The Mystery Inc gang who included Daphne Blake, Fred Jones, Scooby Doo, Shaggy Rogers, and Velma Dinkley had made a decision to go their separate ways and stop solving mysteries together. So that they could pursue their dreams which they'd put on hold whilst solving mysteries.
Daphne wanted to follow her dream of becoming a famous mystery writer and write about the mysteries she use to solve with the rest of Mystery Inc. But she'd miss the gang and solving mysteries with them.
Fred wanted to follow his dream of being an inventor and wanted to carry out this dream of his but he'll always have challenges in inventing his inventions. He would miss solving mysteries with the rest of the gang.
Shaggy and Scooby Doo were planning to go to catering college so they could follow their dream of becoming food critics. But they too would miss solving mysteries with the gang.
Velma had decided to concrete on her A Levels in the three sciences biology, chemistry, and physics. She'd then go to university so she could become a scientist. But would miss being with the gang.
Even though they'd gone their separate ways they'd still remain close friends.
