Summary: Light and Darkness. Ying and Yang. Two individuals who were reborn into a new world. One stands for light and the other for darkness. What happens when those two meet one another? Would they form an alliance, or would they fight each other? No one knows the answer. One thing is clear: Nature always has a way to balance things out.

Naruto's blue eyes looked into the confused blue eyes of the elf girl who was currently on the ground in front of him. She saw her arms out of the corner of her eye and instinctively looked down.

The girl confused, raising both arms and looking at her normal arms and the rest of her body. She couldn't believe it. Her entire body was back to normal and nowhere were there any spots of rotten flesh or the red lines on her body that were the hallmarks of the Demon Possession.

"Don't worry, you've been healed," Naruto said in a warm and gentle voice. He didn't want to worry about how long this poor girl had suffered. He never expected this outcome. He thought that the person who was in this mountain of rotten flesh couldn't return to her old form.

The girl looked into Naruto's blue eyes, which radiated warmth. "Do you remember what happened in the last few weeks?" asked Naruto. He crouched down so he was eye level with the elf girl.

When he saw the girl shaking his head, he was happy. He had done some things to her when she wasn't yet healed, which certainly wasn't pleasant. He had already thought that this illness would eventually lead to the victim's consciousness no longer being aware of anything.

He was able to figure out that Demon Possession was a type of Magic Overload. This meant that there was magic in the victim that got out of control and caused these mutations to arise, and the victims began to rot more and more. If it was just one person, it might have just been a coincidence, but Naruto didn't believe it. How could it be that there were so many reports of Demon Possession, and it was always the same symptoms?

This disease or pandemic of women was not normal and had no natural origin. Naruto was sure of that, and he would try to find out the truth about this strange illness in the future. He was able to save the girl from him, but there were still plenty of girls or women who could use his help.

"I suppressed the excess magic that caused the mutation in your body and thus transformed you back to your original state," said Naruto.

The girl's eyes widened. "Excess magic?" she asked, confused.

"Yes. Demon Possession is a type of magic overload, where the magic goes out of control in the victim's body, triggering the mutations, effectively turning the victim into a mountain of rotten flesh, with no consciousness until the victim dies," Naruto explained.

"H-how can I ever thank you?" the girl asked. Naruto could clearly see that the girl didn't know what to think or feel. It was clear that she was completely overwhelmed by the situation. She certainly couldn't remember anything from a certain point onwards and now she suddenly woke up with a stranger in front of her nose and it turned out that she was completely cured, and that the illness was something completely different than what she first thought .

Naruto smiled "Live your life and try to learn to laugh again. I am sure you have suffered a lot because of this illness. The only thing I want from you is that in the future you can laugh again and overcome these bad memories." Naruto said.

The girl looked at him with wide eyes. "T-this that all?" she asked incredulously. Someone had saved her from what was supposed to be an incurable illness and that person wanted nothing in return? She just didn't understand. She still couldn't quite believe that this situation was real. She just couldn't believe it. She just waited until the beautiful dream was over and she would float in the eternal darkness again.

"You probably have family and friends who miss you," Naruto said. "May I ask you your name?" Naruto's smile was as warm as usual, and his eyes showed nothing but honesty and understanding.

The girl was really overwhelmed, but she somehow managed to pull herself together and answer him. "M-my name is Natsume. I was rejected by my family when I became ill. Nobody misses me and they would be happy if I never showed up again." The girl's voice became weak and began to tremble as a few tears came to her eyes.

Naruto was in the body of a 10-year-old, but mentally he was already an adult who had experienced an entire war and survived many bad situations. The girl in front of him was really just a little girl and it was understandable that she couldn't handle the entire situation.

Naruto said nothing as the girl began to cry. He just continued to stay in front of her, showing her that she had someone nearby. If the girl were wearing clothes, he might even hug her, but not in her current state. She was still in shock and would definitely need some time before she could fully come to terms with the situation.

Luckily the cloak covered everything except her head and arms. While Natsume was crying, Naruto started singing something. It was a song that his mother used to sing to him when he was just a baby in this world. He could well imagine that his late mother from his old world would have raised him in a similar way. In the end, Kushina Uzumaki from the Elemental Nations and this world were one and the same person, only his mother was alive in this world with no memories from the Elemental Nations.

The girl heard Naruto singing and seemed to calm down. She opened her eyes and looked at Naruto. Naruto had his eyes closed and was singing the song his mother always sang to him in a gentle tone.

She didn't know exactly what it was... but the song seemed to calm her down. Her agitated heart was momentarily calming down and her breathing was becoming more regular. After a minute the tears had dried and from then she just watched Naruto as he finished singing the song.

When Naruto was finished, he opened both of his eyes. "Are you okay again?" asked Naruto.

Natsume nodded and was about to say something, but Naruto suddenly stood up and turned around with one arm outstretched to the side as if to protect Natsume. He had only felt it briefly, but a person was about to reach this house. The magical power was strong, but not stronger than his own.

"What's wrong?" Natsume asked.

"Someone's coming here," Naruto said. He and Natsume could hear footsteps and after a few seconds a girl around Naruto and Natsume's age walked into the doorway. She had long blonde gold hair and blue eyes. She was currently wearing a black mask and black tight-fitting suit with parts of her cleavage showing and gold trim.

"Natsume!" said the girl in surprise. He could immediately see how her body relaxed when she saw Natsume behind Naruto.

"Who are you?" Naruto asked. The girl seemed to see Natsume and if he saw it correctly, this girl was also an elf, just like Natsume. This could mean that this girl would be a friend of Natsume.

The girl looked Naruto in the eyes and said nothing for a moment. She seemed to study him, his posture, his look, the reaction of his muscles. He could see straight away that this girl had some training behind her. She was currently analyzing him and seemed to be considering how to proceed.

"My name is Alpha." Alpha said. Naruto raised an eyebrow at the name. "Alpha? Really? Are you part of an organization where your names are referred to as Alpha, Beta, Gamma, etc.?" Naruto asked, slightly amused. The idea was really a bit strange.

Naruto immediately stopped smiling when he saw Alpha's reaction. She didn't seem to take it well. Her body twitched slightly, and a black sword appeared out of nowhere in her hand.

"Ok, calm down. I was just joking." Naruto said.

"What's your name and what do you have to do with Natsume?" Alpha asked impatiently.

"My name is Naruto Uzumaki and I rescued Natsume from something a few minutes ago." Naruto said.

"I-is it you?" Natsume asked a little nervously. She had been trying to recognize the voice the whole time. Alpha's voice sounded so familiar to her and now she finally remembered! Alpha was a friend of Natsume.

Alpha looked past Naruto and looked at Natsume. She smiled and just nodded. "It's been a long time, Natsume," Alpha said.

Naruto turned to the side and looked at Natsume. "You know her?" Naruto asked.

"Yes! She's a good friend of mine." Natsume said.

Naruto looked at Alpha and said nothing. "Were you also affected by the Demon Possession?" Naruto asked.

Alpha narrowed her eyes behind her mask. "How do you know about this?" Alpha asked.

"I saved your friend from the same illness a few minutes ago. Since you are also a female elf and a good friend of Natsume, I assumed so." Naruto explained.

"You freed Natsume from the Demon Possession?" Alpha asked, surprised.

Naruto closed his eyes and walked past Alpha. "Hey!" Alpha said and looked after Naruto. Naruto stopped 5 steps behind Alpha and looked over his shoulder. "Take care of your friend. You seem to know more than me and since I don't know how to help your friend at the moment, I'll trust Natsume with you." Naruto said.

Natsume stood up while holding onto the cloak as if her life depended on it. "Thanks!" said Natsume.

Naruto looked at Natsume and smiled. "I told you how to say thank you. Now you have a friend by your side, and you can finally look forward. I hope you can smile again soon."

He then turned his back on the two girls and started walking. Naruto wasn't at all angry about this situation. He really had no idea what he should have done with Natsume. He could have taken her to his parents' mansion, but that could have caused a few problems. He could have somehow explained why he had a naked elf girl with him. His father wouldn't have been the problem there, but his mother.

No matter what the world, his mother can be really scary! He avoided making her angry as much as possible and giving her a reason to look at him with that crazy look. It was already relatively late and if he didn't go home slowly, people would still be looking for him. So far, he had always managed to get home on time so that there were no problems.

As he walked into the forest, he stopped and looked at the house. 'It would probably be better if I listened to the conversation a little longer. It would probably be better if I knew what was going on too.'

But before he could go back, he had to jump to the side. A man appeared directly in front of him, holding his sword in a high position. The man made a downward slash, missing Naruto.

Naruto slid across the floor, unsheathing his sword. He held it at his side and narrowed his eyes. The man was around 20 years old and had a muscular build. You could see it through his tight black shirt. The man had black eyes and straight white hair. In addition to the black shirt, the man also wore white pants, a classy blue jacket with gold decorations, white gloves and gray boots.

"I'm really impressed that you were able to dodge my attack, Naruto Uzumaki," the man said.

"Who are you?" Naruto asked.

"Since you are about to die, I will betray him to you. My name is Ryujin." Ryujin said.

'Like the Dragon God... really? Today I'm learning really strange names.' Naruto thought to himself. He got into a fighting position and stood ready. He held his sword in both hands next to his head. This stance was part of a fighting style that repeated the basics over and over again. The more you repeated the basics, the better you became. Since Naruto pretty much only did the basics and repeated them like a maniac, this sword style was perfect for him.

"Oho? The mediocre sword style… I see. The rumors about you are true that you are a hard worker. This sword style would fit you perfectly. If you train enough, you could even achieve something with this sword style in the future, but you are dying today and therefore you will not achieve anything. You should have trained a sword style with better techniques!" Ryujin said.

He charged forward and made a Vertical Sword Slash. Naruto swung his sword and as a result both swords collided. A loud Clang sounded in the deserted village and yellow sparks appeared at the impact of the two swords.

Naruto and Ryujin began a wild sword fight, with Naruto blocking each of Ryujin's attacks and not backing down. No matter how Ryujin tried to hit Naruto or hurt him, Naruto blocked every single sword strike and countered with his own. The yellow sparks lit up the spot where the two were fighting and the loud Clang noises could be heard throughout the village.

The noise was heard by Alpha and Natsume and so they came out of the house and watched the spectacle. Naruto and Ryujin just moved away from each other and were now 5 meters apart.

Ryujin narrowed his eyes and looked at Naruto. Naruto went back to the same basic position and looked into his black eyes. He showed no emotion and didn't even flinch at Ryujin's looks.

'How can this child repel my attacks and almost push me back? That is impossible!' Ryujin thought. He got into his basic position and narrowed his eyes. He looked past Naruto and saw Alpha and Natsume. He raised both eyes when he saw the two of them.

"What? Impossible!" He couldn't believe it. The two elf girls, who should have been in the capital long ago, were in front of him... completely cured of the Demon Possession. How could that possibly be possible? Both should be brought to the capital by traders for one of the future rounds. But they never arrived.

Alpha was probably wearing a mask, but the man still knew the girl by sight. The long blonde hair didn't come around often. It shouldn't be possible that she no longer had any sign of the possession and yet both descendants of the hero Olivier were standing there.

Naruto saw Ryujin's reaction and raised an eyebrow. 'It looks like the man recognizes the two girls. Does he know anything about the disease?' Naruto thought to himself.

Naruto looked over his shoulder "Stay out of it. I'll take care of the man." Naruto said. He looked forward again and pushed himself off the ground. Ryujin narrowed his eyes and as he did, his sword became surrounded by red-black magic. He pushed himself forward as well, swinging his sword when he was directly in front of Naruto.

Naruto blocked the sword strike from the right and then another from the left. He then had to deflect a thrust attack and another sword strike from the left. Just like before, Naruto blocked every single sword strike and attacked himself every now and then.

He used this fight to find out his limits in pure sword fighting. He wasn't using any magic or anything at the moment, just his sword and his stamina. Until now he had never had a really hard fight with a sword because his parents never took it seriously.

He could tell straight away that his opponent was an experienced swordsman. He sometimes had a few problems blocking the attacks perfectly. He had already learned a lot, but fighting a sword master without magic was a bit complex in some moments.

Naruto and Ryujin had briefly separated from each other before Naruto jumped into the air and made a downward slash with his sword. Ryujin held his sword in front of him and blocked Naruto's attack. As in the entire fight, the loud sound and the yellow sparks came again.

Naruto was pushed away a little and he flew through the air for a moment. He spun in the air and landed safely on both feet, skidding a little on the ground before coming to a stop. He sat up and looked at Ryujin.

'So far I'm happy with my performance.' Naruto thought to himself. He had tested enough and now had a rough estimate of how far he was in the area of sword fighting. He was already at a good level, but he would need to train more with the sword in the next few years.

By the time he would go to Midgar Royal Spellsword Academy he wanted to be a sword master like his parents. However, he took his time with his training because he had achieved extremely high milestones in the subject of magic and magic control in the last few weeks. Without finding Natsume when she was still a mountain of rotten flesh, he would never have such a high level of control over his magic and so much magical power at the age of 10.

"You seem to know the two girls," Naruto said. "I'm just assuming from your reaction just now that you knew about her illness and can definitely tell us more about the Demon Possession."

Ryujin gritted his teeth at being asked such questions by a little boy. "Where do you have the nerve to ask such things? I won't tell a little boy who's about to die anything." Ryujin said.

Naruto remained silent and said nothing. He just looked at him and had his sword ready. Ryujin became angry when he saw that look. Naruto didn't see him as a worthy opponent and looked at him with emotionless eyes. As if he had already seen everything he could see from Ryujin. That look said, "That's all you can do?"

Alpha narrowed her eyes, her thoughts turning to the cult of Diablos. She was sure that this man was a member of the cult and was here because she and Natsume never showed up. She had already found out that she should have been taken to the capital.

She looked at Naruto's back and wondered who he was. He kept up with a grown man and didn't radiate strong magic at all. He reminded her a lot of her savior, Shadow. She had been a mountain of rotten flesh just like Natsume 2 months ago and through Shadow she was freed and through him she learned the entire truth about the Demon Possession, the cult of Diablos and the hero children. She had learned everything from him and only through him could she continue to live.

On the outside, Shadow didn't seem like anything special, but he was very strong. He had so much control over his magic that he could hide it. The mere fact that Naruto had freed Natsume from the Demon Possession said a lot about him. So far only Shadow had managed to cure the Demon Possession, and no one had managed it before him. Now another human seemed to be able to cure the Demon Possession. She had talked to Natsume briefly before the loud noises of the fight between Naruto and Ryujin were heard.

She had learned everything from Natsume and no longer saw Naruto as a potential threat. He had saved her best friend before Alpha could find Natsume. She had been looking for Natsume for a long time and after a long month she got some information about her and in the end, she met her and her savior.

The black sword in her hand simply dissolved and seemed to merge with her black suit. Alpha had already been training under Shadow for a month and that's why she was already so precise with her skills. She wasn't strong yet by any means, but it was enough to start with.

"All right," said Naruto, suddenly having a deeper voice. He was currently using magic to influence his vocal cords, which gave him such a deep voice. It was much deeper than any human could ever speak. Everyone could immediately see the change in Naruto.

Before you could hardly feel any magic with him and now you can feel a lot of tension in the air. The magic was clearly felt, and an unknown force seemed to affect everyone present. Everyone couldn't breathe as well as before.

Naruto's broadsword began to glow gold and as it did, golden light appeared around him. The golden light completely enveloped him as he raised his sword into the air. His eyes changed color to blood red as he raised his sword into the air. The golden light continued to spread until it enveloped Ryujin as well.

Ryujin's eyes widened as he felt this massive amount of magic. "W-what the? What is that?" Ryujin asked in horror.

Naruto looked into Ryujin's black eyes with his blood red ones, "Since you want to end this, I will grant you your wish, Ryujin. I will make sure you never harm a child again."

The golden light around Naruto formed into a massive head that surrounded Naruto. The head resembled a massive fox with glowing red eyes. This was Naruto's strongest attack at the moment. He concentrated all his magic into one attack and the head of his old partner formed around his body, similar to back in Biju Mode when he was in the head of Kurama and controlled the giant avatar from there. In this world, only the head formed around Naruto when he attacked.

Alpha protected Natsume as she almost fainted from the pressure. She couldn't believe someone like Shadow still existed. This magic was on the same level as Shadow's and this one was much stronger than others. She could only stand clearly with this magic because she already knew this pressure with Shadow.

Naruto's blood red eyes seemed to glow while the head of a massive golden fox was around him, staring at Ryujin. Naruto lowered his sword slightly and held it with both hands by the hilt next to his body.

Naruto charged and as he did, the massive fox head surrounding Naruto seemed to roar at Ryujin. The ground was destroyed as Naruto pushed himself off with massive force and now charged towards Ryujin. He was so fast in front of Ryujin that he couldn't react at all.

Naruto swung his sword and gave Ryujin a deep cut on his upper body. Ryujin's eyes widened as Naruto's sword sliced through his flesh, fatally wounding him. His entire body, under his control 2 seconds ago, is now falling. His body landed on the ground. He couldn't believe he was defeated with just one attack. His mind was slowly starting to fade away. He couldn't see anything as his body hit the ground.

Naruto stood in front of Ryujin's motionless body and said, "Kurama Strike." He swung his sword once and the blood sprayed from his sword and landed on the ground. He sheathed his sword and turned to the two girls.

"I don't know what's going on here," Naruto said. "But I have to get going slowly, so please take good care of Natsume." His blood-red eyes turned a heavenly blue again and his serious expression changed into a smile.

He then turned away and started walking. He would have liked to know what was going on here and who this guy was. But he really had to go home, otherwise his mother would make him suffer again. The frying pan was not particularly pleasant.

Alpha watched Naruto go and said nothing. She then looked at Ryujin and saw that something had fallen out of the inside pocket of his jacket. She narrowed her eyes as she saw the small bottle of red pills inside. That would confirm that the man belonged to the cult. She went to Ryujin's corpse and took the bottle and looked at the red pills.

She looked at Natsume and smiled. She had her best friend by her side again and that's why she was happy. A lot happened today and some of it was positive. She never expected that she would find Natsume like this. Then there was Naruto, who surprisingly could also heal the Demon Possession and was even extremely strong. His magic was at a high level, and he also had a high level of control.

"Come on, I'll get you out of here," Alpha said. Natsume nodded and watched Naruto go. He just disappeared into the forest, but his golden blonde hair could still be seen briefly in the darkness. She didn't know why, but the manifestation of his golden magic had been simply beautiful. Even though she could hardly breathe at that moment, she was amazed. Something had happened inside her that she couldn't explain. She would never forget that sight of Naruto's golden magic. This strength, this warmth and this beauty would be etched in her memory forever.

"I'm sorry!" said Naruto. He had barely made it. His body was at a straight 90-degree angle and there were several drops of sweat on his forehead. He momentarily bowed and apologized to his mother for being so late.

"I'm listening, Naruto Uzumaki." Her red magic glowed around Kushina and the frying pan in her right hand was also surrounded by her red magic. Her eyes seemed to be obscured by a shadow. It was a truly frightening sight for everyone. There was no one in the room at the moment except Kushina and Naruto. All the maids and guards had fled when they saw Kushina.

Naruto swallowed once and said, "I saved a girl! She was attacked by some robbers, and I couldn't just watch a little girl being kidnapped." These were all lies, at least in part. After all, he had saved Natsume from the robbers by healing her and thus giving her life again.

"You're still a child yourself!" Kushina said. She took a few steps towards Naruto, and he closed both eyes. He just waited for the frying pan to hit his head and something else. But the pain never came, he only felt his mother's arms hugging him. Naruto opened both eyes and looked at his mother confused.

Kushina hugged her son with a few tears in her eyes. "I was worried, Naruto," Kushina said as she held her son close. Naruto's body was now back in a straight position due to the hug.

Naruto smiled a bit and hugged his mother back. He would never get tired of the warmth he always felt in moments like this. Be it during a hug from his mom or dad, when his dad or mom told him how proud they were of him or other things. He was really happy that he got this chance at a second life and had a real childhood with both parents. Here he got everything he always wanted in his old life.

After a minute his mother let go of him and looked at him with a smile. "I'm proud of you for protecting someone," Kushina said. She stood up because she had to bend her knees for the hug.

"Please tell me everything that happened," Kushina said. She and Minato were responsible for the domain after all, and they had to make sure that the residents in their domain were safe. Sightings of robbers so close to their territory was not good news. They might also need to notify the Kagenō family. After all, they were direct neighbors and therefore robbers would also threaten the Kagenō family and the Kagenō's territory.

Naruto nodded and walked with his mother to his father. He had never shown his true strength before because he didn't think it was necessary. His parents knew he was strong. But they didn't know the full extent of his strength either. But from today onwards they would know. If he trusted anyone in this world, it would be both of his parents. He was sure that the two of them could help him. He really wanted to find out what the Demon Possession was all about. He knew what it was and why it occurred, but not where this magic came from that went out of control in the victim's body. What was the origin of this magic and what did the man have to do with it?

He would tell his parents everything today. Well… slightly modified. But in the end, they would find out everything today and therefore his future training would no longer be the same as usual. From now on he would train here directly on the property and no longer in secret. He no longer had any secrets on the subject from his parents.

He was also sure that his parents would agree that he shouldn't reveal all of his strength to the world. He was still a shinobi at heart and one thing mattered: Deception. Never reveal your full strength to your opponents. Today was the best proof that there were unknown dangers in this world. If he was 15 and went to Midgar Royal Spellsword Academy, then he wouldn't show his full strength. Of course, something could come up straight away that would require him to show his full strength. But until then he wouldn't show all of his powers.

As he walked after his mother, he suddenly stopped. The door to his parents' room was slightly open and when he looked in there, he could see it briefly. His eyes widened for a moment when he saw the object.

'That's…' He moved on quickly so his mother wouldn't become suspicious. He looked at his mother's back and looked serious for a brief moment before looking normal again. As it turned out, he wasn't going to tell his parents everything after all. He would tell them some things, but not everything. He would have to think and plan everything again. He would probably have to become a little more active in this world than he first thought.
