The Iron Man suit is a 100% enclosed environment, a very valuable feature if you're going to fly into space or fall into the ocean. It's also a very valuable feature if you hang out with the Avengers. Part of the Series: Coulson Lives but the Avengers might be the death of him.

Clint didn't have much other than his skills with a Paleolithic weapon and the ability to survive almost every shit storm life ever threw at him. His life before Coulson found him was tough. His life afterwards may just prove to be tougher.
