Episode 39 - A Bad Turn

Jeremy is eager with making an "anti-virus" program to delete the virus, Xana put inside Aelita. Ehh.

Ulrich snitches on William and Yumi hanging out at night.

Where did this William guy come from anyway? He's been obselete for a good chunk of Season 2.

Yumi blows William off and tells him good night. There you go girl.

Back to a level base here.

The students get to take a driver's ed course on the track & field.

Yes, a driver's ed course on the track section of the school.

Everyone performs poorly on the course. Even Aelita and Jeremy.

William and Ulrich get into a fight - directly in front of everyone - Jim, the gym teacher - sends both boys to the principal's office.

Xana unleashes a crab monster to the real world and attacks Yumi's household.

A second crab attacks Jeremy, Odd and Aelita at the factory.

Odd performs a killer back-up and rolls the group into the elevator as he distracts the giant enemy crab.

Another crab attacks the school and everyone runs around, screaming and yelling, trying to seek refuge from the crab.

William and Ulrich work together, to kill the crab at the school.

Yumi's in hot pursuit for the one at her house - it left without a trace and her family is okay.

Odd does all he can, to take care of the third one - outside the factory.

Aelita's on her own in Lyoko and uses some killer skateboarding skills, to avoid enemy presence.

Giant mosquitos chase after her.

Ulrich protects and fends off the crab at Yumi's house.

William steals the driver's ed cab that was shown, earlier at the school and scares off the one, chasing Odd at the factory.

William manages to send it crashing, down the elevator shaft.

Aelita makes a duplicate of herself to distract the remaining mosquito monsters, chasing after her.

Aelita deactivates the tower, all on her own. Wow.

Return To The Past Now.

Despite all the damage, the crabs caused - I'm surprised how the factory hideout is still in working order.

End episode. Everything's back to normal, like nothing ever happened.

Overall Rating - 6.2/10 - Despite all of the zaniness going on in this episode, I felt like I wanted something more. Xana's monsters are not getting any smarter, nor are they posing any threat to the team, despite the fact that he can now send them to earth. Ehh.
