Summary: Completely AU! Completely AU! In this story, you'll find a place where men can become pregnant through shapeshifting just like they can impregnate their female partner or male partner. The Shapeshifting in this story includes transforming into what you would have looked like as a man or woman and appears when you're a teenager. Since Danny fell for a female named Rachel who didn't want to have their next baby after having Grace, he is knocked up by her through shapeshifting. This story can be considered Mpreg. Chapter 1- Don't tell Grace yet!

Most couples reach the point where they want to have more than one child even if they have trouble conceiving the first baby all together.

That was the case for Rachel and Danny. Rachel wanted to have at least two children but after having their daughter who they named Grace she just didn't want to carry the second one. She had too many complications with the first pregnancy that she just didn't want a round two of.

The two were currently sitting at a restaurant by the name of L&L's Hawaiian Barbecue in Honolulu, Hawaii where they have been married for the past seventeen years and still are on the rare occasion they get to go out whenever their sixteen-year-old teenager Grace wasn't around. She was hanging out with friends.

Rachel had just taken a sip of light beer when Danny decided to just go for it.

"How would you feel if I carried our next baby?" Danny asked out of the blue. "I mean I completely understand why you don't want to do it again because of Grace. She has been asking for a sibling and how she wishes she grew up having one. You don't have to make the decision now. I just figured-"

Instead of spitting the drink she had in her mouth from surprise like he expected, he watched her swallow and the expressions going across her face. Her last expression was happiness, and it was everything he hoped for.

She walked quickly- more like jumping quickly- out her seat and joined him on the side he was on and gave him a long, sweet kiss. "YES! I mean yes Danny. I love that idea. When do you want to have the insemination done and do you have a donor in mind?"

"I asked my doctor if I'm healthy enough to carry a child to term but I haven't been to a fertility clinic to go through with it because I didn't know what your reaction would be. I was going to ask Steve if he would be willing to donate unless we-"

"Unless we go through with doing it on our own?"

"Don't make it weird."

Rachel giggled before giving him another deeper kiss and this time he wrapped his arm around her as she began speaking again. "I've never thought of using my male form. How do you suppose we do that?"

"What do you mean?"

"You know..."

"Ohhh, I see. I've never thought of using my female form either. Pretend I'm still me and you're still you except we have different body parts unless you can do it the regular way and you see us as the form we're in when we shapeshift."

Rachel's face changes as though she has an idea. "Come on. I have an even better idea. Let's get out of here."

She nodded and he left money on the table with a generous tip even though the food they ordered hadn't come yet as she led him away from the table booth. When they got home, they rushed inside, Danny carrying her in the house bridle style kissing her once more.

Later that day as they were in bed after mind blowing sex as the opposite sex, Danny's head on Rachel's male chest listening to his heartbeat and her arm around him, they changed back into who they really were and began to get dressed unable to look at one another as they spoke to each other.

"You do realize that was my first time as a male right?" Rachel said with her face still pink.

"Me too. That was amazing though. Can I call Steve and let him in on what's happening and what I asked you I would?"

"Oh I'm sure it worked but go ahead and ask."

The line on the other end was silent for a moment before an answer was given but not directly answered immediately, which was followed by laughter.

"Wait, you're serious?" Steve asked in bewilderment after getting an affirmative answer. "Why do you want me as your sperm donor when you could just get an anonymous donor?"

"I know you, you're my best friend for life, and Rachel and I don't want a stranger's baby when we could have the next best thing and that's where you come in," Danny simply said. "Look, you don't have to say yes now but I would really appreciate it if you thought about it only if what we did didn't work."

"Ok, if you're serious about this, I don't have to think about it. I'll do it but only if it didn't work and because you're my best friend too."

There in the background you could hear that the phone had been dropped like a mic drop, sheets moving around before the phone was picked up from wherever it had fallen by Rachel.

"He's crying happy tears," she said enthusiastically. "Thank you, Steve. I could kiss you right-"

The phone call was cut off following her laughter and then hung up completely.

Turns out Rachel did successfully knock him up because in just three weeks he began throwing up in both his female and male form that he couldn't choose what form to stay in. In the end, he chose to be who he really was. Although everything worked out for the best, Danny still had a few qualms as to everyone knowing just yet including his daughter who he didn't think would take it very well.

They went from like what if he lost it or what if his wife didn't really want it and was carrying on a charade for his benefit. She reassured him she was in it with him for the long haul. Rachel and Steve had to promise not to tell Grace yet or anyone else for that matter.

Steve wasn't good at keeping secrets unlike Rachel.
