Outside of Beerfest

Garou's pov

It's currently late at night and I finally arrive at my destination. According to the notes that the kid had in his journal, the number 3 hero, Hawks (Quirk: Fierce Wings), always likes to stop and get a drink here when on break at night.

I step into the bar and look around for Hawks. Luckily for me, I easily spot him because of the girls swooning over him and the obvious red wings. I walk up to him and ask, "You're the number 3 hero, Hawks right?" I ask to confirm his identity. "Huh?" He looks at me confused. "I like a word with you, outside." I say. "I'm kinda on break and I'm busy with the ladies here, so why don't you just—" I cut him off by slicing his cup in half with my bare hands. "Hey! What's the…big…idea?" He barely finishes his sentence when I remove the cap I am wearing and he instantly recognizes me.

"Garou." He says. "Ah, So there's no need for introductions I see." I say in a cocky tone. "Here's what's gonna happen, you and I are going to ally behind this bar and we're gonna fight." I demand. "Or, we could fight now and risk these people getting hurt." I say to make him fight me alone in the alley. Luckily for the civilians and me, Hawks simply smirks and says, "All right, let's go then, Hero Hunter." accepting my challenge.

Outside in a alley

"I've seen your kind before. A bunch of dweebs looking to take on a professional hero." He says with a cocky tone as we walk in the alley. I didn't let it get to me and he seemed to notice. "Alright, we're getting close, better surrender while you can still walk." He threatens me.

Me? Surrender? Please."Quiet down, I'm not drunk, but you're—" I cut myself off when saw a feather coming at me. I managed to dodge at the last second, but not without getting a cut on my cheek. "Bastard!" I yell. What kind of fighter attacks his opponent from behind?! Then again, that's to be expected from these bastards.

"Not too sharp are you? Some Hero Hunter." He says in a tone that indicates that he thinks he's won. "How did the other heroes lose to a jerk off like you?" He asks, insulting the other heroes that fell by me. "See, the Commission has ordered me to hunt you down and deal with you, so I'll just lay you out quickly and get them off my case!" He yells as he throws another feather at me. However, unlike last time I read the trajectory of the feather from his hand movement and dodge with ease, shocking Hawks.

"Alright then, try this on for size." He says as he throws another feather and I dodge with ease. Only for it to come back and stab me in my calf muscle. That stung. "Oopsie, you're lucky nothing vital got hit." He says, mocking me. "So what do you think? Ain't heroes incredible?" He again mocks me.

However, I notice that his eyes looked heavy which indicates one thing. "You think that was just luck?" I ask. "I'd say it's your coordination being off because you're hammered." I say, revealing to him that I know he is a bit drunk. "You're gonna wish you finished me with that shot cause now you're a dead man." I say as he looks scared, but quickly shakes it off. "Don't worry, I got plenty of feathers left for you." He says with a cocky smile.

"Killer Move: Feather Barrage!" He yells his ultimate move as he launches all of his feathers and they start to circle around me like a tornado, trying to stab me. They would have instantly taken down anyone, but I'm different. I already knew of this ultimate move thanks to the notes and prepared ways to dodge them with ease.

From what I can see of Hawk's face, he looks shocked that I can dodge them all and it looks like he was about to throw one last feather at me. When he finally throws it at me, I finally decide to finish this. I redirect the feather to get embedded in the wall and eventually did the same to the rest in just a few seconds. When it is all done, Hawks now has a terrified face on. "So what do you think? Ain't monsters incredible?" I ask in a mocking tone. "It's over. Now, die." I simply say.

Before I can attack though, a number of strings attack out of nowhere, forcing me back and cutting my shirt in two spots. "I didn't see you in the pub for our rendezvou, so I thought you perhaps forgot about our drink." The new hero says to Hawks. He reveals himself and I instantly knew who it is. "Best Jeanist (Quirk: Fiber Master), the number 4 hero in Japan." I say, identifying my new opponent.

"How kind of you to know." Best Jeanist says sarcastically. "And I presume you're the new villain, Garou the so-called monster?" He asks for my identity. "We have a winner and your prize is that you're gonna get crushed too." I say, threateningly. "I managed to injure his right leg, so he'll be a little slow on his foot work." Hawks informs Best Jeanist of my wound. Tattle tail. "I see it, thank you for the helpful information." Best Jeanist thanks Hawks

"These are tight corridors for your quirk to use." I say to Best Jeanist, trying to give him a hint at what will happen next. "Let's find out, shall we?" He says as charges at me, activating his quirk. He sends multiple strings to restrain me, so I jumped in the air, but apparently that's what he wants. "Checkmate, old sport." He says as he combines the strings into four large spikes to impale me with. He sends them all and expects them to impale my arms and legs to restrain me.

What he doesn't expect is for me to dodge three of them with only one getting my left hand as I slid down to attack Best Jeanist. "Oh yeah? I think not!" I respond to his previous sentence as I punch him in the face with all my strength, knocking him out near Hawks feet.

"Guess you didn't know, but all your fancy moves are in this book." I say as I hold up the kid's journal. I see that Hawks knows he wouldn't be leaving this alley untouched so he shares a few words with me. "Listen up you cocky dirtbag." He says to get my attention. "You've got the upper hand, but even we managed to hurt you." He says. I guess, he's saying that to make himself feel better that he got a hit.

"Oh I'll be getting much stronger." I say to him, smirking. "If you think you can take me down, go for it." I say to encourage him to do something stupid. "Till then I'll be as cocky as I want." I say as I hold the middle finger at him to piss him off. Finally done with my comments, Hawks charges at me, featherless, as I did the same. It is over before it even began as I used my martial arts to break every bone in his body as he then fell to the ground groaning in pain. "See you idiots." I say as I leave them in the alley. Alone and broken. Time to head back to the shed and patch up my wounds.

That morning in Mirko's house

Mirko's pov

"99…100! Woah! Finally done with pull ups." I yell. I stretch so my muscles don't get sore. "Another day at the homemade gym." I say to myself.

Today is my day off and what better way to spend your day off than to workout in the morning. "Time for some bacon and eggs." I say. I got the stuff I needed and got to work. "And they say I'm not a great cook." I say to myself.

A few minutes later while eating, I went to check my Phone to see if Bird Brain finally answered. When I look at my text messages, there is still no reply. ''What are you doing now Keigo?'' I ask myself, worried for him. I turn off my phone and go back to my breakfast. When I get done, I put my dishes in the dishwasher. I wonder what's been on the news lately? I turn on the news and I immediately regret it.

"The number 3 and 4 heroes, Hawks and Best Jeanist, have been found in an alley in critical condition." The reporter says as my hand starts to tremble. "Police are withholding the details of this incident, but it's believed that The Hero Hunter known as Garou is responsible for this event." The reporter says. I immediately turn off the T.V. and ran to go get my costume. ''Hold on Keigo, I'm coming!'' I yell to myself.

At the same time in a shack hidden in the woods

Garou's pov

After patching myself up, I went to the board and mark off Best Jeanist and Hawk's photos. I made the board in order for me to know which popular hero I should go after next. There are a few options, but nothing that interests me. I was pumped when I started to hunt heroes, but now I feel like I stepped in shit.

Most of the heroes I've fought have been so weak. How do villains struggle with them? But, I guess that proves that quirks only make them weak. They weren't born quirkless like me and thus didn't go through the hardships of becoming strong.

I could go after Endeavor (Quirk: HellFlame), but even he won't make me go all out. I can't find All Might because the guy is so elusive and the journal says nothing about his patrol routes. I guess I could go after Mirko, but if she's below Hawks and Best Jeanist in the rankings then she must be weaker than them. I'll just go for a walk. I didn't bother putting my hat or sweatshirt on since I doubt there's anyone that can actually threaten me.

A few hours later at the hospital

All Might's pov

No no no! Not again! Dammit! I didn't look for Garou hard enough last night and now two of my close comrades are heavily injured!

I am currently with Nezu and Tsukauchi to try and get a report for what happened. Upon entering, we are treated to sight of Best Jeanist's head wrapped in bandages and Hawks in a near full body cast with the exception of his head. "Oh, Hey guys." Hawks says with a smile that didn't fit the mood right now.

We all took a seat around Hawks bed and began asking him questions since Best Jeanist couldn't talk because of the bandages. "What happened, Hawks?" Tsukauchi asks. "Well…" He explains what happened. How Garou challenged him, how he managed to dodge Hawks ultimate move with no difficulty, and how Garou just got scratches from the encounter. But the most concerning part was how Garou knew about Hawks and Best Jeanist ultimate moves and how to counter them.

"A journal?" Tsukauchi asks. "Yeah, after Garou beat Best Jeanist, he held up a journal that apparently had all of our moves on it." Hawks confirms. Oh no. Could that journal be Young Midoriya's? If so, Garou may know the weaknesses of other heroes. Wait, could the journal also have my weakness? I'll have to ask Young Midoriya about this.

Nezu seems to notice my nervous face as he asks, "Are you alright, All Might?", "Oh…yes." I answer. "I'm just nervous that this journal seems to have all of our moves." I say, lying. I don't want Young Midoriya to get in trouble if they find out the journal is his. Nezu has a questioning look before returning his attention back to Hawks.

"So, care to explain why you didn't contact All Might as I specifically said if you were to encounter the Hero Hunter?" Nezu asks. "Well, I thought I could beat him, but as you can see that didn't happen." Hawks answers. "Okay. Was there anything else—" Tsukauchi is cut off by the door bursting open.

"KEIGO!" We turn around to see a clearly distressed Mirko. "Are you all right?!" She asks in a worried voice. "Don't worry Rumi, I'm fine." Hawks says to try and calm her down. "Okay that's good…NOW WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!" She screams in his face. "Um…um…" Hawks tries to find an explanation, but couldn't. "I swear, if you do anything like that again, I'll be the one to put you in a hospital!" She said.

They are very close friends and it is clear she has feelings for him, but will never admit it. After she gets done ranting, she calms down and sits in a chair. "Keigo, was it really the Hero Hunter that did this to you?" She asks in a serious tone. "Yeah. It was." He says. "I swear, that bastard is going to pay." She says in a threatening tone. "Now listen Mirko, you can't face him alone. Garou took on two of the top 5 by himself, you wouldn't stand a chance." Nezu says, pissing her off. "You damn rat! Are you calling me weak?!" She yells. "Mirko please let's just—" BOOM! An explosion cuts me off as we look to see a giant villain outside in the city.

"I have to go!" I say as I buff up. "I'm going too." Mirko says. "Now Mirko, listen—", "Look, I need to punch something before I knock the rat out." Mirko says. Knowing I can't stop her, I simply nod as we ran to deal with the villain.

At the same time in a park

Kota Izumi's pov

My Auntie went shopping with some friends today and left Tiger(Quirk: Pliabody), Pixebob (Quirk: Earth Beast), and Ragdoll (Quirk: Search) to babysit me. But I managed to slip away from them to go find somewhere quiet. I hear a loud explosion and see a massive villain in the distance and some heroes going to stop him.

Tsk, stupid heroes. "Hey kid." Someone calls out to me. I turn to my left and see an at least a 25 year old man with white hair pointing in two pointy ends, a skin tight black long sleeved shirt with two cuts at the chest, white saggy pants with bandages on his right leg, and a cut on his cheek. Who is he and how did I not hear him coming?

"Mind if I sit here?" The man asks. I know I shouldn't sit with strangers, but I'm not in the mood to care. "Sure, whatever." I say in a dismissive tone. He sits down next to me and stays silent for a few seconds. "Looks like the heroes will have their hands full with that big guy." He says, pointing at the massive villain. "Think they'll win?" He asks me, but I stay silent. Of course he's a hero fan, just like everyone else. "They're just being idiots." I finally say. "All they want to do is show off and hurt people below them. I hate them." I say, expecting the stranger to gasp in shock for me disliking heroes.

"You and me both, kid." He says. What? "What did you just say?" I ask in shock. "I said I agree with you on the hero's kid." He answers. "You hate heroes too?" I ask, now shocked. "Oh I don't just hate them, I despise them." He says. "You're right about them hurting others below them since I'm one of them." He says. "You were hurt by the heroes too?" I ask. "Not exactly, I was hurt by the heroes so called Unbiased Justice." He answers. "What do you mean?" I ask. "Well…look at it this way." He said. "The heroes have put up a philosophy that their justice is good, yet they constantly do the opposite of what they preach. Because of that justice, it's made society so biased that they always ridicule those they deem evil. Like me." He says.

"I'm sorry, sir." I apologize to try and make him feel better. "You don't need to apologize and don't call me sir, I'm only 18." He says, revealing his age. "What! But you look like you're 25!" I yell in surprise. "Now that's rude." The man says in a joking tone.

"My name is Kota Izumi." I tell him my name. "Name's Garou." He says. Wait, WHAT?! "Y…You're the Hero Hunter." I say, now realizing who this is. "Jeez, even the kids know me? I must be getting more popular." He says, not denying his identity. He notices my shocked expression and says, "Don't worry, I won't hurt you." He says to try to calm me down, but I am not afraid at all.

"Um…Can I ask you something?" I ask him. "Sure kid, what is it?" He asks as I pull my book and ask, "Could I get your autograph?!" I ask with a big smile on my face. "Huh?" He looks confused. "Sorry, it's just that…I'm a big fan of yours!" I say, excited. "Um…sure." He says as he signs my journal. "Why are you a fan of me? I mean, you know who I am right?" He asks. "Because I'm glad that there's finally someone giving the heroes a good beating." I answer as he simply smiled. "Thanks…I guess." He says.

Then I remember a question that I want to ask him. "So, what's your quirk? I ask. "Don't have one." He answers. "What! You're quirkless?!" I ask in shock. "Yeah, got a problem with it?" He asks. "No. In fact, this makes the heroes look weak." I say. "Yeah, I mean it's ironic." He says. "Quirkless are seen as useless without a quirk, but when one trains like hell they're the ones who are weak." He says. So cool!

"Kota!" Oh no. I turn to see my auntie looking for me. "Well, I better go." He says as he gets up and walks away. "See you around kid." He says goodbye. I ran back to my auntie, who is worried that I may have gotten hurt, but I am fine. In fact, I am more than fine. I met my hero today and got his autograph. This is the best day of my life.

Garou's pov

So I really do have fans. Heh. Maybe if I keep this up, I'll be a celebrity. I look towards the battle between the Heroes and the Giant Villain when I notice something. "Is that Mirko?" I asked myself. I get a better look and yep. It is Mirko "Might as well entertain myself." I say as I make my way towards the fight.

A few minutes later

Mirko's pov

Damn this guy is tough! I manage to dodge his giant hand and run up to his face to deliver a heavy blow. "LUNA KICK!" I yell as I kick him in the face, making him stagger. "YOU DAMN RABBIT!" He yells as he uses his massive hand to hit me, sending me flying. "MIRKO!" All Might yells. Hope wherever I land isn't far!

At the same time a few miles away

Garou's pov

"Run away!", "The heroes can barely stop him!", "We gotta get out of here!" Oh wow everyone is all excited. A massive villain appears and boom, suddenly it's a party. Wonder if Mirko will still be alive by the time I find her.

BOOM!

"The hell?" I ask myself as I see what landed beside me. It's Mirko. "But how did she…oh that's how." I say, realizing the villain launched her away. "Tsk, So another villain got to beat her up." I say. "What a waste of my time—", "Ugh, Back to the grind." I shut up once I see her get up and walk away like nothing happened. "Mirko, you're not dead yet?!" I yell in surprise, getting her attention.

"You being alive changes things." I say with a small smile growing. This could be interesting. "Hehehe, My third top ten hero. From here on you face me, Garou the Monster." I announce myself. She stops and looks at me, "You're the Hero Hunter?" She asks. "Indeed I am–Oh shit!" I dodge a massive kick for her. "You're the one who beat Keigo!" She says. Who the hell is Keigo? "I was gonna wait till some other time to go find you, but since you're here I'll make an exception!" She says as she flexes her muscular thighs. "Get ready to pay, Garou!" She yells. "Heh, well don't hold back then, bitch!" I say as we charge at each other.
