I binge watch through the entire series of Code Lyoko. Aside from seeing 1-2 episodes, I'm going in completely blind to this series. It's a show, I would never see anyone say anything good or bad about at all. I'm confused to as to whether or not, it's an anime or a cartoon. Cartoon Network never even aired the finale back in 2007. A smorgasbord of a project. Let's do this.

7. Episode 6: Cruel Dilemma

Episode 6: Cruel Dilemma

The principal (Sissy's dad) is discussing something vague about gym class.

I couldn't even make out what he was saying.

Jeremy flunking gym class once again? Can't be good for his academics.

lol Jeremy has an Albert Einstein poster in his room. I didn't notice that until now.

Jeremy warns the others, that he might be able to bring Aelita to the real world.

Yumi: It's not going to work.

I agree.

Xana hacks into the power line domain of the school.

Seems to be the only, method of attack Xana has.

Xana then hacks into the bulldozers on the school grounds, that they planned to use to build...something.

And of course, no one else at the school, is going to wake up despite the ruckus? Okay.

I could've sworn, they recycled some footage of the bulldozers from an earlier episode.

Sure, it only lasted for a split second but, still.

These "monsters" are so generic. They are fighting a generic looking capsule-akin monster. Yawn.

It doesn't even say anything or threaten our heroes.

Aelita deactivates the tower.

Jeremy presses the "Return To The Past" button on his keyboard.

Yumi gets trapped inside Code Lyoko.

Aelita offers that Yumi returns to the real world instead of her.

Yumi returns back to normal.

Jeremy sighs in retaliation and that's the end of the episode.

Overall: 6.0/10 - Really don't know what to think here. They need to establish more of Xana as a villain, instead of having him hijack appliances and other electrical devices, at will as he wishes. Okay episode.
