Korra never expected to have a civil conversation with Asami, let alone one that leads to comparing some people and situations in the past, specifically ones involving Avatar Aang's and Fire Lord Zuko's wives, Katara and Mai, with those in the present...

This is what I believe happens when everyone is leaving the Sato estate. Takes place directly after Korra tells Mako that Asami is going to need him. Really no shipping, but I guess you could get Makorra, Linzin, and Masami out of it.

Mako and Bolin drabble: Bolin jumped up and down on his toes, too excited to calm down. Mako peered around the corner. A man in a funny hat walked closer. Their first victim.
