Walking into the small town of Carthrone were a group of people all dressed in red garb that all boasted a giant M on the chest. Joan and Courtney looked around as two older gentlemen walked up to them asking why they were here. Shrugging them off they searched for a shrine that was located in the center of town. The shrine had a dragon type pokemon that had broad wings with a thick figure and a metal guard around its mouth.
"Don't get too hasty Courtney, we've gotta take this town. I heard that there is a sacred relic here that could lead to our biggest jackpot yet. This is bigger than our haieast for the Red orb to wake Groudon a few years back." Said a guy weaning a red bandanna with black cargo shorts and a giant M plastered on a red shirt.
"Joan, do you really think a little flute can be worth that much? I'll trust you this time since it will get us a leg above Team Rocket. Not to mention Team Aqua have no idea that this is the town that houses said flute." Said a woman wearing a Red and black dress with a hood that had horns sticking out of it.
"This must be it. There has to be a way to open the shrine…" Joan said, looking for a way to open the small doors underneath the wooden sculpture of the pokemon.
Grabbing one of the older men by his shirt Courtney then ordered,"Where is the key to the shrine? You are the ambassador of this little town?"
The older gentlemen hesitated for a second before he pointed to a small building near the only Pokecenter in the town. Letting him go she began walking to the building and thats when Joan caught sight of a couple of guys dressed in black and white striped shirts along with blue pants that have white circles on the sides. Matching their blue bandannas wandered into town.
"What is Team Magma trash doing around here? Damn rolling deep too. What's so important." Said one of the Guys with the blue bandanas.
"We're looking for a magical flut-" Spouted one of the grunts of team Magma.
"Carol shut up!" yelled another grunt pushing his friend.
"So you guys are up to something. We won't let you get whatever treasure is in that shrine without a fight." said one of the guys with the blue bandanna while the other calls for backup.
Not too long passed before a turf war broke out with battles going on all over the small town, at least it's finally getting visitors. While the battles were going on Courtney managed to get the key to the shrine from the older gentleman's wife. Grabbing the indigo colored flute from the shrine Courtney made her way out the town on her Summoning her Camerupt from its pokeball to use flamethrower and clear a path out of the town. While Joan's Tirtwig mopped the floor with a guys Pouchianna. Finishing up that battle he began to follow behind her when he caught sight of a Salamence flying into town. Recognizing the Raven haired boy from Team Rocket's base he hurried to Courtney's side before leaving the rest to battle it out. Heading for their base in Rowlon town with their prize in hand.
