Chapter 10
(Is there anything that went on in the home that would of made Sam want to leave?) The other officer asked.
Donna thought over her last moments with her daughter.
(I don't want to move!) Sam exclaimed.
(I have more money now then I've ever had. Thanks to someone.)
(This is our chance at a fresh start.) Donna explained.
Sam glared at her. (Moving around all the time. Never going to school. Being left alone for days to weeks at a time. Waking up to random men on the couch in the kitchen.)
(It's exactly the same! I want more than that.)
(I want a real life. A family. Someone who loves me!) Sam exclaimed. With more emotion than she expected.
Donna laughed. And rolled her eyes. (You think I wanted this? Especially being stuck with you.)
(But I made the best out of it. Now when I get back. I expect you to be packed and ready to leave.) Donna instructed.
Donna sighed deeply. Looking back at the officers.
(Nothing I can think of.) She replied.
Once they were gone. She finished packing her things.
Got her passport out and left the hotel room.
This was the opportunity of a lifetime. Donna drove to the airport.
Picked a location she had read about. And decided to start over alone.

Brooke had been avoiding Nathan since the kiss. It just made things weird and uncomfortable now. Given the years of friendship. Rachel and the fact that some things need to be left untouched.
But when Nathan found her at one of her favorite places in town.
She stayed instead of running off.
(I should of never kissed you. It was a mistake. I regret that.)
(And I'm sorry if I changed things between us.)
(Our friendship matters more to me than anything. It's one of the few important relationships in my life.)
(Can we just forget it happened? ) Nathan asked.
Brooke thought it over. (Yes we can. I miss my friend. But something has to give Nathan. The way you act and treat people is a problem.) Brooke proclaimed.
(I know. I want to change. But I don't know how. And if Rachel will even forgive me.)
(I'm lost without her.) Nathan confessed.
(Talk to her honesty. From the heart. The two of you have gone through alot. Love doesn't fade overnight.) Brooke encouraged.

Haley couldn't believe her eyes. Her oldest sister.
Taylor James had returned to Tree Hill.
She looked exactly the same. Was she out of money?
Needed a place to stay? Haley thought to herself.
(I want to see my son. I need you're help.) Taylor said.
Haley 's eyes went wide. Her mind spinning.
(How am I supposed to help you with this?) Haley asked.
(Lucas is the father. The little boy's name is Sebastian.) Taylor explained.
