I binge watch through the entire series of Code Lyoko. Aside from seeing 1-2 episodes, I'm going in completely blind to this series. It's a show, I would never see anyone say anything good or bad about at all. I'm confused to as to whether or not, it's an anime or a cartoon. Cartoon Network never even aired the finale back in 2007. A smorgasbord of a project. Let's do this.

22. Episode 21: Zero-Gravity Zone

Episode 21 - Zero-Gravity Zone

Soccer practice.

I think there was soccer practice only like in one episode prior to this. So I don't buy into this as Xana has to know about the teams's personal lives at this point and oh, never mind.

Sissy's is baton passing as a cheerleader and her baton, suddenly flies up into the sky.

In a later scene, Yumi passes by the same area as Sissy was practicing and flies up in the sky but, only for a few seconds before coming back down.

Jeremy & Yumi: "We have to talk now!"

Ulrich doesn't want to go to Code Lyoko and wants to go to soccer practice instead.

Jeremy: Why is he acting like this?

Odd: Have you ever met his parents? They're going to the soccer game.

No, I haven't. I haven't seen anybody's parents but Yumi's for two measly seconds in one earlier episode.

Milly and Tamiya say that Ulrich is in the ninth grade.

Xana "attacks" the school and plans to send the school into orbit.

Ummm...

Ulrich's parents are in attendance of the game, and they don't even say anything.

Jeremy: XANA'S ATTACKING MY SYSTEM! EVERYTHING IS TOTALLY OUT OF CONTROL!

Odd and Yumi help out Aelita in Code Lyoko.

Kids at the soccer game, begin flying up in the air and into the sun.

Aelita walks haphazardly to the tower with some, weird pink shield protecting her.

It turns out, Aelita made a duplicate of herself to distract the monsters. She's never done that before.

Aelita deactivates the tower.

Return To The Past Now.

Time reverts back to when the soccer game is about to the start and Ulrich's parents are cheering him on.

We don't even find out, who wins the game and if his parents are impressed with Ulrich.

The episode immediately ends in a ho-hum matter.

Overall Rating: 4.5/10 - Yuck. Ehh. Nothing cool or interesting happened here. Why do the parents in all these shows, are all either complete idiots, never around, utterly useless or die? Sigh.
