The whole group say yes making nagate smile then they proceed forward. Elsewhere on Sidonia samari is in the medical wing with sei looking over the pilots who were controlled by the chip in them. Samari-What you mean he might not move? Docter-When we removed the chip it damaged some of the nervous system, but we don't know the extent of the damage. Samari-Dam it. She then goes over to Tsuruuchi kneels down and begins tearing up then says of all people why did it have to be you. Didn't you say you wanted to photosynthesize with me. She then hears I'd never thought you be asking me that. Samari tears up then says tsuruuchi you idiot then she kisses him surprising sei. Back on the titan everyone is amazed at the inside of it then yuhata says wow nagate this ship is amazing. Tsumugi-What's that down there? Nagate-It's the terraforming core system that draws in the material to create new planets. Yuhata- Amazing. Hey what's this over here? Nagate-That's one of my inventions I made when I was with my mom. It's an early version of that water toy I showed you. Yuhata-I see. As they continue to look around izana then crouches while saying ag. Nagate rushes over saying are you ok izana then she says my water just broke. The baby is coming nagate. Nagate-Then we better get you to a hospital quick. The group quickly get there and after arriving the doctors take izana to the delivery room. As they wait nagate walks back and forth until he hears a baby crying. As the doctor walks out, she says izana is ready for you making nagate says thank you and goes in. As nagate walks in he sees izana holding a baby then as she looks at him, she says come see your baby daughter nagate. He walks over to izana and as he goes to touch her with his robot hand the baby then grabs his finger making him smile even izana as they both shed happy tears./p

The whole group cheer and scream hooray for nagate and izana newborn child then tsumugi says what are you guys going to call her. Izana-Were going to call her nodoka. Tsumugi-what does that name mean? Nagate-It means to be calm and peaceful. Yuhata-Amazing I think that's a lovely name. The group smile and laugh then as they all look at nodoka they all say ahh so cute. Ten years later on lem 2 the remaining survivors of the human race have created new homes, cities and orbital defenses from the ships they arrived on. Along the way nagate has put together a research team and built a new ring system to travel more safely to sidonia's universe and created new dimension drives. Nagate has also fixed the Titans defense system with new retrofits and upgrades./p

Nodoka-No, Izana-Now don't act that way. We promised to all go when daddy got back. As nodoka opens the door she yells I can go on my own and when she leaves izana says hold on a minute nodoka. As izana gets outside she sees nodoka taking one of the new dimension planes nagate built. As izana watches she sees the plane leave orbit and warp to sidonia's universe making izana say that girl then proceeds to call nagate. Nagate is at a launch facilities prepping the upgraded titan for its new journey and as he finishes the final preparations, he gets a phone call from izana. As he answers he hears an angry izana on the other end and he replies "eh by herself" … Don't worry, nodoka is capable of flying on her own…/p

After getting in he flies to his home and as he lands his wife izana bolts out the door and she says I just got word from the dimension gate jump control center nodoka made it through. Nagate-Thank heavens. We better head on over then. Izana-Do we have to go in the yukimori? Nagate-Theres no other choice nodoka took the only plane with a reality drive. Izana-Couldn't we take the sr 78? Nagate-We can't I still haven't finished retrofitting it yet. Izana-I was afraid you'd say that. As she gets in nagate replies don't worry this way of traveling is much more safer than the sr 78 besides it's been a while since I held you like this. Izana-Don't even start. Can you explain to me why you think it's ok for nodoka to pilot alone? Nagate-Eh! That's because…well…Izana giggles at her husbands flustered face then snuggles into his chest as the yukimori approaches the jump gate. Nagate replies thanks ren and goes through the rings then jumps to the other universe. After arriving through the other gateway, they see new Sidonia docked with a space station connected with an orbital elevator and as they dock in the hanger, they see the other plane docked. As they enter the station, they see Hiyama by the entrance with nodoka hiding behind her to hide from her angry mother. Izana-You shore have changed nodoka what happened to the sweet little girl I have birth to. Nodoka puts on a pout resembling her mother's and the two square off. As Hiyama laughs nagate walks up and says amazing you came here piloting by yourself? As nodoka pout goes away she runs into her father's arms, and he replies You're a natural, but didn't you promise that you only fly when me and mommy are together with you? Nodoka-I'm sorry./p
p class="MsoNormal"Nagate-Its ok but its daddy's fault too because I didn't think you'd be able to unlock it. Nodoka-I'm sorry daddy and mommy. Nagate then picks her up then says it's ok, but we have to apologize to your aunts for the inconvenience. Nodoka-ok Nagate-That's my girl. Nagate and izana each take one of nodoka's hands and lift her to the control center. Through time and recover Sidonia has started a settlement with half of the crew and thanks to the gauna particles that rained down on the planet the ecosystem has become more earthlike and today is the day remaining half set off. As nagate and izana enter the departing area of Sidonia they see tsumugi walk in with a pilot suit and she yells out nodoka. Nodoka yells out hi tsumugi and rushes into her arms to hug her. As tsumugi hugs nodoka yuhata comes up from behind and both nagate and izana at the same time say ah yuhata. Yuhata walks up wearing a vintage twenty first century captains' uniform and had grown out her hair then says it's been a long time. Nagate-What's with the uniform? Yuhata-I thought it best to wear something original something from earth to honor the launch of the new Sidonia./p

Nagate-Maya is going to be the captain of the titan. Tsumugi-Maya is the captain that's great hm she has grown up. Nagate-She has but sadly she won't be able to come see Sidonia depart./p

Maya-I do but there was no way I was going to miss the launch of new Sidonia. Nagate laughs then as he goes over and hugs her, he says I'm glad you three came along making her smile. As they then let go Kunato, mozuku, hamagata, and hoshina walk in with hamagata saying hey tanikaze great to see again. Nagate-It's great to see you to. Hamagata-Oh man someday I'm going to be a great pilot someday just like you. Kunato-You can leave Sidonia to me. Nagate-All be counting on it. Kunato has started his life anew by cutting his hair and training the next generation of pilots. span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanAs Kunato steps forward he says to nagate thank you for putting up with my stupidity all those years ago. All ashore that's going ashore! Nagate, izana, nokoka, maya, yuhata, and tsumugi go around the room saying goodbyes to those that were close to them. As nagate says goodbye to tsumugi he sees maya hugging her sister then as ren and en hug her they say were so proud of you maya. Ren-You've grown up so much maya. En-I can't believe your captain of the titan maya. span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanMaya-I can't believe it either. It's a big step to go and build new worlds. Ren-Indeed it is. What will the name of the ship be? Yuhata-Were calling it the Kobayashi. Nagate-I see. Whose idea was it to call it the Kobayashi? Yuhata-It was my idea in honor of the captain and what she sacrificed for Sidonia to colonize and for saving the titan. /span/p

Kunato-I will. As everyone begins to board nagate picks up nodoka and says hey tsumugi when will I see you again. Tsumugi-hm good question. I can't say for shore but if you're in trouble I will surely come to save you and if I'm in trouble you'll have to come save me. Nodoka replies yeah then before group break nagate takes out his camara and says one last picture before we go. What you say? Tsumugi smiles then says that sounds great then yuhata, tsumugi, nagate, izana, teruru, maya and nodoka join in for one last picture before they go their separate ways and as the camera counts down nagate says everyone say Sidonia. The group say Sidonia then the camera takes the photo of them and as they all get the photo, they say their final goodbyes./p
p class="MsoNormal"As the ship undocks from the station yuhata stands at the captain's post and as she sees Sidonia depart lem she says seed ship Sidonia will now set off and search for new lands. Sidonia engines come to life and speeds away from lem in search of other soler systems to colonize. On lem seven civilians in the park watch as they see Sidonia depart the soler system then samari cuddles nect to her husband and says their off. I can't believe it. Tsuruuchi-Their off to new sight. I wish them well on their new journey. As they watch the Sidonia depart the planet their son dante and daughter kata play with other children in the park who are lighting sparklers and placing them near a statue of the yukimori in honor of nagate saving the sidonia and as they set them off dante goes over to sei and says uncle sei can you help me light this firework. With a smile sei says Of course! Here's how it works and with that sei set out to help. Elsewhere in a small town on the outskirts of the city Yuri and Sasaki in kimono dresses celebrate the launch of new Sidonia with the other town folks and as they look up Yuri sees the yukimori, phoenix and dimension plan jump back to the other universe then she says they've head on back home. Sasaki-Did you at least call izana while she was here?/p

Sasaki replies I understand then as she takes yuri hand she says but you do have to see some time she is still your family. Yuri says I know, and I will but right now I want to be with you, my love. Sasaki smiles then after they kiss, they join the others to celebrate. Back in nagate universe as it goes to nighttime on lem two the citizens gather in the streets as they get ready to watch the launch of the new titan meanwhile on the ship maya preps for takeoff. Maya-Is everything ready for takeoff? Teruru-Yes mam the titan is ready to go. Is there you'd like to say before launch? span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanMaya thinks for a few seconds then says the titan was built by nagate's mom to bring hope to humanity and build a new home. With the new upgrades to the ship, we will be able to create even more worlds for the human race to colonize and live on. Let's make nagate proud by showing him what we can do. The crew say yes mam then they get to their assigned stations and as they sit maya says the terraforming seed ship titan will now set off and in search of new worlds to build. The titan's engines come to life and launch into space to find other star systems to build new worlds. Near tanikaze house him, izana, and nodoka play and splash each other at the beach then when he sees the titan launching into space, he picks up nodoka and says maya has set off. Izana-She's grown up so much./p

Nodoka replies yay then she yawns and nagate says we better get you to bed nodoka. After arriving at their home nagate places nodoka in her bed and as she lays peacefully in her bed izana says she's so adorable asleep like. Nagate-I know where she gets it from. Izana giggles then as they close her door Mia walks in with her human robotic body and says all keep an eye on her. Izana-Thank you Mia Nagate-Are you getting use to your new body mei? Mei-A little but I'm used to it now. Izana-I'm glad mei. We're gonna be in the hanger for a bit then head to bed. Mei replies ok then heads for her room while nagate and izana head to hanger outside with the sr 78 to continue working on the retrofits then just as they start to work on it izana says hey nagate there's something I've been meaning to ask you. Nagate-About what izana? Izana-That map you had of the lem star system we never really figured out how it got in your bag. Nagate-I actually figured out who it was. Izana-Who was it? Nagate-It was that hero of Sidonia who put it in my bag. Izana-But how did you figure it out it was him? Nagate-He somehow managed to upload a message into my artificial arm while I was asleep in my pod. He said he deleted the star system from my memory and drew it out into pieces so the captain couldn't use me for anything and put the pieces in my bag so I can piece together when I figured ou what it was. Izana-I see./p

Nagate turns around to see it and quickly pulls out his pistol but before he could say anything the orb says oh thank heavens, I found this universes nagate tanikaze.
