"Adrien, your father wishes to have dinner with you tonight..." Natalie said to Adrien as he and the Gorrilla walked inside the mansion.
"Oh. Well okay, let me just freshen up real quick, I have been doing some things around town all day and I just finfinished my visit to Marinette at the hospital."
"How is she by the way?"
"She's doing a lot better now!"
"That is great to hear. My best wishes to her and her family." Natalie said as Adrien vanished into his room.
"I'll be sure to let them know tomorrow."
-At Dinner-
"So how is Miss Marinette fairing son?" Asked Gabriel noting that Natalie was seated nearby as he had instructed.
Adrien smiled brightly.
"She is doing much better. The doctor said that with how well she's been recovering she should be out of the ICU in one week instead of two. The school chose me to deliver her the work at the hospital since we have all the same classes so she also hasn't been missing any work at school." Adrien responded happily.
Gabriel smiled.
"That's wonderful Adrien. Any word from her about what happened during the accident?" Asked Gabriel.
"She mentioned she noticed a pendant shine around the person's neck but because of the gleam of the sun on it she couldn't quite make it out. She only remembers that and the fact that she was hit by a truck because she was shoved by someone in a cloak onto the street while waiting for the light to change so she could meet her cousin at a cafe to catch up. They had planned to spend the day together and catch up since they were practically sisters growing up." Adrien responded kindly but with a subtle touch of the situation of the accident.
"A pendant?" Questioned Natalie suddenly curious.
"Yeah, all she could remember clearly of the person was a gleaming orange and white pendant. But she's decided to drop the charges. So far Alya, Nino and I can't figure out who it was but we're hoping that Marinette will start remembering more as she recovers." Adrien answered a soft smile.
"Well what matters is she is safe...Speaking of white and orange pendants, if I recall correctly your friend Lila wears a pendant of those colors does she not?" Asked Gabriel now curious.
Adrien chuckled evilly in his mind as the plan was slowly falling into place but smiled kindly as always in reality.
"Yeah she does. Why do you ask Father?" Questioned Adrien curiously.
"I was just wondering what you think of her considering she's been over so often as of late." Replied Gabriel.
"Lila is more of a classmate than a friend per se. But she seems like she'd be okay if she didn't lie so much. I don't really like the way she lies so much and just yesterday while we were at lunch and I was heading out to hand Marinette her graded test papers at the hospital she claimed that Marinette was just lying about being shoved into the path of a truck just to get attention. Alya, Nino and I called her out and surprisingly so did Chloe. But she just came up with another lie to cover up the fact she had lied... I just don't like her lying, she seems like she could be a good person if she just stopped lying." Adrien answered calmly and politely though painfully forcefully at the end.
"I also heard from Chloe just a bit earlier that appearantly her friend Sabrina overheard Lila declare war on Marinette in the women's rest room some time ago. But I find that hard to believe." Adrien finished gently.
"War? Really? And Miss Rossi said that?" Gabriel said shocked.
"Yeah. I thought it was pretty mean of her to lie like that but in the end today Chloe asked Miss Boustier if we could take a field trip to visit Marinette at the hospital when she gets out of the ICU to confirm Lila's theory and Miss Boustier talked it over with Principal Damocles who agreed so long as we all made get well soon cards for Marinette and he went with. So we're excited to surprise Marinette some time soon with a visit from the whole class and our favorite teacher and the principal." Answered Adrien cheerfully.
"I have heard some things about Miss Rossi, Adrien... I was wondering if you could confirm some of them for me..." Asked Gabriel kindly.
"Sure Father." Adrien complied genuinely curious.
"Is it true Miss Rossi has been tricking people into being her friend?"
"Hm... Now that I think about it, she has been getting friends from all her lies. A lot of the class believed her over Alya, Nino, Chloe and Myself when Lila said that lie about Marinette and everyone who agreed is friends with her."
"I see... Well you know how I feel about lying Adrien, if she ever does anything like that stunt concerning Miss Marinette again please let me know and if there happens to be a way for me to help you kids deal with her feel free to let myself and Natalie know." Gabriel offered sincerely.
"Okay Father, Thank you." Adrien replied kindly as always.
"Um, Adrien... One more thing." Gabriel piped up as Adrien was about to get up once finished with his food.
"Yes Father?" Answered Adrien genuinely confused.
"I know this is sudden, but it is high time I- well we- tell you that Natalie and I are.. in a relationship..." Piped up Gabriel awkwardly while holding Natalie's hand lovingly.
Adrien was shocked for a few moments before smiling brightly at his father.
"I am happy for you both, Father. It's been a long time since Mom left. If you are happy with Natalie than I have no complaints. You deserve to be happy. I know mom wasn't exactly a... great person towards the end of your relationship from what little I can remember... You deserve to be happy. If Natalie makes you happy, then I am happy. I want you to be happy, like I am with Marinette." Answered Adrien honestly.
Natalie and Gabriel were shocked for several moments even as Adrien left the room happily.
"Miss Marinette has definitely been a wonderful influence on him, wouldn't you agree Natalie?" Said Gabriel softly after several moments.
Natalie smiled kindly.
"She certainly has sir... I never mentioned this, but that blue scarf that Adrien just adores was actually Miss Marinette's gift to him for his birthday, but since we had both forgotten his birthday with everything going on I handed him the present as if it was from you. I apologize for my brutal honesty sir, but we need to remember his birthday more. Miss Marinette seems to have been kind enough to not reveal the truth to Adrien about the scarf being from her originally rather than from you." Natalie responded hesitantly.
Gabriel smiled with a sigh.
"That girl is definitely perfect for Adrien if she cares about him that much." Gabriel said helping Natalie out of her chair and leading her to their bedroom since she would now live with them
-Later That Night-
As screams broke out Alya and Nora who had been having an older sister's movie night hardened their gazes and did as Marianne had instructed for transforming one at a time.
"Tikki, spots on! Ha!" Called out Alya as suddenly her skin glowed and became a light color like Marinette.
Then as the mask began to appear her eyes turned blue-bell blue and her hair became a ravenette color exactly like Marinette's. The suit appearing just the same as Marinette's Ladybug suit.
"Woah... That is creepily good. Looks like Marianne knows more than she claims to know about how the miraculous work..." Said Nora in her shock.
"Your turn Nora." Alya said her voice altered to sound just the same as Ladybug's voice.
Nora took a deep breath and pictured her sister and her voice perfectly as she spoke the words.
"Trixx, Let's pounce!" Nora said with soft smile.
Suddenly her height lowered to the same as Alya's normal height - which had been changed to Marinette's during the Ladybug transformation- and her physical appearance started to change as the magic supersuit appeared on her body.
"Woah. I look good as Rena Rouge!" Said Alya in flattered surprised.
"You certainly do now let's go catch an akuma!" Nora said leading the way onto the rooftops.
-With Adrien-
As he sat on his couch watching TV a news broadcast showed an akuma.
"Looks like trouble!" Adrien exclaimed in unison with Plagg.
Then he set up a decoy in his room that he knew his father nor Natalie would discover and prepared a backup distraction before turning to Plagg with a sigh.
"Plagg, Claws Out!" Called out Adrien.
Soon he was Chat Noir and racing through the roof tops being promptly joined by Queen Bee, Viperion, King Monkey and Pegasus.
When they arrived on sight they saw Rena Rouge and Ladybug already fighting the akuma and unfortunately on a loosing streak.
So they jumped in and took over.
"Use your charm Bug." Said Chat with a smile.
"Will do Kitty, keep him busy." Responded Ladybug.
They group continued to fend off the Akuma as "Ladybug" took a calming breath before throwing her yoyo in the air.
"Lucky Charm!"
Suddenly the lucky charm fell into her hands and was revealed to be two figurines, a plush dragon and a plush tiger.
Worriedly she looked around for clues but received none except for a house in the far distance.
"What?" Ladybug said confused. "That makes no sense." She said looking around once more only for the hospital to be glowing in ladybug print.
"Ah. I get it now... Buy me some time! I'll be back!" Shouted Ladybug before heading to the hospital after an agreement from everyone.
Once at the hospital she headed to Marinette's room.
"Um... Ladybug?! What brings you here?" Exclaimed Tom Dupain.
"I'm sorry to burst in but I'm currently fighting an akuma and the lucky charm sent me here to see your daughter, may i speak to her alone please?" Answered Alya sweetly.
"Of course. We'll just go to the cafeteria for some hot chocolate." Said Sabine kindly before the two adults left the room.
"Ladybug! What brings you here?" Questioned Marinette politely but suspiciously.
"This Lucky Charm, I cant figure it out. It made the hospital, the plushies, and a house a ways from here glow. But that doesn't make any sense to me. So I figured it was sending me to you so that you could help me decipher it."
"That says you need the Dragon and Tiger Miraculous holders... In other words you need them to defeat this akuma." Marinette said with a worried smile.
"Okay! Thanks girl!"
"Wait Alya!" Called out Marinette seriously stopping her.
"What is it?"
"They won't go with you."
"Why not?"
"Because they are slowly dying. However they can lend you the miraculouses so they can be used by two other people instead of them just this once. But you must choose very carefully. Whoever you choose has to be someone you can trust to give it back to you when the fight is done." Marinette said seriously.
"They are dying?! This would have been useful to know earlier you know? We are so having a talk tomorrow about this." Said Alya with a awkward smile before she suddenly left.
Then she headed to the house only to find Marianne and Jason waiting for her.
"You need these right?"
"How...?"
"I figured it out from the shot of the lucky charm that the cameras on the helicopters caught... Just, be very careful about who you entrust these miraculouses to for this fight Alya." Marianne said softly placing the boxes into Alya's hands along with a cookie.
"I will...You have my word." Alya said before detransforming and handing Tikki the cookie.
Tikki ate quickly and Alya retransformed leaving quickly with a confident smile on her face as she realized just who to lend the miraculouses too for this fight.
First she went to Juleka's house.
"Juleka..."
"Ladybug!"
"Yes, and I need your help."
"Anything."
"Juleka Couffeine, do you promise to borrow this Miraculous to help me and the other heroes fight this akuma and then return it promptly once the fight is done?" Ladybug questioned holding out the tiger miraculous box to Juleka.
"I promise Ladybug." Said Juleka accepting the box.
She opened the box and out came Roarr.
"Hello Miss, my name's Roarr and I can help you transform into a tiger themed superhero." Roarr greeted excitedly.
"Awesome!"
"Now first thing's first your superpower. It's a one time ability by the name of "Tiger's Sight" that will allow you to see through any attack or enemy for a total of 10 minutes. Once the ten minutes are up your transformation will wear off. When that happens I will need to eat a hamburger to recover my energy and you wont be able to change back until I recover my energy. Got it?"
"Got it!"
"Alright! Now to detransform at any time just say "Roarr, Hunt Over" and to transform just say "Roarr, Let's Hunt!" and you'll transform." Roarr explained as Juleka put on the bracelet.
"Roarr, Let's Hunt!" Juleka called.
Then she transformed similarly to Adrien when he turns into chat noir but with a bit of Marianne flare in it.
"Woah. So awesome..." Juleka said with a smile.
"I know! Now follow me! We need to get one more person." Ladybug said with a serious look on her face as she contemplated her final decision when they paused on a rooftop.
'This miraculous is so special... Kagami is a good fit but so is Kim's older brother...'
"Say what should I call you?"
"Hm... Princess Hunt." Juleka said kindly.
"Say Princess Hunt, question for you."
"Shoot."
"Between two people with the qualities to match who do you think would be a better fit for the Dragon Miraculous someone older and wiser or someone younger and innovative?"
"Older and wiser, since dragons are known for being very wise and living a long time, why do you ask?"
"Don't worry about it, but thank you. Could you wait here for a minute while i go get our other ally?" Alya said with a smile.
"Sure thing."
With that Alya went a few rooftops away and landed onto a fire escape where an adult man that looked a lot like Kim stood.
"Are you Kyle Le Chien?" Asked Ladybug with a smile.
"Um... Yes, but what brings you here Ladybug?"
"I need your help, if you are willing to keep a secret?" Ladybug said with a smile holding out the box slightly.
"Yes of course."
"Do you Kyle Le Chien, promise to borrow this Miraculous to help me and the other heroes fight this akuma and then return it promptly once the fight is done?" Ladybug asked holding the box out closer.
"I promise." Stated Kyle with a kind smile.
He received the box and opened it to reveal the choker that promptly glowed a fiery elegant red as Longg suddenly flew out of the Miraculous.
"Woah." Exclaimed Kyle in shock.
"Hello Sir, it's a pleasure to meet you, my name is Longg and I am a kwami. I will help you transform into a dragon themed super hero for this fight."
"Hello Longg, my name is Kyle. It is a pleasure to meet you." Kyle said with a smile.
"Before we begin, it is very important that I explain to you your powers and how to detransform and transform." Longg began to explain prompting Kyle to listen carefully.
"Your superpower will be a one time ability by the name of "Dragon Strike". This ability will allow you to summon a horde of ten dragons that will attack the enemy when you do. This is a one time ability and extremely dangerous, therefore it is a last resort. Your weapon is a sword so as long as you can wield a knife, rapier or sword, you should have no need to use your power. Your other abilities involve using the elements just as a dragon would to aid you in combat and super hero basic abilities." Longg explained seriously.
Kyle processed everything and nodded seriously.
"Now when you use that power, once the attack is done, you will have 2 minutes before you transform back. When you transform back whether via the ability or just deciding to detransform for whatever reason you will need to get me some hot chocolate so that i can replenish my energy. Dont question it, I just love hot chocolate." Longg explained.
Kyle chuckled lightly but smiled and nodded.
"Now to detransform you just need to say "Longg, Let's Rest" and to transform just say "Longg, Let's Roar" and you will transform. Now what do you wish to be known as when you are a hero?" Longg finished.
Kyle thought for a moment and grew excited as it hit him.
"Silent Dragon. I want to be the silent superhero." Kyle said happily.
Longg smiled and nodded.
"Well, you are ready, just say the words." Longg said kindly.
Kyle raised his fist into the air and said the words with a smirk.
"Longg, Let's Roar!" He said elegantly as he elegantly transformed into a supersuit that looked like a mix of Carapace and Chat Noir's super suit but in Red, gold, and black just as Marianne's had been.
"Woah. This is cool."
"For sure, now we best get going Princess Hunt is waiting for us and the others are holding off the akuma." Ladybug said leading the way to Juleka and then to the fight where Juleka and Kyle promptly shared a smirk and high fived before jumping in.
"Tiger's Sight!" Called forth Juleka looking over the akuma.
"The akuma is in his crown!"
"Good job Princess Hunt. Carapace, make Silent Dragon an opening to take over! Chat Noir, Rena Rouge, distraction time! Queen Bee, King Monkey, with me and Princess Hunt!" Ladybug said confidently.
"You got it Ladybug!" Stated everyone.
'Dont fail me now.'
"Lucky Charm!" Called forth Ladybug.
As the lucky charm flew back down into her hands it was revealed to be be a pen.
"A pen?! What do i do with this?" Muttered Ladybug as she began to look around and suddenly she had a plan.
"Everyone huddle up!
"Okay, here's the plan..." Said Ladybug to the group in a huddle on a hidden rooftop.
"Princess Hunt you and Silent Dragon will lure Heartbreak King to the Arc de Triumph. Rena Rouge when the akuma gets there you will make a mirage of Chat Noir and I offering to surrender. Meanwhile Carapace, Viperion, and Pegasus will each stand atop a rooftop surrounding the arc de triumph at the ready to strike at my signal. Queen Bee, when I give you the signal I need you to paralyse the akuma and freeze him in his tracks for the boys' attacks. Then Chat Noir and I will retrieve the crown while the guys attack with the use of a fake crown that I will now make. Got it?" Explained Ladybug.
"Seems very complicated but we got it." Answered Chat after making sure everyone got it.
"Break!" They all said getting to work Alya going into an onlooker's apartment.
"Do you guys happen to have some cardboard fake jewelry with blue fake gems in it and glue?" Asked Ladybug politely.
The family of four smiled and nodded promptly handing her everything she asked for watching as she made an exact replica of the akuma's crown before thanking them and leaving to the Arc De Triumph.
And so while following her plan they managed to defeat and capture the akuma before anyone transformed back and only one cataclysm to one side of the Arc.
"Goodbye little butterfly! Miraculous Ladybug!" Cast Ladybug throwing the pen into the air causing for swarms of ladybugs to right everything.
"Well time to go! Bug out!"
"It was nice to work with you guys Princess Hunt, Silent Dragon!" Said the others receiving waves of goodbye from the two in question as they left with Ladybug.
"This was totally awesome!" Said Juleka as her transformation dropped after they landed in her room.
"Thank you Roarr." Said Juleka handing a half of a hamburger to the kwami that was sitting on her night stand.
The kwami smiled and nuzzled her cheek gently.
Then she took off the bracelet and placed it in its box gently before handing it to Ladybug who smile.
"Thank you for all your help Juleka stay safe."
"No problem." Juleka said with a warm smile.
Then Silent Dragon and Ladybug left to Silent Dragon's home landing with a couple minutes left before she transforms back.
"Thank you for letting me help you Ladybug." Said Kyle with a gentle smile.
"Longg, Let's Rest!" He said softly dropping his transformation.
Then he went inside for a moment and grabbed something from his kitchen before returning.
"I'm going to miss you Longg. For the road." Said Kyle gently handing a tiny glass of hot chocolate to the kwami.
Longg smiled and nodded.
"It has been wonderful to work with you Sir Kyle. Thank you for the hot chocolate." Longg said after drinking the chocolate drink before Kyle took off the choker.
Kyle then gently placed the choker back into it's box and handed it back to Ladybug.
"Thank you for all your help Kyle." Ladybug said before yoyoing away.
After another minute she landed in the yard of Marianne and Jason's home and detransformed knowing that there were no houses around seeing as they lived near the hideout and that it was the outskirts of the city.
The front door opened and Marianne smiled from inside opening the door further for her.
"Come in. I'll get Tikki a cookie so that you can get back home." Marianne spoke gently.
Alya smiled and walked in with Tikki at her side.
