Three years after Avatar: The Last Airbender, the four great nations live in harmony once more. Zuko and his wife Katara have brought a new peaceful reign to the Fire Nation. That is until the Fire Nation attacks… again! But how could this be? Zuko and Katara must reassemble the old gang in order to face this new foe. But that still leaves one problem, where in the world is Aang?

The war is over, and the gaang has brought peace to Cranefish Town, but the problems don't end there. What happens when problems in the spirit world threaten to spill over into the land of the living? Canon with show and comics but not Legend of Korra. But you don't need to have read the comics.

Katara and Aang hang on the precipice of innocence and with the changes to their age, comes the changes in their relationship. Katara is pretty sure she's ready for things to develop between them, but is Aang, two years younger and raised by monks, ready too?

Katara's spent a year making time for Zuko, adding empty days to her itineraries for him to fill, sailing hard through nights to shave off enough travel time to meet him in old cities, new cities. She understands she's not the only one relying on him. But perhaps they both owe each other a bit of honesty. [NC-17]

The Aang Gang have largely found significant others after the war's end. Zuko begins having difficulties with Mai, but he must place his national priorities first. Maybe he'll find someone better suited to be with that understands the intricacies of being Fire Lord.
