The next chapter is posted! Enjoy :)

Julie tried talking with the others trying to figure out more of what was going on.

But she along with the woman whom she learned was named Mya and the man who was called Jake were coming up short on answers. A couple other people who weren't too terrified to talk also chimed in.

And one of them had a suggestion that sounded rather ludicrous at best.

"I'm telling you, the ones that took us, aren't human. I have every reason to believe we were all abducted." Another young man stated.

"Except aliens don't exist. That's all movie sci-fi shit." Jake replied.

Mya's dark eyes shifted to Julie.

"Julie, you said the one that shot that tranquilizer looking thing into you, he had on some odd articles of clothing right?" She inquired the shorter woman.

The former Marine nodded, "Yes, Ma'am. But what I also couldn't get over was his freaky looking skin. It may have been dark, but we were practically under a streetlamp when he came over to my prone form.

And his skin was a strange yellowish color. It also looked like he had some...dark spotting in several areas as well. I mean, if it's a cosplay, it's a pretty damn good one.

My vision may have been going as I was passing out, but the way the light reflected off of his get up, that wasn't fake. I can usually tell the difference between actual real metal and something fake."

But Jake still refused to budge and shook his head. As a police officer, he like most didn't have the mentality for such nonsense. He didn't have patience for made up stories. Including ones that involve something as silly and farfetched as aliens.

"It was just outfit. A very well made up one. And don't forget, the lighting from streetlamps sometimes tend to give off a yellow hue. Sometimes it can make one's skin look like it has a yellowish tinge to it. Or it could be they spray painted their skin.

Either way, there are a ton of explanations on who it was, and we just need to figure out a way to get answers from them. I can only that this doesn't involve terrorist activity and we are the bait, leverage, or insurance." He surmised.

The other young man that mentioned aliens, snorted.

"And what? They just drugged certain people at random and took them? Look around, I'm betting everyone here was chosen at random at different times. If it were terrorist, why not hold hostage a group of people that were already together in a specific place? Like an office building? You may call my explanation bullshit. But in a way, yours is not too far off either." He retorted.

"Look, the thing is, there is a chance no one here could think of any good solid answers to these questions. And the only ones who can provide them are the one or ones that took us to begin with.

And as much as I hate saying this, all we can probably do right now, is wait. Someone is bound to come through that door sooner or later. And when they do, they will tell us what we need to know.

Plus, there is what? Around thirty to forty people crammed in here? There may be a chance we could overwhelm whoever comes through that door. Even a small group will have a difficult time taking on such a large group of people." Julie says, cutting in.

"But what if they come in with weapons? No one will want to rush someone knowing they are toting guns and tons of ammo." Mya implied.

Julie went to open her mouth to reply. When the sparsely lit room took on a reddish hue and there was this distinct hissing sound coming from above them.

She, along with many others rapidly looked around for the source and saw what looked like some strange gas being pumped into the room. And that is when chaos erupted.

People really started panicking and screaming. Some were starting to shove into each other as they tried to move. But with very limited space within the room, there wasn't really anywhere anyone could go.

Even Julie felt someone barrel into her and shove her up against a couple other people.

This wasn't good. At this rate, with all the panic, someone was possible bound to get trampled. And the panic continued to grow worse as the gas started dropping closer to everyone.

By the time it reached them, Julie did try to cover her nose and mouth with her loose fitted tank top. And she tried to instruct others around her to do the same.

Though it was hard for anyone else to hear her over all the ruckus. But at least Mya, Jake, and a few others had the same idea and tried to cover their faces as well.

Something as easy as keeping your face covered though, started to get a little more challenging when people were still somewhat slamming into you though.

But she soon noticed, people started dropping to the floor around her.

It was happening rather quickly too. Left and right, people were dropping like flies. Even the ones who had their faces covered with their shirts or hoodies were starting to sway on their feet.

This included Mya, Jake, and the others.

And soon, even Julie was starting to feel lightheaded, despite the fact she was doing her best to keep her mouth and nose covered. Even when she tried to hold her breath or take micro breaths, it was still getting to her.

She fought off the effects for as long as she could, ending up being one of the last few standing.

Before she too finally gave in and collapsed to the floor in a heap amidst a couple other bodies. Her vision began to darken once more and her limbs felt like lead weights.

The last thing Julie thought she saw before passing out completely, was the door at the front of the room opening and seeing a couple odd looking individuals coming in.

One of them, set their strangely masked gaze on her too. They cocked their head to the side briefly as they observed her. Probably a little surprised she was taking as long as she did to pass out from the gas.

Julie's bright blue eyes never left the strange individual's masked face. They stay glued on them until her eyes finally closed and she succumbed to the darkness again.

The young woman awoken with a slight jerk and a small gasp.

She felt groggy as hell as her eyes lazily looked around. But she couldn't see much, again due to the poor lighting. All she could make out, was that it was very quiet.

And as her vision cleared up a little more, it looked like she was in fact alone this time.

With a grunt, Julie slowly, but surely made it to her hands and knees. That is when she heard a sharp clinking sound and felt something clod and metallic around her wrists.

She furrowed her dark brows, and through her dark curtain of hair, she made out some strange metallic bands connected to a strange looking chain.

Her light eyes followed the chain until it ended through a hole in the metal wall. She also noted something else felt off and looked down at herself.

The young woman's eyes widened when she noted she was no longer wearing her clothes anymore. Instead, she was in some other strange looking get up. And she can't say she was all that happy with her new wardrobe choice either.

She was wearing this strange material that wrapped around her chest, acting like a tub top of sorts. It had a blue, silvery metallic color to it. And she was wearing a strange skirt that opened at the sides of her hips, in the same color from what she could see.

Lastly, she noticed she was wearing these strange leather-like sandals on her feet too.

Eventually, she did stumble to her feet. She used the wall for support. Whatever they used to knock her and the others out, it was very strong. It felt like it may be still working its way out of her system. Hence the sluggishness.

Julie continued to look around the room. From what she could see of it, the area was quite small. The walls, the floor, and ceiling all appeared to be made up of metal. It kind of felt like she was being kept in a metal box.

Her mind started going back to the others. Were they currently in the same predicament as her? In new clothing and confined to what looked like a small holding cell like herself?

Most of all, were they ok?

She didn't have long to think about it, when a door hissed open at the front of the cell. And three very large looking beings entered the cell with her. The young woman froze, and her eyes widened when they drew closer, and she got a better look at them.

Whoever they were, they were all decked out head to toe in that strange armor and those even weirder masks. It also looked like at least a couple of them had what appeared to be some weapons attached to their armor and the belts around their hips.

Each one of them were incredibly built and tall. And by the physique, they all appeared to be males.

The only differences between all three of them were they had slightly different body builds to them and different coloring in their complexion. The one closest to her, had yellowish skin with black spotting scattered about his skin.

And it's like she was hit with a sense of familiarity.

Julie clenched her fists and narrowed her eyes at him.

"You! You're the one that drugged me! Just who in the hell are you people!? And why did you bring me and those other people here!?" She snapped, demanding answers.

Sure, they all towered over her petite form, and intimidated her with all those weapons and armor they were wearing. But that didn't mean she was going to hide out in a corner like a whipped dog, shaking like a leaf.

She wanted answers and she sure as hell was going to get them from these assholes.

The one in front of her let out a series of clicks. Before his gaze slid over to another who was standing close to him. This one had light brownish skin with large random black spots and blotches littering his body beneath his armor.

He took a step forward then and stopped in front of her to her left.

"You brought here as a servant. Same for others." He said, in a deep gravelly voice in broken English.

Julie felt her temper rising upon hearing that.

"Fuck you! I'm no one's pet and never will be! I'm an intelligent being with rights, you sorry sack of shit! And I demand you let me and the others go!" She practically yelled.

"In no position to negotiate. You chosen. And this is position now." He replied.

The young woman snarled and went to lunge at him.

The yellow one saw this and advanced on her with a growl. He reached out for her, but Julie ducked and slammed her foot into his instep. Then she pulled her leg back and slammed a front kick into his stomach.

He grunted in both surprise and a small amount of pain. But quickly regained his composure, and in anger he raised his arm to the side and was about to back hand her.

Julie tensed up and waited for it, when a reddish arm with a yellow tinge to the skin, and black stripes shot out and gripped his bicep with a warning growl.

The yellow one paused and glanced at the third one who grabbed ahold of his arm. To her, it looked like they were sizing each other up. Until the yellow one appeared to back down and look away as a sign of submission.

Her gaze flickered to the one that stopped the one who was about to hurt her.

This one seemed a little different than the other two. He was an inch taller than the brown one and at least two inches taller than the yellow one. And unlike his two friends, his armor seemed to be a darker shade of metal, with a mask that was more angular in appearance.

She felt a sense of familiarity with this one too. And remembered that this was the last one she saw staring at her in the cell with the other people. She recalls he watched her until she finally gave out due to the gas.

And while the yellow one had a rather stocky and bulky build, and the brown one had a lean build, this reddish one was kind of in between. Not nearly as bulky as the yellow one but not as lean as the brown one.

He had an interesting color pattern to him as well. Reddish skin with a yellow tint to it and black tiger striping lined his sides and flanks, surrounding a cream-colored torso.

As she was studying him, he too was observing him. For some reason, she had his interest from the start. And she was clearly strong and a fighter. Something he couldn't help but like about the small ooman female.

His masked gaze shifted from her to the other two with him.

"I want this one. She will not be auctioned off with the others." He said, in their native tongue.

The other two just looked at him.

"I don't see why you would. It's quite clear this one will give you or any other that takes her a hard time. She needs to be put in her place. Hence why I don't understand why you stopped me from reprimanding her." The yellow one barked.

"She will learn. I'm not concerned about that. Either way, she will not be going into holding with the others. As I said earlier, I'll take her." The red one told him.

It's not like the other two could stop him from doing so. He was the more experienced one out of the three of them, an Elite Warrior. And just like any of them, he had his pick of any of these oomans they brought in.

Their clan was experiencing a shortage of working slaves to help maintain their properties and dwellings. So, they went to the backwater planet to obtain some more.

Each one of these oomans were in top physical working condition and cut out for any manual labor or other jobs they may have for them.

"Alright, if this is what you want, then that's fine. It's your choice. We all have our pick, just like the other yautja back home that are looking to buy the servants." The brown chimed in.

The red gave a slight bow of his head. Before his gaze drifted back to the small ooman female that stood before them.

Her heart must've been pounding a mile a minute as her bright gaze flickered between the three of them. Then she tensed up when the red one started to approach her.

Kata'nu watched in amusement as she got down into what appeared to be some sort of fighting stance. Yet, at the same time he appreciated her determination and bravery.

Hardly any oomans or other alien beings they took for servants, would stand up to them like this. Most would cower in fear or become hysterical. But not this female.

"You want out, little female?" He inquired.

She paused and was surprised to hear rather fluent English spout from his mouth. It sounded even clearer and more put together than the yellow one's broken English.

"I want you to send me and the other people back home, is what I want." Julie snapped.

"I'll take you home then." He replied.

Though, he didn't tell her the 'home' he planned on bringing her was to his home back on Yautja Prime.

Julie stood there for several moments leveling him up with her gaze. Her eyes narrowed once they reached his masked face again.

"I don't believe you." She quipped.

Amusement was still ever present in his eyes behind his mask.

'Well, at least she clearly isn't a dumb one. If anything, I'm betting she is the opposite. I'll probably have to watch myself around her for the first few weeks when I get her back.' He thought to himself.

"So, you're saying you rather stay here then?" He inquired.

Though if he was teasing her, Julie probably had yet to realize it.

She clenched her fists and glared at him.

"No, personally I find it to be too cramped for my liking. This looks like a place you and your friends would come to for some privacy to blow each other. " Julie snidely replied.

While the other hunters glared daggers at her and most likely wanted to rip her head off, Kata'nu couldn't help but find her retort highly amusing. He showed it by letting out a small trill of laughter.

'Oh yes, she is just the spitfire I need.' He thought.

"Not exactly. But you're close. A few came in here not long ago and had an orgy in here. I actually wanted to say something earlier, but you are standing in one of the remnants of their last bout of mating." The red yautja stated.

Julie was quite taken aback by his remark.

And for some reason she couldn't keep her eyes from dropping to the floor where her feet were.

Kata'nu smirked.

"Gotcha!" He said, in native tongue rather quickly.

Then quickly before she had a chance to strike or attack him while she was still looking at the floor looking for something that was in fact not there, he reached down and scooped her off of the floor.

She yelped in surprise at being manhandled as he threw her over his right shoulder.

He then deactivated the chain links from the hole in the wall and proceeded to head to the exit with her. His friends stood there temporarily stunned at the bold and risqué statement their friend made. Even if it was meant to distract the small, fiery female, they still can't believe he said it.

Despite the fact they knew Kata'nu was one for jokes.

They never understood how a fierce and gifted Elite warrior like him, could have such a playful and somewhat comedic personality. But by now, they were quite used to it.

And they followed him out of the cell.

The ooman female was banging her fists on his back, fighting like hell, and cursing up a storm the whole time he carried her down the hall.

It certainly garnered looks from some of the other yautja onboard the large drop ship as they passed them in the hall. Many of them looked on thinking that this female was pauking hulij-bpe as their comrade continued carrying her seemingly unfazed by the little hellion's behavior and curses directed towards him.

The brown one had to muffle his laughter when she yelled out something insulting about Kata'nu's mother. And something about him being dropped on his head one too many times and that is why he had to wear a mask; to cover his misshaped head and face.

While the yellow one just turned to the brown one and spoke.

"Why do I feel like they are going to end up killing each other?" The yellow asks.

"I'm almost counting on it. That female should at least be thankful that Kata'nu is very patient and not too quick to anger. And it should be interesting to see how this all pan's out." He ended with some laughter in his voice.

Yes, the two Blooded warriors do believe their friend certainly had his work cut out for him.

Until Next Time ;)
