With old technology improved upon from the Roswell Incident allowing Humanity to travel and visit multiple universes, usually from media they created, the US Government has once again greenlit Project Immersion. Follow a raggedy ass Marine Fireteam who have to endure hardships unlike those the wars on Earth gave them and come into conflict with old enemies.

Project Immersion: Formed and funded in 1949, Project Immersion is an ongoing CIA Project where devices recovered from the Roswell Incident have been manipulated for 'Interdimensional Travel'. Any created franchise or fictional piece of media is assumed to be part of this 'Interdimension' as top scientists have called it. *See Attachment (Encounter-XX Files). While we have made limited contact with some of these characters and the worlds they live in, we overall do not intervene, instead watching from the shadows, it seems as soon as we leave, the time in the Interdimension freezes, and scientists are still looking into it.

What happens to the user when they enter the device is completely unknown as we still try to work it out with what little funds we have. Most contacts have been peaceful but 1 incident, *See Attachment (Encounter-37) on July 7th, 1971 saw one of the entry teams (Team-13) attacked by unknown assailants/entities, unfortunately, we had to shut them out, fortunately, the Vietnam War would make Team-13 a nice addition to the casualty count. This encounter would end the Entry Team task forces part of Project Immersion and shift towards 2 man expeditions.

The Project was put on pause on September 14th, 2022 to focus on more critical issues such as political heatings and the overall decline of the CIA with corrupt officials and their dealings coming to light later.

With the end of political problems in 2025 the Project was greenlit again specifically by President Nelson Brysons. Recently because of new funding, the directive to form new Entry Team taskforces has been greenlit. Now the Project has more candidates than ever, specifically recruiting from the United States Marine Corps for some unknown reason.

The First Test Run is set to take place on June 18th, 2026, with the reformation of Entry Team-13 to be sent in through the 'Interdimensional Rift' created at Area 51.
