Universe found- [Code name:- Branch Timeline] [Powers:- Quirks]

"Branch timeline?" All for One raised his brow.

"When the world is code-named 'Branch timeline,' it shows us the possible things that could have happened or could happen in the future," Nezu explained.

"Oh, that sounds interesting," All for One said, stroking his chin.

The scene opens in the living room of the 1A dorms. We see Iida entering through the main door, and immediately, he hears a loud noise coming from the middle of the room.

"What the hell is that annoying sound?" Nemuri asked.

"Given that it's the hell class's dorms, it must be something troublesome," Aizawa grumbled under his breath.

"What the heck is happening?" Iida asks as he walks toward the sound and sees Izuku drinking coffee while staring at a chair that is glitching in and out of the floor.

"There's a chair... glitching in and out of our living room's floor..." Jiro muttered, not believing the words that had just come out of her own mouth.

"And why does Midoriya look so calm?" Kaminari asked. "Our Midoriya would have been freaking out by now or trying to punch that chair."

"Oh, hey, Iida. How are you?" Izuku asked in a casual voice.

"Um good, what I am looking at?" Iida asked while staring at the glitching chair.

"You know that's improper English, right?" Izuku said. Iida stared at him and asked what he was talking about. "Instead of saying 'good,' you should say, 'I'm fine.' Eh, I don't know," Izuku shrugged.

"Midoriya, please," Iida said with a tired sigh.

"Did that hero brat really try to correct that engine boy's English when there is a fucking glitching chair in front of him?" Shigaraki asked, his face displaying a dumbfounded expression.

"I thought it was funny," Toga said, chuckling to herself.

"Oh, it seems one of our chairs started clipping in and out of reality," Izuku explained in a calm voice.

"Clipping in and out of what!?" Iida exclaimed.

"You need to work on your stuttering," Izuku nonchalantly remarked.

"Midoriya, there is a chair defying the laws of physics in our living room!" Iida exclaimed in a raised voice.

"What are you getting so worked up about, engine boy?" Mei asked as she stared at the screen with fascination in her eyes. "There's a chair defying the laws of physics in your living room. How cool is that?"

"I know, right!" Melissa exclaimed, agreeing with Mei. "I wonder how that even got there."

"On this plane," Izuku pointed out.

"This plane?" Iida asked.

"This plane of existence," Izuku explained in an excited voice. "And I think this is at the same level as a Boltzmann Brain forming into existence."

"A what? It's so loud," Iida said, glaring at the chair that kept glitching in and out of the floor.

"Agreed! Honestly, it's becoming really annoying," Jiro said while covering her ears, and others with sensitive hearing like her agreed with her words.

"A Boltzmann Brain. It's the chance of a single brain forming into existence spontaneously," Izuku explained. "I think this is like that, except I believe it's more of an analogy." Then he stared at the chair for a moment and said, "Yeah, this isn't supposed to happen."

"Yeah, you don't say, Midoriya!" Iida exclaimed.

"I never knew you could get so worked up, brother," Tensei said with an amused smile.

"It's not my fault; Midoriya's counterpart is the one making my counterpart lose his mind by not taking this situation seriously," Iida said, robotically chopping his hand.

Then, after a moment of silence, Izuku said, "I want to grab it."

"Midoriya," Iida said, giving Izuku a stern look.

"What would happen, honestly?" Izuku asked in a curious voice.

"Midoriya, let's not find out," Iida said firmly.

"Why would you even want to grab that chair?" Ochako asked.

"Curiosity," Izuku suggested with a shrug. "I mean, my counterpart must have a reason."

"Yeah, sure..." Ochako said, rolling her eyes.

"Well again, the chances of a physical occurrence like this happening again are slim to none," Izuku said.

"So what? You want to risk it for science?" Iida asked.

"I would be a hero," Izuku said, looking like he was in deep thought. "I might get a Nobel Prize."

"Yeah, do it, muscles! Become the hero we all need!" Mei cheered for Izuku's counterpart.

"Don't encourage him!" Class 1-A, except Izuku, exclaimed in unison.

"And how exactly would you document your experience, Midoriya?" Iida asked.

"That's fair," Izuku nodded. "We should get a rope."

"Midoriya, we need to get this out of our dorm!" Iida exclaimed.

"Think, Midoriya, think," Iida said in an exasperated voice. "Our priority should be taking that chair out of our dorms, not finding the rope."

Ignoring Iida, Izuku continued, "Could you imagine where this is transmitting to? It could be quintillions of light-years away."

"It's just a chair," Iida tried to remind him.

"It's a glitchy chair," Izuku corrected him.

"And I want it out of the dorms," Iida said.

"Iida, you are such a spoilsport," Mina said. "We've got a glitching chair in our dorms, let's have some fun with it!"

"I think having fun is not even on Iida's priority list right now," Momo suggested, her smile strained.

"Maybe we should hit it with something," Iida suggested.

"Well, that could cause a black hole," Izuku informed him nonchalantly.

"What!?/What!?" the onscreen Iiida as well as the audience exclaimed in unison.

"I mean, really, the ignorance. Why do you think you can control it?" Izuku glanced at Iida. "We have no idea what it could do."

"Midoriya, what are we dealing with?" Iida asked in a stressed voice.

"I'm just saying, put some thought into it," Izuku said. "I mean when you're dealing with something like this, at least think about it before you act."

"Listen, you are the one who wanted to grab it," Iida shot back at him.

"I am really starting to pity my counterpart if he has to deal with this Midoriya on a daily basis," Iida said.

"But I wonder how my counterpart turned out like this," Izuku wondered out loud. "He seems too curious for his own good."

"Who knows?" Jiro shrugged. "Maybe you grew up with Mei as your childhood best friend."

"Wow, that sounds nice!" Mei said with a delighted smile, thinking of all the cool inventions they could have created together.

Izuku was silent for a moment before saying, "I don't like these valid comebacks you are throwing at me." He remarked while Iida looked like he was so done with this bullshit.

The theater fell silent for a moment before chuckling sounds emerged from the crowd, eventually turning into full-blown laughter.

"Man, I love this version of this kid," Dabi said, smirking to himself. "I'm definitely going to use this line when I encounter a preachy hero next time."

"I wonder how much galactic radiation we are absorbing right now," Izuku remarked.

"That's it, I am calling Aizawa sensei," Iida said as he reached for his phone.

"What is he going to do? Arrest a chair?" Izuku asked.

"He's right, don't call me," Aizawa grumbled. "Don't involve me in this mess."

"What are you talking about?" Ryukyu asked. "Aren't you their homeroom teacher? What happens in their dorms is your responsibility."

"I don't care, and I am definitely not paid enough to deal with this," Aizawa said, pointing at the screen.

"Trust me, Aizawa, you are paid more than enough to handle any situation," Nezu said with sharp eyes, sending shivers down Aizawa's spine.

"I don't know what to do, Midoriya, when we have a radioactive chair glitching in and out of reality right where we eat," Iida snapped at Izuku.

"I think Iida's counterpart needs to calm down," Izuku said with a grimace. "I don't believe that much stress is good for his heart."

"Midoriya, how do you expect my counterpart to calm down when there's a chair in our living room emitting toxic radiation that could possibly kill all of us?" Iida shot back with a glare.

"Iida, the idea of the chair being radioactive was just speculation. You don't need to get so worked up over it," Izuku replied, trying to calm down his friend.

Suddenly, the chair started making even more noise, and in the next moment, it vanished from their sight.

"Well, there you go," Izuku smiled at Iida. "I'm gonna refill my coffee," he said and walked toward the kitchen, while Iida kept staring at him with wide eyes.

"Well, that happened," All Might said with a sigh, his tone reflecting a mix of surprise and resignation.

Then the screen turned black.

"So, what are your thoughts?" Nezu asked.

"This was hilarious, especially the contrast between Midoriya and Iida's attitudes," Mina said with a chuckle. "I wish something like that would happen in our world as well."

"No, absolutely not," Iida said, his hands chopping robotically. "As the class president, I refuse to endanger any of my classmates by letting them near a glitching radioactive chair."

"You think I'm afraid of some chair?" Bakugo said, popping an explosion in his hands.

"It's a glitchy chair!" Class 1-A corrected Bakugo, and a tick appeared on his head.

"I'm just glad that the Midoriya in our timeline is not like that," Power Loader said with a sigh. "Otherwise, he and Mei would have already destroyed this school, let alone the support lab."

"But I do wonder where that chair went after vanishing from our living room," Ochako pondered aloud.

"You know what, there are some questions that are better left unanswered," Izuku replied.

"If that's all, let's move on to the next universe."

To be continued...

Note: I know the chapter is short but I just want to see how is the response on the vine type content, to see if I should cover more vines in the future.
