Netto looked at the PET he made, his eyes fixed on the screen displaying the powerful NetNavi he had created. I still can't believe how strong he is, his power levels are off the charts. He had run a few tests on the fox navi and there was no beating around the bush, Kyuu was a strong navi.
And I made him. Well technically Naruto helped too but still how did we make something like this?
Kyuu's appearance was striking, his bright orange armor gleaming in the digital light. His muscular form gave him an imposing presence, yet his demeanor held an air of both confidence and curiosity. Then there were the tails, for the most part Kyuu had them hidden but there nine of them in total and each of them looked strong enough to beat a navi up.
Standing before Netto was the embodiment of his programming and creativity, a cybernetic fox with an anthropomorphic humanoid form, boasting nine magnificent tails that swirled and danced behind him. Each tail held a distinct pattern, and they seemed to almost move on their own, a testament to Kyuu's digital vitality. His eyes, a piercing shade of blue, gleamed with intelligence and a hint of mischievousness.
What on is Naruto? How could he have made this navi? The device he made was to help create a navi more compatible with their operator, he hoped to show it to his father one day and now that Kyuu was made he knew that his father would be very proud.
Netto marveled at his creation. He had designed Kyuu with a perfect blend of aesthetic appeal and formidable power. Every detail of Kyuu's design was carefully crafted, from the intricate patterns on his armor to the sleek lines that accentuated his form. The result was a NetNavi that stood as both a technological marvel and a work of art.
Kyuu turned his attention to him his nine tails swaying behind him. "Netto-kun, tell me about your adventures. I sense that you've seen quite a bit in this world."
He smiled, his gaze meeting Kyuu's piercing eyes. "Well, Kyuu, I've been involved in various battles and challenges in the digital world. My friends and I work together to fight against cybercrime and protect innocent users from viruses and malicious NetNavis."
Kyuu's ears perked up, a spark of interest igniting in his eyes. "Helping others, huh? That's a noble cause. I can sense your determination and dedication through our connection. You and my partner worked well to defeat those hooligans on the bus."
He nodded. "Yeah, it's important to use our abilities to make the digital world a safer and better place for everyone. It's not always easy, but knowing we're making a difference keeps us going."
Kyuu's lips curled into a virtual smile. "You're quite interesting, Netto. Your spirit reminds me of someone I know."
Netto's face flushed slightly, caught off guard by the comparison. "Oh, really? Who are you talking about?"
Kyuu's gaze seemed to hold a hint of playfulness. "Someone from another world, perhaps. A certain individual who possesses unwavering determination, a penchant for helping others, and an indomitable spirit."
"Wait, are you talking about Naruto?" No duh he is the only person from that world that I know.
Kyuu chuckled, the movement of his tails almost resembling laughter. "Indeed, Netto. Your qualities remind me of him."
He scratched the back of his head, a bashful smile spreading across his face. "Well, I... I appreciate that. Naruto seems cool, he's very friendly."
Kyuu's eyes held a warm glint. "It's clear that you share a similar sense of purpose and resolve. Your willingness to help others, even in a world that may be different from your own, is a testament to your character."
He paused and looked at the navi. "Thank you, Kyuu. That means a lot coming from you."
As Kyuu's nine tails swished behind him, he inclined his head toward Netto. "Remember, Netto, the qualities that make you similar to Naruto are what make you unique and admirable in your own right. I hope you both can use me well and keep me well entertained."
His face reddened as he scratched his forehead. "I'll keep that in mind. Let's continue working together to make a difference, just like Naruto would."
Kyuu's eyes sparkled with both mischief and approval. "Agreed. Our combined strength and determination will surely bring about positive change in this digital realm."
Their conversation continued, their bond strengthening as they delved deeper into their thoughts and experiences. His curiosity about Kyuu's operator, Naruto, had only grown stronger, and he finally voiced his question.
"Kyuu, I've been wondering about something. You mentioned Naruto earlier. Could you tell me more about him? What's he like?" As much as he enjoyed the blonde ninja's company he wanted to know more about it.
Kyuu's expression grew contemplative, his nine tails swaying gently behind him. "Naruto is a shinobi, much like your net police in some ways. He comes from a world where the path to becoming a respected warrior is incredibly challenging. His upbringing was harsh, marked by isolation and struggles. Despite facing many obstacles, he maintained an unwavering spirit and a strong sense of justice."
His brow furrowed in thought, a sense of sadness welling up within him. "That sounds tough. He seems like a kind and loyal person."
Kyuu nodded, his eyes reflecting empathy. "Indeed, Netto. Naruto's heart is as vast as his determination. He cares deeply for his friends and is willing to do whatever it takes to protect them and his village. This is despite being mistreated and abused by many of them."
He sighed, his gaze dropping momentarily as sorrow built up inside of him. "It's hard to imagine someone like that going through such difficulties. I've only known him for a short time, but he's been nothing but kind to me."
Kyuu's ears twitched. "You've made an impression on him too, Netto. He senses your kindness and determination, just as you sense his." The fox's tails flickered behind him. "For reasons out of his control he was given a burden and because of that he was mistreated by his village.'
Kyuu's words struck a chord within him, his thoughts drifting to the brief but impactful interactions he'd had with Naruto. Mistreated? He's such a cool guy though. The feeling of connection he experienced with Naruto was undeniable, as if they were kindred spirits despite their different worlds.
Kyuu's voice brought him back to the present. "Netto-kun, let me ask you something. Do you consider Naruto a friend?"
He scratched his head, his heart warming at the question. "Yes, Kyuu, I do. It might sound strange since we've only just met, but there's something about him that makes me feel a strong connection. I admire his spirit, and I think he's an incredible person."
As their conversation flowed, a voice from the doorway interrupted their exchange. "Hey, what are you guys up to?"
They both turned to see Naruto standing there, a curious smile on his face. Netto's surprise was evident, his cheeks tinged with a faint blush. "Oh, hey Naruto! We were just talking."
Naruto's bright blue eyes flickered between Netto and Kyuu, his expression filled with curiosity. "Talking, huh? About what?"
Netto cleared his throat, trying to regain his composure. "Just about... well, a bunch of things. The digital world, your world, and... stuff." He didn't want to seem like he was prying into Naruto's personal life
Naruto's grin widened. "Cool! This place is pretty amazing. I've never seen anything like it. The technology and everything is amazing"
He chuckled, feeling more at ease as Naruto's friendly presence filled the room. "Yeah, it's definitely unique. But you know, being a ninja sounds even cooler. I mean, you have all those jutsu and techniques."
Naruto scratched the back of his head, a hint of sheepishness in his expression. "Heh, yeah, being a shinobi has its perks. But I'm impressed by the tech here too. It's like a whole different kind of adventure."
Kyuu's tails swayed in agreement. "Naruto, your world and this digital realm have their own wonders to offer. Both are full of potential for growth and discovery."
Netto turned to Naruto with a grin. "Speaking of adventures, Naruto want to explore this lazy town? It might not be as exciting as ninja missions, but it could be fun!"
Naruto's eyes lit up, his excitement contagious. "Sure, why not? I want to see what this place has to offer."
With that they grabbed their respective PETs and left the house. "So uh Naruto what's your village like?" He asked as they headed towards the commercial district.
Naruto folded his arms. "It's pretty cool, there's a nice ramen place I like and there are some good people."
"I see." He scratched his head. "You won't get into trouble for being here right?"
Naruto laughed. "Nah I told my sensei I'll be out doing some errands I should be good for a few days."
They entered the residential district and decided to look at a clothing store. Entering the store they greeted by the workers and quickly went to the men's section. "So are your parents always busy?" Naruto asked as he curiously looked at the cloths.
He flinched. "Uh yeah my father is always at work, he's a scientist." He paused wondering how much he should tell him, truthfully his parents have been arguing a lot lately. "My mom well she just stays at home or hangs out with friends, they're trying to uh rekindle a spark."
Naruto looked at him with his bright blue eyes. "I see. Well I never had parents growing up, I get what its like to be alone."
He shifted as he looked at the shirts. "Yeah my dad was away lot," he muttered. "It put a strain on things at times." He shook his head. "But we try to manage." Even if they fight more and more.
The door to the shop opened and the hairs on his neck stood up as he noticed the figures entering had masks on and wore dark trench coats. There were about a half dozen of them ans the way they eyed the store was anything but friendly.
Naruto grabbed his hand. "Stay calm. Come on lets find somewhere safe."
He nodded as they both quickly hid themselves among the aisles of clothing and made their way to the back end of the store. Suddenly the store lights went out and they heard the cashiers scream.
"Nobody move and nobody gets hurt," Said a gruff voice over the intercom. "We have this place locked down, everyone surrender peacefully and no one gets hurt."
"Netto-kun the cameras are disabled," Rockman whispered. "They have overrun the network."
"Don't worry I can take care of them," Naruto said with a cocky grin. The blonde ninja grabbed a bandana and covered his face. "You take care of the cyberworld and I'll take care of these thugs."
He nodded. "Got it."
"Plug in Rockman!"
"Plug in Kyuu!" Naruto put his PET away and did a hand sign. "Shadow Clone Jutsu!"
A puff of smoke covered the area and the next thing he knew there were dozens of Naruto clones all around him.
Alright lets do this. Looking at the PET screen he saw Rockman and Kyuu fighting against various viruses and standard navis. Kyu cut through them with ease with his claws while Rockman fired his blaster.
"Vulcan slot in!" Rockman fired the attack as Kyuu decimated the viruses with his tails easily knocking them down without any effort.
Meanwhile he heard screams as Naruto's clones quickly overpowered the assailants. Peeping his head up he saw Naruto easily disarm a masked man and knock him down while his clothes beat up the rest. So this is what a ninja can do.
"Netto-kun we eliminated the enemies present," Rockman said. "Shall we turn on the security camera?"
"Wait a bit till Naruto is done," he said. He didn't want footage of Naruto going online and spreading throughout the world. "Just hold down the fort both of you and if you can delete any footage of us coming in." He didn't want to take any chances
Rockman and Kyuu nodded as Naruto and his clones tied up the men with clothes. "You'll regret this you punk," Spat the yakuza. "This town belongs to boss Jiro."
Naruto laughed and kicked him in the groin, knocking him out. "Tell that to the police." Naruto knocked the men out before snapping his fingers. The clones all around them disappeared and Naruto then went to free the hostages who were all blindfolded.
"Netto come on lets go," Naruto said as the sound of sirens approached them.
He nodded and their navis returned to them. After showing the police his net saver badge he gave a quick statement and quickly left. His heart raced in his chest as he and Naruto finally left.
"Man that was surprising," he sighed. "I didn't think the yakuza would attack us in broad day light like that."
Naruto shrugged. "I'm used to being on alert." The blonde smiled at him. "You know we make a good team."
He raised an eyebrow. "Really? I can't really fight like you can."
"True but you took care of the cyber world which I can't do," Naruto said. The blonde stopped at him and stared at him with his deep blue eyes. "Want to be teammates? We can teach and help each other out here?"
He stared at Naruto, a part of him was flattered that Naruto trusted him so much and wanted to be friends. "Uh sure if its alright with you."
Naruto smiled. "Of course it is, you're a good guy and pretty smart."
His face reddened, not many people complimented his intelligence. "Th-Thanks. I'm glad to have met you."
Naruto nodded. "Me too. Now I say we put an end to these yakuza types terrorizing this place."
With that the two high fived and returned to his house.
