It was now years later.
"Hey, somebody new!" A young boy who has red hair, exclaimed. He and his friends are walking home from the park.
"Let's check it out!" Another boy exclaimed.
"Yeah!" The two boys start to head in the direction of a moving van, then yelp when the backs of their shirt collars are grabbed.
"Hold it!" A voice called out and the boys look over their shoulders to see a blonde man standing behind them with a Patamon on his shoulder. "Those people are barely moved in."
"Aw, come on Uncle TK." The young red head whined. "Please?" He begged.
"Your dad would have my head if I let you go and you get banged in the head with a 4x4."
"Huh?" His friend turns to him. "I thought you got clocked by a cuckoo clock."
"It was a cuckoo clock." The red head nods. "And a rocking horse."
"A rocking horse?" His friend stares at him, then turns to the blonde main. "Is he kidding?"
"Afraid not." TK shook his head. "Come on boys, let's go home."
As the three start to leave, a soccer ball suddenly rolls towards them, stopping at TK's feet. A boy their age wearing a red flannel shirt over a yellow shirt and wearing goggles jogged over to them.
"I'm sorry." He apologizes as TK picks up the ball.
"It's alright." TK said as he picks up the ball and gently tosses the soccer back. The boy smiled as he caught it.
"Thanks!"
"Takuya!" A woman's voice calls from around a corner.
The boy turns towards the house, then turns back around. "Thank you again." He turns and runs to disappear around the corner.
"Hmm." TK hummed, thinking.
"I know that look." Patamon said, looking up at TK. "Whatcha thinking about?"
"We'll talk later." TK replied. "Let's head home. Talk to Joe. This is his neighborhood."
From inside the house, Meiko watches them leave.
"Mom?" Takuya looked up at his mother as she watched the three leave. "Mom?" Takuya taps Meiko on the arm and she jumps.
"Oh, sorry." She turns. "Did you find the boxes for your new room?"
"You know them." He said as Meiko turns back to the big window. "Don't you?"
"Once." His mother said simply.

"WHAT!?" Joe cried. "Are you sure!?" He asked, staring at TK with total shock.
"Sure I'm sure." TK nods. "Look, I know I've been keeping my nose hidden behind my computer lately, like Izzy. But I know I recognized her."
"But she'd look completely different by now." Joe sank back on the couch in his living room.
"Yeah. We haven't seen her in awhile." Gomamon replied. "I mean us Digimon still don't understand you humans."
"You're not helping Gomamon." Joe huffed, his arms folded as he leans back on the couch.
"It's true!" Patamon exclaimed. "One time, Kari threw a bucket of water on TK to get his attention."
"Hey, mom did that to you too, dad!" Henry beamed, looking at Joe who gave him an irritated look.
"Don't you have homework to do?"
"Already done." Henry smiles.
Gomamon jumps onto the back of the couch. "Come on Henry, let's go over all the homework."
TK shrugs. "I saw Meiko. What am I suppose to say? She's just down the block from you."
"Have you talked to Matt?" Joe asked as Henry and Gomamon leave the living room.
"I suggested that to him!" Patamon smiled raising an arm.
"I will." TK nods. "I will tell him."
Joe didn't look convinced. "Right. Well, if you were wanting to know if I've seen her." He shook his head. "I have not."
"She has a kid who looks like Tai!" Patamon chirps.
Joe's eyes grow behind his glasses. "What?"
"He didn't really look like Tai, but he did have goggles and a soccer." TK said thoughtfully.

"You saw Meiko!?" Sora gasped, staring at TK as he, Sora and Matt are in Matt and Sora's apartment. "Is she ok? Did you talk to her?"
"She looks ok." TK nods. "Did you know she has a kid?"
"TK, we've all got kids." Matt states, irritatedly. "What's your point?"
TK hesitated. "Well … the kid."-
"Looks like Tai!" Patamon cuts in.
"Patamon!" TK gasps.
"What? You weren't gonna tell. So I did!"
"Oh!" Sora gasps.
"He did look like Tai." Sora and Matt's son said. "Of course the only evidence there was just a a soccer and goggles, he was wearing a hat too."
Matt looked at his son. "No mountain of puffy hair?"
"Not that I could see." The younger red head shrugs. "But it could've been hidden under the hat."
