Bridgette yawned tiredly as she stopped walking to search for her family in the arrival gate.

Eventually she spotted them and happily went to them.

"Bridgette!" Marinette beamed excitedly as she hugged the tired girl.

The two truly looked a lot alike. With the exceptions now of Bridgette's piercings bolder lip gloss color and of course the length and style of her hair. While Marinette kept hers fairly short and in twin tails that hung low, Bridgette wore her mid-back length hair mostly loose with two high hanging twin tails. While Marinette wore a light pink lip gloss, Bridgette's was a real-blood red. Marinette had no piercings other than her ears, but Bridgette wore a nose stud, a belly button ring, and of course a cartilage piercing in each ear. Her jewelry was beautiful too for those piercings.

Bridgette smiled brightly and returned the hug.

"Marinette! I've missed you!" Bridgette greeted cheerfully.

Marinette laughed lightly with her and soon the family of four was headed back to the bakery where Bridgette was given several pastries and traded a lot of stories before going to sleep in her room with Marinette.

If Bridgette noticed a certain red floating creature talking to Marinette at one point, she didn't mention a thing.

Marinette held back a laugh as everyone in her class looked at her tired cousin in shock.
Bridgette was clearly still pretty exhausted from her journey, currently hanging onto a cup of coffee as if it was her life force. Her hair was in it's usual style but her outfit was a huge contrast from Marinette's as expected from Marinette herself. Bridgette wore a skin tight black top that had gold graffiti reading 'Music Is Life' and a black leather jacket. Her current choker had a black leather band with her crescent moon charm on it. Her bottoms consisted of black leather skinny jeans that accentuated her curves and figure beautifully. Lastly on her feet were simple black high-top sneakers that were black and white.

However everyone's attention was called to the front as Marinette sat down and Ms. Bustier called for their attention as Bridgette stood next to Felix.

"Attention class, today we have two new students joining our class. Everyone please welcome kindly Felix Graham De Vanily and Bridgette Dubost-Cheng." announced.

Everyone was shocked until Rose spoke up excitedly.

"Oh! Felix! Are you the son of Emilie Graham De Vanily? The actress from that one movie I absolutely adore?!" Rose asked.

Felix simply kept his stony expression while Adrien tensed.

"No, I am not." Felix abswered coolly.

Bridgette held back a laugh as she gently patted his shoulder once without a care in the world.

"You really need to relax, Graham. You're bound to scare yourself if you keep scowling like that!" Bridgette said amusedly.

Felix was surprised enough that his scowl softened a bit.

"Are you related to Marinette, Bridgette?" Alix asked amusedly.

Bridgette beamed a smile, "Sure am, Coolness. I'm her cousin on her mother's side of the family."

"That's so cool!" Commented Rose excitedly.

Alya beamed excitedly as she finally asked the question that had been on her mind since the cleaning.

"Nice to meet you Bridgette! Marinette tells me that you went to an Arts School before coming back to Paris! So what was your talent?" Alya greeted excitedly.

Felix and Adrien were surprised at this.

Bridgette seemed like one to not really care about grades much if at all, yet she went to an arts school in America? That left more questions than answers about the mysteriously charming girl.

Bridgette smiled calmly, "My talent was singing. Or well, music, to be more specific."

"That's so awesome! What school did you go to?" Alix asked amiably.

Bridgette kept her smile, "Angelwood Fine Arts Academy."

Felix, Max, and Adrien gaped at that.

"How could you even afford to go there?! That school is notorious for only accepting the most talented students and for their tuition for even one year to be as expensive as a semester at Harvard University!" Max exclaimed in shock.

Bridgette awkwardly rubbed the back of her neck shyly.

"Well, it's a long story, but I was scouted one day by one of the members of the school's board of directors for my talent while Mari and I were at the park having a picnic. The woman owned some record label and wanted to recruit me, and when I refused saying I didn't feel quite ready for that world she offered a full ride scholarship provided by her to attend Angelwood. I eventually, with permission and support from my family and Marinette took up the offer and went." Bridgette explained.

"How did you manage to maintain a scholarship there when they require all of their students to have only As and Bs and for all students to eat and live on campus?" Felix asked suspiciously.

Bridgette smiled, "Actually, the woman that scouted me and got me my audition slot paid for my meals and dorm fees. But eventually one of my friends needed a bodyguard that could attend school with her and her family hired me for the job because of my love for MMA, Karate, Judo, and Fencing. As for the grades... Truthfully I have never had anything lower than a B because I love to learn and have a photographic memory." Bridgette explained.

Everyone was beyond shocked at the new information.

"Oh, please! I doubt that's true!" Chloe scoffed.
Bridgette simply shrugged at her, "Believe what you will, Regina."

Everyone was confused as Chloe glowered at Bridgette and Felix, Adrien and Marinette all struggled not to burst out laughing at that.

Felix finally calmed enough to speak after a moment or two.

"A mean girls reference, that was unexpected but fitting I suppose." He said in mischievous amusement.

She laughed lightly, "If it fits it ships."

The two were promptly assigned seats after Marinette was sent to the back again by the teacher when a brunette girl came in.

Bridgette immediately noticed with anger what was happening.

Her cousin is being bullied and alienated because of this Lila girl. The girl that Marinette had described as her best friend Alya was looking at Marinette like Mari was being irrationally jealous. Something Bridgette knew damn well that Marinette would never be. Marinette might be in love with this Adrien boy, but from what Bridgette had heard Marinette has gone as far as setting her feelings aside when Adrien had said something about liking a girl named Kagami. Had even helped them go on a date to the ice rink by making it a double date with her going with a boy named Luka. She had also heard about the outlandish lies that Lila had spun. Just never the name of the liar.

Felix?

Felix seemed to agree with her sentiments about the girl.

Seeing as when Lila attempted to approach a conversation with him he simply sent a bored look at her and stated to leave him be. Lila had looked about ready to either pee her pants, shriek in rage, or both. The girl had almost gracefully backed away and then approached Bridgette as the girl packed away her things.

"Your name is Bridgette, right? It's so nice to meet you! You must be really smart! Like my good friend, Starlight! She is so smart with her photographic memory but she still contacts me-" Lila said loudly enough for everyone that was now around them to hear.

Bridgette didn't step in until she saw Felix, Adrien, and Marinette listening and watching.

"Yes, my name is Bridgette but I don't want a liar like you talking to me. So please, stop yourself from saying lies about Starlight. Considering Starlight is my best friend from Angelwood. She has never once known a single girl called Lila in her 15 years of life. As for my intelligence, I do like to acknowledge I'm intelligent due to my love of learning combining with my photographic memory, so please don't insult it with your lies and clearly exaggerated slander. My cousin and whoever Adrien is might be nice enough to not call you out publicly, but I am most certainly not." Bridgette said before picking up her bag and swaggering away as everyone struggled to process the interaction.

Everyone except Felix that is.
Felix was pleasantly surprised and even amused at the strangeness of this girl.
