Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, Zap, Mud, Aurora, Wave, and Tree were outside, in front of the exit to the Sparkle Cave Depth.
Then Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap walked eight steps forward.
"So, Mud, Aurora, Wave, and Tree, what is the dangerous place?" Spyro asked.
"Come closer and you will see." Mud, Aurora, Wave, and Tree said.
Then Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap walked eight steps forward and saw a temple.
"What is this place?" Spyro asked.
"This place is called the Obelisk Temple, a place filled with pillars, shafts, and obelisks. And pillars, shafts, and obelisks can give any creature conditions like mind reading or immunity to poison, which Ronald, Cynder, and Whirlwind don't need as they already have immunity to poison but some can cause a bad status condition which one of them is sucking up your powers and the only way to get them back is to destroy the pillars, shafts, and/or obelisks." Mud, Aurora, Wave, and Tree explained.
"I see but what is another bad status condition?" Spyro asked.
"Those pillars, shafts, and obelisks can disable the effect of innocence that innocent-hearted creatures have in their hearts and it can also disable the effects of gentleness that gentle-hearted creatures have in their hearts and it can also disables the effects of kindness that kind-hearted creatures have in their hearts but it won't work on kind-hearted creatures and gentle-hearted creatures who are in a romantic relationship with each other which means it won't work on us because we're boyfriend and girlfriend." Ronald and Cynder explained.
"I see." Spyro said.
"And there are even more bad status conditions as well like burning, a fire that inflicts damage on every turn, drowning, a water that inflicts damage on every turn, leeching, a grass that inflicts damage on every turn, searing, smearing, an undead that inflicts damage on every turn, branding, a wind that inflicts damage on every turn, singeging, a ground that inflicts damage on every turn, shocking, an electric that inflicts damage on every turn, frosting, an ice that inflicts damage on every turn, and hex, something that inflicts damage on every turn with a magical needle." Ronald and Cynder explained even more.
"I see." Spyro said.
"Well, why did you come here?" Mud, Aurora, Wave, and Tree asked.
"I came here to learn about pillars, shafts, obelisks, and magic and so did Whirlwind while Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap came here to learn more about them but we also came here for something else too." Spyro said.
"What is that something else?" Mud, Aurora, Wave, and Tree asked.
"Well, Kemp and Lily told us that the outlaw was spotted in the Sparkle Cave and there was a rumor that there was a spool here that led to the Gravity Gears and asked us to check if the rumor is true or false and to get the spool if the rumor is true since they went to the Incredible Hideout where Wavern, Telrum, Whiteout, and Blackin are since they are going to help Ala find the locations about where the Kingpin is." Ronald and Cynder said.
"I see. Well, the outlaw has been spotted here in the Sparkle Cave and in the Obelisk Temple and he's looking for something and that rumor is true because we saw broken boxes and parcels that were caused by the outlaw since he was looking for something in the Sparkle Cave but the moment we got here, the outlaw was nowhere to be seen. He must have already left." Mud, Aurora, Wave, and Tree said.
"We see." Ronald and Cynder said.
"Anyway, you two, Ronald and Cynder, and the rest of your team can enter the Obelisk Temple to find the spool." Mud, Aurora, Wave, and Tree said.
"Got it." Ronald and Cynder said.
Then Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap walked and entered the Obelisk Temple.
