Episode 71 - Maiden Voyage
Rock climbing in gym class.
Jeremy is a weakling and falls down half-way through his climb.
He is ridiculed by Sissy at the school.
Classes are cancelled for the afternoon (due to a safety precautions holiday or something) and our heroes head to the hideout.
The objective here is to test drive the submarine, they put together from the previous episode.
Nothing at all remotely interesting is happening here - other than our heroes are wearing some new winter clothing.
I swear, that's the highlight of the episode so far. The new winter clothing.
Aelita: I'm driving this for you daddy.
Umm...okay.
At least the 3D animation has improved a bit as they go investigate the digital sea.
They go into the digital sea, and it's basically a metropolis underwater.
It does look magnificent and more detailed, than the usual four sectors they always visit.
As they head back, the submarine gets stuck and unable to move out of the digital sea.
Jeremy tries to debug the system to get our heroes out of there. Jeremy heads back to his dorm to get a CD to debug the system.
Jim: Jeremy! You knew about the holiday, a hand in the worth, is worth two in the-or whatever that saying goes.
lol
Teachers are on guard in the school.
Jeremy ends up having to scale the roof, to avoid the teachers.
Jeremy: What is this? Fort Knox?
Fort Knox is located in Kentucky, so thank you for the history lesson, Jeremy.
Jeremy gets to an opening to the roof, to the attic, to his dorm and grabs the CD.
Jeremy directs everyone back to Earth in good hands.
End episode.
Overall Rating - 4.5/10 - This episode was basically just a bunch of eye candy to stare and look out. The new 3D animation and what have you. It looked cool but, there was no progression to the story here at all, other than Jeremy getting some character development. It wasn't really all that bad, it was just a bit slow and not as action packed as I would've liked.
