Hey y'all, Wolf here. Firstly, sorry for the wait, I did plan on updating soon, but some stuff happened. Secondly, I will be changing my username on here to match my other platforms soon, so keep an eye out for that. All rights go to Rick Riordan except for any OCs.

Previously

Everyone was staring at me, jaws on the floor, "Íroas! Your hood is down-" Annabeth cut Artemis off.

"P-Percy?" she stuttered, so shocked that you would have thought she had received one of Thalia's world famous Lightning Slaps.

"I am only Percy to those that I call my friends. And you lost that privilege the moment you betrayed me. To you, I am Lord Perseus. If I hear you refer to me as anything else, you will be on Kitchen Duty for a year." I said coldly, before walking away.

As soon as I was out of range, I flashed away, which was rare, as I prefer Shadow Travel and Light Travel. I usually only flash when I am extremely upset. I appeared in the only place that I knew I could release my anger and not harm anyone: The Mariana Trench. Due to it being so deep, and the water pressure so strong, very few creatures lived down here. I sent out a mental message to all sea creatures within the entire trench, Get out of here, unless you wish to die, for I am about to release my full power. Once I felt all presences leave the area, I went supernova.

Percy POV

Literally. I released my hold over my domains of Volcanoes and Light, thus creating an explosion that looked like a star going supernova. I used my domain of Tides to compress the water against the trench walls, so I didn't destroy the entire trench.

By the time I recovered control of my domains, the entire area was in ruin. The walls and sea floor were completely scorched, and there was a giant crater where I was standing. I also noticed a shadow above me. Looking up, I saw what appeared to be a floating island, like Delos.

I used my wings to propel me to the surface, landing gracefully on the surface. I started to explore the island, and found that it was massive. It was somehow also divided into 4 sections, and each one had a different climate, and different wildlife.

There was a tundra, with polar bears, snow leopards, and a lake with a bunch of seals and penguins. Then there was a rainforest, with a variety of wildlife, some of which I had never seen before. Then there was a grassland, with animals such as buffalo, cows, horses, pigs, sheep, and many other farm animals.

Finally, there was a mini mountain range, with mountain lions, mountain goats, eagles, and some other animals that you would typically find in the mountains. Oh, and did I mention that the island, if you included all 4 biomes, was over 200 square miles. That might not seem like much, but for an island that I created when I released my power, it was huge.

I also noticed something else. I felt a connection to this place. I could feel its land, the water, the animals, their health, and everything else about the island. It was almost like the island was a part of me… Had I created a sacred island, like all gods have sacred animals?

I felt 14 prescenses enter the island, and immediately knew who they were, not because of their auras, but because my connection to the island told me. I disappeared into thin air, not needing any elements to teleport here.

"Greeting fellow Olympians, what brings you here?" I asked them.

"We are investigating the creation of this island, most of us felt a flare in our domains. Poseidon as it's well, an island. Artemis due to the animals. Demeter and Dionysus felt the plants. Aphrodite felt the connections between the animals and their mates. Hermes felt a disruption on his main delivery route. Hera felt the familial connections of the animals. Hestia felt the creation of a home for the animals. Hades felt a connection to the shadows here. Apollo felt a new place under the sun, as well as the new healing herbs here. And I felt the creation of the mountains, as well as the eagles." Zeus spoke, "Why are you here?"

"Oh, I'm the one that accidentally created this island." I said nonchalantly, and they looked at me incredulously, "Yeah, I was releasing my emotions from the battle, and having my identity revealed, and I guess I released so much power that it created a bloody island."

"Damn!" Apollo and Hermes said at the same time, looked at each other, and started laughing uncontrollably.

"Well, I guess since you created this island, you get to keep it." Zeus said, and promptly vanished in a flash of lightning.

"Who wants a tour?" I asked, and immediately, they all raised their hands.

"Alright, right this way." I said.

Over the next 3 hours, I gave them a complete tour of my island. When the tour was over, I decided to try something. Concentrating on my domains, I focused all of my power into creating what I was envisioning. A beautiful palace appeared in front of us, large enough to house an army.

"I guess this will be my third home, and Artemis, the Hunters are welcome here anytime." I told her.

"We will take you up on that. And Percy, you realize that Thalia is going to be pissed to bloody hell, and you're on your own." she said.

"Shit." was all that I said, before attempting to run away. Key word: attempting. Artemis grabbed my arm, and flashed us to the hunters' camp. They were gathered by the campfire, and turned to look at us simultaneously.

"Um, hi?" I said.

I was struck by a massive bolt of lightning, or so Thalia thought. I used the moisture in the air to absorb the electricity, planning to give Thalia a taste of her own medicine later.

"YOU DISAPPEARED FOR 200 FUCKING YEARS, AND ALL YOU SAY IS "UM, HI"? YOU LEFT WITHOUT EVEN SAYING GOODBYE, I THOUGHT YOU HAD DIED." Thalia screamed at me, launching electrified punch after electrified punch at me. Each one was redirected by the moisture in the air, but a few came too close.

"Thalia, I'm sorry. But after camp betrayed me, I went to my mom. But you know what I found? They had been killed. I found an Empousai sucking my mom's blood, Paul already dead on the ground." I said, almost breaking down into tears. I felt a hand on my shoulder, and I continued, "I lost my will to live. I went to the Olympians to die, and instead, they offered to make me the 15th Olympian. As you can see, I accepted. I'm sorry that I didn't tell you, but I thought Annabeth had contacted you and told you that I betrayed the camp, and destroyed half of it."

Thalia was in tears by the end of it. The electricity stopped arcing on her body, and she fell to the ground on her knees. I kneeled beside her, embracing her in a hug. She wrapped her arms around me so tight that she had to have taken lessons from Tyson.

"I'm sorry Percy, I had no idea. I forgive you, but never leave me like that again, ok?" she said.

"I won't, I promise." I replied, and we just sat there, embracing each other, until we heard the "ahem" of someone clearing their throat. We literally jumped, as we had forgotten that the other hunters were there.

"Well, now that that's done, it's late, and we are going to Camp Jupiter in the morning." Artemis said, "Girls, go get some sleep."

With that, everyone dispersed, and I did the same. After checking with Shadow, and giving him some belly rubs, I jumped into a tree, and drifted into the realm of Morpheus.

Usually, immortals don't dream. But that night, I did. I was in a dark place, so dark that I couldn't see, and I'm the god of Light, and I also have better night vision than Hades. I tried to use my Umbrakinesis to disperse the darkness, but it was like someone else was keeping them in place, someone more powerful.

I could only think of 2 beings that were more powerful than me when it came to Umbrakinesis. One, I had never met before, but the other…

"Lady Nyx, to what do I owe the pleasure?" I called out, and as soon as I did, the shadows dispersed, revealing the Primordial of night.

Now, if you've never seen Nyx, you might think she would look like a regular woman. Oh, how wrong you would be. She is more beautiful than Aphrodite, and she always wears a dress made of pure darkness. And any other immortal would go insane looking into her eyes, they showed all the darkest horrors in the Universe.

"Perseus, I see your reputation for being a Seaweed Brain was inaccurate." she said in a voice softer than silk.

"Hey! I am extremely smart, thank you very much. I prefer to come off as not as smart, that way people don't expect me to use my brain 24/7." I replied, "Now, if you don't mind my asking, why am I here?"

"Well, I… I need your help. I have a mortal daughter on Earth, her name is Erin Moonheart. She is 12, and is being… abused by her stepfather. Her father died when she was 3, and she has been living with her drunk and abusive uncle. I won't even go into detail as to what he has done to her. I would like for you to rescue her, and bring her to the Hunt."

"Why me? Why not Artemis?" I asked.

"Because you are better with scared children, you have shown that many times. Also, I need you to protect her. She is my only mortal child, making her extremely powerful. Erebus knows about her, but instead of killing her, he left her alone, and forgave me." she replied, "She is in Virginia. When you wake up, you will be holding a moon charm, it will glow stronger the closer you get to her. Give it to her when you find her, it is a gift."

"I can do that. Thank you for trusting me with this, Lady Nyx, I will not let you down." I said, bowing.

"Don't bow, and it's just Nyx. You have earned that." she said.

"Only if you stop calling me Perseus. I'm fine with Demigods calling me Perseus, but I don't like it coming from immortals." I replied.

"Deal. Thank you once again Pers- Percy, if you ever need anything, just let me know." she waved her hand, and the dream faded away.

Linebreak

"I have to leave for part of today, I'm going to Virginia to rescue a girl from an abusive family." I said during breakfast.

"Alright, be back by nightfall." Artemis replied, before continuing to scarf down the eggs, bacon, and sausage that they were eating.

"I will." I promised, vanishing into the shadows.

Third Person POV

Percy appeared in the heart of Richmond, Virginia, which was still the capital of the state. He quickly found an empty alley, and took off, searching from the skies, moon pendant in hand.

It started to glow stronger as he approached a small town called Windsor, until it was glowing as brightly as a full moon. Percy landed outside of a small house, and heard a little girl screaming inside.

He immediately busted down the door, and what was happening inside made him see red. The uncle, who was obviously an alcoholic, was beating her with a broken beer bottle. He was so focused on abusing the child that he failed to notice Percy, who grabbed his collar, throwing him through the wall, where he flew for about 50 feet, maybe more.

Percy appeared by the uncle, but he didn't shadow or light travel, and he didn't flash. No, he slowed down time so that he was there when the uncle stopped sliding, where he was launched into the air. Percy flew up, his wings coated in a more dangerous version of Greek Fire, called Shadow Fire, which can melt through anything, except the user.

Percy wrapped his wings around the man, and watched as he literally melted, until there was no trace of him left.

Returning to the house, Percy heard the sound of crying, and immediately entered the house, thinking there was someone else there, abusing the girl. But instead, he just found Erin, sitting in the corner, crying.

She saw him, and immediately started trying to back away. Raising his hands in a non-threatening way, he slowly approached her.

"Hey Erin, my name's Percy. Your mother sent me to come rescue you." he said in a soothing voice.

"You're lying! She died when I was a baby!" Erin said, still sniffling.

"She's not dead. Your mother is a very special person. What do you know of the Greek Gods?" he asked her.

"You mean like Artemis, Poseidon, and Nyx?" she asked.

"Yes, you are a child of one of those gods. In fact, you just named her." Percy explained.

"Nyx?" she asked.

"Yes, but she wasn't able to visit or help you due to some laws. Don't be mad at her, she told me to give this to you." Percy said, handing her the pendant.

Erin took the pendant, and saw that it fit her necklace perfectly. She attached it, and pulled on it. A second later, she was wearing full battle armor with a spear in hand. The armor looked like it was made of the night sky, which was possible. The spear had the symbol that was on the pendant on it, so she pressed it, thinking that she would prefer a sword. The spear turned into a beautiful midnight black sword, with silver designs on it.

She repeated this process, thinking of other weapons in random order, and found that it could morph into any weapon she wanted. She then did the same with the armor, thinking of the Assassin's Creed armor, yes those games are still around, some random sets from an old game called Destiny 2, and some different Greek and Roman armor sets.

"It can morph into any armor or weapons I want!" she said, with a huge smile on her face, "Thank you Percy!"

"Don't thank me, thank your mom. She really cares about you, she sent me here to rescue you. She cares about you Erin, please just give her a chance." I said.

"I believe you Percy, you're nice." she replied.

"Erin, I would like to take you with me to meet a friend of mine. You can trust her, she is really nice." I added when she started to look skeptical.

"Are you sure?" she asked.

"I'm sure, I've known her for over 200 years." I replied, and she started to smile.

"Alright, I trust you Percy. Anyone you trust, I trust." she said, taking my hand.

"Alright, Erin, this is going to feel a little weird, but don't panic." I said in a soothing voice.

I Shadow Traveled us to the outskirts of the Hunters' Camp, and mentally messaged Artemis, I'm entering the camp with a young girl, make sure the hunters know it's us.

A few seconds later I got a reply, Alright, they won't shoot.

I entered the camp, Erin right behind me. The hunters were gathered in the dining area, probably eating lunch.

"Artemis, if I could borrow you for a moment?" I requested.

"Hunters, when you are done eating, you have a 15 minute break before Archery Practice this afternoon." Artemis said, getting up from the table.

We entered Artemis' tent, she and I sitting down on the bed, Erin being shy and sitting in a chair a few feet away.

"Erin, this is the friend I told you about. Her name is Artemis, she is the goddess of the Moon, Hunting, and Archery. I think she has an offer for you." I said, motioning for Artemis to continue.

"Erin, the girls you saw out there are my hunters, we hunt dangerous animals and monsters to protect everyone else. Although we do have a strict no boys policy around here. If you would like, you may join." Artemis said.

"Will I be allowed to see Percy?" she asked shyly

"Yes, I am the Hunt's Guardian, so you will see me everyday." I replied.

"Then I will join." Erin said.

"Then repeat after me. I, Erin Moonheart, pledge myself to the goddess Artemis. I turn my back on the company of men, accept eternal maidenhood, and join the hunt." Artemis said.

"I, Erin Moonheart, pledge myself to the goddess Artemis. I turn my back on the company of men, accept eternal maidenhood, and join the hunt." Erin said.

"I accept your oath." Erin glowed silver for a moment, before it dissipated, leaving Erin in the usual hunters' clothes.

"Let's introduce you to your new sisters, shall we?" Artemis asked.

Erin looked at me, "Go on, they're nice people." I reassured her, and watched as they exited the tent, and followed them after a moment.

Sorry it's shorter than usual, but that's Chapter 4. Thanks for reading, and hopefully the next update won't take as long as I'm already working on it (but it might). Wolf out.
