Iroh spent years grieving for his son, Lu Ten. But, what if Lu Ten actually survived? What if he chose to leave his family behind and start a new life? This is how Lu Ten - now known as Ping - left a life of royalty and aided in the war against his uncle.

Ozai was a prince, Ursa was a maid. Both lived in the palace, but one lived in luxury while the other lived in shame. Such a pair should never come together, yet destiny had other intentions for them.

When the war ended, Katara thought she was finished doing crazy, reckless, life endangering things. Six years later, she realizes that this is not true as she suddenly joins the Kyoshi Warriors, who are now Fire Lord Zuko's personal guard.

Not everyone in the Fire Nation was happy about the new fire lord and now, two years later, they intend to remove Zuko and reignite the war. Meanwhile, Aang searches for surviving Airbenders, and the rest of the gang try to help Zuko keep the peace. (I started this well before Korra, so it does not coincide with any of the later comics or television shows.)
