After having regained his tail, Kakarot felt stronger than ever before. Whis had told him about the Saiyans and what happens when they look at a full moon. Of course, that power was dangerous if he lost control of it, so he avoided looking at his planet's moons on the days there were full.
As Kakarot went to eat the meal Whis had prepared for lunch, he noticed the Oracle Fish saying, "Lord Kakarot, I have something I need to tell you! It's extremely important! Not only to the fate of Universe 7, but maybe even the entire multiverse!"
Kakarot sat down by the Oracle Fish and asked, "You have my full attention."
"I've had a vision, in five years from now, you will face a great threat, the Evil Saiyan!"
Kakarot looked confused and asked, "How is that possible? Broly and I are the last remaining Saiyans, and when we die, our people will be extinct because of Frieza's mass genocide of our home planet."
The Oracle Fish told her owner, "I'm not sure myself, but this Evil Saiyan, just remembering the vision makes my scales shiver. You're well aware of how destructive Saiyans can be, but this Saiyan is beyond that. But there was one other thing about the vision. You will achieve a new form. I'm not quite sure what this form is, or how to achieve it, but I saw you fighting the Evil Saiyan in a new form."
Kakarot sighed, but smiled lightly, "Thank you my friend. I'll be ready when this so called Evil Saiyan comes, and I will stop her."
The Oracle Fish stuttered, "I-I didn't say the Evil Saiyan was a girl! How did you know!?"
"It was a 50/50 guess, and I guessed right. But for now, let's eat some lunch." before sitting down and eating his lunch and giving the Oracle Fish her meal as well.
As they finished their lunch, Kakarot headed outside and told Whis, "Whis, I need to go talk to Zuno. A great threat lurks, the Oracle Fish has foreseen the battle, we have five short years to train, but I must know more of the threat if I am to prevail."
Whis nodded, "Yes my lord, Cooler is currently in contact with his nephew Kuriza to determine if he is a threat or not. I can train Broly, after all, you did pick up that Instant Transmission technique when you were training for King Kold's betrayal."
"That'll do Whis, but don't push him too far." before placing his fingers to his head and focusing on a specific energy signature, before disappearing. When he reappeared, he was at Zuno's palace and walked in.
When Zuno saw him, he gulped, clearly fearing the God of Destruction in front of him. He asked, "Lord Kakarot, what a surprise. How may I be of assistance?"
Kakarot asked, "What do you know of the Evil Saiyan?"
Zuno started speaking, "The Evil Saiyan is a female Saiyan known Peppa. She is the descendant of the ancient Saiyans from before the Saiyan-Tuffle War. She possesses incredible power, namely her Evil Ki, which corrupts anyone it touches and causes them to go berserk. Even Gods can succumb to the effects of Peppa's Evil Ki. However, it is possible to master Evil Ki and turn it into your own power. As an Evil Saiyan, Peppa has an intense hatred for any Super Saiyan God, as her ancestors suffered major casualties from an epic battle with the first Super Saiyan God."
Kakarot smiled and bowed in respect, "Thank you Zuno, you've been of great aid, and you may have just saved billions of lives." before using Instant Transmission to go see the Supreme Kais.
When he arrived, Grand Supreme Kai noticed him and asked, "Lord Kakarot, it's good to see you again. Is something the matter?" when Kakarot shared the Oracle Fish's vision with him, along with the information given to him by Zeno, he showed a look of concern, "That certainly is a problem, such a powerful being could wipe out dozens of planets. We cannot allow this Peppa to have the chance, we need to break the prophecy."
"Absolutely not!" Kakarot snapped. "I will not try to change the future; it is not our duty to oversee the flow of time. Your duty is to create life and fill Universe 7 with mortals. My duty is to destroy any and all threats to the safety of the mortals of Universe 7. We do not interfere with the proper flow of time, even if it is for the good of many, altering time can have horrible consequences."
The Grand Supreme Kai was slightly frightened when Kakarot snapped at him, but kept his composure and said, "I understand your concern Lord Kakarot, but-" before getting a glare from Kakarot, stopping him in his tracks, sighed, "Very well Lord Kakarot, I'll drop trying to change the future. However, there is something you should know. There is yet another Supreme Kai in Universe 7, you must travel to Conton City in order to find her. Her name is the Supreme Kai of Time, and she is the keeper of the Time Nest and caretaker to the Divine Bird Tokitoki. Many fighters from all over time and space gather there to become the Temporal Guardians."
"And you're telling me this why? You just said you would not discuss changing the future, yet you send me to talk to the God who rules over time? Forgive me for being suspicious, but it feels that you're not letting it go."
"That's not what I meant Lord Kakarot. There are many fighters from alternate timelines in Conton City, some who are dead in our own timelines. Time is like a river, it does not flow a single path."
Kakarot thought for a moment and said, "Thank you Grand Supreme Kai, I will take a look at this Conton City, perhaps I can learn some new techniques while training with these so-called Temporal Guardians." before using Instant Transmission to return to his own planet.
And so, Lord Kakarot has been warned by the Oracle Fish of a great and dangerous fighter called the Evil Saiyan. After talking to Zuno and alerting the Grand Supreme Kai to the situation, Kakarot now learns of a place where he can fight and train with the greatest fighters in the history of Universe 7 and its alternate timelines. But with only five years to prepare, will he be able to defeat the Evil Saiyan, or will she be the first fighter to defeat the God of Destruction in battle?
