I binge watch through the entire series of Code Lyoko. Aside from seeing 1-2 episodes, I'm going in completely blind to this series. It's a show, I would never see anyone say anything good or bad about at all. I'm confused to as to whether or not, it's an anime or a cartoon. Cartoon Network never even aired the finale back in 2007. A smorgasbord of a project. Let's do this.

75. Episode 66: William Returns

Episode 66 - William Returns

Here we go. It's time to start Season 4.

Jeremy impersonates William's dad on the phone to the principal. Okay, that was pretty nifty.

Aelita tells the group, that Jeremy is working expeditiously to recreate Lyoko again.

What? So everything is going to be fine and dandy after all that drama, the characters went through?

During the last few episodes of Season 3? I'm not sure if I'm down with that.

Sissy wants to join and be the head editor for Milly and Tamiya's news team.

I'm sure this will go smoothly.

It turns out that Sector 5 was the only thing that Aelita and Jeremy could recreate. The four sectors (mountain, ice, desert, forest) are still nowhere to be found.

Xana is on the move again. What's his crummy plan this time?

Xana brings William back to Earth. Oh boy.

Xana knocks Aelita out cold and takes her to Lyoko.

Ulrich and Jeremy rush over to Lyoko, as Yumi was preoccupied with trying to take it easy at home and Odd was busy being blackmailed by Sissy.

Aelita breaks free of William's clutches and runs away from him as far as possible. Okay.

Yumi heads to Lyoko.

Odd escapes the Gym teacher's wrath (being blackmailed by Sissy earlier) and heads to Lyoko.

No new monsters in Lyoko to speak of. Yawn.

William (still under Xana's control) proceeds to make mincemeat out of her heroes.

Our heroes escape with Aelita - as William runs off, being ready for more in the future.

I'm serious.

William just scurries away without saying anything. (Granted, Xana has control of him) but, no. He just runs away from the group as our heroes make a break for it.

Milly and Tamiya pretty much drop the hatchet with Jeremy. They're still mad at Sissy.

Jim, the gym teacher performs a super cringe dance in the gym.

End episode.

Overall Rating - 4.2/10 - That...was a pretty underwhelming premiere episode. No new monsters from Xana. I guess back in the season 3 finale, Milly and Tamiya are now no longer digging up dirt on Jeremy. They could've overheard the entire conversation about Lyoko back in the Season 3 finale and...oh forget it. Yuck.
