The shell is inspired by Turbo the Snail; it's blue in color with a neon blue light. And once a certain speed is met, the lower body (up to the stomach) gets sucked into the shell to prevent tripping over oneself. it rests on the lower part of the back for males
and above the rear for females, if the right conditions are met, the shell will undergo an evolution of sorts where the shell becomes white and the neon glow becomes a darker blue.
The Neon Trail is an energy that can be built up and stored for later use by simply using the Shell and going at certain speeds; it can be used in various ways.
The Drift is exactly as its name suggests; the user's legs retract into the shell for tight turns.
The gear shift is just going into reverse, like backing up.
The quick break is used to slow down, but the legs are used to come to a complete halt. With proper control, the legs are no longer necessary to completely stop.
Neon Boost: normally the regular speed cap without it is 190 to 210 mph, the boost is similar to the boost in Sonic games, but unlike the boost in Sonic games, the Neon Boost relies on the stamina of the user rather than Rings. and allows much higher levels of speed
Neon Blast Off: The user uses the built-up neon energy to propel themselves off at a high speed; therefore, the user does not need a running start to reach high speeds. This can be used offensively.
Starlight Rocket: A massive amount of neon energy is concentrated and blasted out of the back of the shell (exhaust). This blast shoots the user up in a straight line. The user can build speed and then use the technique to lengthen their airtime as well as add momentum. The user will be airborne for approximately one minute.
