I binge watch through the entire series of Code Lyoko. Aside from seeing 1-2 episodes, I'm going in completely blind to this series. It's a show, I would never see anyone say anything good or bad about at all. I'm confused to as to whether or not, it's an anime or a cartoon. Cartoon Network never even aired the finale back in 2007. A smorgasbord of a project. Let's do this.

89. Episode 80: Dog Day Afternoon

Episode 80 - Dog Day Afternoon

A usual, regular day of school. Almost too usual.

Ulrich greets Yumi at the track, to the point of totally embarrassing her.

Sissy tries making small talk with William at the track. It's the fake William, that pretty much has zero common sense.

Sissy: You just lost William!

Fake William: I'm not lost! I'm on the track.

Yumi wants Jeremy to reprogram the William clone and spew him up, making him smarter as a necessity.

Odd wants to bring his dog Kiwi to Lyoko...why?

Aelita, Odd and Ulrich head to Lyoko.

Yumi stays behind to settle out the drama with Sissy.

Odd manages to sneak in his dog to Lyoko. I'm sure this will bold well.

Aelita deactivates a tower in record fashion.

She and Odd head back to Earth and Odd's dog is missing.

The fake William and Yumi run off to the hideout, with Sissy tracing him and hot on the heels of the two.

The DNA of Kiwi, Odd's dog is trapped inside of him and he starts acting like a dog.

Ulrich, Aelita and Odd head back to Lyoko, to set this mishap right.

Ulrich and Aelita board a motorcycle and head to the tower to deactivate.

Ulrich: Relax, I won't run any red lights.

No comment.

Jeremy impersonates Sissy's dad on the phone, and she sighs in frustration, going home.

Aelita fights with William.

She needs to use her wings more. I'm sure some of you forgot she could fly at the start of Season 4.

Odd and Kiwi are back to normal.

Aelita deactivates the tower.

No Return To The Past Now. (totally baffling to me)

End episode.

Overall Rating - 6/10 - Hmm...nothing was really at the exciting or eventful. But it was fast paced. The dialogue was better than usual and despite the overlapping events in the episode, everything was told and concluded well, such as Sissy being run off due to Jeremy impersonating her father and Odd and Kiwi having their proper bodies back. A spot on 6 rating, verging right in between mediocre and decent.
