far on the horizon...

~O~

Hey fellas.

Not a real chapter, just me porting over some stuff I had in SpaceBattles that I realized hadn't been put on some sites yet.

Regardless, here it is: a little look at some of the shit the Militia now has on their hands during the current timeline.

Also, another update to be given: I rewrote every chapter before Chapter 10, changing up some scenes, adding or removing things, rewording some dialogue, fixing some grammar that slipped past me completely… just general stuff. Still, if you wanna have a gander at what changed, re-reading is encouraged! The bigger changes will be made clear.

And with this, I can now officially start writing Chapter 11 for this fic.

Until then, fellas!
