Spyro and his team appeared in the Temple Area.
"So, we're back in the Mystical City." Spyro said.
Then Velly flew down and landed on the ground.
"So, Ronald and Cynder, have you completed your task?" Velly asked.
"Yes, we did, thanks to our friends and here they are." Ronald and Cynder said and then gave the Platinum Of Wonders and the Titanium Of Wonders to Velly.
"Excellent." Velly said.
"Why did Ronald and Cynder need to get those things?" Spyro asked.
"Because the Platinum Of Wonders and the Titanium Of Wonders can power up weapons or give your power beyond belief and all the thugs are after them, including Street Thugs." Velly said.
"What are Street Thugs again?" Spyro asked.
"Well, Street Thugs are Thugs that live in the city." Velly said.
"I don't understand why you have to stop them." Spyro said.
"Remember, we told you that our friends, Bubble, Ember, Flame, and Volt, risked their lives to save people in trouble and these thugs cause trouble. And to make matters worse, there is a gang war going on in their own city and all of the gangs of the city are at war and innocents are getting caught up in the process." Ronald and Cynder explained.
"I see but why is the gang war occurring again?" Spyro asked.
"Well, because of a person called the Carnage Killer. He hunts and kills other killers but it's terrible as he commits extreme carnage and brutality and he writes his initials "CK" on the wall with blood as his signature. The crime scenes are so gruesome that they even shock veteran officers and because of the horrific nature of the crimes, they called that person "The Carnage Killer" and though some people are grateful to the Carnage Killer, we can't allow him to keep murdering killers and the same thing goes for our friends." Ronald and Cynder explained.
"But why does that relate to the gang war?" Spyro asked.
"Because every gang thinks the other gang is paying him since he murdered a lot of the different groups of thugs and they're all scared of each other." Ronald and Cynder said.
"I see but how did you know that from the first place when I asked that question?" Spyro asked.
"Well, we learn that from Mud, a cyan dragon, Aurora, a chartreuse dragon, Wave, a blue dragon, and Tree, a green unicorn, friends of Bubble, Ember, Flame, and Volt and who are also friends of ours." Ronald and Cynder explained.
"Yeah, and even though Mud, Aurora, Wave, and Tree believed in the Loyalties' legends and supported the Whilask Force, a force of white police officers, and the Blalisk Force, a force of a black police officers, once they figure it out that the Omni was the good guy while the Whilask Force and the Blalisk Force are the bad guys and that the Loyalties were being misguided into attacking an innocent, they lost respect for them and stopped supporting them, and they also had battle alongside Ronald and Cynder with Bubble, Ember, Flame, and Volt, against them but after Ronald and Cynder have gotten the Loyalties on their side." Velly explained.
"I see." Spyro said.
"Anyway, without these things, thugs won't be able to get more power. I'll bring them to the Boss right away. You all should go to the Incredible Fields since Kemp and Lily want help." Velly said.
"Got it." Spyro said.
Then Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap flew off into the sky and headed to the Incredible Fields.
