Lucy was walking to school. Tabby was hosting a party at Fairway. Lucy considered going as Lola tripped Lucy.

"That's for ruining my dress this morning." Lola says.

Later, in class, Lucy was called to the principal's office for what happened to Garrett and got suspended. Lucy was stunned as she never got suspended in her life.

"I'll be calling your mother." Principal Ramirez says.

"Please, no, if she finds out I got suspended, she'll be mad. I can't lose Halloween, plus I didn't mean any harm." Lucy says.

"You attempted to kill him." Principal Ramirez says. "You should be lucky you're not expelled."

Lucy's heart was beating as she tried tuning her principal out. Charity arrives as Lucy froze. "Lucinda, I'd like to talk to you out in the hallway." Charity says.

Lucy nods, shaking.

"Why did you do what you did to Garrett?" Charity asked.

"I told you the truth. I wanted to heal his legs so he could walk. Then Luke would be happy." Lucy says, feeling guilty. Things had been going downhill for her.

"That wouldn't make Luke happy. Not a bit. He likes Garrett the way he is." Charity says.

"I'm sorry." Lucy sniffed.

A week later, after Lucy's suspension, she was back in school. She didn't lose Halloween, but she lost lots of other privileges.

She sat alone at lunch that day, watching Garrett and Colleen get their pre-birthday gifts from Luke.

Garrett opened his and gasped. "Hawaii tickets! Luke, this is amazing!" He says.

Colleen got a designer dress to wear to school. She smiled and thanked Luke.

Lucy frowned, looking down. Some kids wanted to sit with Luke.

After school, at the manor…

"Guys, I got my first ever A+!" Lana says.

"How?" Lola asked.

"I studied my butt off." Lana says. Lucy sighed.

"Tonight is Tabby's party, but I can't go." Lucy says.

"Because you're still grounded." Charity says.

Lucy looked down and heads to her room.

Later, Tabby came in a nice dress. "Lucy, I'm ready." Tabby says.

"I can't go." Lucy says. "I'm grounded."

"Shoot." Tabby says.

Lincoln and Clyde arrived at the Fairway party.

"This is a big party." Lincoln says.

"Why isn't Luke at this party?" Clyde asked.

"He didn't get his ticket." Lincoln says

"Why?" Clyde asked. "There must have been a reason…he's been talking about going to this school…"

"Because Lucy prevented him from getting his ticket to this party." Lincoln says. "She's interfering in his life again."

With Luke, he was very angry.

"IT'S NOT FAIR!" Luke shouted. "IT'S JUST NOT FAIR!"

Luna sees Luke shouting and sobbing.

"What's wrong?" Luna asked.

"Everyone is going to the Fairway party but me…" Luke says.

"I'm a close friend of Tabby. Come on, get dressed." Luna says and got him a tuxedo.

Luke sighed and got dressed.

They soon arrived.

"I was the first to suggest Garrett should get treatment, but I respected his decision." Lola says as Lana was swimming in a hot tub.

"Glad you could make it!" Tabby says to Luke "Now the real party can crank up to 11!" she says.

"I didn't get an invite…" Luke sniffed.

"I told Lucy to give it to you. This party was for three reasons. One, Lucy and I had a new song. Two, for you two to get together again, and three, Lucy to get over her heart disease by facing you." Tabby says.

The party began as they played music and the kids played golf. Lana sweats, feeling guilty.

"Lola, we gotta tell Lucy the truth." Lana says.

"No, she'll kill us!" Lola says as they head outside privately.

"Is anyone around?" Lola asked as Lana looked around.

"Nope." Lana says.

"Maybe healing Garrett was a bad idea. Not to mention we stole from Lucy." Lola says. Haiku was eavesdropping, using an invisibility spell.

"I smell something." Lana says as Lola leaped and kicked Haiku and used a crystal fist, knocking her out.

"Let's go find Lucy before it's too late." Lola says.

Meanwhile, Tabby looked down. She couldn't sing alone and decided to cancel.

"Sorry, guys, I can't sing, not without Lucy. So, yeah." Tabby says as she walks down, head low.

Luna took Luke on stage. "Let's sing together." Luna says as she and Luke worked on a song. Garrett was at the party. But he didn't look very happy.

They sang a few songs to cheer Garrett up. But he felt like they never knew about tomorrow, even if Luke did get him his most wanted gift.

Luna and Luke sang a song for his birthday. Garrett sniffs.

Meanwhile, Lola and Lana noticed Charity carrying a heavy breathing Lucy to the limo.

"Shoot…" Lola says.

"What happened?" Lana asked.

"I don't know. Lucy acted weird. She uttered your names and had a big heart attack." Charity says.

"She's lucky to be alive." Lisa says.

"No thanks to us…" Lana says.

"I'm the one who got the idea of healing Garrett's legs from that girl at school, but I couldn't do it, so I had to do something else." Lola says.

"And we wanted to go to the party, so we left Lucy alone and raised her spell book" Lana says as Lucy's condition was getting worse.

"Why her spell book? What did you do?" Lynn asked.

"They must have been the ones who took the tickets." Lisa says.

"We're really sorry…" the twins said.

"You ruined Luke's chances of going here now. I hope you two are proud of yourselves." Luan says.

"Nah, there was never a doubt that Luke was entering the party. He never needed an invite." Tabby says. She noticed Lucy.

"Lucy?" Tabby asked.

"We broke her heart." Lana sniffed.

Luke saw Garrett leave the party.

"You wanna go home?" Luna asked Luke.

"Garrett thinks we forgot about tomorrow already. I gave him the gift he wanted, yet he's still upset." Luke says.

"Let's go after him." Luna says.

At the hospital, Lynn volunteered to donate blood for Lucy. It took 3 pints of blood.

Lynn was woozy as Luan caught her. "Lucy, are you okay?" Luan asked.

"Honestly, I just don't know. My main goal in life is over. I really don't know why you saved me." Lucy says to Charity.

"There's more to life than Luke." Lisa says.

"Tabby needs you." Luan says. "She loves you."

Lucy sobbed as soon as she saw Tabby.

"Hey, it's okay. The party got canceled. It didn't work out." Tabby says. She glared at Lola and Lana.

"Look, Lucy's young. She can't handle stress and what do you two do? You just had to frame Lucy, get her suspended, and steal her ticket I gave her as a test! Yes, the tickets were fake, but I specifically wanted Luke and Lucy to make up, but now Luke hates her. Because of you two stealing the tickets, she nearly died and the only reason she mind controlled the town was because you guys planned other things and tore her poem book and her planning sheets. You are all selfish! I'm packing Lucy's things and she's living with me." Tabby says.

Before the twins can react, Charity is marching them out of the hospital and onto a bus to a boarding school in Maine.

"Good riddance." Lynn says.

With Luke, he found Garrett crying at the ice cream shop with a birthday sundae sitting before him. Luke listened to Garrett sing a pre-birthday song to himself.

"Garrett, I'm not going to forget." Luke says.

"Everyone else will! They'll choose who is more important. Me or Colleen." Garrett says.

"You're both important." Luke says.

"I guess we'll see tomorrow." Garrett says.

Tabby was packing Lucy's things.

"Look, the twins are gone. You don't need to take Lucy. Lincoln can look after her." Charity says to Tabby.

"Are you sure?" Tabby asked.

"Positive. Their bond is very strong. Take it from someone who witnessed it firsthand." Charity says.

"Okay. But call me if things get out of hand." Tabby says.

"Don't worry. I will." Charity says. "You can count on that."

And with that, Tabby leaves.

The next day, Colleen wakes up and saw Brandy and Randy racing off.

"A birthday adventure, sweet! Hey, guys, wait for me!" Colleen says.

At Garrett's house, Garrett woke up to see that Leni had left his birthday outfit out. Forest helps him get dressed.

Garrett then cries as he knew he wouldn't be important today. Forest pushes him in his wheelchair to the table for breakfast.

"Happy birthday, Garrett!" Everyone says as there were decorations everywhere.

"For me?" Garrett asked.

"Yeah!" Luna says.

"Thank you!" Garrett says and begins to eat his breakfast, smiling.

Angry Luigi arrived in greendale and skidded to a stop as he held Collen

"Bill…" Angry Luigi says and walks around and finds Bill's lab.

"Wait, you have your own group of friends?" Collen asked

"Yeah, but we don't talk much anymore. I need Bill to get us somewhere." Angry Luigi says as he thinks of an idea and ended Bill's Lab

"Hey, Bill!" Angry Luigi says as lasers nearly hit Angry Luigi and Colleen, who dodged and rushed off.

Later, Bill and Jason were listening to Angry Luigi explain about Mr. and Mrs. Clusterfield.

"Oh, dang, they sound bad. I'll use my expert hacking skills." Bill says and hacked into their plans.

"They're planning on going to space. We gotta get there." Bill says.

"That's all we needed to know." Alem tuber says.

*Unfortunately, you all are coming with us. We can't allow you to mess up." Jitro says.

"I don't know who you are, but Angry Luigi is the greatest hero ever." Colleen says.

"Nah, it's me." Alem tuber says.

Leni took Garrett out to get him what he wanted. Garrett felt a little let down.

"What's wrong?" Leni asked.

"I just…want a better birthday. A lot of my past ones were spent alone. Especially when my dad just ended up going to work on a lot of them. Most of them went uncelebrated, but I always got a gift or two, and they were often things I needed, wanted, or both." Garrett says. "I just want a birthday that I can celebrate."

"You have Luke and us." Leni says.

Later, they eat at Garrett's favorite restaurant and see Garrett's favorite actor, River McClaine.

Meanwhile, Angry Luigi, Jason, and Alem tuber had tied up Jitro and his squad.

"Now that was an epic battle!" Colleen says.

"Yeah, now let's stop Mr. and Mrs. Clusterfield." Jason says, punching his fists.

They arrive at the base as Colleen wonders if Luke remembered her birthday.

Garrett then wheeled himself out of the restaurant. He found his own way home.

The others finished setting up for his birthday. Garrett was crying as they knew they would just celebrate Colleen. He understood completely as he wheeled himself away.

Luke goes to look for him. Garrett just went off to his physical therapy with his dad, holding back tears.

"He thinks we forgot." Leni says.

Meanwhile, Mrs. Clusterfield stretched her arm, grabbing Colleen as the group gasped. Colleen kicked her legs, trying to get free.

"Ah, a hostage, good thinking!" Mr. Clusterfield says as Mrs. Clusterfield smiled.

Collen bit her arm and Alem tuber flew in as fast as he could. "Here." Alem tuber says punching him across the face this sent him into a wall as dust flew out

Colleen dodged Mrs. Clusterfield's attacks as Savannah ran up the stairs to help out.

Alem tuber grabbed Mr. Clusterfield's arms and rushed over. Angry Luigi sped over to Mrs. Clusterfield. The brothers tied the evil couple's arms into a knot and shook hands.

"Oh, Brandy, honey!" Chrissy's voice says as Chrissy was there with some robot ninjas

"This time you're not getting out of marrying me!" Chrissy says. Angry Luigi rushed off.

"Hey, Brandy's mine." Colleen says

"Oh, yeah?" Chrissy growled cracking her knuckles

"Girl drama, not my problem." Alem tuber says as everyone but Savannah leaves.

After his physical therapy session, Garrett was taken to a surprise place, blindfold on.

"Are you ready for your surprise?" Forest asked.

Garrett sighed. "I guess so." He says, trying not to cry.

He lifted the blindfold as they were at a basketball game, knowing how much Garret likes basketball.

"Surprise! Happy 14th birthday, Garrett!" Luke and his friends said as Leni and Luna stood by him.

"Y-You…you guys…" Garrett was very surprised and didn't know what else to say.

Luke looked down. "You don't appreciate the party Leni and I planned." Luke says. Yes, Leni actually can plan a party since she's one of the few who actually pays attention to what people like.

"I do appreciate it, really!" Garrett says. "I had no idea you guys cared this much! This is the greatest birthday surprise that anyone has ever given me! Thank you, thank you!"

Luke smiled and hugged his friend. "You're welcome." He says.

They got to watch the game as Angry Luigi was there. "Happy birthday, Garrett, sorry I'm late. My brother tends to go on insane adventures and I have to be the sane one keeping him alive." Angry Luigi says.

Garrett smiled. "No worries." He says.

They eat hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, and churro bites, which Garrett loves. They even drink soda.

With Colleen, she looked hurt and alone. She and Chrissy got in a fight and Colleen had no one.

Colleen came to the game.

"Hey, happy birthday, Garrett!" Colleen says.

"Thanks. I should say the same to you." Garrett says.

At half time, the cheerleaders sang "Happy Birthday" to Garrett, who blushed and smiled.

After the game, the party truly began. Garrett smiled at the basketball theme. Colleen feels out of place as Garrett starts opening some of his presents.

He opens Luke's first, revealing a Hawaiian shirt and swim trunks.

"Amazing!" Garrett says.

"You know how you wanted your birthday in Hawaii? Well, we're up, over, and gone!" Angry Luigi says holding a Super Leaf.

Garrett gasped in shock. Raccoon Angry Luigi flew him over. Garrett smiled.

There was already a party for Garrett there.

Meanwhile, Lucy was recovering. Her heart was beating normally as she also needed new glasses.

She was going to be heading home. After some therapy, she realized she tossed her bone with Lincoln for Luke. She wanted to spend more time with Lincoln.

She decided that he did a lot for her and his birthday was on the 27th, so she decided she'd celebrate him.

Luke flew around.

"Where is this party?" Garrett asked.

"Everywhere." Angry Luigi says. Garrett was confused.

Luke took Garrett around all of Hawaii.

"How is my party everywhere?" Garrett asked. There were decorations for Garrett everywhere. They first play some games. Garrett still didn't understand.

"It's a tour around Hawaii. Then again, no one understands me." Angry Luigi says.

"Oh, a tour? That's nice." Garrett says.

The tour began as Garrett finally understood what was going on. They saw exotic places as Garrett was smiling.

Later, Garrett opens his dad's gift, which was a basketball goal. Garrett smiled at this.

Colleen opens her gifts. Most of her gifts were perfume, jewelry, dresses, and a small crystal sculpture of her from Brandy. Luke got Colleen a Sheryl Stallings cheerleading DVD set as she is on the squad this year.

Colleen smiled.

"I still can't believe Lola and Lana would frame Lucy and get her suspended and steal her ticket to Fairway." Lincoln said.

"Yeah, Rocky was mad." Rusty says.

Lincoln and his pals noticed Lucy and Tabby coming out of their first date. Tabby hugged Lucy and waved goodbye.

"Lucy, what happened?" Lincoln asked.

"We didn't want to ruin our relationship. The date wasn't how we wanted it, so we decided to be friends." Lucy says, then noticed Rocky and blushed.

"Oooooo…" Stella teased as Rocky and Lucy blush.

Later, they played volleyball, then sat down to eat some authentic Hawaiian dishes and desserts, along with a three-tiered cake for Garrett and Colleen's birthday.

Garrett drank lemonade out of a coconut and smiled at the sight. Luke just looked down.

"What's wrong?" Garrett asked. He puts a hand on Luke's shoulder.

"For once, your birthday party is better than mine will ever be." Luke says.

"Yeah, because we all know siblings are always ruining people's birthdays." Stephen says, remembering his own birthday.

"No, Luke, your birthday will be better than mine. I put a restraining order on most of your siblings so they can't ruin it this year." Garrett says.

"Yeah, we'll spoil you rotten." Colleen says.

"Then we can execute your siblings." Remy says.

Luke thinks about which ones he should execute as he eats.
