Terracotta Tortilla: I get where you're coming from and I'll admit, I wrote this on April 12, 2021, and at the time I was just another "Jaune is a total chick magnet" but I've come to understand his character much more and wished I did back then to make this story deeper, but I'm here now and I have a plan for the story and I'm not shying awya from it but I do understand that this is the usual "Jaune Harem" Fic that is kind of hated on.

"We found them,"
Hearing those words, Jaune looked at Ironwood with a determined expression. A fire inside of him was lit. After two days since he, Neptune, Ciel, and Neon were brought in and tasked with helping Ironwood find Penny, they had finally found her and Hades.
Currently, everyone who was a part of the operation was in Ironwood's office, and it was here that Ironwood had told them the good news.
Jaune stepped forward, "Where!?" he asked.
Ironwood looked at him, "An Abandoned laboratory near the west side of Atlas," Ironwood said, "Certain tech from nearby labs have been stolen and in the middle of those labs in the one abandoned lab," Ironwood said.
"A few reports say that some people have been seen entering the lab in the dead of night," Elm said, "However, that is all we have to go on,"
Jaune simply nodded, "That's good enough for me," Jaune said as he turned around and ran out of the office.
"We need a plan, Mr. Arc," Ironwood told him as he continued walking out.
Jaune just kept walking away with a determined look, "I've already got a plan," He said as he finally left the office.
Neptune just smiled and walked backward, "You heard the man, he's got a plan!" He said, turning around and chasing after his friend.
Ciel and Neon followed after him and Ironwood let out a sigh, knowing that they were going to go in there to save Penny no matter what.
Winter smiled and Elm chuckled, both following after the teens.
"Don't worry, General," Elm began. "We'll keep them alive,"
Winter nodded, "And we'll make sure they don't get into too much trouble," she said.
Ironwood sighed but a smile formed on his face, glad to see them heading to save their friend, but he was also worried, truly wondering if they could stand a chance against Hades, he was a headmaster Ranked Huntsmen and someone who fought in the FR war, he was powerful, and only a few could stand against him. Ironwood was not one of those people, but if it came down to it, Ironwood was going to give the man one hell of a fight.
Meanwhile, the group was in a bullhead and they were closing in on the building, and Winter looked at all of them with a serious expression.
"Hade's has three others with him by the names of Erick Greene, Brian Gin, and Bella Rogers! They're ex-specialists so be careful, they're as strong as me and Elm!" She said.
Neon chuckled, "Hey, if we can beat you two, then these three should be a piece of cake!" She said.
Ciel turned to her, "Still, we shouldn't underestimate them," Ciel said.
Neptune nodded, "She's right! If these guys were chosen by Hades, they gotta be tough!" He said.
Before more could be said, they felt the Bullhead come to a halt and the pilot turned his head to the group. "We're here!" He cried.
The side door opened and they saw the building where Hades and his group were located and they all jumped down to the roof. One on the roof, the Bullhead left and the group quickly ran to the roof's entrance, kicked the door open, and rushed down the flight of stairs.
However, appearing in a cloud of blue smoke was Bella, and she charged at Jaune and Ciel, and the two quickly prepared themselves for an attack but she simply touched them both and they disappeared in a cloud of blue smoke.
The remaining four looked in shock and Winter and Neon quickly charged at her but Bella disappeared, only to reappear behind the two and simply touch them on their backs and they disappeared just like Jaune and Ciel.
Neptune glared at her and quickly took a swing at her with his spear but she ducked and disappeared for a second time and reappeared behind Elm, who tried to swing at her as well, but when Bella touched her, she disappeared as well.
"Where the hell did they go!?" Neptune asked as he charged at her, his spear pulled back.
Bella simply looked at him with a blank look, "Don't worry about it," She said.
Neptune trusted forward but Bella moved her head to the side and close in on Neptune and she touched his chest as she looked at him.
"Just know that this is the end for all of you," She told him.
The two disappeared and Neptune found himself in a large room standing next to Elm, who looked around confused.
Neptune looked around as well, but he was searching for his friends but didn't see them in sight. "Where's the others!?" He cried.
"They should be currently engaged with my teammates,"
Neptune and Elm looked forward only to see Bella, standing in front of them with her weapon, which appeared to be two small sledge hammers.
"We figured out it was only a matter of time before you found us, so we set motion sensors on every floor and the roof, so when that went off, we knew it was you," She told them, "So, I teleported two at a time, We split you up in a group of two, both pairs dealing with one of us,"
Elm got her hammer at the ready and glared at Bella with a smile, "You really think one of you can take the two of us on,"
Bella nodded, "Yes, because while you're occupied with us, Hades has already begun the second phase of his plan,"
Neptune looked at her with a raised brow, "Second phase?" He asked.
Bella nodded, "Hades isn't here... the moment you stepped here, he left for Atlas Academy,"
Elm and Neptune's eyes widened with shock and terror as they both knew that Hades being in Atlas Academy was not good at all.
"But it does not matter if I am a distraction, my mission is to make sure none of you can interfere with Hades," Bella said. She then took a fighting stance with her hammers and looked at the two, still with a blank expression. "So, prepared to take your last breaths,"
Neptune and Elm took their fighting stances as they prepared to face the rouge specialist in front of them.
On different floors and in different rooms, the others were up against their own enemies. Jaune and Ciel were face to face with Brian, and Neon and Winter were preparing to fight Erick.
While they were dealing with them... Hades was up to something of his own.

Ironwood was sitting at his desk only for a dark purple cloud of smoke to appear a few feet in front of him and appearing before him was Hades, with Pietro in a normal wheelchair and a still unconscious Penny. Ironwood quickly jumped out of his chair, grabbed his pistol, and fired at the Ex-Headmaster, but Hades created a shield in front of him and stopped the bullets, Hades just seemed to be amused by Ironwood's attack.
"James, you haven't lost your skill," Hades said with a smirk.
Ironwood glared at him, "I train just as much as my soldiers," He said. "What are you doing here? How did you even get in here?"
"I simply teleported in," Hades said, "Oh, and don't think about calling for backup, I've already sent a text to every student and staff in the building to clear the building, so, it's just us," He said.
"How'd you get into the system?" Ironwood asked.
Pietro looked at him, "It was my fault James... he... he forced me..." Pietro said sadly.
Ironwood nodded, "It's not your fault, Pietro, I would've done the same in your situation," He said
Hades smiled, "Indeed, love truly is the most dangerous weapon and one's biggest weakness," Hades said. "Now, we can do this the easy way, or the hard way, James, but no matter what, I will achieve my goal,"
Ironwood looked at him with a glare, "What exactly is your plan?" He asked.
Hades smiled, "I want to unify and make a stronger and more dangerous army than the one we have now," he told him. "With the Penny Unit, I'll create more of her and train them to become the ultimate weapons that will serve in my army and with them I can make Atlas the greatest Kingdom of them all," Hades said.
Ironwood instantly realized that Hades didn't know the true secret about Penny and he glanced at Pietro and he looked back at Ironwood and a message was sent between them. Hades didn't know the true nature of how Penny was created.
Ironwood played along, "So, then why are you here?" he asked.
Hades chuckled, "I've come for the rest of the files on the Penny project and learned the true secrets of how to create a true living robot," Hades said.
Ironwood played along, making sure to keep up the illusion of whatever Pietro had told Hades. "Good luck, those files are protected with security codes made by each of Atlas's top computer scientists,"
Hades smiled and picked Pietro up from his chair, "Which is why I brought Pietro, it may take time, but I will have what I want," He said as he placed the man back in the wheelchair.
"Not while I'm standing!" Ironwood said, aiming his gun at Hades.
Hades began to laugh, "Do you really think you stand a chance against me!?" Hades asked, still laughing.
"No, but I will put up one hell of a fight and even if I don't defeat you here... he will,"
Hades looked at him with a raised brow, before a flash of Jaune entered his mind and Hades smiled. "Betty's grandson?" Hades asked, "You believe that boy could beat me?"
Ironwood nodded, "Despite what I may believe myself, that boy, has defied the odds time and time again, but as a Headmaster and General of the military, I'll try to make sure this doesn't become his burden," Ironwood said.
Hades smiled, "Very well then," Hades said.
Hades then appeared right in front of Ironwood in a fraction of a second, and Ironwood quickly tried to fire off a shot, but Hades kneed him in the stomach and Ironwood gagged as he was sent flying toward his window with his aura flickering and lowering to 50%.
A purple-like chain appeared around his arm and pulled Ironwood back toward Hades, and when the Atlas Headmaster was close, Hades grabbed him by the face and slammed him into the floor before spinning around, picking him up, and holding him in the air.
"Poor James Ironwood, despite the title of Headmaster you're more weak than Ozpin and Theodore, but at least you are a lot braver than that fool Leo," Hades said with a smile.
Ironwood glared at him and muttered something but Hades could not hear him.
Hades looked at him with a raised brow and a smile, "What was that?"
Ironwood glared at him, "Don't think you won just yet!" Ironwood cried.
Ironwood then raised his second gun and aimed it at Hades' right side and fired off a shot, and it pierced through Hades' side! Hades was so shocked and in pain that he let go of Ironwood and staggered back slowly as Ironwood felt himself struggle to stand up after two blows from the Rouge Headmast.
'I can barely stand, but that's a true Headmaster ranked Huntsmen for you... the one's who truly earn this title are monsters, and while I am skilled like them, they possess more power and large Aura reserves than I,' Ironwood said, but then grinned, 'But that's why I made this...' He said looking at his second gun.
Hades saw his blood and glared at Ironwood as pain shot through him, but he quickly focused his aura on healing the wound. "WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO!?" He yelled.
Ironwood smiled at him, "Did you really think I wouldn't have a trump card should I fight Monsters like you?" He asked, he then held up his second gun with a smile, "This is "Honorary Discharge" a second pistol that I made to use Anti-Aura Rounds, while "Due Process" is my normal pistol,"
Hades snarled at him, "Do you believe you can beat me with such an underhanded trick!?" Hades cried.
Ironwood simply pulled the hammer back and prepared himself for battle, "I just need one good shot," Ironwood said with a glare. 'I only have 5 bullets left, I need to make them count!' Ironwood cried.
Hades glared at Ironwood and then Charged at the headmaster. Ironwood quickly took aim and fired off one bullet from Honorary Discharge, but Hades moved out of the way and was simply grazed on the cheek by the bullet.
As Hades closed in, Ironwood quickly jumped over his desk just as Hades arrived at the spot and struck the desk, splitting it in half, Ironwood landed and quickly aimed Honorary Discharge at Hades and fired off another shot, managing to hit Hades in his left shoulder, and Hades groaned in paun as he staggered back.
Ironwood smiled and quickly fired off another shot, this time aimed for Hades' head, but the Rouge Headmaster created a shield with his semblance, blocking the bullet. Ironwood grimaced But Hades teleported right in front of Ironwood and before Ironwood could fire off another shot from Honorary Discharge, Hades grabbed his metelic arm and pushed it down, causing Ironwood to fire a round at the floor.
Hades didn't stop there as he pulled his fist back and punched Ironwood in the face, with all of his strength, and Ironwood's aura flickered and broke as he was completely dazed. He dropped his guns and staggered backward, ready to fall to the ground, but Hades held on to his prosthetic arm and looked at Ironwood.
"I told you, you had no chance of beating me, even with you're little trick," Hades said. "But I won't kill you James, not yet, because I want you to be there when I burn Atlas as it is and remake it," Hades said.
Hades then squeezed tighter around Ironwood's prosthetic arm and tore it off, before slamming Ironwood into the ground over and over again, until Ironwood's face was a bloody mess and he was completely knocked out.
Hades smiled and threw Ironwood to the side and turned back to the now broken desk. Hades looked for the computer and smiled, as the computer was damaged but still appeared to be in working condition.
He then turned to Pietro with a sinister smile, "Doctor, work your magic, and take you're time, after all..." Hades began as he looked at the unconscious Ironwood, still smiling, "There's no one who can stand in our way anymore,"
Pietro slowly wheeled his way over to Ironwood's computer and started a process in hacking into the system, but this was only an illusion on the scientist's part, he was merely buying time for the one man whom his daughter had told him so much about and the man that Ironwood believed could defeat Hades.
'Please get here soon... Mr. Arc,' Pietro thought.
