Rocky is the son of Terra and Jericho. He has blonde hair and green eyes. He wears his mother's outfit. He has the power to move rocks with his mind. His super name is Rock Master.
Like his mother, Rocky also had trouble controlling his powers. He is quite insecure. He wishes to do good with his powers and his determination to gain control of them is evident, but his lack of existent control usually proves them to be a danger instead of a benefit, thus making him reluctant to use them. His powers often surfaced through his weak control over his powers and emotions. He had tried to put up a front of confidence, but was actually extremely afraid of people finding out how unstable he was. However, he practiced meditating with Azarath to help calm himself and developed a likeness towards the act. As a result, Rocky now has more strength in both emotion and power control. Rocky is a very good-natured boy and likes meeting new people.
Rocky and Azarath are good friends as the latter helped his friend control his powers.
Rocky and his sister, Ava are also close.
