I binge watch through the entire series of Code Lyoko. Aside from seeing 1-2 episodes, I'm going in completely blind to this series. It's a show, I would never see anyone say anything good or bad about at all. I'm confused to as to whether or not, it's an anime or a cartoon. Cartoon Network never even aired the finale back in 2007. A smorgasbord of a project. Let's do this.

21. Episode 20: The Robots

Episode 20 - The Robots

There is a Battlebots competition at the school.

The fight escalating between Ulrich and Yumi seems to be prematurely dropped and were supposed to pretend it never happened from the previous episode.

Sissy, Herb and Nicholas make a robot called "Iron Sissy"

Jeremy, Ulrich, Yumi and Odd make a robot looking like Odd's pet dog Kiwi called "Kiwi 2.0"

Kiwi doesn't like it lol

Wait, the robots are playing basketball instead of fighting each other? Boo.

First to 5 points wins.

Kiwi 2.0 scores the first point of the game.

Iron Sissy rebounds and scores the next 2.

Principal: "That robot is really ugly!"

Sissy: "Dad!"

Jeremy evens it up at 2-2.

Iron Sissy scores. 3-2.

Tied again at 3-3.

Scores even at 4-4.

Someone in the crowd, is recording the game and it's going on for 9 minutes and 41 seconds. Yeah right. No 1-on-1 BB game goes on for that long.

Kiwi 2.0 is about to score the winning ball.

Herb presses a button on his controller and Kiwi 2.0 blows up, even though the ball clearly went in Jeremy's basket.

Iron Sissy rebounds and scores the winning ball for herself. Jeremy suspects cheating.

Xana attacks the school with a giant robot.

Yumi, Ulrich and Herb battle the giant robot.

Odd goes to Code Lyoko.

The giant robot slaps the taste out of Ulrich's mouth and takes him, down to the ground. Ouch.

The robot tries to choke out Yumi.

Herb throws some kind of blue jay robot at the robot. It's out of order.

Odd buys Aelita as much time as possible.

Aelita deactivates the tower.

Return To The Past Now.

Time reverts back to when the basketball game was 4-4. Clever.

Herb presses the button, once more and attempts to cheat.

Kiwi 2.0 manages to avoid being blown up and scores the final score in the game, fair and square 5-4.

Overall Rating: 6.7/10 - Solid filler episode. Nothing really to complain about here. Well, that and that it was total filler, and didn't advance the plot of the show at all. It was just there, and it happened.
