Sometime in the weeks after the start of their journey Bilbo started to lose ability to feel. And then he stopped being able to cry, his heart locked from the suffering, leaving the dwarves at loss what to do.

This fiction is full of hurt, comfort and angst as Bofur and Fili watches over Kili as the youngest struggle to hold on to life. Fili blames himself for not taking better care of his brother on this quest, the memories of Kilis Goblin Town torture, his mirkwood Arrow wound and the war it's self haunting Fili every waking moment. No Slash, Angdt & Brotherly/family love.
