(Silbern - Rooftop)
Yhwach stared at the landscape in front of him with an emotionless face. Although he could not see most of them, he could hear the Shinigami panicking and screaming as they scurried around below, trying to figure out what was going on. That made him frown in disappointment. He was expecting some sort of reaction to the Shinigami losing their territorial advantage, make no mistake about it, but he was not expecting it to be this... pitiful.
As much as he wanted to erase his enemies from existence, deep down, in the very depths of his soul, he was hoping for them to at least struggle with all of their might. Well, he hoped the Special War Powers fought back with all of their might, as he would be disappointed further if his victory was all too easy. However, all was not lost as he knew that a certain boy was going to try and kill him, and if he was honest?
He was looking forward to it.
Speaking of the certain boy...
"Yuzu." He grunted at the young girl that was standing behind him.
"Father." An emotionless tone replied, making him smile and unbeknownst to him, a quick frown of anger from Uryū.
"You know what the Kaiser Gesang is, yes?"
"Yes. Master Haschwalth taught it to me."
Yhwach sent a glance of acknowledgement at his second in command, and received a slight nod in return. "Recite it for me."
"The Sealed King of the Quincy. After nine hundred years, he would regain his heartbeat. After ninety years, he would regain his intellect and after nine years, he would regain his strength." She rattled off without hesitation.
He nodded majestically. 'Haschwalth has made good use in educating the girl.' "Uryū."
"Yes, Your Majesty." The man who wore glasses replied, wishing he could drive an arrow through the throat of his mother's murderer.
"I assume you too, as well, know the Kaiser Gesang." A nod from his peripheral vision made itself known. "However, what the two of you do not know is that there is another verse in the song. The Sealed King of the Quincy. After nine hundred years, he would regain his heartbeat. After ninety years, he would regain his intellect and after nine years, he would regain his strength, and after nine days, he would regain the world with the power of all Gemischt Quincy in existence."
He looked up at the sky as the wind made its presence known, making their capes and cloaks flow as if they had minds of their own.
"Let us go, Uryū, Haschwalth, Yuzu. The nine days that will bring an end to the world has come."

"My, my. Isn't this a troublesome dilemma." Captain Commander Kyōraku sighed as he looked at the red sky and unfamiliar landscape with a grim smile, while his lieutenant Nanao was standing a couple of feet away from him. "I had anticipated that their attack would come suddenly, like before, and set up traps within the Sereitei in preparation. But I never thought that we would lose our territorial advantage like this."
"Captain Commander." Nanao called at she stared at a building that stood up to her. "Look over there. There are people on that building."
Kyōraku looked at where Nanao was looking and sure enough, there were three figures standing on top of a two-tiered building that had pillars supporting it and two curved structures in front of it. It was clear that that building was the base of the Quincy, and the man standing in the middle was definitely Yhwach. Even though he was too far away to see him clearly, he saw the cloak that he wore when he fought his master.
He was about to speak when he felt six familiar reiatsu signatures barreling towards the Soul Society Membrane with rapid speed. He then watched, with intrigue, a bright light appearing in the sky and then separating and falling to six different directions.
"Now this has gotten interesting."

"Damnit!" The round Shinigami shouted as he frantically pressed multiple keys on his desk. "Nothing is showing up at all!!"
"Hey, Hiyosu-"
"SHUT UP, AKON!!" The man angrily interrupted his bandaged colleague. "You're telling me that the Sereitei has vanished?! That's impossible and you know that!"
Despise the situation, Akon remained calm. "You're not going to trust what the instruments that we developed ourselves are saying? Is that what you're telling me? You of all people should know that the values you're looking at are absolute."
"Then what about the reality that I'm seeing with my very own eyes?!" He half screamed as he gestured towards the instruments. "The instruments are here, they haven't disappeared and-" But he was interrupted when the entire Institute disappeared and changed into a room with pillars covered in ice and surrounded by darkness.

"I see that they do not understand." Yhwach mused as he sat on his throne, looking out at the Wandenreich city with Uryū and Yuzu standing on his left and right sides. "When my Quincy were defeated in battle, a thousand years ago, with nowhere left to run, they fled the World of the Living and sought refuge in the place where you all where the least vigilant... the Sereitei itself. They then created hidden spaces using spirit particles in all the city's shadows, calling this realm our hidden empire: the Wandenreich."

"Our decision worked out perfectly." Askin spoke, scaring the living shit out of the members of the 12th Division. "After all, unlike the World of the Living, the Soul Society is filled with the spirit particles that give us our power. The things we could do were limitless."
He then began to slowly walk towards the centre, ignoring the looks he was receiving. "So, over the past one thousand years, we've slowly been building up our strength here in the shadows."

"In other words," a voice came from the darkness with footsteps following, startling Nanao and making the kimono wearing man turn around. "In both our previous assault and this assault, we did not penetrate the Sereitei's protective barrier and infiltrate it from the outside. We were inside the barrier from the very beginning."
Nanao got into a stance, but a heavy hand on her shoulder stopped her. "Welcome." Kyōraku greeted. "And thank you for the valuable information. You certainly wasted no time getting to the place where the captain's quarters were located. It seems like the enemy is blessed with capable men."
"Wandenreich Emperor Aide and Sternritter Grandmaster, Jugram Haschwalth." The blonde man monotoned.
"Captain Commander of the Thirteen Court Guard Squads and 1st Division captain Shunsui Kyōraku." The laid back individual introduced himself. "I've just been appointed, so you probably didn't know that... or does the fact that you came here first means that you were aware of this?"
Haschwalth nodded. "Yes. That's why I came here first."
"How impatient of you." Kyōraku chastised. "You've waited an entire millennium for this battle. Don't you want to take your time and enjoy it?"
"His Majesty loves peace. He believes the shorter the battle, the better it is. Thus, he has given but one order." He spoke as he began to unsheath his broadsword, causing Kyōraku to immediately be on guard.
"Annihilate all enemy forces." He finished as he swung at Kyōraku's head, but found his attack blocked with Katen Kyokotsu. Kyōraku then pushed him back and attempted to move cleave him in half, but the Quincy moved out of his range with great speed.
'His strength behind his swings are strong, and he's only using one arm. He's quick too.' Kyōraku thought as he studied his right arm. It wasn't broken, but it definitely felt stiff.
"Nanao."
"Yes, sir."
He glanced over his shoulder. "It isn't safe here. Go to Muken and stay there until it's safe to come out again. That's an order."
Nanao nodded at what Kyōraku was trying to tell her.
Go to Muken and get Kenpachi and/or Unohana.
She looked at the blonde Quincy to see if he was going to try and stop her, then Kyōraku and then quickly vanished with Shunpo. Kyōraku watched Haschwalth for a couple of moments to see if he was going to try and follow her, but he just stayed put, surprising him a little bit. "Aren't you going to stop her?"
"No. I am aware that she was going to the Underground Chambers to get Kenpachi Zaraki and Yachiru Unohana." He stated matter-of-factly, causing the man with the ponytail to widen his eye in shock that he knew where she was going, and fear that he sent Nanao towards a trap.
Seeing his expression, Haschwalth continued, "There is no one stationed at the Muken, as you Shinigami call it, so you can be at ease. The reason I let her go is because it matters little even if Kenpachi Zaraki and Yachiru Unohana both join this fight. What you should be concerned about, is her running into a Sternritter, then she has no chance of escaping or beating them. It is an inevitably that she will die."
"I see." Kyōraku narrowed his good eye. He would be damned if he let anything happened to her. "Then I guess I have to hurry up and stop playing with you."
Instinct suddenly roared at Yhwach's second half to turn around, and he did just that in the nick of time to dodge as one of Kyōraku's swords emerged from his own shadow and struck, almost severing his spine, followed by Kyōraku himself. Haschwalth looked back and saw that the Kyōraku who stood there was turning into a shadow and merging with the shadows around him.
"Now then," Kyōraku spoke, smile long gone. "Shall we?"

The robotic Sternritter said nothing as he slaughtered another of Suí-Fēng's subordinates with his tentacles (I don't know what those things are, so just roll with it) and leaving another dead body in his wake.
Even though it was nearly impossible for him to feel emotions, he was feeling himself slowly getting frustrated as he wasn't able to find the woman from ever since he felt her spiritual pressure come from this direction. His Majesty said to swiftly kill all enemy forces, but now he was wasting time killing the members of the Omnitsukido who either genuinely did not know where she was, or they were too stubborn to tell him anything.
He then heard a shriek behind him and quickly turned to look at what was causing that noise. He was disappointed to see that it was a tiny girl that wore a pink kimono and had chestnut hair. She was trying to hide from him but created that noise due to her seeing multiple dead bodies, mangled and ripped apart. He was about to turn around and leave the girl, but he stopped as he recognized who she was.
"Are you related to Marechiro Omaeda?"
The scared girl slowly nodded her head. "Yes. O-Onee-sama w-was my b-brother. Are you the one... who killed m-my brother?" She asked in a meek and timid voice and tears in her eyes.
He tilted his head to the side. "That is an irrelevant question, but I will answer: No, I was not the one who killed your brother. Do you know where your brother's captain is?" He couldn't believe that he was asking a child, but maybe she knew where she was.
"N-No."
Nevermind. She was clueless and useless. So without another word, one of his tentacles shot out of his body and went right for her but missed. Wait a minute. As he closely inspected it, it was cut cleanly in half.
"Looking for me?"
He stopped in his tracks as the person he was looking for spoke behind him. He turned around and saw that he was correct as his target was standing on a building a couple of meters away from him.
He also quickly noticed that she was also wearing some strange clothing. She had a black bandanna that was wrapped around her head and she was wearing black visors that covered her eyes so he couldn't see them. However, judging by the small smirk she was giving him, she was able to see him clearly. She also had a cloak that was yellow with small black lines everywhere and when her cloak moved due to a gust of wind, he saw that she had a long black and yellow cloth that wrapped around her entire right arm and a black scarf that wrapped around her neck. He also realized that the tentacle half he used to try and skewer that girl was now in her hands.
"I was under the impression that Quincies only used bows and arrows." She spoke. "It seems like you are a little more advanced than I gave you credit for."
"You were not detected by my sensors." He monotoned, having either ignored or completely forgotten about the girl he tried to kill as she ran as far as her little legs could carry.
"You think a covert operative can't hide her own reiatsu? Don't insult me." She replied.
The Sternritter fully turned around and faced her. "Third generation member and ninth head of the Fēng family, captain of the Second Division and Commander of the Omnitsukido, Shaolin Fēng, most commonly known as Suí-Fēng. What is the meaning behind your clothing?"
"My clothing?" She seemed genuinely confused. "Surely you know what I'm wearing, if you're that well informed."
"My memory does not indicate an instance where I have seen clothing even remotely similar to the clothing you are currently wearing."
"Oh?" She questioned as she stood up. "Well, allow me to tell you. This," she grabbed the middle of the tentacle. "is called Ōken clothing." She then threw the heavy object at him like a javelin, causing BG9 to dodge to the left, unknowingly falling into her trap. He quickly realized that was the case but was already too late as the petite captain was suddenly in front of him, a whirlwind surrounding her right arm.
"Mukyu Shunkō." She muttered as her attack sent the Knight (that's what I will be calling him since Kubo never explained his epithet) through two buildings. She knew that her attack wasn't enough to kill him and so she patiently waited. She was right as she watched him emerge from the smoke with the most unusual body she had ever seen, vaguely thinking that this thing would be created by Kurotsuchi if he had the time. "You're a mechanical doll. You look like something Kurotsuchi would be interested in."
"Mukyu Shunkō." He stated as what seemed to be small containers erupt from his legs, arms, waist and chest. "I thank you for providing me such useful data. However, I am disappointed. If this is the extent of your strength, then I have no need for the Bankai I stole from you." The containers erupted from his body and headed straight for her. She was about to dodge them, but a high pitched sound told her that those weren't just containers.
Suí-Fēng disappeared and flew in the air, watching as the 'containers' completely destroyed the ground she was standing on. A shadow loomed over her and she realized with horror that she had fallen into a trap. She tried to get away, but the robot grabbed her wrist in a vice-like grip and tightened it, very nearly breaking her wrist.
'Shit!' was her last thought before being engulfed in a massive explosion.

"Oh?" The D Sternritter mused as he sat on the corpses of those who were foolish enough to attack him, the smart ones maintaining their distance. "BG9 has finally to take his fight seriously. It's about time. His Majesty's orders were absolute."
"Really?" Mayuri's voice echoed from a couple of feet in front of him. Askin then watched in confusion as the very air started steaming, before a bright light replaced it, with the captain and lieutenant stepping out of the light in outrageous sundresses. "And what were those orders exactly?"
Askin rolled his eyes. "Oh great. I get the insane one. Mayuri Kurotsuchi, you look ridiculous."
If the demented scientist was offended, he didn't showed it. "You know of me?"
"Of course, I know of you." The flamboyant man got up from his chair of bodies and started to walk towards him, but immediately stopped, remembering what the Daten said about the scientist and his use of poison. "You're on the list of Special War Powers, created by His Majesty. I'm sure you can figure the meaning of the list." A maniac grin indicated that Kurotsuchi had already figured it out.
"Indeed. I feel honored to be included in the list of the most dangerous people in the Sereitei, but enough about that." His grin faded. "Before I revealed myself, you were insulting my Institute's intelligence, and you killed my subordinates. Now that I'm here, let us see if the Department of Research and Development is intelligent in name."
Askin struck a pose. "Nope, I'm good. Dealing with you will take too much time. I'd rather not bother."
Kurotsuchi tilted his head. "What do you mean when you say 'take too much time'?"
"I mean, if I was going to kill you, I reckon I would try too many tactics. Sorry, but I am awful in that kind of finicky stuff. I like to get things over in a flash. You go and fight someone else. Well then, later." He began to walk towards the darkness, then stopped as he realized that no one was trying to stop him. "You not gonna come after me?"
"Not really." The captain gave him the closest thing to a shrug while wearing that sundress. "Feel really to go wherever you like. I could use some time myself to analyze your reiatsu, or perhaps this is inconvenient for you?" His grin returned. "Were you perhaps deliberately provoking me into stepping in your territory?"
Askin chuckled. "You're a scary one. I'm glad I didn't show you my abilities. Since I like you, here's some words of advice: never cross paths with the hybrid."
Kurotsuchi scoffed. "I'm not afraid of an orange haired baffon. We will cross paths eventually."
To his surprise, Askin just shook his head. "You know, I thought you were smarter than Urahara, but it seems like I was mistaken." He chuckled, much to the fury of Kisuke's former lieutenant. "I'm not talking about Ichigo Kurosaki."
He turned his head to look at the clown. "There's more than one hybrid in the Kurosaki family."
Then without saying another word, he walked off into the darkness, leaving Mayuri to think on his words.

Bazz-B grumbled as he killed every Shinigami in his path, desperate for a good fight. He had not seen any lieutenant or captain and that frustrated him. Without looking, he sent a fireball towards a group of Shinigami who had no defense against his flames as they were engulfed by it. As he was about to walk away, he heard sizzling and noticed his fire rising up in a tornado until it disappeared.
"Everyone, retreat!" He heard a female voice command the soldiers. He turned his head and saw a blonde woman with huge breasts stare at him while holding the hilt of the sword.
"Who the hell are you?"
"You have no manners. When you ask someone's name, be polite about it." She replied. "Rangiku Matsumoto, lieutenant of the 10th Division."
"10th Division... Oh! You're the woman that works for that ice captain! Are you here to fight, cause if so I could use a warm-up!"
"I don't like being underestimated." She angrily pointed out and sent a wave of ash that quickly surrounded him. Bazz-B was about to comment that this did not hurt him, but he quickly began to feel cuts all around his clothes.
"Burning Stomp!" He shouted as he stomped the ground, removing the ash with his fire. "You say you don't like being underestimated." He clenched his fist and brought it back. "Then let's see how you handle this!" He shot a ball of fire that headed straight for the lieutenant. She braced herself to dodge, but a wall of ice appeared before her and stopped the ball of fire. She instantaneously knew who this was.
"Captain Hitsugaya!" She exclaimed as the ice captain emerged from the top of a building. As she looked closely at him, she noticed that there was a grey bandanna that around his hair that seemed to have grown longer. He was also wearing a white cloak that seemed too big for his small body. In any case, she was glad to see him. "You're back!"
"Matsumoto." He greeted as he jumped down to confront the Quincy, who had a grin on his face.
"There he is! The ice captain that got his Bankai stolen by Cang-Du!" His grin seemed to grow as a burst of flames erupted from his feet. "Sternritter H, The Heat, Bazz-B!!"
"Captain of the 10th Division, Tōshirō Hitsugaya." He calmly introduced himself as a ball of fire headed towards him. He swung a wall of ice to meet the fireball, and the Sternritter had to

"HAHAHAHA!! STERNRITTER S, THE SUPERSTAR, ONCE AGAIN PERSEVERES OVER EVIL!!" Mask De Masculine bellowed with his fan James cheering from the sidelines as he stared down the beaten up Shinigami in Ikkaku Madarame, Yumichika Ayasegawa, and Shuhei Hisagi. Shuhei even had his arm broken in multiple places.
"Yay! You're the best, Mr. Superstar!" James cheered while waving a tiny flag with the Wandenreich emblem on it.
"Of course I am! Even the villains cannot defeat the best Sternritter ever!"
"You're loud."
The fan and the Sternritter stopped cheering and slowly turned to look at the boy standing on a huge piece of rock, looking at him with a carefree smile. Masculine sweated under his mask as he knew that this was not a Sternritter he wanted to mess with.
"Excuse me?"
"I said you're loud. I'm trying to imagine how to kill these three, but I can't concentrate because you're as loud as an elephant."
"This is not your fight, Gremmy. Please don't interfere."
The boy just stared at him for a few moments before shrugging and walked away. "Fine. Do whatever you-"
"Hey."
Both Sternritters turned to look at their right and saw the source of the deep voice. Kenpachi Zaraki stood a couple of feet away from them and he was half naked.
"Look Kenny! Baldy, Tattoo and Ugly are unconscious." Yachiru chirped as she appeared on Kenpachi's shoulder, who just standing there with a devoid of emotion that made him look even more terrifying.
"Kenpachi Zaraki, one of the Special War Threats. Nice to meet you." Gremmy recognized.
"You know me?"
"That's sort of a stupid question, isn't it? Of course I know you. You're famous in the Wandenreich for being a reckless fighter and ruthless warrior." Gremmy's grin turned sinister. "I want to see for myself if you're worth the hype."
Kenpachi scoffed as he removed his sword from his shoulder. "Fine by me. Just don't waste my time, or I'll butcher you faster than you can blink, kid."
The blonde boy grinned and imagined a massive stone platform that lifted both of them up until they were out of view. Mask de Masculine just shrugged and said, "Sometimes, I think that boy has lost his mind, don't you think so, James?" When his number one fan didn't reply, he frantically turned his head around... just in time to see James's head get severed from his body.
"JAMES!" He yelled as he hatefully glared at the perpetrator. "Who the hell do you think you are!?"
The person just flashed an innocent smile that almost immediately looked sinister and evil, and kicked the head and body to the livid Quincy. "You have been watching all of us for the past one thousand years. I believe that you know exactly who I am."
The mask wearing man was pissed off to even care at this point, and immediately just charged at the villain who dared to kill his fan. He knew that as long as he was alive, James would come back to life, so he had to end this quickly.
"STAR LARIAT!!" He shouted as he raised his arm to obliterate this evil villain from existence once and for all, but it was all for nothing as all of his limbs, including his head, was removed from his body and they hung in the air as if they were in slow motion. With the few precious seconds he had left, he witnessed a massive burst of lightning coming towards him and killing him instantly.
"Hadō #88: Hiryu Gekizoku Shinten Raiho." The 1st Kenpachi breathed as she watched the Sternritter and his fan, get completely eviscerated and turn to nothing before her eyes. She then walked over to the three badly injured lieutenants and began to heal them. She then felt Zaraki's reiatsu rise and sighed.
'I do hope you don't play around and take your battle seriously this time. The boy might have seemed laid back, but the power to imagine things into reality is a terrifying power. I also need to check up on Isane soon, and who knows?' She smiled lustfully. 'Maybe we will finish what we were doing before lieutenant Ise showed up and ruined the fun.'

Äs Nödt stayed completely silent as he flew around the Wandenreich city looking for Byakuya Kuchiki, and the reason he was currently doing that was because the Sternritters all agreed that the captains who had their Bankai stolen were going to be killed by the Sternritters who stole them, and he could not agree more. He really liked Byakuya Kuchiki's Senbonzakura Kageyoshi and was excited in the idea of killing its owner with it and getting to keep it all to himself until the day he died, which was going to be a very long time since his aging process had been incredibly slowed down.
While he was thinking about these thoughts, he saw a pink blossom fly by him. Reacting quickly, he instantly whipped out the medallion that held Byakuya's Bankai and activated it, countering the wave of pink blossoms that almost shredded him to ribbons. He landed on a nearby building and came face to face with the man he defeated last time.
"Byakuya Kuchiki. It is so good to see you. I was becoming tired of waiting, and it seems like you have regained your Bankai without taking mine." He tilted his upper body in an unnatural position. "So how are they? The organs that I gouged out of you?" When the noble remained silent, he continued, "I'm quite sure I took out your entire stomach, at least. You must have been very hungry, not being able to eat anything at all. Would you say you've lose a little weight?"
Byakuya continued to say nothing as he attacked The Fear with rows of pink blossoms that Äs Nödt gladly counted, but he was so focused at what he was doing, that he failed to notice a small wave go straight towards his hand that had the medallion and destroy it and the hand, causing the light purple pedals to turn back to its original pink, and go to Byakuya, surrounding him.
"You are wrong about my Bankai. Take a closer look." Äs Nödt did just that and to his surprise, saw that the man was only holding the hilt of his zanpakutō.
"You have wielded my Bankai for a time, so you should be aware that Senbonzakura Kageyoshi turns my entire sword into its blades. This is my Shikai, merely Senbonzakura. Also, the day you stole my Bankai, Kisuke Urahara quickly came up with a way of not restoring, but copying our stolen Bankai, greatly increasing our chances of survival and defeating you. However, he said that since he rushed the solution, we could use these versions of our Bankai for only an hour. After that, it would cease working."
He then watched as all of the pink blossoms, including the ones stolen by Äs Nödt, reform his sword. "Thanks to your theft of my Bankai, I was able to come to terms with the true nature of Senbonzakura. All bonds are like a pointillist painting. Only by distancing yourself from them can you truly observe their true form. Foolish as I was, I had forgotten about that fact. I owe you my thanks, Äs Nödt."
He silently watched in neutrality as the Quincy began to tremble, then in curiosity as a giant purple pillar of light engulfed him, changing him into a thin and pale... thing with a stitched torso and blood running down his eyes that had rolled to the back of the head. As Byakuya stared at his enemy he blinked... and saw himself in a familiar reddish, black void. But it wasn't the fact that he was in the void that made his blood boil in anger.
It was the fact that he saw Rukia and Hisana, one screaming in agony while the other one was dead, being hoisted up by a version of him that had black eyes and a grin that was so wide, it made him look like a completely different person.
"You failed to protect her." Fakuya (Fake Byakuya) sneered as he gestured to the lifeless body of Byakuya's wife. "You failed to protect your own wife. Now," he held his sister in front of him, who was pleading for Byakuya to help him, "You have killed your own sister." A snap of the neck was heard as Fakuya killed Rukia.
Byakuya was not impressed.
"Did you really think that this technique would work on me a second time?" Byakuya asked when he broke out of whatever Äs Nödt created and found himself floating in a giant dome with large eyes staring at him and the F Sternritter floating a couple of feet away from him.
"A foolish notion." He monotoned as he held his zanpakutō upside down in a familiar stance and let go of it, not paying attention to it as it sank into the ground.
"Bankai: Senbonzakura Kageyoshi."
Normally, two rows of giant swords rose up at his sides when he activated his Bankai, but now four rows of massive swords surrounded him in a square and when they scattered into the innumerous pink blossoms, they seemed to have doubled in numbers as they shredded every single eye and Äs Nödt included, revealing the Wandenreich city and the red sky. He then turned around to walk away, but stopped when he heard crunching, squishing and splashing behind him.
"I WILL NOT KILL YOU! I WILL NOT KILL YOU! I WILL NOT KILL YOU! I WILL NOT KILL YOU! I WILL NOT KILL YOU! I WILL NOT KILL YOU! I WILL NOT KILL YOU! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL I BRING ABOUT YOUR DEATH!!" He heard from behind him and quickly turned his head around as Nödt transformed into the most disgusting thing that Byakuya had ever seen. "I WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO LOSE CONSCIOUSNESS, EVEN YOUR SANITY! I WILL SUBMERGE YOU INTO A SEA OF PAIN AND FEAR, AND CAUSE YOU TO LIVE OUT AN ETERNITY WISHING FOR THE BLISS OF DEATH!!!"
"Fear. A useless emotion." The two warriors heard from beside them. They both turned and saw an individual wearing a black cloak and a hood that covered his clock, watching them intently.
"AND WHO ARE YOU?" The giant nightmare asked. The individual responded by clapping his hands together (Byakuya noticed how pale they were) and as he pulled his hand apart, an arrow made of reiatsu appeared.
"Byakuya Kuchiki." The individual spoke. "Go to Shunsui Kyōraku's location. My King wishes to have a word with all of the Shinigami."
The captain narrowed his eyes in suspicion. "Why should I go there and who are you?"
"I just explained to you why you should go there, and who I am is irrelevant."
"But-"
"I will not repeat myself." The individual monotoned coldly. Byakuya blinked for a few moments before nodding and disappeared, heading towards the location of the 8th Division captain*. Whoever this was was getting annoyed quickly and even though he was a mystery, the noble knew it would probably be unwise to turn his blade against this person, as it seemed like this man, judging by the male voice he heard, was an ally.
For now, at least.
Äs Nödt then turned to stare at the person who interrupted his fight. The person was no longer there. He had disappeared and reappeared in the sky, and before Äs Nödt could realize where he was, he threw the green arrow at the speed of lightning and it struck The Fear's head, exploding and killing him instantly.
"You used fear to mess with your opponent's mind." The person monotoned as he continued to stare at the giant headless corpse. "What you failed to understand is that fear is nothing but an emotion that can easily be conquered through sheer will, just like in the case of Byakuya Kuchiki."
The individual then removed his good, revealing himself. "However, true despair is an entirely different thing." Ulquiorra Cifer emotionlessly stated, then looked up and saw a giant meteor barrel towards the Soul Society Membrane.
"I wonder who is going to stop that?"
A/N - Part 2 will come soon.
