At the Owl House, Eda sat down on the couch and used her corrupted arm to rub her eyes. Everything was just getting to her. Raine being in a coma, with no telling if and when They'll come out of it, Luz constantly pushing herself and avoided the others, dealing with two god children, it was difficult.

"How could things in my life get any more difficult?" Eda asked herself.

"Hoot hoot!" Hooty screamed, opening the door! "Eda, your family is here!"

"I just had to say it." Eda muttered to herself.

She got up and opened the door.

"Edalyn!" Dell and Gwendolyn shouted, smiling as Lilith stood behind them and waved.

"Hey, mom and dad. Lily." Eda said before she was hugged by them both.

"It's been too long since we saw you. And I just LOVE the black hair, it really makes you look younger." Gwendolyn said.

"Yeah, I do look good with it." Eda said, wiping some hair back. "Pull it off way better than Lily."

"Black hair is completely different from blue hair. Besides, I've been keeping my natural hair since you cut it months ago." Lilith said, pushing up her glasses and gesturing to her short, orange red hair. "But I improved it since you butchered it."

"You wanted a haircut and I gave you one, not my fault you trusted the woman with one arm to cut your hair. Simple as that." Eda said as her parents broke the hug. "So, what can I do for you guys for?"

"We wanted to see you." Gwen said, "We haven't seen you since before the Day of Unity."

"Well... technically I saw you guys." Eda said, remembering her family as puppets surrounding her while she was in the nightmare.

"Being puppets doesn't count, Edalyn. And who knows what we did while we were puppets." Dell said, causing Eda to shiver.

'You have no idea, dad.' Eda thought.

"Wait, when did you get a new arm?" Lilith asked, seeing Eda's black, corruption hand.

"Yeah, that's a recent development." Eda said, holding up her right hand. "It's also a bit of a story, might want to sit down for it."

Eda made a black spell circle and a few chairs started glowing black before floating over to Eda's guests.

The Clawthorne trio were shocked as they were swept into the chairs and placed around the couch.

"Eda, your magic has returned?!" Gwendolyn asked in shock.

"Not entirely, more like it got a sort of upgrade." Eda said, walking to the couch to sit down. "Let's just say, me and the curse are on good terms. And I love the results."

"And those results are?" Lilith asked, already interested in this.

'Could I be able to do the same?' Lilith thought.

"Well if you really want to know, I can corrupt and cancel any spell that comes at me. I can also make corrupt versions of the spells that only I can use." Eda said with pride as she looked at her black magic arm. "This thing is pretty cool."

"Can you still transform into your harpy form?" Lilith asked.

"Does this answer you question?" Eda asked, transforming into her harpy form and showing the corruption arm had a mist of energy around it.

'Titan, why does she get all the cool stuff?' Lilith thought, feeling jealous.

Lilith pouts a bit as she always hated how Eda always got the best things in life, even if she stole most of them.

"You know, I have been wondering for some time. Does Lily have a harpy form?" Dell asked.

"It's...a work in progress." Lilith said, coughing into her hand.

Eda laughed at those words.

"SURE. The last time we tried, you just happened to cluck like a demon chicken." She said with a grin.

Lilith blushed and looked away.

"Ehehehehehehehehe." Dell and Gwendolyn chuckled.

"It's alright, Lulu. I'm sure you sounds wonderful as a chicken." Hooty said, stretching over to her.

"She sounded like she was about to be butchered." Eda said, still grinning.

"I regret coming over." Lilith quickly said.

Hooty offered little comfort as he wrapped around Lilith in a hug, making her feel only a little better.

"There there, Lulu." He said softly.

"Relax, Lily, you'll figure it out eventually." Eda said, "Took me a while to figure it out. Actually, Hooty, go bake those cookies, let's see if we can get that to work."

"THOSE cookies?" Hooty asked, looking to her.

"What cookies?" Dell asked.

"That one's that helped me get my harpy form in the first place. Chocolate chip and sleeping nettles." Eda said, crossing her legs while still in harpy form. "It... was an interesting dream."

"But why would you eat them? Sleeping nettles heightens your dreams to a dangerous effect if used poorly." Gwendolyn said.

"Not if you measure them right with sugar and floor!" Hooty said as he stretched off to quickly bake them.

"And once again, you amaze me with your talents, Hootcifer." Lilith said with a grin.

"Geez, Lily. If you're that desperate for a husband, just marry Hooty already." Eda said with a teasing grin.

Lilith blushed at that comment.

"First, I'm Aro/Ace, secondly... we aren't even the same species!" Lilith said, shouting at her sister.

"Neither was Evelyn, but that didn't stop her!" Eda said.

Hearing this and being woken from his nap, King crawled out from under the couch and rubbed his eyes.

"What is with all the shouting? And who is Evelyn?" He asked.

"There's my grand baby!" Gwendolyn said before hugging King.

"Evelyn is one of the earliest Clawthorne's." Eda said like it was no big deal. "And she married a human, named Caleb Wittebane."

'And shocked reactions in 3... 2.. 1.' Eda thought.

"WHAT!?" Everyone shouted.

Eda's shifted back to normal as she flinched in pain, her enchanted hearing nearly making her deaf from how loud they were.

"Gods! What the fuck people?" Eda screamed, covering her ears.

"Where did you learn this!?" Lilith shouted.

"Luz." Eda said, cleaning out on ear a bit. "Apparently there's an entire legend about it in the human realm, and with a couple quick chats with the Titan, he confirmed a large part of it to be true."

"Why did you not tell us until now that we are related to BELOS and are 1/16 or 1/32 human?!" Lilith shouted, gesturing to herself and their parents.

"With the state of the Isles and that Belos/Philip is still a sore subject, you can see this didn't need to be brought up right now." Eda said, being logical. "Plus I've been busy because of you didn't notice, I am raising TWO Titans! Do you have any idea how much they eat?"

"Hey, I don't eat that much!" King shouted at her.

"You ate an entire three layer cake last week!" Eda shouted at him.

"It was an offering from the Baker's Coven! It would've been rude NOT to eat it!" King shouted.

"See what I mean?" Eda asked, crossing her arms. "And don't get me started on Luz, she ate a Red Fang yesterday... raw."

"A RED FANG?!" Everyone said in shock.

"The saber toothed, 25 foot long sea beast with large, clawed fins that can bite through steel?!" Gwendolyn shouted as the expert beast keeper!

"Yep! Took me forever to catch that thing." Eda said.

"Hooty hoot hoot!" Hooty said, stretching back into the den with two plates in his head. "Since we're talking about food, I decided to make two batches of cookies! One without sleeping nettles and one with sleeping nettles."

He set both plates on the coffee table, allowing everyone to see them as Lilith slowly grabbed one, hoping it didn't have sleeping nettles.

'I don't know what to expect but hopefully it's nothing too scarring.' Lilith thought, slowly opening her mouth for the cookie.

"And how do we know which isn't laced with sleeping nettles?" Dell asked, taking a cookie.

"The laced ones are blank while the not laced ones have blue icing eyes." Hooty said.

Lilith already took a bite before quickly looking at the cookie!

'Oh...FUCK me sideways.' She thought before every thing went black.

Yeah... Lilith didn't chose right.
