Bridgette, despite the protests of all her fans family and the Agreste and Nathalie and Arthur, was quickly ushered into the back of Roger's police car and taken to a cell in the Police Station.

Coincidentally across from the one where Jackson was being held.

"So you CAN do something smart?" Jackson asked amusedly.

Bridgette glared at him, "I didn't kidnap Felix. Your supposedly anonymous buddy and his pals did and then framed my ass for it. So fuck off."

The guards came in and quickly placed the newly arrested young woman in Bridgette's cell.

The poor woman was a mess of tears and had blood in her hands and was shaking. Her hands had stitches in them. Bridgette gently helped the girl up and into the bench in the cell. When the girl was done shaking, Bridgette quickly helped her clean herself off ignoring Jackson's disgusted sounds and ramblings.

"Isn't that Jackson from TRO? Aren't you Bridgette aka Starlight from TFA?" The girl asked in surprise once she caught her bearings.

"To my terrible luck right now, yes, that is Jackson. Nice to meet you, I'm Bridgette Dubost-Cheng."

The girl understood the feeling and quickly greeted her just as amiably.

"Nice to meet you, my name is Violette Soyer." Violette greeted, "So... how did you end up in a jail cell?"

"She was an idiot and wouldn't simply come back to me like she should." Jackson butted in.

Bridgette sighed tiredly as she rolled her eyes, "My psychopath ex-boyfriend made a deal with this stranger that has been persecuting my boyfriend Felix's family for their fortune and had Felix's parents killed."

Violette winced, "Yikes."

Bridgette nodded, "Needless to say, I've been framed for being a kidnapper money-grubber. What about you?"

Violette tensed and frowned as she spoke, "My ex was also a psychopath. He was abusive and would hit me and beat me. He was so toxic and he kept me threatened into staying by means of our baby's life. Yesterday he found an emergency get away bag I had stored away underneath a floorboard, and he was furious. He killed our baby while I was getting groceries. He then tried to kill me during his volatile beating of me, and I... I lost it when he told me that he shook our baby until it died and then tossed it against a wall. I grabbed a knife from the counter I was thrown against and stabbed him in the chest until he stopped moving. I... I couldn't take it. I tried to stop the images from haunting me of what had happened but I couldn't and then the police arrived and arrested me. Our neighbors had called them when they heard our screaming at each other."

Bridgette hugged the woman close and let her cry as she hummed to her.

She figured better now than never to sing her most personal song she has ever written.

"So I never really knew you
God, I really tried to
Blindsided, addicted
Felt we could really do this
But really I was foolish
Hindsight, it's obvious"

The girl cried and Jackson grumbled to himself while the guards simply listened silently.

"Talking with my lawyer
She said, "Where'd you find this guy?"
I said, young people fall in love
With the wrong people sometimes"

Bridgette held the woman as she sang getting lost in memories. Memories of her relationship with Jackson.

"Some mistakes get made
That's alright, that's okay
You can think that you're in love
When you're really just in pain
Some mistakes get made
That's alright, that's okay
In the end it's better for me
That's the moral of the story, babe"

The woman hummed along between her sobs while Bridgette continued holding her soothingly. The woman was just grief-stricken and desperate for peace.

(Oh-oh, oh-oh)
(Oh-oh, oh-oh)

Bridgette glared at Jackson as he looked proud of himself and continued her song.

"It's funny how a memory
Turns into a bad dream
When running wild turns volatile
Remember how we painted our apartment
Just like my grandparents did?
So romantic, but we fought the whole time
Should have seen the signs, yeah"

Jackson growled and rolled his eyes when the Guards told him to shut up as they were trying to enjoy the song. Sabine and Tom coming into view a moment later as Bridgette continued the song.

"Talking with my aunt
She said, "Where'd you find this guy?"
Said, some people fall in love
With the wrong people sometimes"

Sabine and Tom teared up before glaring death at Jackson. The adults then turned to Bridgette who was gently laying the now sleeping woman down on the bed.

"Are you okay, sweetie?" Sabine asked examining Bridgette lovingly.

Bridgette smiled assuringly, "I'm fine, Auntie. A bit annoyed by Jackson, but that's nothing new and I can always hum or sing to myself to kill time. Have the others made any headway in finding me a lawyer?"

Sabine smiled and nodded, "Monsieur Agreste was calling up his lawyer for you when we left the mansion. Marinette was on the phone with your label when we left filling them in on what was happening so they can deal with the press. Poor Adrien was frantic and Nathalie was struggling to keep the boy calm."

Bridgette sighed softly, "Have Adrien and Nathalie come by to see me as soon as they can, I'm sure at least seeing me even if it's here will help Adrien calm down enough that Nathalie can help him keep his cool. As for Monsieur Agreste, be sure to tell him my thanks for helping me out."

Sabine smiled kindly at her niece, "You love Felix, don't you?"

Bridgette smiled with a deep breath, "I don't know, truthfully. As you can imagine, I don't have the best track record to base off of. But I care about him a lot. If I could take his place, I would. But I can't and right now I am losing it trying to keep myself calm and rational. Because that's what's needed."

Tom smiled at his niece, "I am sure that he loves you sweetheart. Just stay positive. I'm sure Ladybug and Chat Noir will no doubt help and save him."

Bridgette smile, "I sure hope so, Uncle."

The adults soon left and their place was taken by the lawyer that Gabriel Agreste had called for her.

"Bridgette Dubost-Cheng?" He asked.

Bridgette smiled and nodded, "That's my name, you must be the lawyer Monsieur Agreste called?"

The lawyer nodded with a kind but confident smile.

"He looks like a quack." Jackson said boredly.

The lawyer rolled his eyes while Bridgette groaned and lightly banged her head against the bars.

"Where did you even find this guy?" The lawyer asked to her.

Bridgette sighed in annoyance, "People fall in love with the wrong people sometimes. In my case the wrong person was that psychopath."

Jackson growled but said nothing as the guards held their tasers threateningly towards him.

The lawyer nodded in understanding before introducing himself, "It's nice to meet you Bridgette, my name is Mathieu Cartier, I'm Gabriel's lawyer. He's paid for my services in representing you and is waiting for your bail to be revealed to pay it."

Bridgette smiled gratefully and awkwardly, "I owe him big time for all his help, we didn't get off on the right foot in the beginning but it seems we really were able to move past that."

Mathieu smiled in understanding, "Have you said anything to the police since your arrest?"

Bridgette smiled, "No, I haven't been questioned further since my arrest. I wasn't asked any questions during my arrest either."

The two quickly began discussing things further as the guards took Jackson to be interrogated about his relationship with Bridgette and dealings with whoever kidnapped Felix.

In her mind and heart, Bridgette hoped that Felix would be okay.

Felix awoke to find himself in a cage in what looked like an abandoned building. He was alone, no one in the vicinity of him. His hands were very tightly bound and his clothes were gone except for his under tank (something he had taken to wearing since fake dating Bridgette who was very physically active and loved to take him jogging with her) and his boxers. His clothes were gone. In the cage was the bed he was on as well as a bucket mostly hidden away by dividers and a small table with a single chair, most likely for meals.

After getting up out of the bed with a slight bit of difficulty he sat at the table and let his mind drift back to what had led to him being here.

When he processed everything he sighed and looked down at his bound hands to see a single tablet sitting on the table with the news pulled open.

"Breaking News: Bridgette Dubost-Cheng the KIDNAPPER?" Felix read aloud in disbelief.

"Bridgette is many things, but a kidnapper isn't one of them." Felix said aloud with a roll of his eyes as he carefully scrolled to play the video report.

"Don't be bemused it's just the news! This just in, popular musical sensation Bridgette Dubost-Cheng aka Starlight of The Fallen Angels was arrested earlier today by the police for the Kidnapping of the only remaining Graham De Vanily, Felix Graham De Vanily. Today, Bridgette had confirmed to have been dating Felix around the same time he disappeared. Police are still investigating the matter but have revealed that proof has been found pointing to Bridgette being responsible for the kidnapping. Gabriel Agreste had only the following to say regarding the kidnapping and kidnapping charges." Nadja Chamack reported.

A clip played in the background of Gabriel Agreste hugging a clearly upset Adrien to him as he answered a question.

"Mademoiselle Dubost-Cheng cares genuinely for my nephew. She never cared about money which is what the kidnappers asked for in their ransom and their dates were always simple and inexpensive save for one that my own Nephew insisted on. She had always done everything within her abilities to make Felix happy and because of this, I know for a fact that she would never kidnap my nephew." Gabriel answered.

"The son of Gabriel Agreste, Adrien Agreste, the famous teen model also was kind enough to speak to us about the incident." Nadja added.

"Felix cares a lot about Bridgette, just like Bridgette cares a lot about him. Bridgette always turned down any expensive date ideas or expensive gifts from Felix and me, even on her birthday when he tried to gift her an expensive necklace and I tried gifting her these expensive earrings that Marinette told me she had eyed when they had gone shopping earlier that week. Bridgette often even scolded Felix for relying so much on his money and name. I've also witnessed her saving his life and mine and Marinette's first hand from muggers and other bad people like that. She would never kidnap or even hurt Felix." Adrien said.

Felix smiled at his cousin's words as the clip ended and Nadja continued her report.

"The Fallen Angels also took it upon themselves to hold a press conference regarding the situation and this is what they had to say." Nadja reported.

"Bridgette loves Felix, even if she didn't acknowledge it fully and openly, she would never hesitate to protect him. Even at the cost of her life. That being said, I don't believe for a second that Bridgette would dare to kidnap Felix. Not for anything. She never cares about what people have to offer, only about their heart. As such, I suppose it's our responsibility as her best friends to explain why she ever dated Jackson." Cassidy explained.

Felix blushed lightly at the words from Bridgette's best friends.

"Close to a year ago, at the ceremony of the Music Choice Awards, Bridgette was very tired having pulled three all-nighters writing the song Growing Pains for our album Friday Night Lights and tripped on the way to go accept the awards, before any of us could catch her, Jackson caught her and helped her steady herself on her feet. The paparazzi went crazy making rumors about them possibly dating, but the truth was that he had been the one to trip her to begin with. Later on, our old label called us in and because of how fast our popularity was skyrocketing thanks to the incident gave Bridgette an ultimatum. Get into a relationship with Jackson or break our contract ourselves which would cost us a lot of money that we at the time couldn't spare." Jessica added.

Felix was astounded at the disturbing truth.

"See, at the time, my mother had been diagnosed with cancer and my parents could no longer afford my tuition as they had to pay for my mother's medical expenses out of pocket. So we were all putting most of our earnings towards Bridgette and Myself's tuition and schooling expenses and whatever extra money we had we would send back to our families. After agreeing to date Jackson, everything went well enough for a good month or so before he started openly insulting her and verbally hurting her during public events when he was sure the press wouldn't hear. Mostly saying things like how no one other than him would ever be able to handle her, and how she was too stupid or confident. Bridgette would just ignore it at first, but eventually his words became more harsh and cold, and for a brief time she started believing him. We had to intervene before she ended up hurting herself one night. It was a difficult night for everyone and the boys of TRO were found out that they had been trying to make Jackson stop treating her like that." Cassidy added.

Felix had never wanted to kill another person as much as he wanted to kill Jackson right now.

"Unfortunately things continued without improvement for a while outside of Bridgette not hurting herself. But Bridgette at times swayed, particularly to a guy here and there that she met that did emotionally and verbally treat her better than Jackson. She's not proud of it, but she did almost cheat on Jackson a few times. She's very strict with herself, so she never actually cheated on him, but she found herself having a hard time trusting herself from there and closed off from most people except of course us, our brothers, her family who didn't really know this side of her life, and Cassidy's older sister. As this happened, Jackson also distanced himself a lot from Bridgette. Something Bridgette was both thankful for and disappointed about because she wanted to try and make things work still. She had been trying since they first begun dating to make things work." Wendy added.

Jessica continued the story noting the respectful silence from all the people at the conference.

"A good two months later she started finding tiny hints screaming at her that he was cheating, and three months later, Bridgette went to go talk to Jackson about calling it quits after almost cheating on him with a guy she met at an afterparty of a film Jackson had acted in. But instead she found him in their bed with his manager, having sex." Jessica said struggling to contain her disgust.

Wendy took over before the press could question, "They had the audacity to try and ask her to join them, which she clearly said no. She then ended their relationship and had my older brother pick her and her things up when he tried to hit her for leaving him and not listening to his excuses and ridiculousness. When Mason found her, the manager had left through the window of the bedroom and Jackson was out cold from Bridgette's reflexive punch in the face. Bridgette herself was outside of the apartment with her things packed wanting to get away from there."

Cassidy nodded pensively, "When Mason brought her back to our dorm with all her things and a distraught look in her eyes we immediately ended our contract with our last company and formed a new contract with our current company that helped us deal with revealing they were over. Our brothers and sisters paid the living expenses and Bridgette slowly recovered from the situation. But ever since a month before they broke up she had been having a hard time finding as much enjoyment as she used to in her music. She tried several things until some time ago when she couldn't find any solution and heard from her cousin that her cousin was having a somewhat difficult time in school. Bridgette decided to go to France and be with her family until further notice for herself and for her family and cousin. She never paid it much attention when Jackson tried creating those scandals and even plagiarizing the music of what would have been our last album. She didn't like it, but she didn't worry herself over it. Like always, she preferred to focus on the future not the past."

Felix smiled with pride, because he was glad to hear that the truth was finally being revealed to the public about Jackson, Bridgette and of course Bridgette's character.
He now was well aware he loves Bridgette, but it'd do him no good to worry about it here.

"Your little girlfriend sure is a useful scapegoat!" Mocked a burly man as he walked into the room and sat himself in-front of the cage where Felix was seated.

Felix scoffed, "She's many things, but a scapegoat is not one of them."

The man growled but schooled himself, "You sure are a hard little runt to catch. Particularly thanks to that little bitch."

Felix raised a brow, "Oh so I should have just let your goons hunt me down and kill me for some damned money and assets?"

The man cackled, "I like your spunk brat! It reminds me of your dear old man."

Felix rolled his eyes, "Please don't bother patronizing me."

The man growled and left the room.

Felix sighed in annoyance and ruffled his hair in thought.

Uncle Gabriel, please get Bridgette out of jail...
