Mia, Theo, and Jace had kept their plans to surprise Harry a secret. They stood on the platform at King's Cross Station, eagerly awaiting the arrival of the Hogwarts Express. The screech of rails echoed through the station, signaling the train's impending arrival. As the train pulled into the station, Mia noticed her brother, Draco, and his friends disembarking and rushing to greet her parents. With a mischievous smile, Mia slowly approached behind her brother. James and Lil were taken aback by her presence, but Mia signaled them not to say anything.

Mia gently touched Harry's shoulder, and he turned around in surprise. When he saw his sister, his eyes lit up, and he rushed forward to envelop her in a warm hug, "Mia!"

When they finally pulled apart, Harry couldn't contain his curiosity. "What are you doing here at the station?"

Mia playfully ruffled his hair as she explained, "I came to surprise you, of course."

Turning to James and Lily, Mia made her proposal. "By the way, do you mind hosting three more people for Christmas?"

James and Lily exchanged excited glances, and James eagerly asked, "So, you mean you'll be spending Christmas with us?"

Mia nodded and elaborated, "Yes, I talked to my parents, and they agreed. But Teddy, Hace and I will be heading to Vienna for New Year's "

"Hear that, Draco? We're going to have such an amazing Yule all together, like a big loving family." Theo and Jace, standing beside Mia, looked at Draco with identical smirks, teasing him.

Theo chimed in, "Don't you think it's such an amazing plan?"

Mia, noticing new faces around, asked "Mind introducing your friends, Harry?"

Harry nodded and pointed out a black-haired girl with green eyes, "She's Pansy" as Pansy waved Mia with enthusiasm.

"The redhead's Ron." Harry pointed to a redhead with blue eyes who turned noticeably red upon Mia's gaze.

"Blaise Zabini at your service, bellissima." The boy gracefully took Mia's hand and kissed it before introducing himself.

Mia chuckled at the charming gesture. "Il piacere è mio, bello." Making Blaise eyes widen and stutter.

The last boy, more reserved and blushing, stammered "I'm…I'm Neville."

Christmas had been a resounding success for Mia as she adjusted to the idea of having a larger family. She had discovered common interests with almost everyone in the household, making the holiday season even more enjoyable.

With Lily, Mia engaged in conversations about books, discussing their favorite authors and stories. Her godmother Narcissa was a wealth of fashion knowledge and the latest gossip, which Mia eagerly absorbed during their chats. Uncle Lucius and Mia delved into political discussions, exchanging views on the wizarding and muggle world's current affairs. Mia's godfather Regulus shared her passion for potions and spells, providing her with valuable insights and tips.

Uncle Sirius found a kindred spirit in Mia when they bonded over their shared love for the music of Queen, spending hours discussing their favorite songs and albums. And with James, they nurtured their mutual enthusiasm for Quidditch, occasionally sneaking away to share a little secret that deepened their bond.

Theo and Jace, always up for mischief, had taken it upon themselves to pester Draco whenever they could. Theo had discovered a common love for gossip with Blaise, forming an instant connection. Mia, Jace, and Theo had engaged in spirited games and, unsurprisingly, emerged victorious each time.

Pansy had quickly become fond of Mia, particularly after Mia promised to take her to fashion week. Meanwhile, Jace had found a kindred spirit in Neville, he had told Neville that his Grandmother had a great garden and that Neville could come by any time.

Ron, on the other hand, couldn't seem to find his words whenever Mia was around. Every encounter with her left him blushing, and he often opted to retreat to a different part of the house rather than attempt conversation.

On Christmas Eve, Mia found herself sitting alone on a bench in the garden, gazing up at the starry sky. It was there that James discovered her, quietly taking a seat beside her.

James asked gently, "Trouble sleeping?"

Mia nodded, replying, "Yes, it's just that this is the first Christmas I've spent away from my parents."

James nodded and inquired, "But are you enjoying the holidays, at least?"

Mia smiled, genuinely content, as she replied, "Yes, I am. It's been wonderful but it still feels a bit strange."

James chuckled and then couldn't help but bring up the question that had been on his mind. "You still haven't told me what your Animagus form is. I'm dying to know."

Without a word, Mia stood up and transformed. As a direwolf, she was remarkably tall, and James approached her in awe, running his hand through her fur. Mia eventually shifted back into her human form, curious to hear James's thoughts.

James laughed and exclaimed, "Impressive, to say the least." He then added that Mia had her eyes. "You have my eyes."

Mia then asked "Was I born with hazel eyes?"

James hesitated for a moment before confessing, "Yes, when you were born, you were my carbon copy, except for the shape of your eyes that's all your mother."

Mia nodded, taking in the information. James added, "You know you can ask Isabelle to reverse the spell, if you want."

"Would you be upset if I decided to stay like this for a while?" Mia inquired

James reassured her, "No, not at all. When you're ready, you can make that decision." Then pulled out two gifts wrapped in red paper and adorned with gold ribbon, placing them in Mia's lap. Mia couldn't help but laugh when she saw the colors, and James explained that he had to honor his house. With anticipation, Mia carefully opened the first gift, revealing a wooden musical box adorned with intricate golden drawings.

"What 's this?"

"This musical box is yours, it was a parting gift from your godmother. It works like a pensieve and it holds the memories everyone has of you before the kidnapping. It has blood wards so you'll need a bit of your blood to open it."

Mia proceeded to open the second gift, finding a locket with an engraved 'H' on explained, "The locket is goblin-made, it was a present from your Uncle Lucius and it has blood magic infused so it will protect you from most spells, jinxes and curses. The box and the locket are rightfully yours."

Overwhelmed with excitement and gratitude, Mia rushed into James's arms, hugging him, "Thank you very much, Dad."

"You called me Dad." James was taken back, his eye wide with surprise

Mia, feeling a bit embarrassed, asked "Is… Are you okay with me calling you that?"

James, overjoyed, hugged her tightly and planted a kiss on the top of Mia's head. "When I tell this to your mother she's not going to believe it, she's going to be incredibly jealous."

Mia laughed and rested her head on her father's shoulder, "Merry Christmas, Dad."

Still elated because Mia had called him dad, James responded, "Merry Christmas, principessa."

On Christmas morning at the Potter manor, the air was filled with excitement and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and hot chocolate. The grand living room was adorned with twinkling lights and a towering Christmas tree adorned with ornaments and tinsel. Draco and Harry, the youngest members of the family, were already bouncing with anticipation.

"Come on, Harry, let's go see our presents!" Draco exclaimed, practically dragging his friend towards the mountain of presents under the tree.

Theo and Jace approached Mia, who was sipping on a cup of hot chocolate. They each planted a kiss on her cheek and wished her a Merry Christmas.

"Merry Christmas, princess," Jace said, his eyes sparkling with merriment.

"Merry Christmas, Star," Theo added, his voice warm and filled with affection.

One by one, the family members gathered in the living room. Regulus, Narcissa, and Lucius sat on the plush couches, enjoying their coffee, while the others opted for steaming mugs of hot chocolate to kickstart the day.

James finished having breakfast, exclaimed. "Alright, everyone, gather around! It's time to open the presents!"

Draco and Harry, their eyes practically gleaming with excitement, tore into their gifts. They received a variety of presents, some familiar and others brand new. But this year, there was something different. Mia approached them with two carefully wrapped packages.

Curiosity piqued, Draco couldn't help himself. "Mia, what's this?"

Mia grinned mischievously. "Well, open them and find out!"

Without hesitation, Draco and Harry ripped into the wrapping paper. Inside, they found two Bulgarian national team jerseys, both autographed by the famous Quidditch player, Viktor Krum.

Draco's face lit up as he held up the jersey. "Whoa! Viktor Krum! Mia, do you know him?"

Jace, with a playful tone, couldn't resist chiming in. "Oh, you didn't know? Vicky was Mia's boyfriend back when she was in second year, and he was already in fourth year."

Theo raised an eyebrow at Draco. "Jealous, Draco?"

Mia laughed and playfully swatted Jace's arm. "Oh, come on, you two! That was ages ago. Viktor and I are just friends."

After the exchange of gifts, it was Mia's turn to receive. James gave her a broom kit, Lily gifted her a stack of her favorite books, and her godmother bestowed upon her a delicate gold silk Lucius presented her with a pair of elegant earrings, while her godfather Regulus gifted her a set of advanced potion-making books. Uncle Sirius, the stylish one in the family, gave her a sleek black leather jacket.

Alec and Eloise, her aunt and uncle, handed her a basket overflowing with sweets, knowing her sweet tooth all too well. Uncle Thoros, always with a penchant for the unusual, gifted her a high-quality eagle feather for her from her parents, she received a stunning silver dress and a small box containing the Rosier family ring, a precious heirloom.

Mia couldn't help but notice that her two friends, Theo and Jace, exchanged amused glances. "What's going on, you two?" she asked, her curiosity getting the better of her.

Theo grinned and leaned in closer. "For our gift, Star, you'll have to join us in the gardens."

Mia raised an eyebrow. "Well then, lead the way."

The family members eagerly followed Jace, Theo and Mia out into the garden, their curiosity piqued as they laid eyes on a massive tatami mat spread out on the ground. They exchanged puzzled glances, wondering what was happening. As soon as Mia stepped onto the tatami, a mischievous gleam in her eye, Theo couldn't resist the urge to make a move. He lunged at her, attempting to catch her off guard with a hook. But Mia, her reflexes as quick as ever, gracefully evaded his attack, moving with agility that took everyone by surprise. In the blink of an eye, she had Theo pinned to the ground.

Gasps of astonishment rippled through the onlookers. Draco, Harry, and the others watched in awe at the lightning-fast exchange between Mia and Theo.

Mia, a teasing smile on her face, looked down at Theo and then over at Jace, who was grinning from ear to ear. "Okay, spill you two, what's all this about?"

Jace chuckled and replied, "Well, princess, your Christmas gift is a duel."

Mia raised an eyebrow, her eyes sparkling with mirth. "A duel, huh? Who am I up against?"

Jace's grin widened as he gleefully revealed, "You'll be facing Teddy and me, princess."

Mia accepted the challenge with a determined nod. "Alright then, what are the rules?"

Theo, still pinned beneath Mia, took a moment to catch his breath before explaining, "While you're inside the tatami, it's Durmstrang territory. So, we'll be following the same rules as at school."

Mia, her gaze shifting to Jace, couldn't help but ask, "Do you prefer to lose with runes or without runes?"

Jace burst into laughter and, with a playful glint in his eye, issued a challenge of his own. "We're going all out, princess."

As Jace, Theo, and Mia began to draw the runes on their bodies, everyone else gathered around the tatami with a mix of intrigue and excitement. They watched with a sense of anticipation, uncertain of what to expect from this unexpected Christmas duel.

Lily, ever the concerned mother, couldn't help but voice her skepticism. "Shouldn't we stop whatever is about to happen here? Duels are prohibited specially to minors"

Sirius, leaning forward with excitement, shook his head vigorously. "Nonsense! I've been waiting for the day to see my niece in action. This is going to be brilliant!"

Narcissa, always protective of her goddaughter, exclaimed, "But it's two boys against Mia! I don't think that's fair at all."

Regulus, who had been quietly observing, couldn't resist joining in on the excitement. He turned to James and smirked. "Golden Boy, I'll bet you 20 galleons that my goddaughter will win those two."

James raised an eyebrow, looking at Regulus skeptically. "Two against one, Reggie. No matter how good a duelist my daughter is, that's still a tough challenge."

Regulus mocked, "Seems like you have very little faith in your own daughter."

James huffed indignantly. "I have all the faith in the world in my daughter. In fact, I'm so confident she'll win that I'll take that bet." He extended his hand, sealing the wager.

Amidst the banter and the bets, Harry decided it was time to interrupt. "Shush, they're going to start now."

As Mia, Theo, and Jace finished drawing the runes on their bodies, they stood at opposite ends of the tatami, their wands at the ready.

Mia stood in the middle of the tatami, her eyes dancing with a playful sparkle as she looked at her two friends mockingly. She turned to Jace and quipped, "Don't cry too much when you're kissing the tatami, sunshine."

Jace grinned, not one to back down from her teasing. "Oh, don't worry, princess. I'll make sure it's a gentle kiss."

Without wasting another moment, Mia raised her wand, and a crackling beam of energy shot from its tip, slicing through the air with a menacing hiss. Jace and Theo dove to the ground just in the nick of time, narrowly avoiding the spell, and swiftly got back to their feet, wands drawn and aimed at Mia.

Theo and Jace unleashed a flurry of non-verbal spells, some of which stung Mia, but none proved to be critical. Out of nowhere, Mia disarmed both of them with a well-executed non-verbal spell, sending their wands flying off the tatami.

With a mocking flourish, Mia summoned her staff. She summoned Theo, his bow and arrows and a sword for Jace, who caught it with a grin. Mia extended the tatami with a casual wave of her hand.

Jace, still wearing a playful smile, taunted Mia, "Now, the real fun begins."

Sirius couldn't help but exclaim in amazement from the sidelines as he watched the unfolding spectacle. He turned to James, curiosity in his eyes. "Is it true that they allow this kind of thing at Durmstrang?"

James nodded, his eyes fixed on the duel. "Isabelle told us it's a tradition at Durmstrang"

Lily, growing increasingly concerned for her daughter, couldn't help but voice her worries. "Does anyone else think this should be stopped?"

Regulus, looking at Lily, reassured her, "Theo and Jace would never hurt Mia, Lily. They're just having a bit of fun."

Theo, the first to recover from the disarmament, began firing arrows at Mia. She skillfully deflected them with her staff and even managed to counter some with non-verbal spells. Theo closed in, determined to get the upper hand, but suddenly, he tripped over an unseen obstacle and tumbled to the ground.

Mia, grinning triumphantly, stood over him. "Teddy, I love you but right now, you're out."

Theo raised his hands in surrender and laughed as he made his way to sit next to Harry. Jace, now facing Mia one-on-one, locked eyes with her and said, "Now, it's just you and me, princess."

As Theo settled beside Harry, who was still impressed by the intense duel, he turned to Theo and praised him. "That was a great fight, Theo."

Theo grinned, his pride for Mia evident in his expression. "You know, Harry, your sister is the best duelist in all of Durmstrang."

On the tatami mat, Mia transformed her staff into a shorter sword, mirroring Jace's sly smile. Without warning, Mia advanced towards Jace, who began to backpedal gracefully. Their swords clashed repeatedly as Mia spun and twirled, launching several attacks that Jace expertly parried. In one particularly acrobatic move, Mia somersaulted into the air, but Jace crouched and then sprung up, their faces mere inches apart. They both smiled, locked in a seemingly choreographed dance.

Mia, eyes gleaming, taunted "Ready to give up, sunshine?"

Jace chuckled and replied confidently, "You'll have my surrender the moment my back touches the tatami." With that, he swiftly kicked Mia's sword away, causing her to somersault gracefully and snatch her weapon.

It was at this moment that something extraordinary happened. Jace and Mia both felt a sudden change in the air, and they became faster and more agile than before. Their movements flowed seamlessly, resembling a beautifully choreographed dance. As Mia advanced, Jace retreated, their duel evolving into a captivating work of art.

Harry, awestruck, noticed how Mia's golden eyes were shining brightly, and he pointed it out to Theo. "Look, Theo, her eyes are glowing. So are Jace's."

Theo explained with a proud smile, "It's because of the bond that they share, Harry."

Harry, intrigued, asked, "What do you mean?"

Theo ruffled Harry's hair affectionately. "Ask Mia about it once they're finished."

After several more minutes of their mesmerizing dance, Jace managed to trap Mia, his arm holding his sword against her neck and his arm holding her in place. He looked at her with a teasing grin. "Are you giving up, princess?"

Mia, returning the smile, simply instructed him, "Look down, sunshine."

Confused, Jace glanced downward, and suddenly, Mia expertly threw him to the ground, their bodies landing on the tatami. She quickly straddled him and placed her sword at the spot where his heart would be.

Jace, acknowledging his defeat, burst into laughter and dropped his sword. He wrapped his arms around Mia, "Merry Christmas, princess"
