Later at school, Kindra was walking to class when a boy approached her.
"Hey, if it's not the birthday girl," said the boy while giving her a slight push on the shoulder in a playful way.
"Hi Liam, how was your weekend?" asked Kindra.
"Good, mom left for Paris on Saturday so it was just dad and I all weekend which felt great actually," said Liam.
"That sounds like something Libby Zane would do," said Kindra.
"Did she go shopping or a modeling job?" she asked.
"Shopping, said that her dresses are a year out of style and that she needed to buy a whole new wardrobe," said Liam with a laugh and shaking his head at his mother acting like a teenager.
"Bet she's still trying to get you to stop hanging out with me," said Kindra while walking into a classroom.
"No, she's calling me a lost cause and gave up on that, she's hardly even talking with me now," said Liam as they took their seats.
"Not for sure if that's a good or bad thing," said Kindra.
"Either way it doesn't matter seeing how she's never been a good mom in the first place, at least now I'm getting some good quiet time with her no longer constantly bugging me about things," said Liam.
"By the way, are we still having that party tonight?" he asked.
"Of course, and it's going to be a blast," said Kindra with a big smile. Meanwhile, back at Sabrian's house, something was happening with the upstairs closet.
"So, this is the mortal world," said a girl wearing a hoodie who walked out of the closet which was also a portal to the witch world.
"Looks like you were the lucky one, Kindra, and it really makes me infuriated with you," she said while knocking over a photo of a younger Kindra and her parents.
"What is going on he…?!" asked Harvey who came running at the sound of shattering glass. However, he came to a sudden stop when he saw the girl.
"What are you doing here?" he asked.
"Oh, I just decided to come and say hi to the family," said the girl before zapping him with her magic, freezing Harvey in his place.
"Now stay quiet so you don't ruin the fun," she said.
