"You think this is our quarry?" Richard asks as Ruby and Reese examine some tracks.

"Well, they are Ursa like tracks only a lot bigger," Reese comments.

"It's either that or a bear, and if it is just a bear, we can still kill it and harvest the meat and pelt," Ruby says as her living on the frontier as a kid shines through.

Richard smiles, seeing how she is reacting. "Guess we can count on you to make some camping meals."

"Well…Ren was the cook most of the time when I was with Jaune and the rest, and cooking for ourselves never really came up much at Beacon," Ruby says, thinking out loud.

"Boy, were you laid back then. At Haven, learning such things was a requirement," Reese comments on.

"Um…Reese, when were you pulled out of Remnant?" Richard inquires.

"Um…after the white fang tried to hit Haven," Reese informs.

"And you were told about Salem and the truth, right?" Richard asks.

"Yeah," Reese confirms.

"Lionheart sold out and was an accomplice of that and the attack on Beacon. He also sold out many huntsmen to Salem who's mad dog killed most of them," Richard informs.

"Mad dog?" Reese questions, wondering what else could have been unleashed beside the wyvern.

"Insane cultist scorpion faunus. He was also a serial murder. Ruby even cut off his stinger," Richard points out.

Ruby smiles proudly at that mention. "I aim to please…and bring the pain," she says proudly while putting a foot up onto a rock.

"Afterwards, he went crying back to Salem like a bitch, and she told him, 'You disappoint me.' The guy had a nervous breakdown after that that even unnerved Cynder. Also, whatever happened to her when you released your silver eyes power messed her up—like an entire arm replaced by a grimm made prosthetic. Not sure how that even works, but later we saw it working its way up her body. So it might eventually overtake her entirely," Richard informs.

"Wow…" Reese wonders, looking at the girls in surprise. "You girls have been through some shit. Here I just dealt with the school being under attack and against a grimm wyvern."

Richard shrugs. "Count yourself lucky. Things only got worse from there. At least you can try to live peacefully here…or the other world if it ever gets back to semi-normal," he suggests, thinking as to how that can even work out.

Reese grins. "Like you and miss kitty cat?"

"That's another can of…Ruby…did you ever have the relic in this world?" Richard asks as his eyes widen when he thinks of that.

"Relic?" Ruby questions before realizing what he means. "Oh…no. It never came with me. Weiss?" she asks, turning to the snow haired fighter.

"Ozpin had it," Weiss reminds.

Richard hums. "Then that could mean he either comes here with it or he is stuck back in your world, maybe? If so, then fuck him. Leave him there as when did he ever do something good for you? Besides, that fucking relic attracts more grimm because of the crazy energy it gives off."

"It does what?" Ruby asks.

"Oh, right. The relics attract grimm as the light brother created them, and the grimm's original directive before their creator reigned them in was to destroy all that the light brother created. As such…" Richard stops, letting Ruby and Weiss put it together.

"Oh, Yang isn't going to like this," Weiss breathes out.

"Let's give it gently to Blake, so she doesn't freak out. We don't want your kid suffering from an angry mother just yet," Ruby warns.

"So I am still having a hard time wrapping my head around this. The brothers were real, and according to you, the dark brother, when he left Remnant, is the one who did that to the moon, not caring as he left?" Reese asks.

"Nail on the head. Myths have to come from somewhere after all," Richard nods before sighing. "No one from your world is going to take this news lightly."

"Or understand it that well. I mean, the first civilization before us? Even that's hard to believe that we are the second if you don't see it for yourself," Weiss points out.

"And the rea…wait. Weiss, wasn't there a lot of unexplained ruins in all four kingdoms?" Ruby asks, remembering that.

Weiss taps her chin in thought. "Yeah. Now that you remind me. So that means we saw it…but we didn't have an answer. I wish Ozpin told us all this before," she sighs before feeling Richard wrap an arm around her waist. She smiles and looks up at him as Ruby giggles. "But yeah. Fuck him."

"Ten gold says Ozpin probably buried or destroyed more of those ruins," Richard speaks up.

"Fifty says he's hiding everything right now since we are gone and maybe part of the world too," Ruby jumps in, smirking.

Reese sweatdrops as she watches the three. "You guys are unbelievable," she sighs before turning back to their tracks. "Come on. Let's find this monster before it gets another village."

Weiss smiles as Ruby quickly catches up, and Richard lets go of her. "Go ahead." Richard looks at her, confused as she keeps smiling. "My ass. I know you want to touch it." Richard blushes and looks away, but that doesn't stop his hand from being placed on her hip and slides downward. Weiss moans quietly while they start to walk along the trail. "I just know you like girls in skirts somewhere," Weiss teases.

Richard looks away bashfully as he keeps gripping and squeezing her plushy ass. "I won't deny it. Cheerleaders and some schoolgirl outfits are sexy," he admits, blushing bright red. "Plus, I love you, my heroine," Richard adds in a whisper to himself, thinking Ruby would miss it.

Weiss smirks and bumps her hip against his. "Come on, handsome. We got a monster to hunt," she chirps while pulling his arm to lead him around.

'Weiss is finally making a move, I see. It looks like Richard has all of team RWBY for himself now,' Ruby thinks as Reese tracks for them. 'Got to find some outfits we can wear and still get him those potions too. Maybe a cheerleader isn't too far off. And I do need some new panties and bra anyway,' Ruby thinks to herself, already making a shopping list.

"The tracks head up there. Must have a lair in a cave or something like that," Reese calls out, pointing ahead of them to a mountainous area through the trees.

"Well, watch yourself. You don't know if this thing is just waiting for you," Richard warns back.

"Wish we had night-vision goggles," Reese says as she and Weiss move up to take the front, allowing Ruby and Richard to provide support.

Richard frowns as he watches two rush ahead to see what they can find and prepare. "Have you ever been on the job where you hunt monsters or grimm like this? The show hardly ever went into the jobs you guys get," Richard asks, hoping to pass the time and ease the worries.

"Sometimes," Ruby says before petting his head. "But don't worry, I will be right here to help you," Ruby reassures before pulling out Crescent Rose in rifle mode.

Richard smiles before looking down her form and watches how she walks, even slowing down a little to let her walk ahead a few feet. Ruby takes notice and wonders if he's scared still before smirking as she figures out where his eyes are going. She decides to tease him and reaches back before running her hand along her ass, lifting her skirt to his shock to let him see her panties. Ruby giggles and skips ahead now, giddy at the idea of teasing Richard like this as Weiss would be the only one who can even try. 'That is one horny girl…not that it isn't bad,' Richard shrugs before picking up his pace to catch up.

As they continued through the cave, Richard stops when he heard something crunch under his shoe. Looking down, he sees only darkness. "Hey, does anyone have a light?" Richard asks before someone walks back to him and lights a lighter. "Thanks," Richard says, seeing it is Reese before looking back down to see what he stepped on is some egg. There are a few on the floor. "Reese gun ready. On the count of three, we look up," Richard says, readying his rifle to fire. "One, two, three."

Reese and Richard both look up at the same time. Richard's rifle aimed steadily as possible with his shaking fear while Reese stared in shock as she held her dual revolvers to the dripping sight before them as it drips onto their faces. In their view, they see an unconscious girl in a tangled mess of a slimy mass of tentacles. "Girls!" Richard yells for Weiss and Ruby.

Weiss and Ruby look back in fear, thinking Richard is in trouble. But when they run around, they follow Richard's and Resse's gaze to the girl dangling in the strange monster's grasp. Her pussy has been assaulted by the creature for some reason as it drips on the ground, dropping close to the eggs.

"Ew. Shoot," Ruby curses as they look around the girl for anything else that might seem off. "Anyone have ideas on how to get her down?" Ruby asks before she remembers something. 'No. Is this the tentacle monster from my book?'

"Half…no going to use a fire spell on this thing if we do," Richard comments before aiming past the girl at the mass before shooting, and then comes a guttural cry from the thing as it starts thrashing.

The girl squirms around in the burning mass before it drops her. Richard drops his rifle as he holds out his arms and then catches the girl but then yelps in pain as he falls to the ground with her. "Fucking heavy…" he groans in pain as he tries to lift the girl before noticing the wings on the girl's back. "She might be from here," he notes, pointing out the wings.

"Ah…could she be a faunus?" Ruby asks.

"Question that later. Kill this thing!" Weiss yells as some of the tentacles were coming at them.

Reese cries out as her limbs are grabbed and pulled into the air. Ruby takes the chance and jumps into the air, cutting the tentacles as she flies by. Reese grunts as she lands hard on the ground, trying to get back up to her feet again.

"Quickly, getaway!" Richard yells, pulling the unknown girl away from the fight.

Weiss takes the chance and stabs her sword into the ground, making shards of ice grow out of the land and into the monster blob on the ceiling. "Richard! Can you use your fire magic again?" she calls, looking to the man putting the girl near the entrance of the cave.

"Yeah. I guess we will have to find the quarry later," Richard says, raising his hand as a spell seal appears before it before a torrent of flames starts to expel out of the seal, bathing the monster in the fire. The creature lets out more guttural screaming, but, unlike before, it didn't stop as Richard keeps the flames on it always and keeps pouring more and more fire on it.

"That's it, Richard! Keep going!" Ruby cheers, taking a few free shots at the burning mass. When the bullets hit, a few slimy pops and a leaking trail falls to the ground below it. "It should be dead soon."

"Yeah, you might want to save your ammo and move back as the smoke is starting to come out," Richard says as the vision in the cave was starting to become completely blocked by the smoke.

"I'll get the girl," Weiss says, running past him and carrying the girl by the arm. Reese then comes over and helps out, taking the other side. Ruby rushes over to Richard's side as they wait for the monster to finish burning.

"You must have had something like this," Richard mentions as he starts to sweat, but also trips in place. Ruby quickly comes under him, catching him and holding him up as the magic keeps burning.

"I gotcha. Let's head out," Ruby says, dragging him along, knowing how dangerous smoke is in a cave.

Richard coughs as he hangs onto the girl. They both stumble and run out of the cave as Weiss and Reese wait with the girl between them. "How is she?" he asks, looking at the state of the poor victim.

"Don't know yet. Got to wait and see," Weiss informs.

"Guess the monster can wait," Richard sighs. "Or we might get lucky and smoke the bastard out," he chuckles, and they all look back to the smoking cave. "Long shot anyway," he mutters and stands on his own feet again.

"You might have jinxed it," Reese says, feeling vibrations.

Richard groans and grabs his rifle. "Dammit! I knew the flag, and I said it!" he curses and aims towards the cave.

Out from the smoke came roaring a giant green-furred bear looking like it was in a blood rage. Its eyes tear up and cry from the choking smoke before it can see the group aiming at it through its blurred vision. The bear then roars angrily before charging at the five, intending on grabbing something in its claws.

"Ruby, trick shot?" Richard asks, handing her his rifle.

Ruby smiles as she hangs her gun behind her before grabbing his. "I always wanted to shoot this thing. Never had a chance," she giggles before jumping away as Richard backs up carefully. 'Let's see how much kick you got,' Ruby thinks as she jumps off a tree between the group and the bear. The bear suddenly looks up and sees the girl grinning at it as the rifle flips around in the air before her before she catches it. Ruby laughs as she pulls the trigger and spins from the force of the blast, sending out a powerful shot that blows part of the bear's head clean off. Ruby cries out as she goes flying straight into a tree with a crash.

"I'm okay!" Ruby calls after a few seconds as the tree shakes.

Richard smiles. "Awesome as always," he chuckles while the body of the bear falls a few feet away from him and bleeds heavily into the ground. "You think we can find a job where it is to handle that tentacle monster? Get some extra cash?"

"Probably not," Ruby says, walking back to him with his rifle.

Richard hums and looks over his rifle for any damages. "So, how was it? I never did give you girls my gun, so I am curious," he asks, looking at Ruby now and making sure she isn't injured. Richard is going even as far as feeling her shoulder and arms to check for bruises and dislocation like his first few shots.

"I want to fuck you so much right now," Ruby whisper into his ear.

Richard blushes heavily but tries not to show it as he continues poking and feeling around Ruby for injuries. "Please wait, okay?" he asks, hopefully.

"When we get back," Ruby promises as she and Reese start to skin the monster.

Richard smiles before looking at the girl with Weiss. "How is she? Doubt that bear did all this," he asks, wondering why she looks familiar.

"I think we have some spare clothes for her," Weiss says, starting to check her pack.

Richard taps his chin as he keeps looking over the girl. "Is she from your world, maybe?" he asks, looking closer at the girl's face, not expecting a clear cut answer from anyone in particular.

Jaune pants as he moves along. He has been walking uphill for a while now, and his heavy armor and shield are working against him. He has trekked for days now, looking for another sign of civilization after coming across a village mostly razed to the ground. All he has found in the ruins is a single hand-sized mirror, and, ever since then, he could swear it is cursed as a voice from seemingly nowhere keeps offering him something. At first, it was money or power, but lately, his thoughts have turned to the one he had lost.

"You could see her again. All you have to do is wish for it," the voice whispers seemingly into his ear.

Jaune slowly stops and looks at the mirror in his satchel bag with pure skepticism.

"Just wish for it, and it will happen," the mirror says before showing him the image of Pyrrha in its reflection.

Jaune frowns as he doesn't seem that convinced. How can this thing even bring her back in all her glory? She was more than a simple wish to be made, and it was even more because it was almost as if she was unattainable to anyone. It was a miracle this praetor even considered him when he is a lowly knight.

"You know you want her back. Just be honest with yourself," the voice whispers into his ear.

That is true, but it can never be that simple. Something like this can't come cheap. Jaune groans out loud in frustration as the travel and exhaustion are starting to get to him. Nothing of this level of gifting is ever cheap and easy. There must be a sinister reason, but he wanted her back so badly, he couldn't take it. "I want Pyrrha back. I want her to be with me and never be without her again. As long as she is with me physically, I will be fine with it," Jaune finally says.

"Wish heard," the voice whispers with a slightly more sinister tone.

The mirror clinks and clanks against the contents of his bag before it slips out and falls onto the grassy floor. Jaune quickly moves away for a few steps before taking out his sword at the ready. But his grip wavers as he is facing exhaustion and overheating from the currently traveling. He then stops as smooth red silk-like hair slowly floods out of the mirror, covering it while a thin slimy film covers the top of whatever is coming out.

The film slowly forms over the figure emerging from the mirror as it makes a notable figure. A striking hourglass one that Jaune can't take his eyes off of. As the person keeps appearing, he notices the vivid green eyes through the film and how it seems to be watching him. The slim waist that makes the chest and hip sizes more pronounced are other things that capture his attention. But now he also notices the muscular limbs and the armor pieces that cover her chest and stomach, wrapping around her torso in golden color and trim in a vest style while some armored golden leggings keep her protected with strong leather boots. A set of black gloves that roll past her elbows keeps her figure secure along with the armor piece sitting on her left arm also bears a striking thought to Jaune that it could be fully functioning. As the body finally comes up and steps onto the ground, the film breaks and slides off, showing the girl in front of Jaune in her full glory.

"Well?" the girl starts, smirking mischievously. "Are you going to stand there, or are you going to give your missing girl a kiss?"

"Bu…no, you're not Pyrrha. She wouldn't have that look in her eye!" Jaune roars, seeing the sinister glint in her eyes.

"Hum...correct, I am not the one you lost, but I am Pyrrha. Your wish was, and I quote, 'I want Pyrrha back. I want her to be with me and never be without her again. As long as she is with me physically, I will be fine with it.' So here before you is Pyrrha. At least in the physical sense. So thank you for freeing me with your wish. Now for the price, you must pay for the said wish," she informs with an evil smirk now.

"Forget it. The deal's off," Jaune spits, leveling his sword at her. "Either get back in there or walk into my sword. I don't want to take the third option with you," Jaune shouts, his face becoming red with anger and empty frustrations. After so long and a promise, he has a curse over his head. What would the real Pyrrha think of him now?

"Oh, that isn't how this works," she says, snapping her fingers, and a slave collar appears around Jaune's neck. "Once you made the deal, all I had to do is follow it to the letter. It was just a matter of prodigy to find a way to make a request or wish I could twist into allowing myself to get free. You played your part well, but now, I'm the master and you the slave," she says with sadistic glee. The chain to the slave collar ends up in her hand, and she yanks it hard, sending Jaune tumbling and sprawled out on the ground.

Jaune grunts, falling and hitting the ground hard. All the leftover strength and energy from his anger is now gone as the cursed girl pins her foot on his head, keeping him pinned. He couldn't muster the strength to get off of him that he is so weak.

"Now then, let's start setting up shop," Pyrrha informs.

'I don't like this feeling,' Ruby thinks as she searches the cave their quarry had come out of. It is now night, and she has put Richard to sleep, allowing her to explore the cave without being disturbed. She remembers from her book that the monster Richard had killed is very expensive and could not move once planted. A demon wouldn't just place one randomly. It had to be here for a reason. So she started searching around looking for something or anything.

As she travels further than where the monster was, passing the charred remains of it, she enters into the pitch blackness of the cave. Ruby hums as her eyes see more naturally in the dark while picking out what's a new path, and the rest is just a wall. Her hand slides along the humid rocks until she comes to a corridor. A faint hole lets her see into it while a rock wall covers the rest. She hums and touches her hand to the empty-looking spot but feels solid rock. Ruby grins as she figures this is a way for a demon to hide their stash before her hand glows against the stones. The illusion quickly falls away, and she struts on into the corridor, enjoying her small victory.

As she enters, she stops as there is a massive pile of dark currency, and Ruby's eyes momentarily change into money signs before she tries and composes herself. "Come," Ruby orders with her voice full of authority.

Ruby steps aside, and a portal opens in the darkness behind her. She grins with very sharp fangs and shows them off as her first minion, a nightmare, steps though. She giggles as he nuzzles her and licks her neck. "Hey, handsome. I see you brought the big boys too," she laughs, giving the goblins some sultry eyes and causes them not to be able to hide their shame under their loincloths. "Yeah. Why don't you strong boys start collecting for me?" she asks, pointing to the pile of dark currency, and all the monsters immediately drool. Then disappear from in front of her as they are in the pile of coins and stuffing everything into whatever pocket they have. Soon, more goblins and hellhounds appear before imps fly through, with one stopping in front of her. This one is wearing a tattered fancy suit and only the top half, wearing no pants, though. "Keep count of how much. I need to know exactly as this is important for my future. If one number is out of place…" Ruby warns, immediately aiming her Crescent Rose barrel into the imp's nose and cocks it. "Got it?"

"Got it, boss!" the imp whimpers as he sweats heavily before she pulls the gun back and lets him join the others. He then starts to flap around, taking a very accurate count of all the coins being put into the bags.

"Boss," one of the imps wearing a face mask says, approaching her.

Ruby huffs and looks at the little flapping demon. "Yes?"

"A demon is setting up in this area," the imp reports.

Ruby slowly raises an eyebrow at him. "Excuse me? Who?"

"We don't know, but they took this form," the imp informs before conquering an image of Pyrrha with her foot on Jaune's head.

Ruby's eyes glow silver and shadowy aura as she looks at the image. "Take an image of my old friend? Pin one of my best friends on the ground? Fuck you demon and whatever bloody chain you swung in on," Ruby spits.

"We know it's a demon that was sealed in a mirror. They are very weak and have no followers as well," the imp informs.

Ruby nods. "Keep following this demon and make sure to keep track of Jaune. I don't want to lose this guy…" she then blinks and looks to the side in thought, "Might be a good guy friend for Richard as it's always girls with him," she says out loud.

The other two imps with head wraps approach, hearing that, and nod. The three then disappear to fulfill her command. Ruby then takes a look at her screen to see how much money she is up to already. She sees she is already up to forty thousand and still counting.

Ruby hums and thinks it over. She will be fighting her first demon for territory. Even weakened, it could be strong, and her two strongest minions that are monsters are the nightmare and the baby dragon that is having fun in the piles of dark currency playing as if they were piles of leaves. "Keep working or, in your place, playing. I need to go to the market," Ruby says, petting her dragon's head.

The dragon burps in her face, and Ruby waves off the meaty smell. "Yep. Going to be facing that with Blake and my sister's kids," she coughs before going through another portal. Ruby walks through the corridor, already changing into her succubus form as she moves to the minion section and spots the manager sitting at the bar drinking some tea.

"Manager," Ruby greets, taking a seat next to him.

The bunny demon looks over mid-sip before narrowing his already narrow eyes at him. "The fuck are you?" he asks in a posh accent, and Ruby frowns before he laughs and splashes some tea onto her shirt. "Kidding. What can I do for one of my favorite customers?" he asks jokingly and sips some more.

"I want to place an order," Ruby informs, and the smirk on the manager starts to threaten to split his face from how much it grew.

"What are you in the market for?" he asks, turning to her.

"I need a monster. A real heavy hitter for the first one who threatens to encroach on my territory," Ruby says.

The manager heard that whistles, getting every one of those in the lounge's attention. "Attention, everyone, we are about to have a turf war!"

"Pardon?" Ruby asks dryly, raising an eyebrow.

"Kurtrick, start the board and start calculating odds!" the manager calls, and a big screen appears on the wall, and Ruby's face appeared on it with her current roster of monsters. "Now, how much money are you looking to spend on this first one? As per the rules of a turf war, all purchases after you proclaim your intentions are kept secret," the manager explains before leading her to a booth.

"What is that all about?" Ruby asks after they are in private.

"Why a turf war, my dear. You see, any conflict is watched by all the demons who find it entertaining, and they bet on it for fun. Now, how much are you willing to spend?" the manager asks.

"Forty thousand plus right now," Ruby answers.

The manager chuckles almost evilly, but still not maniacally laughing. More akin to the lowbrow evilness that tells he is still the strongest around. "Then, for a monster, maybe a minotaur. Best for heavy-hitting, busting through walls, and being a good meat shield since it has many meat…both ways," he adds as an afterthought.

"Minotaur, huh?" Ruby asks, looking it up in her book. She finds that the minotaurs are mighty but single-minded, and some would say stupid from the description of the book as they are creatures of rage. A normal one is a high C tier minion, but the Alpha is a Low B minion. Ruby debates internally what she should do. She could get four strong ones or one even stronger minion for the price, she thinks. She turns it over again and again in her head when she asks, "What is the difference between a high C and a low B tier minion?"

"Oh…it's like comparing an imp to a hellhound in terms of power. It's a big difference," the manager explains.

"If I was to pit four normal minotaur against one alpha right after buying them, who would you say would win a deathmatch?" Ruby asks.

"Hum…depends sometimes, but usually on even ground, it would be the Alpha," the manager explains.

Ruby grins as she stares at him while he smirks. "Easy way to make them spend more, isn't it?"

"No, Alphas are a lot rarer like one in a hundred or thousand give or take the quality of what they are breeding. If you say you used yourself, it would be the former for an alpha," the manager explains.

Ruby hums as she taps the table with a finger. She then slowly flips to the few first pages and sees her group still collecting enough currency, but it's a slow trickle compared to the waterfall from before. "Alpha then. Also, I might need possible manpower, so…one mage goblin. I also want to have my weapon reforged if possible to make it more effective in fighting demons and magic."

"Oh? A mortal made weapon reforged by demons?" the manager asks, grinning. "Showing off your mortal prowess?"

"It's my style. Also, you know that one I sold you a while back?" Ruby asks.

The manager nods. "He's doing fine…mostly. Still chipping away and not a dent," he waves off.

"Is it possible I can get his eyes or at least their hypnotic power? That would certainly come in handy for dealing with mortals," Ruby says.

The manager chuckles. "Still your slave. Do what you want as long as they can work."

"I sold him to you, remember? And if I see him, I might kill him if he opens his mouth. Besides, I don't know if it is possible or, if so, how to do it," Ruby points out.

"Sounds like you need a demon with the power of absorption or need to become one," the manager says.

"Excuse me, what are those?" Ruby inquires.

"Just like it sounds. There are certain demon types out there that have the power to absorb other things, whether it be monster, mortal, or even fellow demons. When they do, they gain more magic and also might be able to obtain demonically or curse related powers, abilities, traits, or skills," the manager explains.

Ruby hums and taps her chin. "Maybe later on that one. So what can I do for that power?" Ruby asks.

"Well, for five thousand, we can give you that power of hypnotic stare. Though it only will work on mortals. Monsters and other demons will be immune to it," the manager says, tallying up her receipt.

Ruby nods slowly before eyeing him. "How much up to by the way as he gets out an old antique calculator cash register…and has a very advanced one right beside him. "The old is for show and the sounds, isn't it?"

The manager smirks and laughs. "Everyone loves and hates the sound of many clicks and springs going off. And I do love their faces when they finally see the bill after hearing all those noises. Electronic is for better recordkeeping," he says simply at the end. "Right now, your total is forty-five thousand and five hundred. Want to take the stare?" he asks, reading off the slip.

"Yes," Ruby says, seeing the amount on her screen decreasing.

"What else?" he asks, eager for more as he holds a toothy grin.

Ruby stares at him before slowly looking at her regular outfit. "What kind of outfit for succubuses do you have that's both sexy and deadly? And can make my guy want to grab me? Also, the rest would be put into the pool to bet on me," she adds at the end, figuring of making money since if she's dead, then she loses everything anyway. Like dust, she isn't letting that outcome happen.

"Well, we just have to apply an alluring enchantment to anything and would do that. Oh, don't make that face. We are demons. Of course, we cheat like that," the manager says.

Ruby raises a finger before stopping and thinking. "Need a new outfit anyway. I kept getting mine shredded along with underwear. So yeah, it's also, so the mortals don't come after me with pitchforks and torches once it ends, and I only have one outfit," she explains before a sudden screen of outfits appear in front of her. "Is this your doing?" she asks, leaning past the screen, and he points to the wall where something is shining from it.

"We upgraded just last year. Demons got bored," the manager states with a hint of mischievousness since it makes him more money. "Oh, look, your enemy has been named," he notes, pointing to another screen.

'Xinbar the mirror demon,' Ruby reads on the board. She sighs and starts going through the outfits, filtering out what she doesn't want before ending up on one. A charming split corset piece barely covers the breasts and is more of a leotard, while the leggings are very skin tight and double as high heeled boots. It is topped off with long-armed black gloves with an option for a logo on end and an option for a slave collar that's mostly for decoration and an accessory. "This one. Now I think I am ready once I get my weapon back," she says, choosing it and adding her rose logo.

"This way, miss," a demoness says, leading her to the back.

Ruby waves at the manager as she walks away. "Better not see scratches on my gun," she says teasingly before being led to a room where a table is sitting in the middle of the room. A demon with eight arms is even preparing what looks like surgical equipment.

"Lie down," he instructs, one of his hands pointing to a chair that Ruby had seen at dentists.

Ruby walks over before sitting down in the chair. "How long will this take?" she asks as she stares up at the large light.

"Not too long. Now try not to bite off your tongue," the demon instructs, coming over with a fork-like item. The next thing Ruby knows is that she is in darkness as her sense of sight is gone with a lot of pain. After a bit, she starts seeing shapes once more, and then things begin to focus.

Ruby groans as she keeps trying not to move. "Fuck. How much longer?"

"You're done," the demon says, moving away as Ruby's eyes adjust and get back to normal.

Ruby sighs as she sits up and rubs her head. "Good. Now, do I get instructions on how to use it or what?"

"Search your book," the demon informs.

Ruby brings up her book and looks up her hypnotizing eyes. 'Apply demonic energy to eyes and use suggestions. Note, if too much demonic energy is used, then it could leave the mortal brain dead. Too little and will have no or little effect. Weakening their mind lowers their ability to resist. So something mentally exhausting will help.' She then closes the book and sighs. 'Okay. Might be able to find test subjects on the way to this demon. Let's get my weapon and outfit and get this party rolling,' she thinks before remembering to see the number of dark currency coins she has left, which is zero. That means the manager placed the rest into the betting pool. But considering she's a newcomer, she might have higher odds compared to this other demon. 'If I am lucky, I will be able to get back before Richard wakes up and get some snuggles with him,' Ruby thinks as she gets the outfit and weapon.
