Oh Tony I can't believe Christy is going to have a baby!" Angela squealed.

Tony made a face at her squealing. He was happy for Lyle and Christy too but he certainly wasn't going to get all mushy about it. Although he did feel some smug satisfaction that they were married and about to have a baby in a few months. Of course Angela was also responsible. He remembered how they had both plotted to bring Lyle and Christy together.

And doing so hadn't been easy. Lyle and Christy were two of the most shy and awkward people he had ever met. They had barely said anything to each other on the date and Angela and him kept jumping through hoops to keep the conversation and the night moving.

But then the next morning they had come to the house and announced that they were getting married. They had been flabbergasted. The night before they had hardly said anything to each other and now they were engaged? But that quickly turned to happiness for them. If Lyle and Christy wanted to get married, who were they to stop them? After all, they had set them up because they thought they would be good for each other. Of course they didn't expect them to get engaged so soon but hey things happen when they're supposed to.

And now it was a year later and Lyle and Christy were married and expecting a baby in a few months. They were now in the attic looking for some old baby clothes, toys, and furniture to give them.

"Okay Angela. Oh here is a rattle."

Angela looked at it wistfully. It was Jonathabn's first rattle. She took it out of his hands.

"This was Jonathan's"

'Yeah. I thought so."

"Are you okay giving it to Lyle and Christy?"

Angela nodded. "I am. I guess it just hit me that Jonathan isn't a baby anymore and I probably won't ever have another one."

"Angela.."

"No, Tony. It's okay."

""Here, sit down." They sat down on the chest.

"So, why do you think you'll never have another baby?"

"Well do you see me dating anyone?"

Tony chuckled. "Okay yeah I guess you have to date a guy. But you never know some day some guy could come along and…" he shrugged.

"What about you?"

"Well yeah. I have always thought about having another baby. But I guess it just isn't meant to be."

He suddenly was taken back to when they had talked to Jonathan's principal about his disruptive behavior. And how their conversation had quickly turned to how they each saw the other as the perfect parent.

'If I were to have a kid today. Right now. I would want her to be the Mother.'

'And you would make a great Father.'

But he also knew the two of them actually having a baby together would never happen so he put the thought out of mind.

"You know what? We can't dwell on this. We're up here to look for things for Lyle and Christy." Angela stood up.

"You're right." Tony stood up as well.

"Okay so let's keep looking."

They continued looking through boxes.

"Oh Tony. I found a blanket. It must have been Sam's."

Tony looked over. It was Sam's. It was yellow and white striped. Of course the yellow was a little faded after all these years. He got up and from where he was kneeling and walked over and sat down next to her.

He smiled softly. 'I remember wrapping Sam in this and holding her in my arms."

"And I remember Jonathan laughing whenever I would shake the rattle. "

"You know I never realized how hard this would be. I mean I want to help Lyle and Christy out. He is one of my oldest friends and a great guy."

"And Christy is family. But, you're right Tony, this is harder than I thought."

Tony sighed. 'But, we did promise them. And I know we never go back on our promises. Right?"

Angela nodded. "You're right. After all it wasn't for us they never would have gotten together."

'So, okay then. Let's see what else we can find."

They continued looking and came across some stuffed animals, some baby books, a few more blankets, some clothes, and Jonathan's old cradle that had been last used when they had taken care of Clint.

"So I guess we have enough to give them?" Tony asked.

"Yeah. it looks like they're all set."

They smiled at each other.

Angela looked over at a corner and saw a box she hadn't noticed before.

"Tony, did you look through that box?"

"What box?"

"That one." She pointed it out.

"No, I didn't." They got up and went over and he picked the box up. He set it down on the chest and opened it.

It was filled with old Knick knacks and some books. Not anything they could give Lyle and Christy though. But then Angela spotted..

"Oh my gosh Tony look!" she squealed.

"What ? What?!"

She picked it up. "It's Mr. Potato Head!"

Tony grinned and took it out of her hands. "AWW I loved Mr Potato Head!"

"You did?"

"Of course I did."

"Me too."

"So are we giving this to Lyle and Christy?"

"Do you think we should?"

"I asked you first!"

"Tony!"

"Angela!"

"Okay, maybe we can give it to them in a few years. But hey I want to play with it first!"

"Me too!"

"But wait a minute, where are his lips and feet?" Tony asked and started digging through the box.

Angela shrugged. "How should I know?"

"Well this was Jonathan's wasn't it?"

"No. I thought it was Sam's."

"No."

"I know it isn't mine."

"And it isn't mine either."

They looked at each other.

"Mona?!"

"Mother?!"

"Do you think this was my Mother's?!"

Tony chuckled. 'Well if it wasn't yours, or mine, or Sam's, or Jonathan's there is only one person's it could be."

"Do you think we should tell her we found it?"

Tony shook his head. "NAH, knowing her she would just deny it. And besides this way no one else gets to play with it." He grinned like a little boy.

"Good point!"

'So let's continue looking for his lips and feet!" Tony clapped his hands.

"Right!"

So they continued looking for Mr. Potato Head's lips and feet but unfortunately didn't find them.

"Tony, I think this is a lost cause. They're not here. They probably got thrown out."

Tony pouted. "But I wanted to play with Mr. Potato Head!"

"We will. But, another time. It's getting hot up here."

"You're right it is. Okay, let's grab the stuff for Lyle and Christy and get out of here."

They gathered up the items for Lyle and Christy and left the attic.

Little did they know Mr. Potato Head's lips were buried in a box of tinker toys.
