"How… how aware of things were you during your brainwashing?" Ironwood asked.
"Everything. All of it…" Pyrrha responded. "I wanted to fight back but… I had no control of my body or my thoughts. I would command anything I could while I just stood there in horror. It was like someone had strings on me. All I could do, is that when I was alone, all I could do was silently weep. I also couldn't speak because even though he changed my appearance, Eggman would not carve a mouth."
"So you were aware of Atlas falling?"
"Yes. And I was also aware of Argus being nuked…"
"I bet it was awful watching Eggman destroy your home, huh?" Nora asked.
"He didn't make the nuke nor did he arm it…" Pyrrha whispered. "You know how I was controlling the robots? I was controlling the mechs too. Not only that… but I watched myself create a nuclear weapon, and I recruited the best Badnik engineers to help me realize it. When I saw myself write down "Nuke Argus", I was horrified… yet there was nothing I could do."
She looked away, closing her eyes. "...I ordered the nuke to be launched. I was the one who launched it. My silver lining of hope was that the Doom Slayer would have stopped it… but he only delayed the inevitable. I could only watch as my home was destroyed… and to make matters worse? Casualties were high because not everyone made it out. They were either ambushed by Grimm, they didn't make it in time… or they were trapped within their homes. What's worse? The nuke was powerful enough that not even the underground bunkers withstood the blast. Those who evacuated down there were vaporized… you only managed to rescue a handful of people, that includes Jaune's family and my mother…"
"Good God almighty…" Ryuji could only say, his hand over his mouth in horror.
"The worst part was that Eggman wasn't even aware of the nuke, nor was Metal Sonic. They were only aware of it the moment Argus was destroyed. To say that Eggman was surprised is an understatement, though he did mention that he wouldn't have to worry about Argus's military anymore and said that it made his plans a bit easier."
"Pyrrha…" Erza could only say with a saddened frown as she reached over to put a comforting hand on her shoulder. She looked into her eyes, but all she saw was emptiness. Jaune still had his arms wrapped around her while Nora and Ren couldn't find the words to say anything.
Another hand, firm yet surprisingly gentle, was placed on her other shoulder as Doom Guy knelt down.
"I think we all know what we have to do now. Kick Eggman's butt for what he's done." Ruby said. "He's made Pyrrha's life miserable because of it."
"I'm ready to burn this establishment to the ground." Natsu punched his fist into his palm. "I dunno about the rest of you, but that's what I plan on doin'!"
"I wonder if we could send this crashing into the ground…" Watts mused.
"And potentially create a world ending event?" Rosalina asked. "The greater mass of the object, the greater chance of catastrophe. I've seen many comets and meteors strike countless planets to where they were deemed uninhabitable for centuries…"
"Maybe we can cushion the landing somehow?" Elsa suggested.
"Ah, but how would we pull that off? …Unless…" Haru's eyes turned to Rosalina as did everyone else, though the summons seemed more curious.
"Can you do it from the inside?" Samus asked.
"Yes, but I would need to know where we were falling in order to avoid considerable damage to a populated area." Rosalina explained. "And honestly, I might cushion the blow but that won't stop a potential great magnitude."
"It's worth the risk. Either that or Aran blows us all up." Watts said.
Samus rolled her eyes. "Like I would blow you guys up."
"Boop bop boop beep."
Samus sweatdropped. "It'd be more than thirty seconds, ROB…"
"Yeah, it'd be forty five seconds." Blake teased.
Samus sighed in amusement. "I walked right into that…"
"Let's go. We've no time to lose." Kyoko said as they took off running with JNPR being behind them, making sure Pyrrha wasn't left behind.
As they ran, Knuckles felt something close by as he quickly went to the right, which caught the attention of Rouge, Futaba, Watts, 9S, and Chief as they decided to follow him while everyone else went the other direction.
Knuckles punched open a door where they saw a group of Badniks typing away at computers… before they turned to look at the group.
Just outside, an Egg Robo walked around the corner… and saw robot parts flying out of the door as he also heard gunfire. He quickly turned around and walked the other way with a casual robotic whistle.
"Glad we didn't destroy the computers during that mess." Watts said.
"Okay, judging by these monitors…" Futaba rubbed her chin as her eyes widened. "They've locked the Chaos Emeralds in this room!"
"I know someone who can get them out." Chief said, pulling out Cortana's chip and inserted her into the computer.
"Alrighty then, let's see what we got in here!" Cortana said.
"I'll help out too." 9S said as did Watts and Futaba while Knuckles, Rouge and Chief saw seven pedestals rise up from the ground containing the seven Chaos Emeralds. However, they were all powered down.
"They've been powered down!" Rouge exclaimed.
"Based on what I've gathered here, the doctor used this Master Emerald to restore the power of two Chaos Emeralds. However, their power was then siphoned to power something up." Cortana explained.
"Where's the Master Emerald now?" Knuckles asked.
"...You're not going to like this." 9S said as he typed something in. "Cortana, is this right?"
"Yeeeup, that's a beast…"
Rouge took a look at the screens. "Let's see… okay, the Master Emerald is the battery of some sort of-" Her eyes widened. "Hey Knux. This look familiar to you?"
"What are you talking about?" Knuckles asked as he looked at what they were saying. His eyes widened in surprise as he let out a growl, punching a computer in anger.
"H-hey! Easy! I'm still in here, knucklehead!"
Knuckles turned to Rouge. "We need to gather up the Chaos Emeralds and find the Master Emerald immediately."
"Way ahead of you, Knux." Rouge said as they proceeded to break the Chaos Emeralds out of their prisons and put them away.
"Is there a way to shut this thing down?" 9S asked.
"Unfortunately, I'm only seeing one solution." Watts said.
"Pull the Master Emerald out of it?" Chief asked.
"Precisely." Watts nodded.
"Welp… now we know what to do." Futaba said as Chief extracted Cortana and put her back in his helmet.
"Let's go." 9S said as they took off.
With the others…
Everyone rounded a corner as they kept running… but then someone ran out in front of them with ice blades in her hand.
"Esdeath?!" Ironwood said in surprise.
"Hmm?" Esdeath turned her head. "Dad!" Her eyes widened with a sparkle in them. "Oh, it's so good to see you. I'm so glad that you're oka-"
Samus aimed her arm cannon at Esdeath. "Don't. Move."
"Samus, what are you-"
"Don't play dumb with me, I know you're an imposter! In fact, you're going to lower our guards and-"
"SHE'S NOT THE REAL ESDEATH!" A voice cried as a second Esdeath landed near them. "I am!"
"You!" The first Esdeath growled as both of them walked up and glared each other in the eye. "You think you can copy me and pretend to be me? It's not going to happen."
"Oh please, like anyone can put up a get up like that, you fake bimbo?"
"What'd you say?!"
"You heard me!"
The first Esdeath growled as she immediately tackled the second one as they both got into a fighting dust cloud, causing everyone to sweatdrop before they pushed each other away.
"I'm the real Esdeath!"
"No, i'm the real Esdeath."
"I'm Esdeath!"
"I'M ESDEATH!"
"Sooo, who's the real Esdeath?" Ironwood asked.
"Ah, duh…" Samus said as she started to scan the duo.
"I AM!" Both yelled as the first approached them.
"Don't let this imposter fool you. She's just a clone sworn in by Eggman to drop your guar-"
SLICE!
The second one behind her cut through her neck, causing her head to roll off to reveal circuitry as she fell to the ground. Everyone looked down before looking up to see the second Esdeath cutting her hand to reveal red blood.
"Honestly, I should've done that from the start."
"That's the real deal." Samus said.
BGM: Reunion (Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door)
Ironwood's eyes widened as tears swelled in his eyes as they both embraced one another with everyone crowding around her, where even the Ace and Winter Ops gave her a hug.
Esdeath giggled. "Sorry about worrying you… I got held up." She said as they all parted, then noticed Emerald awkwardly rubbing her arm. Esdeath smiled and opened her arm up. Emerald's eyes widened as she smiled and then embraced her as Esdeath returned the hug.
They heard heavy footsteps approach as they saw Sephiroth coming in with everyone else behind them.
"Gloria!" Victor exclaimed.
"Bro!" Gloria grinned as the two quickly hugged each other with Neo glomping the heck out of Marnie and Piers.
"Wah! Whoa…! Nice to see you too, Neo." Marnie smiled.
"Sup?" Bowsette greeted.
"Talk about a welcoming committee." Rei giggled as Captain Slime bounced over as Neo hugged him as well, then hugged General Guy.
"Glad to see you both are okay." Cinder said.
Bowsette smiled. "You missed us, didn't you?"
"Pffft, no…" Cinder looked away with folded arms, before smirking and turning around with a soft smile. "Okay, maybe a little." She said as the trio hugged one another while Luigi and Daisy waved at everyone while Ruby went and hugged Gloria.
"Hey you two!" Claude waved.
"Claude!" Lysithea grinned as she and Hilda hugged him before they went to hug the others.
Ruby looked up from hugging Gloria, letting out a gasp. "Is that…?"
"Mhm!" Gloria nodded.
Ruby turned her head as Byleth was hugging Lysithea and Hilda. "Hey sis! Sis!"
"Hmm? What is i-" Byleth gasped, her eyes widening as she saw her family approaching.
Rosalina immediately sprung toward them and glomped her husband. "Wah!" Tai yelped as he fell on the ground. "Ooomph! Hey honey!"
"Oh gods, I was so worried about you… you're not hurt, are you?"
"Nah. Sephiroth turned off that death laser and Bowsette and Rei got us out." Tai said. "We're okay!"
"Oh thank heavens…" Rosalina smiled before planting a kiss.
"Get a room, you two." Qrow chuckled as he walked by as Zwei jumped into Ruby's arms, licking her face as she laughed, before Zwei leapt off and into Yang's arms.
"Hahaha! Hey, that tickles, boy!" Yang laughed.
Emotions overwhelmed Byleth. She didn't know what to say. As far as she was concerned, they were more than likely dead after she revealed everything. A hand was placed on her shoulder as Shez smiled at her.
"They're okay." She said softly.
"You two made up? Huh, I should get kidnapped more often." Dorothea joked before embracing her wife, with Byleth almost immediately sobbing uncontrollably in her shoulders. "Shhh, I'm here, babe…" She whispered, kissing her cheek and rubbing her back as Bereto hugged her right after.
Shez smiled, watching the family reunite as Ruby held Oran in her arms, both of them softly laughing while Raven and Maia hugged Loid and Anya, before Maia went to hug Dorothea and Bereto.
"Oh, I never thought I'd cry during this…!" Shez sniffled.
"You have a soft spot."
Oh… shush! She thought as she hugged her fellow Koopa Troop before pulling away, then looked at Byleth still hugging Dorothea.
"Oooh… wish I had someone to be my significant other…"
"Ya know…" Claude playfully elbowed Shez. "Edelgard's available~"
"Mmmph!" Shez blushed a deep red.
"Claude!" Dimitri scolded. "I'm surprised at you… you're not one for matchmaking!"
"How'd I score Yang then?" He asked with a grin.
"...He's got you there." Ingrid said.
"I'm afraid so… but even then, I don't think-"
Dimitri's voice faded away as Shez looked directly at Edelgard, the latter turning to see her as she softly smiled with a faint blush on her face.
OH GODS, SHE'S BLUSHING. Shez thought.
"Well, how about that. You gonna ask her out?"
ARVAL, NOT NOW.
"Wait a minute, hold on a second!" Chiaki spoke up. "There's something that surprises me. Eggman captured Sephiroth of all people?"
"Heh, that's amusing." Kazuya snarked. "The big bad Sephiroth got himself captured."
"You're one to talk." Sonic taunted.
"Actually, I came here on my own. I broke Esdeath out and we saved the rest." Sephiroth said.
"Huh, awfully convenient you mentioned Esdeath first." Deadpool said.
Esdeath and Sephiroth looked at each other before both of them nodding.
"Well, here's the thing." Esdeath said. "Dad, you know how I said I was dating someone a few days ago?"
"Yes?" Ironwood nodded before he started to connect the dots. "...Oh."
"Oooooh, that's uh… oh my…" Chiaki said. I mean, if this was Esdeath from the anime, this would be a match made in hell, so uh… what, is this a match made in… heaven? I'm not sure…
Ironwood suddenly chuckled. "Well, with all the men out there, you certainly could've done a lot worse." He said.
"Ya know, I wonder how Cloud's handling this?" Yang asked.
"We haven't told him yet." Sephiroth said.
"Poor guy's probably paranoid and then some…" Chiaki shook her head.
"...So, what's this about Kazuya being one to talk?" Sephiroth asked.
Kazuya looked away in embarrassment. "It's nothing…"
"The general's taking this surprisingly well…" Marrow whispered.
"Indeed." Vine nodded.
"Wait a moment." Esdeath counted the Ace Ops. "There's one missing. Where's Harriet?"
"Sleeping on the Egg Carrier." Elm said. "Don't worry, she's well protected."

Meanwhile, with Harriet…
"Zzzzzzz…"
She slept on a bed, with several Sentries, Turrets and traps surrounding her along with a forcefield around her.
White noise played in the background as she snored loudly.
"Zzzzzzz…."
Back with them…
"Well taken care of too." Nyx said, fist bumping Chiaki.
"Hold on a moment…" Samus started counting. "One, two, three-... that can't be right."
"What's up?" Raven asked.
"Didn't you have a new addition to the family?"
"Gonta? Yeah, he took his grandparents and Alexander to Hyrule. According to Gonta, it's his favorite area to study insects, so he took 'em camping over there."
Samus chuckled, watching Bond lick Rosalina. "That explained why I didn't see Rosie's dog there."
"Speaking of family…" Cinder looked around. "Roy and Morton aren't here. Where are they?"
"They're not here? Wait, where are-"
"They scheduled this day to be a guy's night out with the two." Marnie said. "They've been plannin' on it since last week."
"Ooooh! That's right! Duh!" Bowsette smacked her head.
"That was right now? I thought that was next week…" Cinder rubbed her chin. "I wonder what they're doing now."
With Roy and Morton…
"Rent!"
"Not now."
"Heh, this is a free country, it's not rent free country."
"Leave me alone…"
"Give me rent!"
"You'll get your rent when you fix THIS DAMN DOOR!"
"MORTON NOT UNDERSTAND WHY NO ONE LIKES THIS MOVIE."
"They're all stupid." Roy said, sipping his soda.
Back with them…
"Probably doing that theater marathon they've been wanting to do." Rei said.
["You sure they're not at that Koopa strip club?"] Neo joked.
"Now that I think about it… Cerberus went out to do some hunting. He's probably okay." Ruby said.
"Well, considering he's not here, he's definitely fine." Tai said.
As they were chatting, robot Esdeath's body slowly stood up, reattaching its head as Kyoko shifted her eyes, seeing it slowly rise. "Guys!" She spoke up as they turned to see the Robot Esdeath glaring at them all.
"I'm not through yet!" She said, pulling out her rapier and started to charge at them…
…Until a Master Spark struck the Robot Esdeath, completely melting her into nothing as they slowly turned to see Himiko aiming her wand while Marisa had a proud smile on her face.
"What, you thought I did that?" Marisa grinned.
Oh boy… Chiaki thought. "Hi Himiko, I see you mastered that."
"Took some practice, but I got it down." Himiko smiled.
"I still think it's worrisome that she has her living at her house and practicing in Gensokyo." Reimu said as she approached with Sakuya. "Though I've heard Alice likes her."
"Relax, I'm not one to raid the Scarlet Devil Mansion unlike her." Himiko said.
"She does make good company though." Sakuya said with a soft smile.
"Oh! That reminds me." Marisa cleared her throat. "Himiko, this is… uh… everyone. Everyone, this is Himiko."
"Hello!" Himiko waved.
"We've met." Kyoko softly smiled.
"Wait, is that actually a real wand?" Rantaro asked.
"Yes. It produces real magic too."
"Guilty~!" Marisa grinned as they saw the liquid puddle trying to re-emerge as Esdeath, but Sephiroth threw a Mega Flare at it for good measure and then Silver quickly got rid of it.
"Soooo… shall we then?" Reimu asked as they nodded.
"Hold on a moment!" Futaba came flying over with the others approaching.
Esdeath's eyes widened. "So it's true… you're the new Winter Maiden."
Futaba nodded. "I know you were gearing up for this, so I'm sorry if I-"
"Don't be. In hindsight, it'd make more sense if you had it. Not to mention I'd just get more ice if I were the new Winter Maiden. How utterly boring." Esdeath chuckled.
"What are you talking about? You'd get other elemental powers." Raven said.
"True, but since my speciality is ice, I'd more than likely have that as my preference."
"She's not wrong." Ironwood nodded.
"So, what's the information you have? It seems urgent." Winter said. "...I also see that you have the Chaos Emeralds."
"Yeah, and apparently we know where the Master Emerald is." 9S said.
"You're not going to like this…" Knuckles said. "Sonic, do you recall a certain creature in the Space Colony ARK?"
"Now when you say "creatu-"..." Sonic's eyes widened. "Oh… well, ain't that a blast from the past."
"Yeah, so let's go. The Master Emerald's close by." Knuckles said and with a nod, everyone took off… although Esdeath stayed behind and stared at Watts.
"...Uncle Arthur?"
Watts let out a simple chuckle. "Esdeath. It's certainly been a while. How have you-"
Esdeath roped him into a hug. "Oh, I've missed you so much…"
Watts smiled, patting her on the back and returned the hug. "It's good to see you." He said while nearby, Ironwood gave Watts an annoyed look.
"Come on, they need this." Winter told him.
"Right…" Ironwood nodded as they walked off with Esdeath and Watts close behind.
As they kept running, they would come into a large open room where Eggman awaited them.
BGM: Tension (Super Mario Galaxy)
"Greetings. I was waiting for your arrival." Eggman said as he then took notice of Sephiroth. On the outside, he let out an annoyed grunt. On the inside, he was trying his best not to scream like a little girl. "I wondered if there was a bug snooping around here."
"You don't have the best security system."
"Clearly." Eggman then looked at Kazuya. "And Kazuya, after what I've offered, you spit in my face?"
"I've had a better offer."
"Heh… well, let's see how well your little army can withstand this!" He snapped his fingers as a hatch opened up from the ceiling as a robotic lizard slammed into the ground, looking mighty similar to the Biolizard.
"Yup, blast from the past indeed." Sonic said.
"What, you thought Artificial Chaos was the only one? OHOHOHOHO! I think not! And just so he's not lonely-" He snapped his fingers as an army of Badniks approached Eggman from behind, ranging from the smallest to Egg Hammers.
Eggman smirked, throwing his arm out to the group. "Destroy them!"
"BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"

They all turned to see Bowser entering the room. "You have spirit, Eggface, but you should know that Remnant is only big enough for ONE egotistical ruler, and that is yours truly!"
"Oh come now, Bowser. You and I both know that my intellect is better than yours."
"Three hundred IQ and you couldn't bother to stop anyone!" Bowser taunted. "You may be egotistically smart, but you're not egotistically AWESOME!"
"Oh yeah? And what's the difference?"
BGM: Attack! Fury Bowser - Phase 1 (Bowser's Fury)
Bowser pulled out a switch, pressing a button as fireworks came shooting out and blew up, bursting with Magikoopa magic as minions fell from the sky and landing on the ground, ranging from Goombas, to Thwomps, to even Sumo Bros.
"PRESENTATION!"
"Is he normally like this?" Mando asked.
"Yes. You're about to witness sheer strength… dare I say, awesome." Kyoko said casually as Bowser let out a commanding roar as the Minions charged at the Badniks as the latter did the same.
Eggman growled, pressing a button as a wrecking ball came swinging out with drills coming out of the front as Bowser had his arms folded, smugly smirking at the doctor before he jumped up, letting out another roar as he lept toward Eggman.
The Biolizard roared, slamming the ground as a massive tidal wave came toward the group as Futaba aimed her hand to wrap the tidal wave around them with some help from Edelgard and Juvia.
"Whoever wants to help out Bowser and his minions, now's the time!" Futaba said as everyone spread out, including herself as only Sonic, Shadow, Knuckles, Chief, Mando, Doom Guy, Big Boss, 2B, Ratchet, Jinx and Ryuko stood before the giant robotic beast.
"Hope you can keep up." Shadow said.
"Do you realize who you're talking to?" Sonic chuckled as the Artificial Biolizard roared.
"Why do you sound like a jaguar?" Big Boss wondered.

"Alright, now where is that sucker…" Knuckles wondered, referring to the Master Emerald as the Biolizard spun around rapidly, trying to smack them with his tail as they avoided it as it then fired a powerful laser, which was met with Doom Guy hitting it with the BFG. It didn't do much to the large creature, but it was enough to temporarily stun it.
Chief immediately flanked the large lizard and shot at it with his Assault Rifle with Mando helping him out. A few lasers flew up from above and targeted the two, but Grogu used the Force to stop the lasers.
"Eh?" Jinx tilted her head. "...Eh, whatever!" She immediately shot at the Biolizard while Ryuko leapt through and cut through the lasers to dissipate them.
"Not sure how the little guy's doing that, but that's helpful!" She said, immediately changing form as she flew up into the air and noticed the weak spot on the Biolizard's back. "Hmm…" She immediately flew down and slashed it as the Biolizard roared… before the massive energy moved away from the back and underneath its belly.
"Interesting…" Shadow mused as he used a Chaos Spear for the underside, but Biolizard jumped away and fired a laser at Shadow, but he rolled out of the way, where Knuckles had an idea as he brought out his Shovel Claws and proceeded to dig his way underneath while 2B slashed at the Biolizard's neck.
Ratchet aimed his Blackhole Vortex and proceed to rapid fire his gatling gun, striking the Biolizard. The Biolizard snarled as he opened his mouth up to fire a laser, but Big Boss tossed a grenade in it, along with Jinx and Chief, causing the grenades to explode inside of his mouth, causing it to be stunned.
Knuckles dug up from underneath, unleashing a powerful uppercut to knock the Biolizard in the air and struck the energy core, where he noticed the Master Emerald was inside as the energy core then moved toward the tail. "Just as I suspected, the Master Emerald is powering it up!"
"Well, not for long!" Sonic said as he boosted toward the tail as the Biolizard swung it at him, but Sonic jumped over and homing attacked the tail and the Energy Core, causing Biolizard to roar like a jaguar as the energy core moved around.
Suddenly, the Biolizard looked like it smirked before time slowed down for everyone before teleporting up high before coming down on everyone with a powerful body slam before it teleported to the center of the arena before time went back to normal.
"Rrrgh!" Mando grunted. "What the hell just happened?"
"Did it speed up time?" 2B wondered.
"No… it used Chaos Control!" Shadow said as the Biolizard fired a laser at Chief but he rolled out of the way and returned fire as Sonic charged up a spin dash as Shadow went to him and kicked him away as Sonic slammed into the Energy Core as it moved about.
The Biolizard let out a cry as it returned to the center of its back before it caused zero gravity yo kick in and made everyone float up high as tentacles came out of it. "Okay, this is new!" Ratchet exclaimed.
"This day just keeps getting weirder…" Big Boss said.
"Heads up, tentacles!" Ryuko exclaimed as they got out of the way as Mando aimed his rifle at the energy core and fired as Shadow used Chaos Spear to strike the Energy Core as well.
"Weeeeee!" Jinx "swam" around while dodging the tentacles trying to slap her. "Missed me~!" She smiled before pulling out her rocket launcher and firing, where the recoil was enough to make her fly back. "Whoooooa!" She laughed. "This is awesome!"
"Alright, going to need you two for a second!" Knuckles said as both hedgehogs nodded as they curled up into balls as Knuckles picked them up as he got closer to the Energy Core. "Take this!" He threw them into the Energy Core which exploded, causing the Biolizard to roar, causing the zero gravity to cancel out and dropped everyone to the ground.
"Ooomph! I'm okay!" Jinx said as Doom Guy forcibly opened up the Biolizard's mouth and fired the BFG inside of it, causing it to light up and explode into nothing, leaving nothing but the Master Emerald.

"There we go." Knuckles said as he walked over to the Master Emerald, holding the Chaos Emeralds in his arms as he put them down, closing his eyes.
"The servers are still the seven Chaos. Chaos is power, power enriched by the heart. The controller is the one who unifies the Chaos."
He opened his eyes… right as Metal Sonic came in and tackled Knuckles away. "Ooomph!"

"Hey!" Sonic glared as he and Shadow ran toward Metal Sonic as Byleth turned her head after slashing away a Badnik.
"You…" Byleth growled as Dorothea turned her head. Her hands conjured up fire as the two of them approached where Byleth swung her sword at Metal Sonic, knocking him away.
Kyoko glanced at the Chaos Emeralds slowly starting to light up from the Master Emerald. She immediately looked at Eggman who was pre-occupied by Bowser as she then looked at Metal Sonic.
She clenched her fists. She knew what she had to do.
Metal Sonic spin dashed into Byleth, but Sonic countered him as he bounced away. With robotic noises, he proceeded to fire missiles at them where Dorothea unleashed Thoron on him.
Metal Sonic shook it off and lunged directly at Byleth, delivering a punch but she quickly weaved her body and countered with her Amyr copy, knocking him back as Metal Sonic charged with energy and lunged directly at her.
"PARALYZE!"

A massive Paralyze Bullet struck him as he found himself unable to move as they turned their heads to see an incredible sight.

Kyoko's hair was now a deep amethyst purple as it also looked completely crystalline. She also sported an amethyst dress along with long amethyst gloves that reached to her elbows. Her eyes changed to amethyst as well.
She was also slightly levitating off the ground as the Chaos Emeralds wrapped around her.
Aoi turned her head after slugging away a Badnik, her eyes widening in awe. "Kiri…?" She breathed.
Metal Sonic shook it off as he glared at Kyoko and charged at her, but she fired a Knockback Bullet to send him crashing into a wall.
"Eggman!"
Her voice also had an echo as Eggman turned around.
"Hmm? WHA?!" Eggman yelped in surprise.
"Give it up. You have lost!"
Eggman smirked. "On the contrary, I'm just getting warmed up!" He said as he pressed a button, with his Flying Egg Machine dropping a flash bang to blind everyone as he quickly flew off. "OHOHOHOHO! Come face me deeper in the Death Egg… if you dare!"
Kyoko looked at everyone. "Those who wish to join me in defeating Robotnik, now is the time. The rest of you can help destroy the interior of the Death Egg."
"I'm going." Futaba said as she approached the Chaos Emeralds.
"If you're going, I might as well join you." Joker said as he joined her.
"It's time to finish this." Ironwood walked toward them as well.
Weiss slowly approached the Chaos Emeralds but Meryl grabbed her wrist. "Meryl?"
"You're still a bit unstable… just sit this one out for me, okay?"
Weiss sighed, closing her eyes. "Fine…" She mumbled.
The Chaos Emeralds wrapped around the trio.
Ironwood glowed, his metallic body looking shinier as he sported a golden beard. His eyes looked more cybernetic.
Joker's outfit more resembled Arsene with his mask having blue flames coming off of it.
Futaba sported a cyborg-like attire with circuitry wrapping around her skin, a cybernetic orange helmet appeared on her head with a translucent visor, complete with a scanner attached as her eyes turned cybernetic. A Mega Man-like arm cannon appeared in her right arm.
"Let's kick his ass." Futaba said, her Maiden Powers activated as the four of them flew off.

"...Hey… HEY! Wait for us!" Sonic said as he ran off with Shadow and Silver behind them.
"You heard the lady." Sephiroth held Masamune. "Let's destroy this from the inside."
"I'll be more than happy to oblige with that." Kazuya said.
"Let's do this!" Ruby declared, unleashing a howl as she went into her Zinogre form as they all took off.
With Eggman…
Eggman raised the Staff of Creation up high in the far corner of the Death Egg, creating a battlefield that resembled time and space, with platforms resembling the grounds of Atlas.
"Robotnik!" Kyoko's voice echoed as Eggman turned around to face them.
"So, this is where it truly ends for all of us." Eggman said. "Futaba, I would just like to say that deep down, I actually had fun working with you."
"Yeah, I had fun too. However, I didn't have fun when I learned I was responsible for leading you into Remnant's network."
"I can't help but notice your hair is looking more raven black these days."
"This is my natural hair color. I only used orange hair dye to run away from my problems… but I'm done running!" Futaba declared. "You've made a mess of things for everyone in Remnant… now we're going to stop you."
Eggman smirked. "We'll see how well you last." He said.
"Hey!" A voice said as they turned to see the Hedgehogs. "Aren't you forgetting somebody?" Sonic asked.
"Ah, my bad." Kyoko sent the Chaos Emeralds toward the hedgehogs where they started to circle around them.
BGM: Live and Learn (Sonic Adventure 2)
Eggman smirked, raising the Staff of Creation up high as his Flying Egg Machine started to transform, where it proceeded to transform into the Egg Emperor right as the three Hedgehogs turned Super.
"Time to meet your makers!"
Now or Never! - Dr. Eggman
"Persona: Satanael!" Joker called out as Satanael appeared behind him, also wearing a fedora.
The Egg Emperor swung down its lances, unleashing energy waves at the group where they quickly avoided the attacks as Kyoko fired Burn Bullets, which in her Super Form, it acted more like a shotgun burst.
Ironwood swiftly flew over, his metallic arm burning red as he proceeded to punch the Egg Emperor in the core to knock it back while Futaba aimed her arm cannon and unleashed an Ice Burst Shot, striking the Egg Emperor, but it quickly slashed down to cut through the burst shot.
"CHAAAAAAAARGE!" Eggman cried, launching at Futaba but she quickly flew out of the way while Silver charged forward, both of them crashing into each other as Sonic teleported over to the side and slammed into him from the side, sending him flying as Shadow used Chaos Blast at him.
The Egg Emperor unleashed more energy waves as Joker unleashed Maeigaon, striking the Egg Emperor as it proceeded to launch missiles at them but Futaba unleashed a flurry of ice chunks, hitting the missiles as Kyoko fired a Knockback Bullet at a missile, sending it crashing into Egg Emperor.
"Rrrrgh!" Eggman grunted as he used the Staff of Creation once more, causing the Egg Emperor to disappear as it was replaced by the Egg Viper where it disappeared into the platforms.
"Get a load of this!" He called out, firing lasers when he breached out of the platforms, striking Kyoko and Ironwood, where Futaba swiftly tapped into her Persona and proceeded to heal the two up, where Ironwood pulled out his gun and when Eggman breached out, he pulled the trigger as the gun suddenly transformed into a railgun and fired at Eggman.
"Gah!" Eggman grunted as he leaped into the air and corkscrew attacked them only for Silver to stop it telekinetically as Shadow used Chaos Control, placing a lot of Chaos Spears and Lances around before he snapped his fingers, all of them launching and striking the Viper.
Eggman growled, raising the Staff of Creation once more as the Viper disappeared and was replaced by the Egg Dragoon where he proceeded to unleash Drill Missiles at the group as they avoided them, only to be struck by the Egg Dragoon's gatling gun. However, Futaba quickly healed everyone up, including herself.
Joker quickly unleashed Riot Gun, dealing massive damage to the Egg Dragoon but it responded by firing ice missiles at the group, where Futaba fired ice lasers of her own to counter the ice missiles where Ironwood fired his Railgun into the Egg Dragoon.
The Egg Dragoon unleashed a corkscrew attack as Kyoko launched herself, along with the Hedgehogs by her side as they pushed him back by ramming into him as Kyoko launched up high, aiming her Megaphone Hacking Gun and unleashing a flurry of Knockback, Break, Paralyze and Burn to act like bullethell, knocking the Egg Dragoon back as it unleashed missiles at them, only for Silver to send them away as Shadow Chaos Controlled to the missiles that Silver destroyed and kicked the missiles back into the Egg Dragoon, unleashing powerful explosions as Joker unleashed Cosmic Flare shortly after.

The Egg Dragoon fell apart, leaving nothing but Eggman's flying machine. "Rrrgh… you're quite the nuisances, I'll give you that!" He said before he smirked, the Staff glowing brightly.
"However, this is where things end for you!" He declared as he raised it up high, the staff glowing to blind them for a moment.
When the light cleared, they would see a clear white ovoid shape that had a large minigun strapped to its back, also having two arms that lacked fingers but were filled with holes. However, these holes were quickly filled with Dust crystals.
BGM: Solaris Phase 2 (Sonic '06)
"Behold! The Egg Atlas! With this, your precious super forms won't leave a dent in this highly defensive mech! Weep at its might as it will destroy you and then I will take over Remnant with an iron fist!"
"That's the thing, Robotnik. It may have high defensive capabilities… but everything has a weakness." Kyoko said. "We'll stop you and save Remnant!"
"Go ahead and try. MAKE MY DAY!"
Futaba closed her eyes, clenching her fists before she opened them with sheer determination. "We will… for the good of Remnant and for Fria!"
The Juggernaut of Creation's Ambitions - Egg Atlas
The Egg Atlas activated its minigun and quickly fired bullets and lasers at the group while the arms started firing dust of all kinds, acting like a bullethell for all of them.
"I've played a lot of Touhou Project to know how to work with this!" Futaba said, quickly flying around and proceeding to fire ice lasers at the Egg Atlas, where Kyoko returned fire as well.
The Egg Atlas stopped firing as it flew toward Ironwood, the latter doing the same as the Egg Atlas swung its arm like a spiked club at Ironwood, but he weaved through the punches as he threw back a powerful punch that knocked the Egg Atlas back a few feet.
Water wrapped around Futaba as she unleashed a torrent of water directly from her arm cannon, striking the Egg Atlas as she upped the pressure of it to act like a high water pressured laser. The Egg Atlas responded by firing electric dust at the laser, forcing Futaba to stop using it and get out of the way, but she was struck by a lightning bolt from it. "Rrrgh!" She grunted.
Egg Atlas proceeded to go back to its bullethell-like pattern with its minigun, proceeding to unleash lasers at them all as Futaba responded with hard light barriers as she fired a charged Ice Blast at him but Eggman pulled up Hard Light Dust shields to protect himself.
However, he only put it up in front as Shadow Chaos Controlled and saw he was wide open in the rear as he threw a few Chaos Lances at him to strike him from behind. "Argh!" Eggman grunted as the minigun turned around and fired at Shadow, forcing him to get out of the way as he saw the Egg Atlas aiming its arm and firing homing dust missiles at him, forcing him to Chaos Control away from him as Silver telekinetically stopped them and sent it back.
"Let's make you dizzy!" Eggman said as he fired gravity dust, which in turn warped the field around them as heavy gravity made Sonic slam into a platform.
"Mmmph! You think… mere gravity is gonna hold me down…!" Sonic grunted as Joker aimed at the Gravity Dust and fired together with Kyoko, shattering the gravity dust as Sonic sprang back up as he launched himself and slammed into the Egg Atlas.
"I hope you're ready because this is gonna be a big one!" Eggman exclaimed as a large energy chamber came out from beneath the Egg Atlas, which unleashed a massively powerful energy beam. Futaba put up an ice shield to protect herself, but the energy beam was enough to go through her defenses.
"AGH!" She cried as she was knocked back. She coughed, letting out a pained grunt as she wheezed. "That… hurt like hell…!"
"It ignores defenses… that's good to know." Kyoko said. "Are you okay?"
"I'll be… better…!" Futaba grunted. I'm not dying here. Not by a long shot! She thought as she used some healing magic on herself.
"System overheated. Egg Atlas cooling down."
"WHAT?" Eggman yelled. "Could've sworn that wouldn't make it overheat!" He growled.
Everyone would see the Egg Atlas slowing down. "That massive energy blast must have taken a toll on the Egg Atlas. Now's our chance!" Kyoko declared as Ironwood flew over and threw a powerful Shoryuken that knocked the Egg Atlas in the air as Silver teleported above him as he and Sonic kicked him down.
"Rrrrgh! Make yourselves useful!" Eggman said, shoving Orbot and Cubot in the sockets as the Egg Atlas fired the two robots away.
"OOOOOH MYYYYYY!" Orbot cried.
"YEEEEHAAAAAAW!"
Everyone casually avoided the robots. "Poor guys…" Joker said as they all turned to Eggman who was trying his best to press any button that would try to get the Egg Atlas fully functioning.
"System at 50% power and currently recharging."
"WHY DID I MAKE SUCH A FATAL FLAW IN THIS?!" Eggman yelled."THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PERFECT!"
"Don't you get it, Robotnik? Your ego is your downfall. It was just a matter of time before your ego got the best of you." Kyoko said.
"This is game over for you." Ironwood said.
"Time to bring hope back into Remnant." Joker declared.
The three Hedgehogs lunged forward as Shadow surrounded Eggman with Spears and Lances as he snapped his fingers to impale the Egg Atlas as Sonic slammed into him while Silver unleashed Psychokinetic Knives into him.
Futaba's arm cannon glowed with energy. "This is for Fria, YOU SON OF A BITCH!" She yelled, unleashing a powerful wave of energy that trapped Eggman inside of a frozen prison as all four of them stood together.
Futaba aimed her Arm Cannon, Joker aimed his gun, Kyoko aimed her Megaphone Hacking Gun and Ironwood aimed his Railgun, all of them glowing brightly.
"Checkmate." The siblings said in unison as they fired powerful shots as Ironwood fired his railgun while Kyoko fired a powerful Hope bullet into it, all of them morphing together into a rainbow laser of Hope toward Eggman, striking him dead center.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!" Eggman cried as the ice prison exploded alongside the Egg Atlas, sending Eggman flying out and slamming into the ground.

"Uuungh…" Eggman groaned, slowly rising from the ground as he noticed the Staff of Creation a few feet in front of him. He scrambled toward it, but Futaba flew down and picked it up.
"Yoink~!" Futaba said, before aiming her Arm Cannon at him.
"Now Robotnik… you'll tell us why you did this." Kyoko said. "Because it seems you wanted to one up Salem. Why is that?"
"Still on that, huh?" Eggman chuckled as he brushed himself off. "Alright, fine. I'll tell you."
BOOOOOOM!
The Death Egg rumbled as alarms started blaring.
"ALERT! ALERT! Death Egg sustained heavy damage from a large comet! Death Egg facing imminent impact into Remnant in T-Minus forty five seconds!"
"Something tells me that was Sephiroth." Futaba said.
"There's my ride!" Eggman laughed as he took off running, picking up a dazed Orbot and Cubot away.
"WAIT!" Ironwood yelled as Eggman turned around.
"Would you rather stop me or would you rather prevent you and your friends from crashing into Remnant and killing you all? You only have one choice! So choose wisely!"
"T-Minus thirty seconds."
Ironwood growled. "You…"
"T-Minus twenty five seconds."
"Tick tock!"
"We're not done with you yet." Kyoko said as they took off flying while Eggman smirked, quickly hopping into an escape pod guarded by Sniper Joes and Mettaurs, where he pressed a button as it launched himself out of the Death Egg.
As for everyone else, they were on top of the Egg Carrier with Watts having turned it on, where they all saw the group flying out and toward the Egg Carrier, all of them cheering. Though Vanitas simply said "Took ya long enough!" to the group.
They all watched as the Death Egg fell into Remnant, crashing into the ground that created a powerful earthquake.
All of Remnant who were watching cheered and hollered as even in Inkopolis, the Ink/Octolings cheered and hugged each other while Big Man wrapped them all in a group hug.
As for the impact site?
The Death Egg slammed right into the City of Nil, destroying what was left of it.
